Horrible experience. I took my computer in no less than 6x to be fixed they took forever to complete the work and milked me for unnecessary parts...ended up being a bad cord a 20 $ fix after over 200 out of pocket for a new battery and multiple troubleshooting trips. Was without my computer for 5 months during the fiasco. First rule of home repair....check the connection/ cord I cant believe these idiots are still in business. Guessing it had to be deliberate abuse as no one could be this idiotic. I will never go back and I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Had 2 laptops repaired here. Thought they were beyond repair. Both came back better than new.
Joe helped me with a work project and he was amazing!!! I seriously couldnt of done it without him and Harold. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thank you so much!

Bought a new router from C&H,They set it up from my old one in about 15 minutes.Took it home plug and play,works great.Nice people and good service.My go to shop when I have a problem.
Everyone is very personable and knowledgable. Purchased a refurbished Dell laptop. They went through it and made sure it worked perfectly.

2021-07-23As the Town Clerk of the Town of Shelby I have been very happy with our IT service from C&H PC. We have been with C & H PC for several years. I have peace of mind knowing we have the best! They are only a phone call away, very quick to come to the office if it is something that can not be fixed remotely. They are up on all securities for our computers which is so important in this day and age. The staff from C & H PC are very, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would not think of going anywhere else for our computer services.

2021-07-23As a Town of Shelby Deputy Clerk for over 20 years, Ive seen IT companies come and go but the one that stands above everyone else is C&H PC. We always get a voice when we call but on the rare occasion we leave a message, our calls are returned promptly. The employees of C&H are knowledgeable and very personable. No question goes unanswered. C&H PC is simply the best.

2021-02-15Even though we have moved far out of the WNY area, we wouldnt have any other computer professionals than C & H PC! They are beyond incredible! We have been clients with them for years, and are so happy with and thankful for their invaluable remote access, and that we can still take advantage of their professionalism, expertise, and graciousness!We continue to be HUGE fans and cant recommend them highly enough! These folks are 10 stars out of 5!!
