My very first experience at Cannon Collision was a very pleasant one. Deidra was very hands on and was able to assist me from day one. My brand new car, not even a year old was hit on Hempstead Turnpike by a Dump Truck. I was sick. After going to visit three other body shops I decided on Cannon Collision. John was professional AND courteous. I couldnt say that for the others. He took care of everything, from the beginning (insurance, rental car etc.) My car came back to me just the way it looked when I took it out of the showroom. I was more than pleased and would recommend Cannon Collision to anyone who needs professional body work. Terrific job. Thank you.
John and his crew are great! Ive gotten to know him over this past year and recently my car started stalling so I brought it in and they had it diagnosed and fixed within a day. It ended up being a sensor but some other body shops could have easily blamed it on much bigger/more expensive things. John and his team are fair and will give you the no BS treatment. I am so appreciative that I am posting this on all of his review sites to spread the word, which is something I dont normally do.
After my car was involved in a hit and run overnight, I decided to take my car to a body shop. I searched and found Cannon Collision on google. Decided to stop by since I worked down the street from them. Met John and from the beginning he was very professional and helped set everything up from the insurance down to the car rental. They fixed my car in a timely manner and it came out great! I would highly recommend them!
Local kids had damaged my car with graffiti. I called Cannon Collision of Bethpage, NY for a free estimate. Mr. John got me in & immediately went to work on it & made my car look better than before, all even without an appointment! I was completely satisfied with the job & his professionalism. Just picked up my car after being fixed by Cannon Collision in Bethpage. I am amazed by the work, manners and service of this place!!! My car looks better than when I got it brand new!!! I cant say enough about this Cannon Collision. Every time I have had an accident they always know what to do and they took great care of me. This review could have been avoided with a partial refund. AVOID this auto body shop at all costs! In November 2018 Bill and his staff at Cannon Collision of Bethpage fixed my front head light blinker. They charged me for a new headlight and labor (about $200). Approximately 2 weeks later that same blinker headlight (that he fixed) no longer worked. I brought it back to Bill at Cannon and he told me the problem MAYBE electrical and that his shop doesnt know how to fix electrical issues. He told me Id now have to bring my car to someone elses shop to get it looked at and repaired. Obviously this answer didnt sit well with me because I felt like he didnt properly diagnose the problem correctly before I agreed to the $200 repair. On top of that I now had to start over at a different car shop and pay for this repair AGAIN. Since he didnt actually fix the issue I asked for my money back so that I can get the headlight repaired the right way somewhere else. Bill argued with me about not giving me a refund which included irrelevant and very unprofessional/condescending questions, such as whats my age as if Im a juvenile (Im 35 by the way). It was very strange. After many minutes of arguing with him about a refund and at this point just wanting to leave [to go to a real auto repair shop] I suggested just charging me for the part (the headlight) but refund what he charged me for the labor - again because he didnt fix it! He again refused and told me to take him to small claims court. All this over less than $100 (what the labor refund would have been). Now Im back to square one with a broken headlight and down $200. Listen everybody, theres allot of auto body places around do yourself a favor and take your car to one where THEY BACK UP THEIR WORK.
John and the staff at cannon collision did an exceptional job fixing up the dents and scratches on my dodge. when I received the car back it looked brand new, and was polished up on both the interior and exterior. I will be sure to return to cannon in the future.
I had the most pleasant experience. The office staff was prompt, detailed friendly and professional and even made me smile after an unfortunate situation via car damage - special thanks to Deidra and Marisa. The car looked better than new!!!! ... Id definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family!
After my car was rear ended in the parking lot of Macys, John took care of my car. They took care of everything. My car was repaired and looked great. The interior was cleaned and car looked brand new) I highly recommend Cannon Collision.

They did a great job matching the metallic paint on my 2012 Audi A4. Everything is blended nicely, cant even tell there was work done. They also gave me the car back cleaner than it was when I brought it in. I feel the job was done well for a reasonable price.

Repair of the damage was done quickly and perfectly. I had gotten used to looking at the dents. So glad that I bought my Jeep in to Paul for its transformation.

I got hit from the back and couldnt see any visibile damage later I found something hanging out so I took it to cannon collision upon inspecting it he told me just a clip popped out and fixed it for free on the spot. Cannon is a friendly and honest environment. If theres ever any other work I need to done, Ill defientily take it there.

2022-05-10I had used Cannon Collision a few years ago when I had a Groupon for car detailing. They did an amazing job. I had a few repairs needed to my SUV which they thought I was there to repair that so they gave me a quote which was very reasonable. They did a great job.Fast forward to about a month ago and someone rear ended my brand new Toyota Highlander and I needed a whole new tailgate, bumper, repainting and logo done. I thought of Cannon since they did a great job last time.Paul was amazing to work with and got everything done for me. He even helped me get a rental car from Enterprise while I wait for my car to be done. It took some time because of parts delay but the overall job by Cannon was excellent. Jose was great as well. They were so accommodating and very responsive to my texts and concerns.Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

2019-10-02Cannon Collision did an excellent job fixing my Lincoln Town car a few years ago after it was side swiped. The work held up great and I had no issues selling it when it was time for me to change vehicles. My 2018 RAM 1500 was recently hit while parked on the front passenger side with a lot of damage. I did not hesitate to bring it to Cannon Collision. They did an awesome job! It looks like it never happened. Paul and his team was a pleasure to work with and they took great care of me and my truck. Great customer service, the Truck looks fantastic, like it never happened, and they had a quick turnaround. What more can you ask for!

2016-01-08Johnny and the team at Cannon Collision are the best! They took such great care of my car after an accident. The body work was top notch and Johnny was our advocate when it came to working with the insurance company. I am so happy to have my car back and looking just like when it left the showroom a year ago! The car was also detailed which was so great!!!I had another minor car accident. There was no doubt on where to take my car. Johnny and the team at Cannon once again did an amazing job and had my car looking brand new in no time at all! They are the best!!!

2017-08-23My dad makes fun of me for the new scratches that have appeared out of nowhere so needless to say Ive brought my car in on multiple occasions. First off, the detailing done here is phenomenal! My dad was even impressed. (For a girl with a baby and a puppy- my car needed a LOT of TLC.) I got it back without a speck of dust.John make sure that the job is perfect and the customer is happy. He knows a safe car is the ONLY car that should be on the road. He keeps in contact in regards to the progress of the work and notifies you as soon as its done.IF youve had horror stories at collision places not taking care of your car, like I have...(with faulty repair work, a paint job that doesnt match, or a car coming back with an extra 3,000 miles miraculously added into the car. That shouldnt happen to anyone)... then consider coming here. They do it right the first time- and in a fast turn around time. Thus why this is probably the only shop Id consider bringing my car too.

2013-11-11After my father was rear ended, I took his 2001 Chrysler to Cannon and could not have had a better experience. John took care of all the insurance nonsense that we were dreading having to deal with and immediately set him up with a rental car. The car was repaired quickly and looks better than it did before the accident. (Even the interior was cleaner than it had been in years!) They took all of the hastle out of dealing with the unpleasantness of having the car repaired. If youre looking for an honest quality repair shop, this is it.

When I called the shop and told them Id been in an accident, the first question they asked was if I was OK. I knew from our first conversation that the staff at Cannon Collision is unique in their kindness and professsionalism.My car was repaired quickly, and I am very satisfied with the work they did. 2017-09-06I was recently in a rear end collision with my Jeep; getting into a accident is a terrible thing, especially when youre not the cause. John over at Cannon made the process of getting my car fixed and getting me into a rental car seamless. He helped me deal with insurance agents and made sure everything went smoothly. When I received my car back, I dont think it has ever looked that good. The work he did was amazing I couldnt tell where the car was damaged. Thank you to everyone over at Cannon Collision, especially John, for making what normally is a terrible experience into a enjoyable one.

2016-02-16Trust and customer service are so important. Weve brought all the family cars to Cannon. Anytime I call, the phone is always answered by a live person. If I send an email, John always responds in a timely manner. I recently brought in my jeep. John helped me navigate the insurance, appraisal, and rental car process. All the guys at Cannon are polite, professional and do quality work. When I picked up the jeep, it looked as good as new. Thanks -- its a pleasure doing business with you.
