Lenny was great! From the planning of my inground pool, throughout the well orchestrated installation to the lesson of taking care of the pool. He quickly answered emails and was available when I had problems or questions. Highly recommend Canon pools.
Super busy but staff is very friendly
Lenny, the staff, and crews that built our pool did a great job. Timing was just as he said it would be. All were very helpful through the process with any questions we had. We were originally going to do concrete through them and changed our mind. Never crossed my mind that was included in total cost. He called me one day to tell me they owed us the money. I would have eventually figured it out, but thought that was classy he called me first, because i wouldnt have caught it until now as i am doing concrete. This is my second pool with them, and would use them again. Thanks cannon
Not impressed. Safety is very important amidst covid however you have to do it right.. They have what you need for your pool yes but after being told to sanatize my hands with liquid in an unlabeled bottle I was out of there in a hurry.
Lenny in the Auburn/Aurelius is the rudest person I have ever felt with. I ordered a pool liner in March and was promised to have it installed in May, needless to stay it was installed in mid July. When calling the store and asking Lenny the install date he yelled at me and hung up. Talking to other people in the community he treats people terrible. Never use Cannon pools again ever.

O stopped by to pick up a pool closing kit and extra nottle of algecide. O will see if O have mustard colored algae on the bottom, which I think I might, but I cant see the bottom, sooo after I can see the bottom, if algae is all gone, I will close my pool.😝😝😝 The folks were kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. Obtained the materials needed and insigh to get the pool ready for and closing... WELL DONE!!!(NOTE: A WELL DONE!!! in the US NAVY is the HIGHEST form of VERBAL COMPLEMENT GIVEN! Anything above this usually comes as a Letter of Appreciation or Commendationor appropriate MEDAL!!!)

So sent my daughter and her mother to get 2 5gallon hugs of chlorine and no one helped them carry them awesome performance
Need better personalities. Even before covid, very dry. Only go here when I cant make it to my regular pool place.

2022-04-13During covid my hot tub decided its time was up. I contacted Cannon pools and spas at their Auburn location and got directed to a gentleman named Lenny. It happened that someone had ordered a tub but decided not to purchase, so that tub would be available come April sometime. All I needed was to leave a 300.00 deposit. Well, I got a call that the tub was in and I was in the middle of hospice with my father and said I was not available at that time. Well the following year, I reached out to Lenny and said I was ready now for the new tub. I went in and picked out a tub and it got delivered a few weeks later. The delivery team were thorough and professional. They made sure not to ruin my lawn, picked up all the transport materials and gave me a short tutorial on the start of the tub. Cannon pools even gave me the credit back on my original deposit from the following year! The hot tub is beautifully crafted and made right here in New York State. What more can you ask for!!

2021-06-16We had our Cannon pool installed in 1999, with normal pool issues through the years that Cannon has been able to help or at least advise us on. We recently had a frustrating issue, and Lenny listened, researched, advised and solved the problem. His staff is always helpful, they always have the products I need, or can order them. And, I really like that the staff will help bring those heavy containers out to my car! Cannon follows current Covid restriction rules, they have hand sanitizer at the door and Plexiglass shields between employee and customer, so you can feel safe about being in there. Thank you, Lenny. I sincerely appreciate your help.

Love all they are doing to ensure safety, from the door being locked to ensure a safe amount of people enter, hand sanitizer at the door, masks required... I was impressed with everything!! Also had a wonderful young lady testing water that took the time to get me all the products I needed, great job!

2020-09-16Had a gentlemen come to my property to quote an installation of an inground pool. Never presented himself by his name, never said nice to meet you and then I realized why. One of the rudest people I have ever met (didnt actually meet). Was argumentative from the start. I have a major project going on at my house and I explained to him the process. He had the nerve to say We only like the low lying fruit jobs. actually backed it up by saying we want the easy in and out jobs. I would never recommend this company. Probably the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

2021-05-21Ownes wife is very rude. Only place in auburn that sell 5 gallons of cloriene or I would not do business there ever again. Maybe thats why theres a help wanted sign on the door

2020-05-23We have used Cannon for years. Staff are always helpful and willing to talk through any issues happening with our pool. We are always welcomed and remembered. Im sad to read other reviews that report a different experience
