Went to a Bridal shower at this place. They had mixed cocktails and a mac’n’cheese bar. I had never been to a paint and sip event before. But it was easy to do, we had fun! We had a full house, as the shower was well attended.The location has a parking lot, which could use better signage, but there is also street parking. The location was easy to find, especially for first time visitors to Schenectady.

I dont normally complain, but we were disappointed during our paint and sip on 3/20. I treated my two friends to a paint and sip this afternoon, as were homeschooling moms and rarely get out without the kids and needed a break. Ive been to this location twice before and had good experiences, so I thought it was worth the expense. Today the vibe just wasnt there. The lady serving the drinks and demonstrating the painting was kind of rude at times.I asked her if a certain cocktail was good and she seemed put off by my question and wasnt friendly or engaging in her response. She then served me the drink and forgot to add the vodka, but said she had poured it in front of us, which my friend and I agreed wasnt true, she made it in the back room. She did finally add some vodka but again wasnt particularly friendly about it. My other friend ordered a mimosa and was given a different drink than the one she ordered and the glass was half full. I ordered a chocolate whiskey ice cream that my friend paid $8 for. She didnt add any whiskey and insisted it was already in the ice-cream, which seemed untrue. It just tasted like chocolate ice-cream, my friends tried it too and agreed.In the past we were allowed to stand on stage and showcase our masterpieces, but that wasnt offered this afternoon.Overall it just wasnt the greatest experience, and thats what I was paying for. The ambience and mood was not up to standard for the expense of over $100, and the owner didnt ever respond to my concerns. Its sad, but ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I attended a class on Saturday, Feb 19th, and had a wonderful time. The drinks and Mac and Cheese were a nice complement to the class! The instructor was very attentive and everyone had a great time!

Disgusted!Our group (Capital District Humanist Society) had booked an event for 2 pm today. I paid the deposit with my credit card.To our shock, when we showed up today, doors were locked!The studio calendar listed our event as starting at 2 pm but sold out!Our group waited in the rain as tried to contact the studio. After 2 phone messages someone called back and informed me that they had rescheduled our class for 3 pm without informing us!Even though they refunded our $$, and offered free tickets for a later date, our group was left angry, wet, hungry and angry!I had enjoyed a sip and paint in the Latham studio in the past, and had chosen the Schenectady one because if the food and drink choices but after todays experience I would never recommend doing business with them!

Weve been here twice now and both times have been so much fun. We were the only group in the studio tonight and Mo was fantastic about keeping us on track and tending to us. The drinks are delicious (Peach Picasso, Strawberry Monet-Rita, and a Tipsy Scoop with whiskey for the Birthday Girl!) And the Mac and cheese as always was DELICIOUS. Covid measures were strictly abided by but in no way hindered anyone from having a good time. Love this place, will absolutely be going back.

I love Canvas, Corks & Forks. I have been going to the Schenectady location for over a year now. I try to go at least once a month. I have gone with multiple family members and friends. The atmosphere is relaxing and the vibe is tranquil. I enjoy the music and the teachers are very thorough in explaining the painting techniques. The mac and cheese is to die for. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. There was a time I couldnt make a class and the owner gave me credit towards another class. I love this place and highly recommend!!!

I always have a good time. The artists are always great hostesses and are patient and welcoming. The drinks and Mac and cheese are good and it really is a judgement free zone. No matter what your skill level, they focus more on the fun and creative aspect rather than perfection.
