Why this bank closing so early on a Saturday?
Worst Capitol one branch I’ve ever visited. The atms never work properly and took $160 from my account. Would give zero stars if possible.

Tellers are great, one of the security guards has a world of attitude. Lines are quite disorganized.
Omg : this branch on liberty 115 st. It’s so on professional let me start by saying last week I was there the say sign in on the tablet the tablet not working ,I told sum staff about it nobody pay me any attention, and the have to time to gaff...the sound so rude there had other customers there with me the was so mad the leave.... here is like a upgrade dollar store.... so sad

It is the bank in my area, the times I went I had to see lines of people waiting to get attention in person, but for those who use the ATMs it is not necessary to make the line, but many are confused since there is no ad explaining nothing. The machines are new and work well. They have a security person in the ATM area. At night the ATM area is very safe, not like in other banks that almost always clothes you with homeless people inside. The door is always closed at night and you can only enter using your bank card.

2022-02-04BEWARE OF THIS BANK ! Money was withdrawn from my account and I have never even used this bank. I dont live nowhere near this area and I always have my card with me. How is that possible. Scammers used a fake card is the only thing that would make sense and these ATMs are obviously not safe.

2020-12-18I had accounts with them, one day I go to the bank and my money is gone i asked what happened. They had to investigate. They had me waiting for days until they said it was a bank mistake. Also their credit cards interest are super high. I wouldnt recommend this bank to no one!

2017-02-11Avoids this bank at all cost. There are a lot of options so I suggest you bank elsewhere.Service = The service is horrible. It is an ordeal to get anything done in this bank. A simple transaction can take forever.Staff = The staff is a mess and lack basic customer service skils. Most of the time they cant handle basic banking things like replacing an ATM card.Tellers = The tellers seem to lack common sense and ask a million thing even though they seen you before or you give them ID.

2020-06-29I wish I could give them No stars! Visited this capital one bank and the security guards are wearing their masks below their nose and not enforcing the rule to wear a mask when people enter to use the ATM which is in a small space that the line is sharing. The distancing on the line is barley 3ft, only some employees have on masks and others aren’t wearing them properly. Shame on you capital one! Very evident they do not care about people, employees or customers.

2019-06-26One of the worse location for capital one bank . I think they need to train employees when customers are in the line stop talking and walking around and help the customers. They also have a business line no one is working on it. And I stood there for about 15 minutes while the supervisor was walking around laughing and her name is sandra. I ask to speak the managers he/she was not around . Its horrible remove the business lin . And everytime I come to the bank this is same issues . Disgusting no customer service. I am changing my bank and I have a business and personal acct .

2018-02-16My mom - 83 year old - account was closed because she took out a little more than she had in. The account was closed but the bank never sent a letter or otherwise contacted her regarding the closure. The following month all her direct deposits sent to her account was in disarray and she had to open a new account. NO apology of any sort. Just a make sure it doesnt happen again. Thats taking care of our senior citizens. Thank You Capital One! True Vikings...

2019-01-28Ive came to this location with my daughter to get a cheque cleared, we waited over 2 hours to see a bank representative. The customer service is completely ridiculous. Slow service.
