You cant make up stuff like what Im about to relate here; witness: I needed change for a dollar to take a bus and I went into this bank branch to get it and the two tellers on duty said they only had two quarters between them!!!!!!!How outrageous is that! HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA! This place calls itself a bank?!?!?! They have got to be kidding! Maybe this was vigilante justice for money I owe them thats in collections!However, I didnt give my name or any ID, so how could they have known who I am?!?!?! More gangstalking, I guess! Google it if you dont know what it means!
I been with this,branch for over 25 years when it was jaimaica savings then be came north fork and now capital one. One thing that has not changed with in this branch is that its a training facility, for new tellers and managers never gets better just gets worse. My banking is always been the same there precidures always change with new tellers, due to my working hours my wife goes to the bank for me and she complaints to me how they always give her a hard time to do a simple Trans action. I took out an equity loan along with my brother on a house we own sent my wife over to the branch to pay the equity bill wich had two checks and signed.The teller asked my wife if it was together then asked my wife to see ID and had my wife sign the the check that was already signed.I work out side in all kinds of weather last winter it snowed a couple of inches I went over to this branch and guess what, they were closed due to the weather. A lot of people that showed up were angry and threatened to file a complaint with cooperate headquarters. I only go to that branch because its convinient, Im at the point Im going to transfer all my funds to another branch or bank. Its a shame after you get to know tellers and they get transfered to other branches.
First time using the bank and I was shocked at the hugh lines and the lack of manned teller positions. Tellers were professional and courteous, the bank needs to hire more tellers this a busy busy bank . More than 3 would really help.
Best service in banking ! The lines move very fast. Banks can learn much about personalize service from this Bank. Seems like they have great teamwork and high staff morale.
I’m from this neighborhood & always visit this specific Capital One but the homeless people who sleep inside there makes it looks BAD!!!! But overall this place is decent, needs working camera tho so whenever unwanted guess are in there high & cracked out they can leave!
Love this Capital One Bank ... At this branch all workers were professional and courteous...on 9/20/2019, I had fraud in my checking account.. Though I was upset , Mr.Oliver the Market Manager, was so nice and understanding...My problem was solved 1,2,3...I was so overwhelm with the staff who bended over backwards for me that I treated them all with donuts and coffee..So Mr. Oliver Diaz, hats off to you and your employees ......Ms. Presley
Like any bank there’s a wait time other than that my experience here has always been positive. They do their job well and it’s always clean, has security and there’s always candy lol.
I give me due when Due is Needed and for being a bank and the latest on the scene it has actually grown and been good. Always an Atm and it Took all my bills messy as I shoved them In an an Atm. Located outside thr Bank, those are So Key because lines are. Always so Long and itd quicker Outside so. I can just be in and out. Quick. INSTANT Cash, instant Manuevering. Lol
The 1st time I ever went in, i had to wait quite a while, but luckily i wasnt in a hurry.Today is the 2nd time i ever went there, d manager attended to me, I was in and out in 5 mins.So far, service has bn great. I pray it stays that way.
Omg!!!!!! Jus Omg!!!! Like really? That Spanish lady and that black Supervisor lady are so horrible, sad and just outright ghetto As Hell. I will report them to corporate asap. They are the worst and need to be fired or disciplined for unprofessional conduct at work. And representing a big bank like capital one. People take your business elsewhere.
Idiots are operating this institution. I have a fraud issue. I contacted customer service and it has been 58 minutes and I am still on hold listening that stupid music. I also called the branch and it has been more than 35 minutes I am on hold

Been here for all the changes over 30 years, I found the wall mural comforting while waiting in line, now that its gone I no longer go inside and prefer to use the lobby ATMs, no comfort with the tellers anymore.
This is a large & popular bank which is conveniently located at a busy intersection. This Bank is near to the Air Train, LIRR, Subway, Buses, Civil & Supreme Courts.
This is a great bank and the staff is amazing! Theyre very kind, helpful, and easy to talk too.
This bank is so slow 6 people working, and they still take foreverrr! They’re constantly walking away from their computers to go to the back
Legit waited over 30 minutes after I placed my name and the reason I’m here just for them to say I’m not on there iPad . Not to mention they asked me the first time my name and why im here . Horrible

2022-03-31On weekends the bank smells horrible, people who live on the street enter without having access to the door, which is only opened using the card, but they wait for someone to open and they (the homeless) come in , and there is garbage and too bad smell

2020-10-13This bank supports fraud! An account opened under this Capitol One branch (Akkerman Logistic Delivery) was scammed multiple people and this bank is sitting on their hands letting innocent people fall victim. I have already contacted the appropriate authorities to open an investigation into this branch.

2020-05-08I am an educator and a mom of three littles. I have been forced out of work by Covid-19 since March 14th. Because of this, I have gotten behind on my capital one credit card bill by two months. When I received the stimulus check from the government, I was able to get caught up. However, when I called in to the customer service center to apologize and explain, they refused to refund either $39 fee. They said if you need help in the future, let us know, but we will not refund any fees. In a time where people should be supporting one another, this company (capital one) has turned their cheek. I would not recommend them for anyone. Please beware if you choose this company, they do not care about you or your family. Instead they have taken this pandemic and used it to take advantage of the ones who have been affected.

2020-11-03I have been banking at this particular location for some time now. The bank is always crowded and the last time I was there ,right before covid hit nyc so hard.i was told by the bank about one of the tellers possible having covid.that was back in march.but the up side to this bank ,it is one of a few capital one banks in the Jamaica area. And the only one on suptin blvd.

2019-03-27There Online banking system needs improvement. Transactions pend for days at a time and once pushed through, it display the day process completed not the day you actually made the purchase. Plus, transactions fail then reprocess themselves without your knowledge. My advice, be your own accountant.
