Until recently, Capsule was very good at performing the entire premise of their digital pharmacy business -- making prescription deliveries quickly and on time. Recently, the company moved locations to the far reaches of Harlem creating extensive delivery delays with most prescription deliveries not available for a few days out. That being said, the customer service remains wonderful.
Absolutely amazing company who truly goes the extra mile to help their customers! I hope everyone switches to capsule to improve the time wasted on line at other competitors who don’t seem to care about the health of a customer, just about the insurance. I had a significant issue getting an antiviral for COVID-19 today, and the customer rep stood by me for over an hour trying to find who has the drug. This is dedication and teamwork. I admire them very much because they took the extra time to help me in this difficult time. Hopefully, I’ll be better soon and feeling better. Simply the best! Better than all the rest!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!My doctor recommended Capsule after difficulties with my prescription at the popular chain pharmacies. My insurance had changed and it didnt cover my medication, thus requiring a prior authorization. I was faced with huge bills for out of pocket costs if I had to cover the bill myself.Capsule handled my case with the respect, care and urgency that it deserved. I felt like a human being and not just an insurance number. I loved the chat feature and that a representative was available to discuss my case with me with regular follow ups/ check ins.My prescription was handled with care and resolved within no time. After months of hassle and back and forth a with the insurance companies prior with regular pharmacies- Capsule stepped in and fixed it in no time. I have many health issues and many medications to keep track of. I also cannot drive and so going to pick up medications is really a hassle, they deliver it right to my door and their drivers are always on time and really polite. Ordering and refilling my medications is so easy and fast, I can get it done in less than five minutes. If I forget to refill a med Capsule sends alerts to let me know I need a refill on that medication. If I ever have any problems, need refills, am battling insurance to cover something Capsule does it- THEY call and battle insurance. THEY Call my doctor and figure it out and they get the job done fast and with such amazing and friendly customer service I often cannot believe it. I’ve worked with so many pharmacies before, even others that deliver to my door, and NONE of them have come close to capsule. I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve worked with them for over a year now and they have never messed up a medication, been late or forgot anything.

Capsule Pharmacy is kryptonite to the big chain stores. They give personal attention to every patient and they have an individual approach to better care for your pharmacy needs. You feel a personal connection to them and they take pride in and foster this connection. Plus the price is right and they deliver very promptly. Take some advice from a multi Registry level hospital worker that is unfortunately inactive and disabled after an accident. If you are hesitant to change pharmacies, dont wait, make the change. I trust Capsule Pharmacy with my care and so should you. They are a pleasure to work with. All staff are professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. You can text and/or call about any concern and someone will be happy to answer your questions. You wonder, whats the catch but there isnt one. They worry about your care so you dont have to. I like to say Capsule Pharmacy, the Pharmacy with a heart!
Ive dealt with horror story after horror story with many different pharmacies. Ive literally sobbed because of the stress that other pharmacies have put me through. Switching to Capsule was one of the best decisions I have EVER made in my life. Capsule has made getting my prescriptions completely hassle free. They actually look at whats going on with your account and they care and communicate with you about whats needed and when. And their delivery service is awesome! Even when Ive missed them, theyre always gracious and willing to try again on the same day. I dont ever want to switch pharmacies again.
I am a big fan! I’ve been using Capsule for about 2 years and can’t praise them enough. They deliver medication right to my door (Apt building). Always top notch service, friendly, communicative and the best pricing. They easily transfer my prescriptions. If you have not tried Capsule for your pharmaceutical needs, give them a try. You will become a fan too!!
Im updating a previously poor review, written due to the delays and disorganization that have been going on since the the pharmacy location moved. I hope that soon Capsule manages to get back to the service they used to provide, which was excellent. In the meantime the staff has been extremely helpful and communicative in spite of the companys issues with the move. Thanks to them, particularly a pharmacy manager named Alicia, I was able to get my prescriptions filled on time, with no stress, ahead of an overseas trip. Ill keep using Capsule for the awesome customer service, hopefully theyll work out the rest of their issues.
Capsule is amazing, finally a pharmacy that is reliable and efficient! If My RX is not here, I know it is the disorganization of the doorman because I have that much trust Capsule did what it said it would do! They are the best!! Truly reliable and efficient beyond any other place ever!
Capsule has saved me from waiting in line at the pharmacy every month, which I consider a godsend. Today I watched as my delivery driver patiently waited for a mother pushing a carriage to cross the street. When I told him I saw that, he said gotta be nice to be nice. Thats five star service I can get behind!
I cannot recommend Capsule more enthusiastically. Transferring my existing prescriptions to Capsule was quick and easy, and their delivery whenever I need a refill is lightning fast. Really grateful I discovered Capsule and will never get my prescriptions from anywhere else. Five stars.
Capsule has been the one pharmacy that has never given me any frustration! They are always on top of everything, I never have to make a single phone call to insurance regarding prior authorizations and their system is seamless! Cannot express how helpful Capsule has been in my hubby’s cancer journey and his recovery from such. They are always SO helpful in answering questions, working with our docs, etc. We recommend to everyone as they were our saving grace especially when hubs was in the middle of chemo during mid-winter and delivery was always timely. Amazing team!
Hi, I have the most incredible experience, just a few minutes ago with Capsule telephone person, He was so friendly and professional, and he went beyond, his job, and helped me with my medication, as well with my husbands. I walkways had great experiences with them, but todays was the most of you can expect.Besides this, I love how they deliver all orders and how beatiful are the bags, and always the delivery people are amazing.
Customer service is everything, and Capsule’s is exceptional. First, I love that Capsule connects you with a human being immediately, without having to talk to a robot first. Tonight, I spoke to Tammy, a mother of three who works from home in upstate New York. I don’t know if all the customer service reps at Capsule are as empathic, resourceful and patient as she is; I only know that I thought I had an unsolvable issue, but she kept digging around and making calls and persisted until she solved it. I truly cant say enough about how amazing Capsule is. Ive been using them for years now and they have maintained responsiveness, quality and convenience the entire time Ive been a customer (even as the business has grown). They have gone beyond a normal pharmacy and helped me navigate insurance issues, doctor changes, etc. Ill share a story that provides a perfect example of why I recommend Capsule:I ran out of a prescription that I absolutely needed (cant go more than 1-2 days without it). When I called the doctor to get the refill, the office informed me that my doctor had retired and that I would need an appointment to re-prescribe it. At this point I was freaking out since I had already gone too long and was experiencing withdrawals. I asked Capsule if they could process an emergency supply and they not only approved it within 30 minutes but made sure to prioritize it and deliver it same day.Truly the best,
I handle all the medications for my husband Peter. A wonderful caring rep named Denise L. made sure that my husbands heart medication, which he would be running out of tomorrow, would be delivered in time for him not to miss a dose. She took time to contact the pharmacy department to ensure the prescription went through and could be filled as written, as the previous prescription could not be filled, and she remained on the phone with me until she got the green light.Unlike so many people who represent companies Denise cares. She said were all human beings and its very important to me that people get their medication.Capsule is very lucky to have her, and I was very fortunate that she was on the other end of the line.Thank you Denise!Kathy
The absolute best pharmacy I have ever interacted with. Capsule generally is good but this particular location is OUTSTANDING. My friend wondered if it’s ‘really more convenient to stay home and wait to get it delivered than just go down the block?’ Yes! Capsule comes at your convenience, will communicate with you ahead of time about your item being in stock or not, and delivers later than missy pharmacies. This location made special effort to be sure I got my medication when I wasn’t going to be home on time to receive it. Excellent customer service and excellent business model. I’ll never see a doctor that doesn’t use Capsule again.
I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. The delivery part was great until the wasn’t. Now I have to wait multiple days for my prescription (which can get problematic when I need something immediately) and they’ve been having a lot of supply chain issues. They’re always running out of medications and suggesting I reach out to another pharmacy - which is a problem because I then have to contact my doctor to send another script to a different pharmacy. Capsule is just not worth it anymore. It’s going downhill quickly.
My partner has bipolar disorder and absolutely must have her medication to function. Capsule failed to deliver her medication FOUR TIMES in a row, twice in one day! All four times, she was told on the phone that there was a “courier malfunction,” which is reasonable once or twice, but four times in three days?! Without her medication she can be suicidal, so this is utterly unacceptable. If your medication is important, if not having it can seriously negatively impact your life, DO NOT USE CAPSULE.
Seems like Capsule doesnt understand difference between urgent medication vs regular medication fill up. Doctor prescribed my infant son antibiotics to treat severe ear infection. We called Capsule immediately to fill the prescription. Agent told me that they couldnt deliver the medication same day due to deliveryman unavailability. Earliest they could do was next day at 12 PM. We requested some earlier slot describing the urgency, didnt help. Then we agreed to take the delivery on next day. Next day at 10 AM someone called and ask about possible allergies. Our son has cow milk allergy. Then Capsule wanted us to wait one more day to prepare special medication due to allergy. Then two days later still no medication, nobody bother to call. I loose my patience and I called them, this time they let us know that the prescription could not be filled due to unavailability.How come they be so irresponsible, keep us waiting for two days and provide no medication. During this time my sons condition went to worst. We had to call the doctors office to send the prescription to another pharmacy. Doctor told us to it was really bad for my son to start antibiotics these late.My experience is the agents have no idea about the medications and urgency of the medications at all.
Love love love Capsule. Just got quoted $13 at Walgreens for a drug that costs $3 on Capsule. No standing in line waiting for the public to buy their toilet paper and gum at the pharmacy counter. Just click on my prescription and they are hand delivered. It’s the best deal in town!!
Capsule is the most incredible pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their customer service is outstanding, their app works seamlessly, their free delivery to my doorstep is an incredible service, and their prices -as far as I have experienced - are unmatched. All of my doctors and my familys doctors are thrilled that we are using Capsule too. I will never use another pharmacy for prescriptions. 👍🏼❣️
I was having trouble with a prescription refill between a traditional pharmacy and Capsule. Meds were running out and I spoke to Ally N. at Capsule, who listened to me, understood the problem and resolved it almost immediately - all with a helpful, pleasant and upbeat approach. Great customer service from a great ambassador of the Capsule brand!
This service is AMAZING!! I love that I can get my prescriptions same day and the fact they deliver at no charge is such a great thing! I tell my friends and coworkers about this service all the time! Thank you Capsule for great service and great communication! You have a customer for life 😊
I have only good things to say about this pharmacy. They are friendly, fun and fantastic.I have never experienced less than phenomenal customer service from the people who work there. I do not know how I survived in the past without them looking out for me, answering any and all questions. They always take that extra step to make me feel ok. I love them.
This service used to be great and I would recommend it to others. However, since the pharmacy tried to expand business, the quality is terrible. My orders sometimes never show up. With certain medications, I will receive a message the day I am supposed to receive the medication, saying they no longer have it in stock and directing me to use a different pharmacy. I don’t receive responses to messages I send on the app for over 24 hours and the people who answer are not as helpful as they used to be. The available delivery slots are infrequent. Sometimes the delivery people are rude. I just received a prescription that was only half filled. I will no longer recommend this service to others.
Capsule’s service is unbeatable. They’ve moved up my delivery every time I’ve asked (with no fuss) when I needed my prescriptions sooner than the next available delivery window on the app. The one time I had an issue with a prescription was because of the insurance company. Capsule goes out of their way to follow up on any delays or issues between my doctor and insurance so I don’t have to. I have a lot of medications, so it’s been awesome not having to spend hours on the phone with the pharmacist, doctor, and insurance company or not being able to pick up a prescription because the pharmacy closed early. Capsule is also extremely responsive, especially via text. (BTW those text updates are not bots. A human responds during their business hours.) And I’m not ashamed to admit it: I’m a lazy POS and absolutely love having all my prescriptions hand delivered (for free!) to my front door.I’m never going back to traditional pharmacies; Capsule has spoiled me :)
Capsule is my go to pharmacy. First of all, if your insurance doesn’t cover something they’ll try to figure it out. Even when your insurance covers it, but out ofpocket is expensive they find a coupon for you and/or contact your provider to advise them on a better way to request the medication without issue.Also Capsule’s text updates feature is THEE best.You do not have to call them. They will text you. I love it. 🤷🏾♀️just switch and have your traditional pharmacy as a back-up.
When I first signed up, Capsule was great - easy to schedule delivery and no issues, really. Since their move, which seems to be taking months, I have had nothing but problems - cant schedule deliveries and when I do, they cancel or dont show. I am giving it one more round to see how it goes, but if I have problems again, will be moving on. Sad, because I was very happy but I cant keep having meds delivered days late.
Be careful if you apply for any job with Capsule. I applied for a position with them and they scheduled an interview with me. All fine and dandy. Then they postponed it to another day because the interviewer had an important meeting. Fine. I understood. So she scheduled the interview for another day. Then she cancels that interview. 2nd time this has been canceled. Fine. Shes a busy person for a big company. Now she sets the third and final interview date.Then on the day of the interview, she cancels it yet again and then tells me the position is on pause and there wont be any new hires. ??????? Makes no sense and really strung me along for no reason and made me lose other job interviews because I wanted to interview for this.So, be careful if you ever apply for a job with Capsule. They cancel on you a lot.
Capsule’s digital experience paired with customer service is likely the best and most seamless end to end customer experience I’ve ever encountered. From the app, to the text chat, to flawless delivery, I am amazed how they do this at scale. I hope there are business school case studies about this company because they have absolutely raised the bar!
I have never been disappointed with Capsule. The most important thing to note is how SWIFT and SEAMLESS using their services are. I am extremely lazy when it comes to self-care, and they make this process a pleasure by taking initiative and reaching out to my doctor and old pharmacy for updated information. I highly recommend them. I also never write reviews but they have been outstanding so it was worth noting.
A lot of people seem to be having a similar experience with Capsule pharmacy lately. Ive been with them for over a year and rarely had a complaint. They would deliver next day and the prices were great. Now there are huge delays in getting my meds, sometimes nearly a week. I can plan for it better now but initially I was not notified of these delays. Also, there have been at least two instances where on the day of my scheduled delivery I was informed of a delay because they just dont have the meds in stock? Thats unacceptable to me because I get very sick without my medication. Throughout all of this, though, theyve remained very communicative through the application when Ive contacted them. Id give two stars if this wasnt regarding something so serious as medication. Going forward I will be switching to a different pharmacy :(
Great service and easy to transfer prescription. They were so helpful and professional in helping me with my medications. They answered all my questions about my medications and accepted my GoodRx coupon. Words cant be express how happy I was with their services. I am a retiree from City government and many of their medications I take were much cheaper than my silverscript drug plan for Medicare. I would recommend especially to government retirees seniors and compare. Thanks so much Capsule for your professional help.
I love Capsule so much. Its a total innovation thats transformed my pharmacy experience. Its easy for my doctors to deliver scripts since they dont have to search addresses. They pharmacists are super responsive and available all the time with great communication via TEXT. They do all the work to get refills handled. AND they magically deliver everything to my door within minutes or hours for the cost of COPAY. I mean. This business is everything. I would so much rather have my insurance give these folks my money than big huge Walgreens or even worse horrible CVS who donates who right wing political causes. Capsule is everything. Use them!
I seriously didn’t think I would ever have to leave 1 star for this pharmacy. However, I have covid and my symptoms are severe and I went to urgent care and they prescribed me 7 medication! I contacted them the same day and told them it was urgent they refused to deliver my medicines the same day like they don’t even care or looked at the fact how serious and important it was. Okay fine so I scheduled another delivery for today 7/31/2022 they send me just one text message on the capsule app saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver it today either!!?!! I’m sorry what it’s past 6 o’clock and I am just now checking the app. I’m sorry but not everyone going to to check the capsule app 24 hour or their life specially a person who’s literally sick and stuck in bed all day.. They didn’t even try to call me knowing how urgent this was and since I didn’t respond the scheduled another delivery for tomorrow lololol. Instead they could’ve called me and transfer my medication to some other pharmacy no??? Now it’s past 6 and they are closed and I cant get my medicine I can’t even have it transferred!!! This whole situation got me so frustrated now I am wondering if they even care about their patients. And if they are known as same day delivery pharmacy, they should be able to do so!! Do what you promised us period.
Honestly, the staff & operators at Capsule are the best ! They’re all extremely polite, professional, & attentive to the service that they provide. Making it a pleasure to do business with. Since being with Capsule I’ve had the most ease confirming my prescriptions I’ve ever had (( in dealing with any pharmacy I’ve ever had to do business with )) , & the convenience of their delivery service (( sometimes delivering up til’ 10pm here in N.Y. )) especially for a person in my situation is priceless !!Thanks to all, for your continued help & service !!I look forward to doing business with you in the future for all my medicinal & prescription needs. 👍✌️😎
I share the recent negative reviews with medications not getting delivered. I seriously didn’t think I would ever have to leave 1 star for this pharmacy. I scheduled two days ahead of time for a delivery and was supposedly confirmed. I then didn’t get my delivery with no contact or anything explanation. I contacted them the same day via chat on their app, and explained the missed delivery and was left on read for an extended period of time. Subsequently I was told 46 stops were ahead of me, and though I replied that I wanted to wait and get my meds that day they replied several hours later saying they could not deliver that day. No explanation and next offered delivery three days later. When I requested a prescription transfer, I got absolutely no answer and had to call in the next day to get the RX numbers, only to find out that they supposedly “moved facilities” and that’s why they couldn’t deliver. Overall, very disappointing lack of communication, advanced planning, and no effort to make the situation right. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Amazing service. I just switched over yesterday, and i received my script well ahead of time. Their communication and customer service is beyond incredible. They truly are passionate about their service and dedication to their customers.This is THE pharmacy. Im very impressed.
Transferred a prescription to Capsule as my health insurance expired within 24 hours. They told me it was ready to deliver the next day and scheduled it. Then 2 hours before delivery ( I had to miss work to receive) I get a message they DONT have it, no idea when they will, and now I will be charged the full price when they do even though they charged me the insured price already becausev THEY messed up the dates. I could have gone to a competent pharmacy, but believed they were actually knew their own inventory. Now Im stuck with no medication and patying out of pocket for very expensive medication. Thanks for NOTHING Capsule!
I couldn’t love Capsule more! I’ve had so many healthy problems over the last year. Navigating my work schedule and things like going to the pharmacy has been very difficult. But one of my doctors told me about Capsule and they have literally been such a blessing to my fiancé and I! Not only are they efficient and make my life easier by not having to go sit in the long lines at Walgreens, but they are also incredibly kind and helpful. I’m so grateful to have been introduced to Capsule. If you haven’t tried them, do it for one medication. You’ve got nothing to lose. I swear you will be impressed!
Left hand is strong. Right hand is a negative 5!!!!! Now what?Tried to get my medications from here. My doctor recommended. It took four tries to get it right. Each time they sent the wrong price. They quoted 300% more than the doctor told me. Ultimately, they found a coupon and it was still more than the doctor anticipated.Also, dont sign a text...Love, Sonia...Its inauthentic at best and at worst its well, you know
I strongly advise choosing another service as Capsule is disorganized and unreliable. I have been waiting nearly two weeks for a common medicine. The order went through, was being prepared, sent for delivery, and then nothing happened. When I inquired, I was told it would be a week for delivery. Delivery was yesterday, and it never came. It was cancelled and I’m back to square one. Same day delivery-not a chance. Save yourself the headache, choose a different pharmacy.
This might be a good service if you have a very basic prescription that is covered by insurance. If you don’t, you’ll find yourself fighting to get your prescription. The prices fluctuate without any explanation and Capsule will not honor prices they have listed on their goodrx.com coupons. Capsule will also go ahead and reach out directly to your doctor to ask them to prescribe a completely DIFFERENT medication without even consulting you. For anyone who has struggled to find the right meds, to have a pharmacy decide that you’ll just have to go with something else is very frustrating. I wish I could use another pharmacy, but my doctor sent all my refills here. As soon as they are finished, I hope to never use Capsule again. Every time I try to get a refill, I go through this. Right now, we’re over an hour into a chat, just trying to get the refill and an answer about the newest, even higher price. DO NOT USE CAPSULE.
I have been a Capsule user for years but after everything that happened with my last refill, no more. One of my medications is more tightly controlled and every time my provider calls in the refill it goes to hang on, we need to confirm some things. Chats / texts are no longer being answered. And Im about to go four days without a daily medication because their delivery window is now over half a week out.Great idea, but if a doctor sends you a script, you need to fill it. Not want to know more and then not respond. And even then, require over four days to fill it. Dont go here unless youve got reserves.
Capsule has been a game changer for me when it comes to picking up my prescription medications. I have an autoimmune condition and have many prescriptions I need to stay on top of in order to manage my symptoms. Capsule’s user-friendly app makes it easy to order your meds, schedule a delivery at times that are convenient for you, and offers patients 5-star customer service via their in app messaging function and over the phone. Call me a Capsulevangelist! I absolutely love this pharmacy.
Capsule used to make life so much easier with its online delivery system. But over the years its become much more burdensome. They require constant calls with my doctors over prescriptions to the point one of them refuses to work with Capsule anymore. Earlier this year I was trying to get three month supplies of my medications as I was planning to travel for an extended period of time and and it took weeks and weeks of back and forth trying to sort it all between Capsule and insurance - I didnt get my medications sorted in time which was a contributing factor to having to cancel the trip. I was crying on the phone to them near the end I was so exhausted by all the calls and messaging. There are endless hoops now.
I hate leaving a one star review. But… the pharmacist told me the type of prescription I need is impossible for capsule to reliably fill…monologued about the supply chain issues.Twice now on my way to pickup my prescription they alert me that they can’t fill it - which I had scheduled for pick up two days prior.
I have never experienced such incompetence in my life and its scary that they are a pharmacy who (claim to) deliver medications that people need and they claim to base their whole business model off of communication and delivery yet they dont communicate (if they decide not to deliver your medication bc its not a priority even though you ordered it a week ago) they dont tell you, if they say theyll call you back in 20 minutes, you wont. ever get a call back and if you expect them to have normal everyday medications like a normal pharmacy, then again, sorry, its always out of stock (and not just for a day Im talking weeks but theyll keep pretending its coming). Also if you expect a pharmacy based on delivery to have couriers to deliver medication, again, youd be very mistaken, as one (of dozens) of excuses I have received multiple times is there are no available couriers. So a delivery pharmacy with its business model based on communication that cant deliver, cant get your medication and wont communicate. They used to be decent, but something changed and Im sure they wont be around much longer, since theyre lacking medication and people to deliver what they have.
Capsule used to be absolutely spectacular, one of the best customer service organizations in the country. I had nothing but good things to say about them. Then they tried to expand into being a One-Stop shop for healthcare, which hasnt worked out, and they have laid off staff at the same time that they moved their pharmacy from Midtown Manhattan to the way Upper West side. The whole thing is a disaster at this point. Here it is Sunday, and the soonest they can deliver a prescription is Wednesday. It used to be 2 to 4 hours. There are plenty of alternative services available, and Im not putting up with this much longer. Truly a shame. The ineptitude of the transition is just shocking. Theyve destroyed all the Goodwill they created, for no reason that I can understand.
Was convenient until it wasn’t. Total hassle now. Pros: easy scheduling with the app, deliveries come during the window provided. Cons: they have sooo much trouble filling the prescriptions. There’s always some hiccup that delays my getting my medication, for some reason Capsule (and only capsule, this doesn’t happen at other pharmacies) needs to actually speak with my very busy doctor to fill a prescription that was sent in and when they can’t get in touch with the doctor (who has already sent in a legal and valid prescription) they won’t fill it. Never had this problem at other pharmacies.

Ive used Capsule before and it was fine. Today, however, when I needed medication for my sick toddler, they ghosted me. I confirmed there was an available delivery time for the prescription while at her pediatrician. Though they confirmed by email, Capsule cancelled the delivery without emailing or texting me (they sent a chat message through a popup the webpage that was open on my home computer, without updating the status of the delivery??). When I contacted them after not receiving the delivery within the timeslot, they offered only delivery hours later or that I could travel to their midtown pharmacy to pick up the medication myself--which...isnt the desire to doing avoid that their whole reason for existence? Trying to chat with customer service to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy left me on read for long spans at a time with no response. What a waste of time! Im disappointed they arent reliable and cant keep up with what they advertise.
No idea how this service has gotten so much worse the last year. I got a root canal and called in my RX and scheduled it from my dentists office. Two days later, no apologies and TERRIBLE customer service and NO prescription ( zero apology might I add for their mess up). They changed the delivery time without my consent, claimed to try to deliver when they didn’t ( we work from home) and when I asked them to transfer the RX they waited another day. Shameful. Will never use them again and you shouldn’t either…
This place is horrible when it comes to their own screw ups. There was a missing pill in the bottle (controlled substance). Ive contacted their pharmacist and was rudely told that I would not get a replacement because they count their pills and thats that. Good-bye, Capsule! Youve treated me like s$%t,
NEVER AGAIN.1. When I transfered my medications over to capsule, I called them and asked to start the following month, I wanted to pick up my current scripts at my local pharmacy. They told me that would not be an issue and then transfered all of my scripts to their pharmacy any way. I had to wait for them to transfer the scipts back to my old pharmacy.2. They didnt deliver a medication and never contacted me about it. When I contacted them to ask why it wasnt delivered and to reschedule the deliverly, it took them so long to respond that I had to get the last available time slot for the next day.3. When I called a month later to refill the prescription I had asked them not to fill until this month they told me the script was flagged because a pharmacy transfer was requested. I told them that was for last month, not this month. They successfully transfered my script back to Capsule only to tell me my medication was out of stock and I would need to get it refilled at my local pharmacy.If you are wondering: this all took place the same month. I had absolutely no positive interactions with Capsule from start to finish there was a problem every single step of the way. NEVER. AGAIN.
Capsule has honestly gone downhill. I used to swear by them, but the delivery wait times are getting longer and longer. I am now having to wait four days (!) to get my insulin, for example. Plus they refused to fill two of my meds due to an interaction, which would be fine...except they canceled the delivery less than an hour before scheduled, leaving me in a lurch. Id been taking these meds for weeks, theyd previously confirmed with my doctor that the interaction was okay, and yet they still refused to deliver. They also could have checked this issue when I placed the order rather than waiting until 45 minutes before I was expecting the meds to be delivered.Honestly, Im transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere. Everything Capsule advertises--same-day delivery, a real person on the chat--has gone by the wayside as theyve gotten bigger.
Reading the five star reviews makes me wonder if they’ve undergone a management change, or a corporate lobotomy. They advertise that they deliver prescriptions same day in NYC, where I am. I had an emergency where a medication (a controlled substance) I take three times daily spilled out of its bottle and onto the pavement, leaving me in need of a rush prescription. No worries, I thought—it may be about to be a 4 day holiday weekend, but they promise same day delivery and the reviews are stellar, so I told my doctor to send the e-script over. I normally am prescribed two controlled medications per month, and Capsule elected to fill one—the one that I had enough of to at least last me several days—but not the other, claiming they needed additional documentation from my doctor in order to fill an rx for both a “stimulant” and a benzodiazepine. My doctor sent the prescriptions at 7:20AMish. It’s 10:18, and I’m still only able to have the rx I don’t urgently need delivered to me—and not even today, but tomorrow! The CSR rep has been silent for over an hour on live chat. There’s no other way to get in touch with them. I wish I had gone to CVS or Walgreens, and that phrase has never once in my life passed my lips. Without this medication, I am at risk for seizures.They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for, clearly. Or don’t get what you pay for, in this case.
I finally found a pharmacy that actually is competent and cares about their customers everyone from the pharmacist to all the staff to the delivery man are very nice professional and they go out of their way to make sure that they get the job done! Completely stress-free the big pharmacies like Walgreens and rite Aid should take lessons from them I finally found a new Pharmacy stress-free honest and to top it all off fantastic prices!
Terrible customer service. I needed an important prescription filled, they said they are working on filling the prescription (fine) but taking a long time to do it.Days pass, nothing is filled still. I message them asking for an update. They say they are still working on it.Days pass again! Still not filled, then I learn the prescription expired..? Now it cannot be filled.Customer service agent says they chatted me asking to pay $10 to fill it.I did not receive that message AND $10 to fill one bottle is ridiculous.Im going back to CVS where they dont make me jump through hoops or have my pay to fill prescriptions.Do better.
I switched from CVS and have been sooo happy !!! This company is the best kept secret in NYC. They are so nice, communicating with my doctors, texting me, but I love the cute bag they deliver the meds in!! It makes you happy to be sick! By far the best service for delivering medications I have ever seen. Hurry and make the switch!
1 star because it does not let me put none, service is horrible and they lie about everything! I get a hold of my doctor in 2 minutes and they claim days of not being in touch with my doctor! They do not have empathy for their customers on medications needed. It is 4th of July weekend and I have been reaching out to them for my medication for over 2 weeks, ask for emergency supply and they telling me to purchase over the counter we are all just $$ signs for them!! Do not recommend at all!
Capsule has become another uncaring big business out to make as much money as possible. They lured people in with many promises and since theyve been bought out by a large sharky company, they have deteriorated to the point of being unrecognizable in their original incarnation. They are making scheduling for delivery very difficult, and are very uncommunicative. They used to do Prior authorizations for medication and now have stopped for things like Adderall without informing patients or doctors. I have gone days without my medication as a result due to their lack fo communication. Even the pharmacist I spoke to didnt know this new change. I thought it was too good to be true, and they have proven that Im correct. I get it, millennials love the texting and the delivery, but if theres any snafu, forget it. No one knows whats going on and no one communicates. Sad.
This service used to be great. But recently they have been having some major issues. I have scheduled for delivery for different days and times and nothing was delivered. No phone calls and no texts informing me that the delivery wasnt going to be carried out. I have had other people waiting at home for my delivery since I have been away working. And it is disruptive when the communication is absent and nothing is delivered on scheduled time. And when I have been calling to find out why my delivery is not carried out, I have got disconnected several times when transferred to the delivery department. Unfortunately this service is not reliable anymore as it used to be. Maybe a change up in staffing or some other internal issues. Regardless it should be corrected. It is disrespectful in regards to peoples valuable time.
Capsule just keeps getting worse and worse. Price fluctuates monthly. Today when I ordered my medication they texted me that they couldnt honor the price on their website and that my prescription was 50% more expensive than it’s ever been. I said I didnt want it at the new price and they delivered it anyway (and charged my credit card without my permission).Never again.
Their services have been abysmal. It takes days to fill prescriptions with them. They come hours after the delivery window if they come at all. I had to have medication transferred to my pharmacy which I had to walk over a mile to get to after having all four wisdom teeth removed because of these clowns. They are in the business of medication and they are frankly irresponsible. Would not recommend to my enemies.
IF YOU REALLY NEED YOUR MEDICATION DO NOT USE THEM - IF YOU CAN wait a few days or 5 use them- they do not know what they are doing- disorganized, and scary part is they have no security what soever! They do not take the job seriously, dealing with peoples health! telling you it takes them 3 hours to transfer your medication to an actually pharmacy when it took my doctor 10 min!!!! Sadly since moving, it appears that Capsule cant get back on track with reliable delivery. I am post-operation and have been waiting 2 days for my medication. I received text messages stating they couldnt deliver as planned, then the following day, the delivery time slot changed three times. Im in pain, still no meds, and wish I had my prescription sent to CVS in my neighborhood.
Update: once I became a regular the availability for delivery stretched from same day to 3-5 days out. Complacency is my kryptonite 😤This company has made getting prescriptions seamless. Gone are the days of standing in line , while not feeling well, to hear “it isn’t ready yet”. They deliver to your door. You pay on line, you chose which scripts to fill. You chose when they will be delivered, including what time.The delivery person texts you when they’re on the way. The company texts you once the deliver is completed.When is your next refill? It’s written in black and white so there’s no guessing.Need additional refills? They communicate with the Dr. to request additional refills.There’s no reason not to use Capsule!My only disappointment is not knowing about them sooner.
This is the unusual internet-based company - because there are people on the other end of the line, who have clearly been instructed to help customers with their needs. They’re courteous, they explain things clearly, they try to help you (with your insurance company requirements, those pesky kinds of things) - I really feel like I have a partner with Capsule in getting the care I need.
Capsule delivered the wrong amount of pills… I am short ten days worth of medication. I have been calling for 2 weeks spoken to 6 different agents and pharmacists and every day they tell me they will “sort it out” and deliver it the next day, however, they have not delivered my medication and they seem to be ignoring my text messages at this point…Nobody is answering my texts on the app or text. For the past 2 days when I call they put me on hold and then disconnect my call after a few minutes.
I can’t even begin to describe the type of service this team provides. They are also always fully stocked with medications when some pharmacies such as CVS / Walgreens are out of items. They physically come straight to your door also which is amazing, no more waiting in that long CVS line anymore!! Thankful there is such a service like this in the world!
Be warned - they DO NOT accept all medicaid managed care plans, and who knows how many other insurance plans they dont accept. Their website claims they take everything, this is patently false. Get answers from someone at Capsule about your plan before wasting time trying to order through them.
For a long time, I was using Walgreens. However, because I had to go out to get my meds, it was difficult depending how much pain I was in. Sometimes I would miss my meds 3 to 5 days at a time depending how i felt. All of you are awesome! Ty for your service. I can now take my meds without any problem and on time. Thank you
Almost every month now the app tells me my medication is ready on a certain day and when the day comes and Im ready to fill it, Im told that its too early to fill.. even though I make preparations with my schedule so Im ready on that day and Ill be available to pick it up but they dont seem to care... Then today I was supposed to pick up an important medication that was supposed to be ready today and it said there was a refill remaining, when I called to have it filled they told me there was no refill is expired and we need another prescription.. 100% negligent I just wish I can sue them but theyre causing me so much pain Im going to be sick like a dog all weekend because of this pharmacy..problem is its a Saturday and I cant get in touch with my doctor so now I have to go through withdrawals all weekend because of capsule pharmacy.. do not use capsule sure they deliver and theyre friendly but theyre incompetent and they screw up every time
I never leave reviews but i’m on a million medications because my body is awful (did not ask for a body), and i simply do not know how i would navigate the treacherous waters of insurance companies and prescriptions without all the lovely people at Capsule. also, how is it free???? it makes no sense. i mean, to be clear, i’m not complaining, i just don’t Get It.
Completely unreliable. They wait until your delivery window has past to tell you they are not able to deliver your order. Kept rescheduling orders only to have them be “undeliverable” again in the new time (again only informing me after the window has past). I’m switching back to Duane Reade, that’s how bad the service is.
This is such a terrible pharmacy. I constantly have to repeat the same question/statement to several different people there who will ask me the same things over and over again that I’ve already answered. I gave them pictures of my insurance card twice and they kept charging me the full prices for my medications. I ask and give them the number to reach out to my provider and they don’t do it in a timely manner, then, they repeatedly ask me again if I want them to reach out to my provider. I assume that I am never talking to the same person, hence the need to repeat everything. All of their responses are very cut and paste. Frustrating.
Please tell your workers/reps to stop blocking other business when they pull over to distribute their supplies. Staff has contacted your office numerous times. Would you like us to park in front your business and inconvenience your customers? I ask that you and your team do the right thing before this escalates. You should all know what business the complaints are calling from. Also your reps are very rude and unprofessional, which we already disclosed to deaf ears!
Capsule has solved so many of my headaches with doctors / pharmacies / prescriptions. Their customer service is seriously amazing and I can’t begin to describe how much they’ve helped. I’ve dealt with other delivery pharmacy services and nothing compares. Can’t thank them enough

I live in the MSP area and just switched to Capsule. Ive never experienced this level of service, thoughtfulness, and kindness from a pharmacy before. They took care of literally everything wrt transferring my medications, even Lyrica which is controlled-- normally Id have to call my clinic myself to get a new Rx, but they did all of it for me! My courier was lovely and very communicative, texting when they left for my house and again when they arrived before they came to the door. The packaging was even above & beyond! They included a card with a handwritten welcome note and a bunch of Capsule stickers! I cannot say enough good about this pharmacy, especially compared to a couple big chains I wont name here... Thank you Capsule!!
I never write reviews but i want to save anyone else prescribed adderall the agony of using this pharmacy. i’ve never had to jump through more hoops to get my prescription. they use a cheerful, patronizing tone to treat you like an addict when you’re just trying to get a prescription filled that you’ve been taking for yearstl;dr if u have adhd avoid this place
Capsule had a major data breach in April, hackers got 25k+ users data. Demo info (name, number, email, address, DOB), health info (conditions and medications), payment information, AND insurance info (group and member IDs). Scary stuff. Seems they did not have proper security measures in place for such personal and intimate data.
I think the service is excellent personally I have not ever experienced any issues and I like the fact that theres always somebody there during regular business hours to help if I have any problems processing a prescription through the website and they are very friendly and quick

Prices are low, customer service is impeccable, and after hearing a Capsule you’ll never visit another drug store for your prescription needs again! I wish I could give this 0 stars. This service has been nothing but a headache every month and even after I asked them to transfer my prescriptions to a physical pharmacy, they are blocking me from getting my medication because they did not transfer my prescription correctly.
Capsule has changed the game on how pharmacies are run and work today! I have been using them for years now. Every month they deliver my prescription perfectly. They also help me apply a coupon that lowers the cost of my medication. I am indebted to Capsule, especially since the pandemic has required me to work from home on and off. Updating this review to say that Capsule totally redeemed themselves. They apologized profusely - they had had a server issue and got me my prescription early the next day. I’ve used them twice since then and it’s been easy and efficient. Give them a try.First time using capsule and two days in a row I confirmed my delivery window. Still haven’t seen my prescription and no explanation has been provided. I was so excited to use this service. Completely disappointed.

Once I switched to Capsule, my experience has been nothing but good. The customer service is so personable and I don’t have to worry about logistics with my insurance company, and they always have everything I need. Super convenient that I don’t have to make trips out to the pharmacy to pick up my meds, and everything’s done through text, or the app’s messaging widget.one time, my mother put in a request for my brother‘s medication info and they had offered to have it delivered the next day, but she needed it that very night. They suggested that either she could go to our local pharmacy or they could attempt to expedite the process - which they were able to do, and we got the delivery the same night! Plus you can ask them anything and they’ll always get back to you. I love capsule and I don’t plan on going back!

If for some reason you have an issue and need to call them, you get to speak to someone immediately and they resolve your issue right then and there, no answering machine or anything. My doctor put my most recent prescription through Capsule. It seemed Great! But when I got my prescription they had shorted me. When I first spoke to customer service they said it was “on me” and refused to compete the order until they completed a comprehensive review on their end. Then they said they would deliver the outstanding pills to me. For the last two days they have been promising delivery and blowing every delivery window. They have also promised to have a supervisor contact me several times but I have as of yet to here from them.Plenty of pharmacies deliver. None give you the run around that Capsule has given me. Avoid them if you can
I’ve been a Capsule customer for two years and they have never disappointed me. It’s so convenient to be able to text my pharmacy and the few times I’ve had to speak with someone on the phone were painless.Capsule communicates with my doctor’s office and insurance company without me having to get involved (which is priceless) and the couriers have always been courteous and professional. I wouldn’t have thought it was possible to love my pharmacy, but here we are.
The only good thing about the Capsule pharmacy is delivery. Delivery is impeccable. As far as the whole interplay between their pharmacists, my doctors and my insurance company its a giant big mess. I have to fight with them every month to get my medications in order. Literally every other pharmacy out there will make deliveries. This one, more precise. Have fun being on the phone or chatting with them for hours for this type of convenience.
Capsule has been a life saver for me. Not only did they lower my CoPay on one medicine and get rid of it on another, but they also have made getting my prescriptions SO easy!!!!!! Service has been getting worse and worse. Most recently received a prescription that was short the correct number of capsules, but they said they didn’t see any discrepancies. Couriers will give my medication to the first person they see in the lobby of my building. Now it’s taking over a week to get any prescriptions refilled. Really a bummer since they used to be so good.

After being extremely frustrated with 3 local pharmacies and the lack of customer service and personal attention, I needed to find a new solution. I tell everyone about Capsule. They are attentive, extremely quick to respond as well as kind and compassionate. The app has saved so much time and I get personalized texts from them to remind me to refill. When there has been an issue with a prescription, they immediately contact my insurance or doctors office and FAST! I dont know how they do it. I will never use anything else. Also, choosing your delivery window and having it brought to your front door is a huge bonus. Thank you Capsule. Keep doing what you’re doing!
Capsule has totally revolutionized the pharmacy experience. It’s unbelievably easy with their app and their ability to text you back. They are consistent with their estimated delivery times and super super responsive with random medication questions and helpful with insurance issues. I’ve been lucky enough to use Capsule for the last 3 years and I’ve only had wonderful experiences. I recommend it to everyone!
My doctors office asked me if I wanted to try this instead of my local pharmacy. They said they take all insurance, and I would pay the same price as I do at my local pharmacy, and it would be delivered to my house for free. I got the text from Capsule, texted them my insurance info, and clicked on the link. My prescription showed that it would be $59.00. I get it at my pharmacy for under $5. I thought surely they just didnt figure in what insurance would pay so I called. They said they subtracted what insurance would pay and the $59.00 was what I would have to pay. I told them to cancel it, and because it was for a narcotic they couldnt transfer it to my local pharmacy. Now I have to try and get hold of my doctor again to get a new prescription.
We placed our first order with Capsule for a delivery between 6 and 8. They never came. We called them to inquire and were told that they knocked and no one answered. We were on the main level of our home and didnt hear a knock. Our ring doorbell didnt see ANYONE. They rescheduled for the next time slot which was 8-10 PM. I waited by the door for 2.5 hours. No text, no call no show. At this point, I would have had it sent out to another pharmacy but wasnt able to because they were closed. Called immediately the next morning (today) to inquire. They said someone was there to deliver and no answer. Not possible, I didnt leave the door. No visitors on ring doorbell. We confirmed that the address was correct. Hesitantly, rescheduled for a delivery at my office between 10AM and 1PM. I received a message that I should call to reschedule from the night before. Called and no-one seemed to know about the 10-1 appt even though they now had my work address listed on the account. They said they could deliver from 6-8PM tonight. I cancelled and had it filled within 30 minutes at the local Walgreens. By far the worst experience. I gave them 3 chances to make this right before writing this but unfortunately, customer service didnt seem to care. When I asked for a manager, they said they would look into it and get back to me. Still havent heard from them.
I just had a delivery from them for meds that my pharmacy didnt have in my area. My doctor sent the script to capsule, and I tell the customer service was on par. I was having problems processing my order. I called and didnt wait to long get a human, and he was kind and told me what the problem was. The computers were having a problem. They solved it, and I called back about an hour, and I was able to get it delivered to my house in a timely fashion. I will be using you guys again in the near future.
Capsule is the best pharmacy delivery service I have ever experienced. Customer service is exceptionally amazing. If you’re having a difficult time with having your prescription filled due to insurance issues; rest assure that Capsule will do their very best to solve the problem in a timely manner. From customer service to delivery; they are a remarkable service. I would recommend this service to everyone. If there were a million stars I would definitely have entered it.
I was having trouble getting my insurance to cover a prescription and my doctor suggested we send it to Capsule because theyre really good at getting insurance authorizations. Capsule got it approved the next day! And they even got me qualified for a manufacturer coupon that saved me $35!Super convenient, love the two-hour delivery windows and awesome customer service.
I have used Capsule for years, and until the past 8 months, it was excellent. Capsule has now twice failed to deliver my medications during the confirmed times. Eight months ago, there was an unexplained delay, which I later learned was due to the drivers car breaking down. I ultimately had to reschedule my day the following day in order to be home to receive my medication. Yesterday, I again ordered a different prescription to be delivered between 8-10 pm. No one ever showed up. When I called Capsule this morning, I was told that my order was somehow deleted (even though they processed a charge to my credit card for it yesterday). So, once again, I have to restructure my day today to hopefully receive my medication. I was told there was some glitch that caused this issue. I do not care about excuses. If my order was deleted, why isnt there something built in to notify me about it? Given how unreliable Capsule has become, I will return to an old-fashioned pharmacy where I can just go and get my medication without rescheduling an entire day to accommodate Capsules inability to do its job. Capsules service, which was built upon convenience, has become beyond inconvenient, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time.
I recommend Capsule to literally EVERYONE I know. After years of going to with pharmacies like CVS (and all the headaches that go with them), one of my doctors recommended Capsule and I have never gone back. Aside from the convenient delivery service, I have found that they really go to bat for their clients. They have helped me countless times, getting discounts on various overpriced medications that I would otherwise not be able to afford. Most recently when I had an issue getting a refill from my doctor, they assured me they would contact my doctor and get it done. They did!I will never ever go back to a regular pharmacy. Capsule, youre the best!
The couriers don’t know how to do their job. I had specific instructions to call my number because the buzzer was broken AND a huge sign posted on the front door with my number stating the buzzer was broken. They failed to deliver the medication in the morning.Called to let them know the medication was not delivered. They said it would go out again 2-4. Nothing.Called again and they said the medication never went out and the next one would be 6-8 pm!Mind you, this is pain and antibiotics because I just had surgery. I was supposed to be taking this medication last night but capsule could not deliver until the morning. STILL NO DELIVERY. If I knew it would be this difficult I would have just went to the trouble to pick up this medication myself than sitting here waiting in pain for HOURS.Would not recommend this company at all.
This team is so great - without a doubt the best service to have on your side when navigating the utter ridiculousness of the US health insurance industry. Christina C went above and beyond researching all the options I had available to me, and their delivery service is so great. Highly recommend.
Capsule is amazing. They are beyond responsive, deliver to your door quickly for free (same day), and provide incredible customer service. And all my communication with them is via 1 single SMS text conversation. Anything I need, I just send a text. And the cost seems to be about the same as other pharmacies.

Just trust me, start getting your prescriptions from here ‼️‼️‼️First of all their app is great and makes things 100x easier than if you were to go on some huge pharmacy’s dum website. There are also reminders and the ability to add basic OTC things to your order. It do b the little things in the user experience. 🥲Because of the easy, painless, and convenient experience I never have to miss any doses. WOW! Where do I even begin… I’ve never had a pleasant experience at any pharmacy for 20 years. Rite Aid, CVS and Walgreens have never had even a semblance of Customer Service. This service was sort of like “set it and forget it.” I really didn’t need to be involved much at all and the few times I needed to submit documentation was the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. I will never use any other pharmacy other than Capsule, never!!!
Extremely helpful & understanding. Their team walks you through all the steps (patiently) to help you get your prescription filled and all insurance issues resolved. There’s a personal aspect of the Capsule you don’t get a a normal pharmacy at times & I’m extremely grateful because it’s very hard to navigate at times. When I first started using Capsule, their service was timely and efficient. In the last year, they consistently cancel half of my orders, with either no understandable reason and/or no notice at all. They just don’t show up. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and it takes forever to get someone on the line who can explain why orders are being cancelled. Overall, their services have gone downhill significantly. Given that they are dealing with something as important as medication and health issues, this is unacceptable.
I travel often and have needed my prescription a day or two early on a few occasions - requires hours on the phone in order to get this to happen - even after sending my travel itinerary as requested. Most recently, they refused to fill my prescription until three days after the monthly amount expired - even after my doctor told them to fill it. On top of that, you get mixed answers from the employees- at one point they let me order and pay to have it delivered only to cancel without any notice. A major headache and honestly, disrespectful to be treated so skeptically when requesting my medication.
NYC: Christina C went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent outcome when 4 other agents couldnt get it together. She is an asset to this company. Wish I could ask for her everytime. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Her texts came through as if she was a kind friendly family member who cares. GO CHRISTINA C!
A great service, one of the best Ive used in general recently, not just pharmacy-related. I was so sad when there was an issue with them and my insurance because there was a short time I couldnt use them and had to go into a regular pharmacy and deal with lines and people. So glad everything is back to normal now. Fast and convenient delivery, they even remind me of refills I might need and offer to reach out to my doctors and other pharmacies if there is a problem.
Capsule is incredible. The team are responsive and helpful, and after my closest pharmacy closed up, have been a lifesaver. They’ll always find the lowest drug price, and the customer service is so easy to work with it i have an issue. ZI can’t say enough good things!
My experience with Capsule has been amazing. They work with your insurance and if your prescription isn’t covered, they work to find coupons or the best cost possible. When I got out of the hospital, they made sure my pain meds were delivered on time before I got home. Their customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough. Capsule is a truly amazing service, not only do they go to battle for you with ridiculous insurance company policies, but they actively help you get coupons for medications and cater to travelers who often need extra supplies. The ability to chat with your pharmacy is invaluable and the delivery service in many cases within a couple of hours has always been flawless.
Capsule has the absolute best customer service out of any pharmacy ever, not to mention the best prices! I was traveling and needed a medication immediately and they were the only ones who could satisfy my request and get me feeling better quickly while away! Highly recommended. Their texting system on the app is also excellent.
Capsule isn’t just great because they deliver to wherever you are 7 days a week. It’s really about how fabulous the pharmacists and pharmacy agents treat you. I’ve had multiple issues that would normally be a huge pain for a traditional pharmacy to get taken care of without massive problems. Capsule returns my messages without my having to keep at them. They even called me on a Sunday morning to solve a problem that was too complicated to solve by text. And they do it in a super friendly and professional manner.

All I did was set up an account and they handled the rest! Delivery was quick, confidential, and seamless with highly accurate real-time updates. Staff are incredibly responsive and helpful! I have already recommended Capsule to several friends and will never go back to a traditional pharmacy.

2022-07-28After running into issues with timing and other logistics around my prescription management, I made the switch to Capsule. It is one of the best decisions I have made! I love how quickly I am able to receive my scripts/transfer them if need be, the self scheduling option is superb and allows me to ensure that I’ll have necessary medications when I need them and I have only had positive experiences with couriers and customer service. If Capsule is available where you live, I highly highly recommend it. The price transparency with medications is also fabulous

Their drivers are always on time and pleasant. I am completely blown away by their business and everyone I know has the same experience. They make getting your medication easy and seamless. 2022-04-19I was pleasantly surprised by their service. They really go the extra mile to insure their customers are happy. They got our medication approved and delivered in the same day and kept us informed of the status during the entire process. We were able to select our delivery time window, we were contacted when the driver was on his way, and we were even able to see a map of his location. As if that wasnt good enough service, they had our medication packaged up so nicely with sweet cards inside. They really have the customer experience first in mind, and I appreciate that!

2022-08-17Capsule and their employees have done above and beyond for me. My medication is always on time and when my doctor makes an error they are quick to catch the dosage difference as well as price difference for my medications.Ive had several close call with having to travel for work and getting my prescription refills in time, they have never failed me.Highly recommend their services, especially now when we want to limit being in crowded places. It makes it so easy if you are unable to drive and go to the pharmacy, or if you have a small child home sick and dont want to leave him/her.
