This was my first experience with this shop. I found the mechanics Lee (the owner) and John and Dimitri honest, competent and fair. My car passed inspection without any problems. Often, mechanics tack on a lot of extra costs at inspections, that are not needed. Not the case with Car Life Auto care. I have a strong feeling that I can trust them to do only work that is needed at a fair price. I will certainly be bringing my cars to them for future repairs. Thank you gentlemen!

2021-06-12Great and upfront pricing. Guys there were so professional and very knowledge about what they do.My van broke down a couple of blocks away, they were able to tow it and fix it and put me back on the road. Highly recommend it

2020-10-24I read all of these amazing reviews so I was so excited to finally find a good mechanic and drove over there an hour and a half before closing. The owner hardly even spoke to me or looked at me. He waived his hand and brushed me away saying not today, it’s almost closing. I was very confused. Why wouldn’t he talk to me, look at me, tell me he’s busy today but come back tomorrow. It was rude and didn’t make me feel good to go back tomorrow. He may be good but seems he has too many customers and really isn’t interested in any new ones.

2017-09-02They were able to get me in same day. They do good work, and were fast. I assumed Id be paying much more, but they charged much less than expected. Im so used to getting ripped off by auto shops its really surprising when I find a good place like this. And they are honest! Would definitely recommend them.

2021-01-07Went there for a inspection and the guy told me rudely to leave my car for 1hr 30 mins. Went Danny’s Auto Care and they did it for me in 5 minutes. Laughable customer service I’m surprised people even go here for here auto needs. The reviews don’t show how terrible the customer service here is. Reading through the comments I see a lot of similar experiences like mine. DO NOT GO HERE!!

2019-12-13The Korean man who works there is so nice and so honest. I have been there two times already and everytime I went there, he was so nice. His prices are so fair too. He also has a cute cat that just chills out there. Im going to use him from now on.

2020-08-06The best auto repair shop in Queens.Mr. Lee and yoo are so nice and very honest people. I came in for rotors and break pads replacement and they took care of my car from the start to finish. Well deserved 5 star ratings. Awsome and reasonable pricing aswell! I would highly recomend this shop to everyone.

When you order the parts from this place the owner always gives you different options brand and prices. The owner is always transparent to his costumers. I feel lucky i found this place.
