Carecube in other cities:
Totally inept reception. Seems to be a scam—they tell everyone they are waiting on insurance approval and after you wait three hours you ask if you can just pay and they say sure, $225 dollars and suddenly they find you in the system. Sadly this place is not in an affluent neighborhood. So the patients just wait and wait. Some break down and pay. So the cube is a torture device for the poor. Bravo!
Personally the customer service wasnt bad its just misadvertising and the fact that this place is super misleading online. For starters, when I walked in there were online 3 chairs all of which were occupied. The floor is dirty and it looks unsanitary. When I walked in the wait was about 3 minutes. They have a poster hanging up that you scan the qr code for in order to schedule a same day walk in appointment. Which although it makes no sense this is how they work. The woman at the front desk was quiet and seemed as though she didnt know what she was doing. I asked a question while filling out my information online and she was no help at all. I came for a covid rapid test, and i am disatisfied with the treatment that I recieved. Honestly, youre better off just finding another urgent care place or whatever. This place sucks.
I’ve yet to receive test results; I was supposed to get them 12 hours after the PCR test. Even if these were business hours (which was never mentioned) that would have been at the latest Tuesday. It’s now Friday night. And I got a bizarre email entitled reimbursement form with nothing attached and no message. Run away from this place to some place that’s legitimate.
My original appointment at a different location was canceled was rebooked and sent to this one it wasn’t a bad experience as other reviewers I seen, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and got my results back within the next 6 hours I was actually surprised I got it back so quickly considering I went to a different location the day before I have yet to receive my results, as for the staff/ nurses they’re amazing very nice, the front desk was also very helpful but seem stressed but who wouldn’t be with dozens of people constantly screaming and being rude
This place is horrible the customer service is disgusting. My kids had an appointment at 12:15pm and was told to wait. I waited until 1:30 to be told there’s was no NP available to talk to me and to wait 20mins for them to come back from lunch. The. After waiting until 2pm I was told “ the nurses are still not answering” “ I don’t know what to tell you at this point”. So I basically wasted 2 hrs of my time and still was not provided with service. NO. COMPASSION OR CONSIDERATION FOR ANYONES TIME. Don’t give these people your time or energy they don’t care about you or your business.
Seriously this is the worst location EVER!!!!!! Please save yourself from going here!!!!! Made appointment on Saturday and Tuesday they approved put in my insurance everything and went to my appointment,, 45 mins from my home just for him to tell me they don’t take my insurance!!!! Seriously I put in all my information why u did u approved my appointment and the employees are so rude, this machine not working and they have no manners close ur business because u waste people time
Their Care is terrible!!! Im a patient of Dr Ahmed(since mid 18 - almost 2 years before Covid-19!). Everytime they call to set up an appointment with you, youll answer the phone & THEY hang up on their end(this has happened up to 3 times in succession!)! When you do talk with them, it seems you can NEVER talk with or make appointments with your primary care provider. If you just go in to the Pitkin Avenue office in Brooklyn, after being told that your doctor will be in, often thats completely not the case because the office staff is LYING to you about it on the phone!!! I hope Dr Ahmed gets away from this management because I cant, with any certainty, trust that Ill liaise with & see MY doctor!!! Furthermore, transportation to this facility is so out of the way it doesnt pay to go most of the time.
I went to this clinic for a covid test. I was told to register with my phone camera and it would be 20 mins. 30 plus mins later I was called into a room and had my blood pressure taken. I was told I needed to go upstairs to the 2nd floor to see the doctor for a covid test. A doctor for covid test? Really? Since when and Why? I was told it was for insurance purposes. I reluctantly agreed bc I had to return to work and Heck I was already there. So I go upstairs and its crowded. Eldery people sitting on Walker chairs and standing. I told the receptionist what the young man told me to say, Im here to see the doctor for a covid test. So I did and both receptionist gave a dismissive thats not important right nowe expression and waived her hand vigorously and said. Give us a minute. I sat for a few mins and decided 2 red flags was enough. I went back downstairs and informed the receptionist I had to go.why would I see a doctor when I dont need yo and have to pay?? I went and got a covid test elsewhere. A state department location nearby. I learned my lesson. Never settle.
Avoid this location whatever you do. I made to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room before checking in, and I am EXTREMELY concerned about the handling of personal information and opportunity for credit card fraud.I arrived at 9:50 today for my rapid testing appointment, I was called to the front desk at 10:30 to make payment and check in. That is in itself unacceptable. The front desk attendant took my credit card and charged it via SQUARE. I authorized that payment. She then wrote down all my credit card information (number, security ID, expiration date, zip code for billing address) on a hard copy of paper. I let her know that I wasnt comfortable with having my information written down given the fraud concerns. I crossed out the security ID as there is no reason that you would need that information unless you are seeking to allow opportunities for fraud (double charging or allowing employees access via hard copy to my credit card information... someone can take a picture of that and would have all the information to make online charges). I dont know ANY businesses that record this information if the card is present and authorized at point of sale. She then told me that she wouldnt do the test and didnt let me see the manager. All together, this wasted 50 minutes of my time and I didnt get a COVID test. Im so glad that I didnt given an organized center permanent unmasked access to my credit card details.
These people are trash and liars. Advertised “free covid testing”. We kept getting a bill in the mail because private insurance blue cross blue shield doesn’t pay for COVID testing. How about you verify if the insurance actually pays for the testing or not and then perform the test. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place.
If I could give zero I would, back in February I took a covid test, encountered a long wait despite having an appointment and an extremely rude receptionist. I paid $200 in cash because I didn’t trust their “credit” system which required you to write down your card information on a piece of paper that is not privacy protected and could be used to commit fraud. The doctors themselves pleasant. Now almost two months later, I am receiving an additional bill $100 from the lab, what exactly did I pay the $200 for?!! I knew I should have written this review then but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because I thought it was a bad day, clearly it’s not and this clinic is completely unorganized and untrustworthy! Pleasee avoid.
So this is for CareCube in Brownsville. Let me make this clear the COVID test is not free here. They are asking for $225. Next this is important you check yourself in. So you have to scan a QR code which directs you to a form to fill out. Furthermore, an outside source checks your insurance to see if it is good. Today, I stop by and I fill out the QR form and form. I checked with the front desk person and she told me to sit. After an hour of waiting I asked her when am I next she said the whomever havent cleared my insurance. I just left because its been an hour and they (Care cube) didnt tell me anything about my insurance until I got up and asked. Plus the front desk person leave the desk frequently.
Came for an RT-PCR Saturday to travel on Tuesday, website said 4-6 hours to get results. I get there they say 8 hours. 2 days later I go back there to see whats going on with my results. I am told they were lost due to a new lab they are using. Mind you I got no call, email or text to let me know they were lost. So I take another PCR and they say you should receive the results in 24 hours. So I pay $175 for a rapid test to be on the safe side. Moral of my story, never again. I shouldnt have had to pay for a rapid test if my first test was not lost.
Save your time ! Don’t go ! This place is extremely unprofessional. I went on a Sunday for a covid test. I showed up 35 minutes before the opening time just to make sure there wasn’t a line - the receptionist was late opening the facility. Then once we got in he had a terrible unwelcoming attitude not only towards me but 2 other guest they actually had scheduled appointments. The young man told me the test wouldn’t be covered by insurance and would cost “about $175”. I’m thinking about ? Like what ? That’s ridiculous. I left and went to cityMD on Utica . City MD’s friendly facility Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes absolutely free of charge . I even got my results in less than 30 minutes .Care cube should be ashamed .
This location deserves 0 stars (Pitkin Ave location). Never have I ever experienced such poor service and lack of professionalism in my life from a medical office. I saw Dr. Ahmed at this location; this has been my PCP for quite some time now. I appreciate her so much as a doctor that Ive followed her to this new location/office. While her service and skills are still excellent, the supporting staffs level of professionalism is deplorable at best. Let me tell you ALL the reasons why I think this location is awful:1. When you call the front desk to schedule an appointment or discuss details pertaining to your health, they discuss these matters over speakerphone. I dont think its professional to discuss a patients insurance information, last 4 of social, name etc. This must be a privacy issue. They also have no phone etiquette. People are speaking and joking around in the background and you can barely hear whom youre speaking to. They are also quick to hang up or put you on an extended hold if they dont have answers for you.2. I was required to do bloodwork and was told to enter a specific room to have my blood drawn. Upon entry of the room the phlebotomist nastily told me to have a seat. She did not even give me a chance to say what I needed nor did she turn around. She did not take the document describing what I needed done either (how are they keeping track of who needs BW? 🤯). I waited for 45 minutes before someone else entered the room for bloodwork and she accepted them. I went to the front desk to ask why I hadnt been seen yet and why someone who had an appointment after me had gone in but not me. I was given no valid reason and told to have a seat again. When the patient left I had to go in and demand my blood be taken immediately. All of the staff are clearly friends with each other leaving no accountability.3. I was given a written referral by the doctor that the front desk was supposed to enter electronically (unbeknownst to me because I dont work in the industry). The front desk handed me back the written referral and never submitted it to my insurance. I had an appointment with my specialist the following day only to find out no referral was entered. Waste of my time & money. Ive called the office everyday about the referral from 2/18/21 - 3/4/21 with no resolve. I called my insurance company to investigate what the problem was and even the insurance company told me this was not my job and that the front desk should know better. The front desk at the specialist office also let me know that this is basic and they should know better. When the insurance company called the office to resolve the matter, they did not answer. My reason for going to the doctor was specifically for this referral. A total waste of time & money. They never follow up with updates despite always promising.4. The doctor wanted me to come back for a follow up of my results. She told me to make an appointment to come back with the front desk. I told the front desk and their reply was Well call you. Guess what, they havent. Shocker, I know.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IF YOU PREFER PROFESSIONALISM. The doctor was excellent but the supporting staff needs to be retrained or replaced ASAP.
Total scam. DO NOT GO. They told my insurance I didn’t have symptoms when I did. Then they said it was $100 either way. I work for the department of education and I need a test in order to go back to work and not infect the school. They charge $150 if you need the test for travel. The fact that they claim that they’re a private company and they can charge these prices is absurd.
False promise of 24-48 hr Covid test result; The 24hr promise was a lie and totally ruined my international travel plans costing me heavily!!!!I paid these guys $150, while testing in New York is free, after they promised me a 24 hour test result verbally and a 24-48hrs on their website!!!! it took them 4 days!!!!!! I got the result of the free test 2 days faster... ...I tried to talk to the supervisor, and they simply said refused to put me in touch..A total disgrace
Absolutely garbage...horrible service....so heres my experience with these so called carecubicles...they booked the super expensive travel covid testing for $225 per person..and canceled the test in last min...not once..twice in two days...what a ripoff in name of covid...since you cant board a flight without this testing, hence these greedy got their chance to Rip you off...I ended up going yi clear19 people in downtown New York and despite the huge lineup service was ok..thank lord to be back home after this nightmare..
After calling almost a dozen labs and clinics to get an RT-PCR Covid-19 test for my international travel, I came across Cubecare through Google search. Every other place I searched had the worst reviews. Reluctantly, I called Carecube and and was informed that I could go to any of their locations in Brooklyn as a walk-in and would receive my results within 24 hours. I chose the Pitkin Ave. location. Parking wasnt an issue as it was Sunday. The clinic opened at 9:00am and I was the first one to go in. The line started to grow behind me as I walked in. After signing in through my cell, it took less than 10 minutes to get tested. They had taken my Insurance and Drivers license details at check-in. I was told I will receive my results via the email provided. Next day, before the 24 hour mark approached, my test results were emailed to me as promised. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. Although, I had to travel 30 miles to get this test taken, it was totally worth it. Will definitely return to them for my future travel requirements.
So after searching aimlessly for a place to get a PCR test so I can go on my trip I seen this place online. I picked this one because of the way the store front looked in comparison to the others on the website. The location is not in the best of neighborhoods but its relatively safe. So they opened at 9am I arrived at 7:30 thinking I would be the first person there. To my surprise there was someone else there who said they were waiting since 6:30am. They open the gate at around 8:30-8-40am. Now this is something I did not like but I understand the methodology. So you have to sign in online using a QR code so if you have and android phone make sure to get a OR reader app if your phone is not equipped with one. They go by who filled out the online forum first not who arrived first . Once they open the gate make sure to scan the OR code. Now when it comes to the staff I have no complaints. Also I have an exceptions of people being rude but the staff was amazing and very nice. Also they do not accept out of town insurance. So after they called my name I went inside and the the process took about 10 mins. And I received my results in less than 24 hours. Also they had someone cleaning constantly which I appreciated. My only complaint and why I did not give it four stars because they were a lot of people waiting in the lobby. I understand its cold outside but they should just keep everyone outside unless your called. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone.Very lovey and clean facility.
Didn’t actually get the test done because as soon as I walked in they asked which test I was booked to have (rapid) and then advised me that I’d have to pay $125 up front. They should really make this clear on their website or when booking the appointment. Went across the street to CityMD.Owner responded to me - but that’s not really addressing the feedback. CityMD is also not a government org. They are a private company. No up front payment there. And really, all I was saying is that you should tell people there’s an upfront payment. I wasn’t taking issue with you charging people; but I was taking issue with not telling people before they booked appointments.
The appointment system is a sham, they do not honor reserved appointments. It is counterproductive to get a COVID test here, as you will have to wait in a cramped waiting room with no social distancing or safety measures (basically a COVID incubator). In the hour I was waiting, I witnessed multiple botched appointments and scheduling errors. Only 2 people were brought in to get their Covid test. I’m assuming it does not take a half hour each for a simple swab test, so doctors must be incredibly slow or disorganized. Receptionists were trying the best they could, but ended up having to tell people to leave if they couldn’t wait over an hour, even when they had urgent cases or reserved appointments. Overall, a huge mess of a facility. I feel less safe than I did before I went in.
Firstly , the original place I made my appointment at was closed even though both emails sent by the company had the original address, I looked on google and was able to find the new address( I also drove two other people who had the same problem to the new location that was 20 min away) then when we arrived theres a long line 20-30 people that moved very slowly , left my house 845 got there around 930 and I wasnt seen until 11 all to be told I had to pay 200$ to get my results in time, luckily there is a place down the street from the richmond hill office that does pcr testing
(COVID test review)Nothing but inconsistent info. I called Tuesday to ask about cost and timing and was told testing is free with insurance, that results would come as soon as needed, and that I shouldnt expect same day results if Ive tested after 4pm. This struck me as weird because the business hours on Google end at 3pm.To be sure, I called back the next day before heading over and was told testing ends at 4pm. I arrived around 3:10 and saw someone crying in conversation with the front desk about not getting their results in time. I wasnt asked if I needed help, so I assumed the attendees were busy until I couldnt wait any longer. When I walked up and asked about checking in for a test, I was told testing ended at 3pm.I went back this morning all to be told insurance isnt being taken anymore, with both tests totaling $175 out of pocket. I understand were living in chaotic times, but this is absolutely no way to run a care center.
Their service is rude and complicated. I have a flight for 11pm today and I went to their office to do testing and they told me the results will be in by 2 days. This lady is so rude. Hopefully the results come in time. I went on last Friday too and I told them I am traveling but they did not remind me to check how many hours I have to take it. Now I have to pay $200 and on their website it says they make it happen if I am on a same day flight. They should stop putting false info on their web if they cant make it hapen! Now if my flight gets cancelled I dont know what to do! :(
I was visiting NYC from Canada in July 2021 so on the return trip I had to have a RT-PCR Covid-19 test for re-entry to Canada. I was very happy with the customer service at the CareCube Tribeca branch at 137 Hudson. All of the staff including front-desk, monitoring as well as technical staff were great. I received my results within 12 hours by text and email with the documentation required for Air Canada. All went well at the airport on our return.
CareCube made a very stressful part of my trip less stressful. Jovin was a huge help and ensured that everything needed for my trip to be successful was done in a timely fashion. My mom and I initially went on Thursday to have our test done, Jovin suggested that we return on Friday closer to the day of our trip so that our results would not have a chance to be rejected by the airline. He made sure we were in and out the next morning and the results were received later that evening. I would definitely recommend this clinic to those who need their results within a specific time frame for their trip.
I when to do an RT PCR test on Thursday, Feb 11th 2021. I was able to use my insurence but they didnt do the correct test. I went the following day Friday Feb 12th to do the RT PCR paid the 200 USD they charged. Asked at least 10 times to highlight that I needed the RT PCR. The doctor I believe the name was Niranjan K Mittal, told me that it would take 48hours. Well they sent the swap to the wrong lab so didnt do the RT PCR. A kid form the office called saying they were sorry and I could go to do the test again! I wasnt able to fly and they kept my Money. DO YOUR RESEARCH CUBECURE has many location (I went Bronx and Queens) They took my money
Today 12/28/20, i was met with such a poor quality of care at your facilty on Pitkin Avenue. The office manager a male staffer was very hastily and rude. He called me into his office, said have a seat, asked me to take my mask below my nose and proceeded very swiftly to stick the swab up my nose. I had to tell him to calm down and take his time. He did not expain the procedure to me at all. He only swabbed my right nostril. When i asked him why he did not do both, he stated thats all we do. However, I had the exact same test a month ago at the same place twice and both nostrils were swabbed. I proceeded to ask for a manager because i did not like his conduct. I was informed by the front desk staffer named Cassie that she did not know who he reports to and could not provide me any further information. I informed her that I needed an update on the policy that changed the testing procedure. I also informed her that i would be contacting the DOH and the state to notify them of my concerns. She then went back and spoke to him and he swabbed my left nostril. Both Cassie and the Office manager are rude and require retraining on communicating with patients. Your establishment should have a point of contact when an issue is above the managers control. I should not have had to mention I was going to call the state to get the proper care. There are some grest staff that i have been greeted with especially the lady that triaged me, but those two mentioned above need a job not working with the public. Im always poite, but i defintely wont allow other to dismiss or mistreat me. The purpose of this review is to make you aware of my concerns in hope that you are able to correct their conduct in the workplace. Giving these challenging times everyone should be as professional and respectful as expected.
Went to the location on 7th Ave in Park Slope. Registered online and waited only 30 minutes. The front desk told me which test was the most accurate and which my insurance covered. Karen and Rehena helped admirer the quick and easy test. A very positive experience all around. In and out in 35 minutes.
I do NOT recommend this place at all! It is a total scam, they took my insurance two weeks ago, I went for a second visit because I need to get tested again after traveling and after two weeks they dont take my insuranc anymore??? right because for me it will be free right!! Also they charged my husband $200 when they were supposed to charge $150, DONT go there! There are many professional places to go.
Heard that this place gives pcr results in 24-48 hours as per online, based on which I have got an appointment for Sunday to get my PCR Test and the result will be out in 48 hours and for now it has been 57 hours and I have not received the result yet. I have a flight early tomorrow on an emergency, hope I get this on time.
I went with my 2 sons to get tested cause I was exposed. We were at the office around 8:30 and was out around 9:30. The receptionist female took a pt while my son was with another male receptionist and had both pts maybe 2 ft apart. This made me uncomfortable because They should be practicing distancing. That was my first issue. Both my boys received their results before the office closed that day but i didn’t received mine being that i was the one exposed probably exposing my family. I called today to find out why i haven’t got my results the female receptionist who answered put me on hold for almost 20 min to find out about my results and hangs up my call!! I called on another line while i was still on hold and a different female receptionist was kind enough to help me and said i would receive it with 10 min but unfortunately 20 min later i still didn’t get my results I personally feel they forgot to perform my test. Now i have to get dressed and go to the office to see about y results possibly exposing my fam and every one else i come in contact. They are a LIABILITY!!! this needs to be investigated. And i want answers!! Just came back from 1718 pitkin ave care cube. THEY DIDN’T RUN MY TESTS!!! I could be exposing everyone i come into contact!!!!! I WILL HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND CARECUBE! IT’S UNFORTUNATE THAT WE HAVE TO RATE A STAR TO POST ANY REVIEWS. CARECUBE DESERVES A ZERO RATE!!
Went to CareCube on Ave U in Brooklyn, called them and asked if they take walk-ins,When I got there there, receptionist told me they ONLY DO COVID TESTINGI work in healthcare,I asked to see the provider for a check up, not for COVID, she said only if i take a Covid test.. I went to CityMD instead.they are an Urgent careThats what their site says
Scheduled an appointment online. Caught a train and walked 15 min to the office to be told all the doctors had left for the day and that their online appointment system is not connected so they don’t receive them and to come back the following day. Very unprofessional and inconvenient for this to be an ongoing issue for a doctors office in the middle of a pandemic.
I was just there and I don’t like how they had someone with COVID sitting with people that are there to refill their medication or seeing the doctor for something else they should keep the people with COVID separate and also she didn’t have a mask on eventually she asked for a mask and Sylvia gave her a mask they don’t clean the equipment they use I got to ask them to clean it they just very unprofessional there
I left work aug 7 2020 in afternoon because back pain decide go docter office Saturday morning aug 8 2020 nurse partition seen me told her my issue she gave prescription at pharmacy ask for note for only Friday because have 2 day rest on my day off should be back Monday she denied me a dr note for Friday . Jennifer crayner the worst nurse partition.i request for my 15 co-payment . I been at this office 25 years worst service ever experience now carecube took over decide not return for medical services. it should be less of star ranking
Please hire more people to work at the clinic. I called three times on Saturday to speak to a live person and my call kept going to voicemail. I was informed that it was only one person working. I needed my prescription changed to another pharmacy.Earlier today one of the PA called me to come in and see the doctor and the person saw I came on Friday, but no one called me for the three messages I left on Saturday. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Thank you,
I needed a PCR test for travel ...I was in and out all of 20 mins and thats with googling a place near me while I was at work ... I was told 24-48 Hrs ..my test was b4 Noon and I got my results 11am next day ..no problems ..not the sexiest looking place but I rather have a place that works than look good
If I can give this place zero star I would the receptionist was giving my husband a hard time to get tested again I was trying to explain it to her the situation she was very disrespectful and dismissive ,the next day he went back another receptionist is telling him he had to pay $150 for a Pcr test if he want to get tested again which is free they are professional Scammers I’ll have to make a report to the DOH ....It’s like he had a target on his back with the receptionist at this facility..I was shocked with the way they act for a medical facility dealing with patient daily they need to have training for they workers ..
The staff is disgusting they have an office manager joe who is never there and the staff do whatever they want .. you cant get paperwork there is always some excuse and the staff dost care about patient care i am truely disappointed and when calling they leave you on hold for 21:40min so fari had to have my case manager call and they never responded to her either this place is a dam shame
The attitude of a person at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired when making a valid claim that I hadnt gotten my quick result even though I had paid $ 125. And 24 hours later I had to go personally to ask for the result running the risk of infecting people at mlm I around feet my daughter who lives with me came out negative outside the make service they do not return the money because they say there are no refunds.

2022-01-24They took over my doctors operations a few years back and it’s been nothing but a mess ever since. They forget to schedule my appointments, or schedule without telling me, make it a hassle to refill medications, and even lost my blood work once. My doctor is amazing, this company is trash.

2021-12-21It’s a mess!!! Making so much money out of Covid and delivering a disorganized unpunctual and chaotic service. Had an appointment at 11am filled out all the forms the night before, had to re do them on site since they had some kind of system failure and still

2022-05-09They won’t tell you until you get to the front desk that your insurance isn’t accepted. Why is this thing in my neighborhood at all, since we’re obviously not that kind of rich people who pay that much $$$ for PCR tests.

2021-12-27Disaster! DO NOT RELY ON THIS AWFUL PLACE. We had confirmed appointments ahead of international travel. The Queens location closed unexpectedly the morning of our appointment. We rebooked in the Bronx, but when we arrived, that was closed, too. No one told us until we arrived. It was too late to test anywhere else and we had to rebook. This place is totally irresponsible and unreliable.

2021-12-26Only one person staffing the entire clinic who is registering people and giving COVID TESTS. The bayside location looks like it’s in disrepair; no hand sanitizer available; bathroom is a mess; price gouging at $225 for a test. Over two hours of wait times.

2021-09-28I Do Not recommend this establishment!!! I was last seen here on 08/20/21 by a woman Dr. who, I am not familiar with and I believe was filling in for Dr. Ahmed. I had no problem with it for the most part, but this lady stayed focused on the computer, asked me some basic questions, here-there, but when I had questions she shrugged them off as to suggest, wait until Im finished in the computer. I was there to get a Covid antibodies test, find-out what blood-type I am & to see if I can have a previous vitamin B-12 prescription refilled. I also asked this person, what conditions are considered for a medical exemption from taking a Covid shot, in which she basically ignored all my questions. I was told at the front desk they would notify me by Wednesday when my test results came back, Wednesday came & went. Im a patient person, so I called, which that in itself is an entirely different complaint, being youre placed on hold for a lifetime, when I finally did get through, I was asked the basics, name, date of birth, blah, blah, blah, there was a bunch of questioning going on in the background before I was told, I can come in & pick-up my results. When, I arrived, I was given my antibodies test, but not my blood-type results, I was told, Oh, did you request blood-type also? As, I attempted to answer the question the phone rang & the receptionist (not Sylvia) got totally involved in that conversation in which I patiently waited, but eventually felt ignored & it was then that I made up my mind not to return to this establishment. I have since requested my medical information be transferred to my new, more organized location. Ive always had the feeling that when Im talking to these people, theyre half listening to what Im saying, its an establishment that was close & nearby, thats why I gave it a chance.
