Horrible!! Front desk is nothing but a joke . My fiancé was in DESPERATE need to be seen, explained what was going on and they just stare at each other and tell me to go to the ER since I missed the registration cut off by a few mins . Not even caring that this was an urgent matter . I shouldn’t even have to register it’s a fricken urgent care with plenty of time before closing . A customer waiting who overheard was more help and seemed to care more than these people . The 2 women who run this front desk ruin the reputation caremount medical is trying to go for that they care so much about their customers . Very upset and disappointed with the way we were treated tonight !!
CareMount is all around the best example of how corporations are ruining healthcare. Months long wait to see a specialist. Month plus wait to see your GP, then triple booked fifteen minute appointments so they can cram in the most patients to see overworked doctors. The urgent care is even worse. I was just turned away 45 mins before their closing time due to excessive wait times yet the entire place was empty and staff were walking out to go home twenty minutes before closing. No alternative options were given, the associate at the desk could care less. If the place wasnt so close to home Id never have even tried.
I’ve been waiting for a covid test since 11:00am. It is now 2:00. I called at 12:11 and there were 7 people ahead of me. I was told it would be another 45 min (at 12:11) False. (Like I said , it’s now 2:00!) ... When I initially called at 10:45 the secretary was having a conversation with another person in the office for about 15 seconds before she said “hello urgent care.” So unprofessional. People have lives. We can’t sit in your parking lot all day. I had to cancel another appointment just to wait here. Now I’ll have to race to pick up my kids from school. I guess it takes 20 minutes to clean the room after each pt, idk. Think of a better system....It’s now 2:10! I can’t even get the test done bc I will be late to pick up my kids. Thank you urgent care in Brewster! You are all an amazing group of people with no understanding of teamwork and professionalism
I was there yesterday couldnt of had a better experience. I was told my wait time was an hour and was in before that. Dr Santiago was very professional in explaining everything to me. She did not rush me out. Needed xrays only took 10 minutes. All around great experience.
At no point during my visit did it seem like any of the staff actually cared about my well being. It seems that medicine has become completely fixated on covid and has caused dereliction of duties by medical professionals en masse... When a patient describes whats bothering them and is then ignored and bludgeoned with vaccination advice, it doesnt give any reassurance. I had 2 negative tests in 2 days, I dont have Covid so drop the peer pressure act, its embarrassing.If you are feeling ill and want to be treated by a caring professional, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.I find it very disheartening that the people responsible for caring for their community couldnt be bothered to produce an ounce of personality, empathy, or satisfactory medical visit. Pathetic.
Waiting for 4 hrs one DR working? For big center like that is unacceptable!! Plus all I needed was a covid swap. They made me wait for all the sick people that was walking in first. Understand this is a clinic but we all have to wait. If you have a emergency go to ER not urgent care. Really disappointed of caremount.
Liz at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful, as was the office manager whose name I did not get. Matt, the nurse, was also very kind and professional with great bedside manner.
I’ve been waiting for a covid test since 12 with my family. It is now 13.45. When I called again they told 7 people ahead of me and need wait 45 min again. If you want to take COVID test look for another place. This place unprofessional.
Came for covid test was told wrong information. Waited inside for 15 min then was asked why i was there. Then they made me go back outside to wait for a call. Waited over an hr and a half to receive a call asking why I didn’t fill out something i never received. Was then told to hastily fill out form because i was next. Hour went by after so I decided to leave. Still never received a call for a covid test. So I’m forced to look elsewhere for a test. Very disappointed with how un organized a covid testing facility is.
Horrible experience. I was told the wait was going to be about an hour- ended up waiting 3 hours. Would highly recommend a different urgent care.
Asked if they were doing covid rapid tests on the phone because I needed my results back ASAP and was told yes but then I get here and it’s a pcr test so they lied to me on the phone,
Came 5pm on a Thursday for regular urgent care (not covid related) and was seen pretty much immediately. Staff as all nice, and professional.
Worst bedside manner. Go anyplace but here.
Worst experience I have ever had!! 2 1/2 hour wait in the parking lot when getting there 15 mins after they open. Covid tests come before people with actual urgent issues! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Nobody ever answers the phone. Extremely long wait time while you are there. They are worse than the DMV down the street
Unprofessional employees at front desk.Was hung up on and she was not a very pleasant person. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully.
Took their time to really listen. Very kind. Very Covid safe. I needed chest x-rays, and they were done right there, on the spot.

Very slow both to get in and also to get your prescription called in. Wouldn’t recommend if your issue is indeed urgent.
I would choose no medical care over the completely useless, incompetent non medical care they try to sell people hereSo

2022-04-21I had a sore throat for 3 days and my doc told me to go to an urgent care facility since he couldn’t see me. I live in Carmel and saw that Care-mount urgent care in Brewster was the closest to me. I’ll be honest I was terrified of going because of the reviews but I had a wonderful experience!! The young lady at the front desk, the nursing assistant and the doc were all wonderful and worked together to give me excellent service today! I left very very satisfied and with clear instructions on what I should do while waiting for test results. You guys are awesome!!!

2021-12-23Sorry I did not get to greet you. I was running to catch the urgent care. Was hoping to be seen so I could get a asthma pump.Thanks for everything and the flowers.My experience over the past two daysUrgent caring while black!!I went to the urgent care on my way home because my chest is burning with each breath and I’m feeling really sick. I got there 7:15, they close 7:45pm!! I’m super happy because this was my third urgent care, the other two being closed. I walked in and the receptionist looked at me and said we are closed. I informed her that according to the door tag and website, they are supposed to be opened until 7:45pm. She looked at me and said they had a busy weekend so they decided to close early!! I’m saying but I’m sick and she says sorry we are closed.Now today, I’m back at 7:00pm!! I walked up, one person in the waiting room. I’m told they are closed. I said, you are closed at 7:00pm instead of 7:45pm She told me they had a busy day. Mind you, I’m gasping for breath now and you can barely hear me because of the horseless of my voice. I told her this was my second time and I’m being turned away. She says don’t yell at me. I told her I can barely speak, how am I yelling. I took my phone out and snapped a picture, she put her hand up and then ran. I walked out the waiting area. Deciding that I needed to get the number for patients relations, I went back in, just to see them running to lock the door to the back offices. I chuckled and told them I’m not about to break in and attack them. The nursing supervisor told me they met their quota of patients for the day and are not taking anyone else. When I told her I’m going to call patients relations. Her response was that she was not worried. This leads me to believe that this is not an unusual

2021-03-04I have nothing but positive things to say about this location.I’ve had multiple appointments with different doctors here pre covid, I’ve gone to the urgent care during covid for an almost broken toe, I’ve done virtual visits through the virtual CareMount and all the doctors and staff have been so nice.During covid they’ve been very safe, keeping everyone social distanced and as less people as possible. Visits are easy, you make the call from your car while you’re in the parking lot and wait to be called without having to be with a big crowd. Temperature checks and everyone is covered up and suited up.Love this Brewster location. Conveniently located.

2022-05-12This place is absolutely the worst the front desk girls have the worst attitude… I came in at 1130 and was told the wait was 90 minutes long at 130 I went in to ask them what was going on since I been there for so long. With the most attitude I got told there’s 5 people ahead of me and emergency’s come before other things and that I could wait or I could leave. I don’t need that kind of nonsense when I don’t feel good. Then definitely need new people in this place!

2022-07-24Went to Claremont for a head & chest cold the dr stinks a stick up my nose and said go hone and rest takes about an hour. 3 hours later I finally get someone on phone says he will call soonNow it’s 6 no one answer the drug stor is closed and no diagnosis I want my $45 back

2022-07-27I was in severe pain and called in advance to make sure they would take me if I made the 45-minute trip, and they said they dont turn anyone away. When I arrived I was told they were not taking anymore people. I called from the steps out front, spoke with the same woman and reminded her of our conversation. She said sorry, and that I would have to come back in the morning.

2022-06-25My son went and he waited 2.5 hours in a car before they finally called him in. He left after another 2 hours. He was sick and sitting in a car that long didnt help.

2021-12-31The receptionist Alex is absolutely horrible. She is rude and disrespectful, she gave me an attitude within her first sentence spoken. Why is she at the front desk dealing with customers? Hide her in the back, she should NOT be the face of your company. The communication here between staff members is abysmal. I called my doctor upstairs and they told me to go downstairs to the Brewster urgent care and that they were open until 2:45. I went there around 12:00 and the receptionists told me they were closed and not seeing anymore patients. The waiting room was completely empty. I told them that my doctor sent me and I drove all the way there already. If they closed early why didn’t they communicate that to the other staff or post it online so that they don’t send any other customers? They are just setting themselves up to fail. I spoke to the supervisor and she was totally apathetic. They don’t care at all. She wasn’t surprised at all when I told her the receptionist had a horrible attitude. No surprise, they hire bottom of the barrel people here. They do not know how to work with people at all. Go to Mt. Kisco location instead. Worth the drive.

2021-12-20This place is actually terrible. Every single person here is overworked incredibly, they don’t seem to have any care or respect for you, all they do is make you wait for hours on end and then give you an appointment that lasts 15 mins and the doctor tells you nothing important and most of the times fails to diagnose you correctly. I went here recently for urgent care as I was very sick, i come to the place and there’s a sign on the door saying “We apologize for the inconvenience but urgent care is closed” First class example of how little this place cares for its patients. Care mount is a corporation that has ruined the health industry, making it an actual danger to consider this place for help. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

2021-10-20I would recommend any urgent care but this one. I would actually recommend you go ask for medical care from a rock before going here. They could care less about you, you’re just a number. Never had a wait time under and hour here. And you’re lucky if it’s an hour. Doctors are emotionless and quick to get you out, not bothering to listen to you. This causes improper diagnoses. Here I am today, the day after going to this urgent care, at another urgent care because they were not thorough enough and I am incredibly sicker. I always go to this one when I am very sick because it is so close and I, obviously, do not feel well. But it’s just not worth it and such a waste of money because I almost always have to end up seeing another doctor after going here. Caremount is the downfall of medical care.
