The best pharmacy I ever been and they have great stuff excellent on prescriptions and David the pharmacist and Irene great people and they help me a lot and I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your needs and they have products that no other pharmacy in New York City and surrounding areas that have Products like Carnegie hill pharmacy

2022-01-13PRICE GOUGING / beware - I came here for a Binax Covid rapid test kit in late December, when everywhere else nearby was out of them. It was not marked with a price and when I asked how much they looked at each other before one of them said $75. They are normally sold everywhere else for $25. I had no choice because nobody else had them. Clearly illegal and clearly slimy as well. Will never shop here again.

2021-07-17What a wonderful place. I was stuck at work late, arrived 1 minute before closing, but they couldn’t be more pleasant. Hannah was so welcoming and helpful. I didn’t think they carried the Mason Pearson hairbrush, but they did. Quite an array of sizes and styles. I felt bad because they were closing in a minute, literally, but I wasn’t rushed and left a very happy customer. I live in NJ, but will definitely return and recommend.BTW: ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIRBRUSH! Thanks Hannah

2019-04-10Amazing pharmacy - the best I have ever found!!! The pharmacist is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they have even been able to ship my prescription to me when I am traveling for work. They offer the personal service a CVS or Duane Reade cannot, and their beauty stock is amazing (with products from around the world - with prices comparable to Amazon). Run, dont walk and you will not regret coming here.

2019-10-12BAD EXPERIENCE WHEELCHAIR RENTALUnfortunately they werent professional at all. I dont know if it was a one time thing but I made a reservation in advance for a wheelchair rental. The day to pick it up they said my reservation must have been lost or badly registered because they didnt have a clue I was coming. Then they managed to find a wheelchair and they offer me the service of pick it up at my hotel instead of me coming to the pharmacy. Great then, we book an appointment on the so-called day. The day comes and nobody is there. I call, they say nothing was due for today and once again they had lost all my info and didnt know there was an ongoing wheelchair rental.I explained I had my flight to catch so they asked me to leave it to the concierge and they promised to come take the wheelchair the next morning and credit back my deposit once all done. The concierge is embarrassed, I am in a hurry for my flight, I leave it there very worried and call them back to confirm the situation is ok with the concierge and that he is waiting for them now. The next day back home I have no news, I call them, Ho no we didnt go because we were not sure whether the wheelchair was actually at the address or not. I started explaining what was already the situation the day before, that they must have some internal communication issues and that I am losing patience. They promised to do it the next day. I called almost every day from France (with the cost you can imagine) during more than a week with them always promising to go and pick-up the wheelchair the next day and then explaining how they finally couldnt or forgot. At the end they did it, and in the meantime there were no apologies or any explications from them even if I never got mad on the phone against them and was all the time very polite.I really discourage people to use their service, they are REALLY NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!

2017-03-12Always willing to go the extra mile with prescriptions, and a huge selection of cool, not so easy to find beauty/shaving products. I prefer to shop small when I can, especially when it comes to a pharmacy. Its nice to have these folks recognize me and remember my name.

2019-03-27Cannot recommend highly enough!! Wide assortment of curated European brands plus full line of Skinceutical products. Hannah’s recommendations have been spot on for my skin needs. Pharmacist is helpful and custom blends medications.

2018-06-27Dropped of a prescription at 9am, was promised delivery between 1 and 2pm, called again at 6pm and they had forgotten about my prescription. They even lied and told me the delivery guy had already left but I heard the pharmacist in the background say they would send someone out now. Don’t use delivery if you have an urgent prescription, that service is not reliable and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

2016-07-05Place is probably has a great pharmacy and have great services, but if youre not from around here and just need a few things because you forgot to pack something for a trip AVOID this place at all cost. $11 for the cheapest comb and $5 for gel? Seriously?

2019-05-19My moms wheelchair broke while we were visiting NYC. Carnegie Pharmacy delivered a rental chair in less than 1/2 hour! Reasonably priced, quick, professional! Thank you for saving our vacation!!!!
