One star for using advantage from costumer and is not fair on making decision , when you say something stay behind what you say , dont be tricky , i no want to delete this review because it is a true what you doing , treating costumer is the most important thing on business , if you need extra money better ask but not jump prices up and down, also i no want to text me or send email to ask for deleting review, ,time is important in this world so i dont have time to waste my time , is very sample with client tell the truth tell the price and you always gonna vin . just dont waste our time.
I just recently got a bunch of rugs cleaned. It was easy to schedule pickup and delivery, which were totally free, and I got everything back within 4 days. Communication was easy, especially because my building requires a certificate of insurance and they handled of that. I would highly recommend Carpet Diem NYC!

They are amazing! My couch is as good as new and they even came back free of charge to do a touch up. Wonderful work, service and friendly too. Highly recommend!

2022-08-11Carpet Diem was great! I had asked for an estimate and they responded very quickly. Then they scheduled to come and clean my rug very quickly within a few days. They were very communicative and came on time. They were also very friendly and pleasant to speak with while they are here. My main problem was my dogs urine stains on my beige wool rug - they explained all of my options to me and the honest expected outcome of each. To stay within my budget, we did the cleaning and disinfecting in my apartment (as opposed to taking it offsite) - the stains have already faded and the rug looks much cleaner! If my dog were guaranteed to never pee on the rug again, I would have gone for the full off-site cleaning option which even includes color correction! Thank you Carpet Diem!

2022-05-06WARNING : Do Not employ this person. Came to my home for 17 minutes used a large machine BUT did not use vacuum to clean water spots. Charged &200For a small bedroom & small foyer. Took my CASHhe will ask for cash. Do not engage with this man.I’m a woman of 77 years He took advantage of me.I asked for my money back and told him I will report him to Better Business . 2021-12-13Carpet Diem NYC is not who they say they are online. They give you a low quote on the phone and when they arrive at your home they up the quote- in my case more than double the original quote- so that I should get a better job.The better job they claim to provide is not better than any other carpet cleaners I have had in the past . I should have stay with Stanley Steam Cleaners they did a much better job not long ago.I wanted to like this company since it is in the neighborhood but should have instead listen to the reviewers who said that they would over charge you once they are in your home and that they are in a big rush and do a quick job.I do not recommend.

2021-09-13Expert and professional cleaning and restoration of an antique silk rug. Really good job. matched colors perfectly. they were very clear on prices, and wound up being affordable. Also did much cheaper steam cleaning of wool area rug. Trust these guys for all your rug cleaning needs..

2021-08-19When I reached out they initially quoted $99 for 1 flight of stairs but when the cleaner came said additional $69 dollar for shampoo? So, with the $99.00 they are going to just spray water? Mind you the cleaner seemed like he was in rush, was done within 20 mins, didn’t get the side of stairs and wasn’t as through. The reason I hired them because first time I rented the steam from Home Depot and did it myself. In hindsight, that would have been better. Would not recommend. I didn’t make fuss with the cleaner, simply paid my due and tipped him on his way. They should disclose what the include in the $99.00, two dabs of shampoo is not $69.00. Classic bait and switch.

2021-06-18Carpet Diem NYC is the exact opposite of who you should rely on for any kind of service. Their business mode runs on low quotes then upscaling charges upon arrival persuading it’s customers that the more expensive version is a must have if you want the job done even though their original quotes claim to do the job that the new products should have already done.During the checkout they’ll talk you up right before the tip just to squeeze that final dollar out of your pocket and walk away having you think you just received top of the line treatment.The customer is the last priority, do not recommend

2021-02-10Carpet Diem are local serviceI live on Central Park West and i got one of there experts the same day i called them.my rugs looks perfect, and they also repair the bindings of my rugs and many spot from my pet and able to remove all the smell!price was great and the guy was really nice and patienthappy to use them again!

2020-01-08I highly recommend the services of this company.Tony was knowledgeable , responsible and the job was done impeccably. I was very excited to have some of my rugs cleaned at home and others done for free pick up and delivery. My rugs look like they are brand new!! His prices are responsible and I was able to make a deal for all the carpets and area rugs he cleaned. I would defiantly use them again!

2019-12-15These guys did a great job on my disgusting stained area rug. They answered my Yelp quote request in a few minutes and set an appointment with me for later that afternoon. I had already gotten a much higher quote from another company and was happy when they gave me a fair price. The technician came on time (!), took the rug with him and brought it back in four days to put it in place for me. Professional and pleasant experience!
