Really good food and great customer service! Pizza was excellent; great crust, good sauce! Im very used to (and very disappointed) when most wings come tasting like bbq even when just ordering buffalo style... these were crispy and the sauce was what it should be. The cook made a little error that i wouldnt have noticed (maybe) but came clean about it when I got there; didnt try to hide it. Integrity, honesty and great food - its a winner!
I personally love this place. Staff is always friendly and professional. Food is good and always tastes fresh.
Mediocre pizza and wings. Overpriced. Part of our take-out order was missing. The best thing they have going for them is that they’re one of the few restaurants open in Dryden on a Monday.
They can not pick up a phone to save their life and when they do they get the orders wrong.

Their antipasto pizza is the best!! It should be a special more often. Well worth the drive from Cortland to pick it up. Big thank you to the staff for making it special for us. Will definitely be going back in the future!
Pizza crust is pretty good, sauce and cheese tasted great, could use a bit more of each, especially the sauce. The wings were well cooked but the sauce could be thicker. Im glad there was sauce though, many places skimp on the wing sauce. This is all my opinion. Btw I had your wings again and this time they were perfect! Thanks for the feed back.

First time customers - charged $42 and change for a large supreme pizza and 10 wings. Never going back. --- Editing in response to owner reply: Logic dictates that the pricing is off in this case. A Carrozza pizza pack - same as what was purchased, sans toppings - costs $25.99. If additional toppings on a pizza comes at a cost of $17.00 to the customer (canned olives, canned mushrooms, peppers, onions, sausage, and pepperoni; each applied at a rate of 1/3 of what is usual if it were a one topping pizza) then unfortunately, we wont be the only customers ordering from other local shops that offer the same products.

Decent NY style pizza and service but nothing special. My preference is to just grab a slice occasionally here. Would recommend trying at least once even though its not my favorite full pie place. Wings are good, slices are good, and knots are usually good.
They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. My pizza go ripped when taking out of the oven so the make me a small pie to replace two pieces of ripped. Unnecessary but that shows they really care about their customers. And my growing sons enjoyed it all.
My family and I used to order from here all the time. Even though weve been moved way out of the area for around a year now, I still havent found pizza better than this! Excellent and friendly service, and pizza that Ive been missing dearly for a full year!

Just want to say hats off to this place.. Excellent food, and better service. Had one mishap one time ordering, but Pat more than fixed the problem.. This is by far the best pizza around. Dont bother wasting your time or money anywhere else.
The garlic knots are amazing... pizza too! I try to stop in as much as possible.
Pizza roll special was good. Ask for extra sauce as the portion they normally serve was skimpy. Garlic knots were great. Counter guy was brusque.

When we lived in Dryden, this was our go to place. Its been a long time since Ive been to Dryden (9 months) and I just thought Id check to make sure this business is still up and running. Honestly, this place was a blessing since we didnt have much in the Village of Dryden. Their wings is our weakness -- Honey Garlic and Garlic Parm. OMG. I miss you, thats all. More power!
Best pizza ever! Rolls and calzones are also geat. Pat and the rest of the staff are friendly and always make sure customers are happy. Wish there were more Carrozzas around CNY.
This place has the best sauce, crust, cheese and overall taste that I have had in years.
I have not been disappointed with the food from here. Ive had lunches when Im passing through and Ive ordered from there for a couple of occasions. I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you havent already.

This is a legit pizza place. I eat pizza in NYC and this is the closest you will find anywhere in the area. Pat is one of the best people at the establishment. Everyone is extremely friendly and the food is phenomenal.

Worst service i have ever experienced at a restaurant found hair in my pizza and wings where way undercooked. Called and got hung up on. This happened twice finally the 3rd time i called back they took my name and number and said the manager would call me This was 2 weeks ago
Stopped in on my way back from Cortland to home in ithaca the other day and ordered a pizza to go for dinner. To my surprise when I got home, Iopened it up to find an over cooked pie. I was very disappointed considering I have work at many pizzerias and would not send a pie like that out the door.

The calzone here is really good. I went to pick up a calzone I opened the box and the calzone was smooshed. They happily made me another one with no fuss.

2021-12-18Can never go wrong with pizza and wings from here. Often our go to place when we are being lazy and want something quick and easy. Now if only they delivered to where we live then it would be perfect.

2022-06-06Its been 3 months since I been here and Im disappointed with how things changed. They are now charging people extra money when they use a debit/credit card. The pizza was a bit burnt/crispy too. Cant believe this pizza shop in town turning crooked, been going here for many years and never had an issue until now. Dont think Ill return ever again.

2022-03-06Wanted to order a to go pizza. An hour wait. Plan B: Then went for a couple slices (reheated) the oil separated from the cheese and was (literally) dripping off the pizza. Seems like they had been sitting under the warmer for hours. Uck.

2018-06-09Excellent pizza dough. Dont ever change it. It reminds me of the pizza dough we had while visiting Italy. The tomato basil pizza is very good and I love the antipasto too!

2021-05-29Yes yes yes. Ordered 18inch with 6 garlic knots. Delicious! The Garlic Knots are amazing! And we ordered the pizza with mushrooms, black olives, and pepperoni. Yeah a bit pricey. But so worth it! Next time I will ask for a some more sauce thought. Just because Im used to pizzas being more saucy. But otherwise it was honestly one of my favorites in this area so far.

2021-07-04My father ordered delivery one day. It was delivered to his house 10 minutes before closing. Once he realized half entire pizza was burnt he couldn’t call until the following morning. They refused to compensate him. What a poor way of doing business. Maybe pizza isn’t their calling and should find a new passion in life that involves making others happy cause this ain’t it.
