These guys are the best. You definitely get what you pay for. They did such a great job on my Jeep and Brad was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They are my regular mechanic now. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in for detailing. They did a nice job though there were a few little things that were missed. I brought the car back and the guy I spoke to was apologetic and was glad I brought the car back. Right away he got someone to take care of the issues. I must admit, Im really particular so most people wouldnt pick up on what I saw. But no one made me feel like I was a PITA for bringing it back, quite the contrary. So I highly recommend.
They did amazing bodywork on the roof, rear end, and back bumpers on my car. The end result was like the car first came out of the showroom. I’m very pleased.

My Mom needed an inspection on her 20 year old car. Stofas has been maintaining her car for the last four years. My siblings and I have felt a relief since switching our Auto maintenance to the Stofa family. We know when Moms car goes to Stofas for a inspection or other service it gets repairs that are needed and not extra charges.Often preventive maintenance is discussed and plans are made to have the repairs done when financially able.They do great work and are easy to work with.
Very honest and friendly they do not try to upsell parts. They give you a clear price and quality work. The staff stay in contact with you throughout the entire time they are servicing your vehicle so you are not in the dark or blindsided with a surprise bill. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I would like to acknowledge Ann at Stofas Collision. She handled our claim and helped us with a courtesy loaner through the lengthy repair (it was pretty bad) of our CRV. She kept me updated every week in full detail about all the paperwork/claim info. She was incredibly kind and patient with us. The work was excellent! We got the car back and it was pristine! Thank you so much to all of you at Stofas, I will be recommending you to everyone!
Stofas is professional and honest. They handled everything through Allstate I didnt have to do anything except call in a claim. Anne who handled my car was knowledgable, caring, and a great communicator. My satisfaction was her top priority. She and her team went above and beyond including detailing my vehicle and even dropping off my vehicle at my home! It looks brand new. Outstanding service!!
Omg no word can describe these professional they were friendly and so accommodating ? I was worried about getting back and forth to work , but Brad assure me that he would give me a loaner ,though the loaner was old I appreciate and love the heck out of this Corolla . Am encouraging anyone who need their car fix especially the ladies , ladies you know some of us only know how to drive a car so if you need anything done please choose Sofas Please. I had and issue with water getting in my trunk so I took my car to there shop and they figured out where the water was getting in at. They sealed up the truck and had me out of there in a hour and a half till this day I havent had any issues with water getting in my truck and the price they charged me wasnt bad either. The owner and his staff are very nice people and the black lab is the coolest dog. Thanks for the help Stofas

Ive been going to Stofas for years now. Its family run, and the customer service is spot on. The work is always top notch. Everyone communicates.They can coordinate things like dropping off your car after hours, or seeing you in a pinch (I once had the car towed 25 miles just to have Stofas be the one to fix it). Thorough diagnosis and a fair price every time. John and his sons seem to know everyone in Poughkeepsie – by name. You know youre in good hands. Ive used both shops – the one on Hooker and the one on Clinton. Theyre both great.
Great staff!! My car was involved in a accident totaling 13k. I didnt get the work done because its a total loss but they were great about communication and even called to see if i was okay. I hope not to need work done but if i do it will be with them! Also they have a cool dog that chills there which is BA!
Took my lifted truck for an alignment. Brad’s curtesy, professionalisms and years of experience delivered result that went above and beyond expectations. My truck rides like a Cadillac now! Brad did the alignment and while testing to make sure everything was as good as it could be he noticed the truck was driving stiff and through his experience and expertise made some adjustments that made the truck a dream to drive now. I’ll be giving him my business in the coming future.
I had my Hyundai Tucson towed there & I have to say they did a awesome job , great customer service & I will keep them on my top list to do any repairs needed in the near future . The owner brad great guy !
Took 2 weeks longer than expected to get the car fixed, but that was because they ordered used parts instead of factory to save money. Car would have been totaled otherwise. Very friendly staff, make you feel like a valued customer.

I drove extra miles based on Stofas reviews. You must be kidding! I have no idea how they missed the crack on my headlight from the impact from the deer. I took photos to upload for my claim which clearly shows the crack, on the same side of the drivers side panel. Ann asked that I send the photos and after doing so told me to drop off my car and theyd fix it. After attempt to have Stofas remedy the issue. Ann told my son that my insurance company will not cover the cost. Well, of course not. She closed the claim stating the job was complete. The crack is deep in my headlight that will cost $$$. Instead of admitting that Stofas goofed and rectify the problem, satisfy my dissatisfaction and fix my headlight. My door drivers door sticks as well! You didnt listen, double check, and/or take responsibility for fixing my car properly. Ann states I would have to assume responsibility for the cost! 🐂 🌽Not happy! I will not refer anyone who I know! Next, Ill have to wait for my sons shop to make time and eat the damn cost of their overlook/mistake!Too busy, too many claims. Make sure that you check every darn crack, scratch, door stick, headlight cracks, etc. Even comparing before and after photos theyll turn you away! Do it anyhow just in case youll need it for legal purposes!Never again!

Had Stofas perform an alignment, brakes, tires, and a bunch of other things.Seriously honest and stands behind their work! Hard working nice people, you can tell they love what they do!
They had my wifes jeep for an estimate for over a week. On Monday the 26th this guy Matt said the jeep would be done on Friday. She just got a call from this guy who now says it wont be done until another week. Also while my wife was on the phone Matt was very condescending. Im not sure how theyve gotten so many good reviews! An estimate would only take a day why hold my car for a week before parts come in then when the parts come in yoh tell me its this week and then it turns out to be the following week. 3 weeks for my car to be in the shop for what should take a week at max is ridiculous and then to be talked to the way Matt did is just the icing on the cake !I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. The owner John called after he heard all of the confusion going on. After talking to my wife John explained that he was in fact the owner, but that he had been away for a week. John did everything he could to make the situation right.Sometimes in business these things happen. However, how a owner or manager, deals with it means everything. The work they did was great and if we have any issues in the future we will be going back.

2022-04-18Since the first encounter they have been professional, engaged and very easy to work with. The repair was outstanding and can’t even tell there was damage.Due to current supply issues they informed me upfront the parts may be delayed, they definitely were but I was kept up to date at to the parts and repair progress frequently.They were knowledgeable at upgrades I wanted to make with the head lamps and wipers, went a love and beyond and got the parts and installed them.Stofas has been exceptional at their business and I will definitely use them in the future.

2022-03-22Our new-to-us, pristine 2018 RAV4 was banged up during the Great Ice Storm of 2022 when an enormous branch (20-25 long) crashed onto the vehicle, causing about $6000 worth of damage all over the car. Working with our insurance company, Stofas handled everything and did a WONDERFUL job! Communication was excellent. They took great care to restore our car to like-new condition. We worked with Brandon, and he was dependable and responsive and answered all our questions.I really couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Stofas!

2022-05-16I am picky about where I get work done on my 2019 Subaru WRX STI. I reached out to a local car group to ask where they usually go as I am new to the area, everyone suggested Stofa’s. I was able to get in with them very quickly when I called and they were flexible with appointment times. My experience was really amazing and they were able to fix the damages in a timely manor and perfectly. They were very easy to reach and we able to answer all my questions. Will 100% be returning here if I ever need work done. Highly recommend.

2022-02-21Had the front bumper replaced after someone backed into it in a parking lot.Customer service was very good. The work looks like new. The texts that were sent were incorrect information.

2021-10-29Have used Stofa’s over the course of 12 yrs very professional very reasonable and excellent service. This latest was for body damage. Brandon kept us well informed about the work being done and dealt directly with our insurance company as well as the rental company we used while our car was in for repair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but STOFA’s for all my car needs.
