By far the most unprofessional business In the area. I have been there several times with my children after getting off from work. Where I entered the store before there closing hours. And they insist that they are closed. They argued with me for 5mim that there closed. But my children’s order would of took 2min to make. When I asked them what time should you guys be closing. I was told I need to check google. So I checked google. And it said 10pm. I said google said 10pm and you guys always close early. Carvel should either change your store hours. Or change the team.The team is all kids. They have no care in the world.
Have you ever seen something so sexy. Oh and that Oreo cookie, just puts this dessert over the top.
Usually when I go there the service is Just Ok. They always rushed the order and made it so so. But last time there was this new guy SAID, he took our order and was very helpful and pleasant. I think he is new there. Full of energy and really knows how to talk to customers. He made our order look like the pictures they show and it made it that much tastier cuz it looked so good. I would only go back there when he is working cuz he seems like such a happy kid and with good customer service. It just makes the visit and food that much better.
I have a special cake made ever year for my Childs Birthday.. They make great, artistic ice cream cakes. They look beautiful and taste yummy. I would recommend!
The neighborhood isnt great, but I have come here a few times and have never had a bad experience. I go to a lot of Carvels all over the tri-state area, and this one is definitely on par. The deals really make visiting a carvel worth while (i.e. BOGO Sundaes on Wednesdays).
Stop with your giant pitcher of sangria, that the bartenders pour into your glass with reckless abandon. Stop with your super cool customers who we instantly struck up a conversation with at the bar. Stop it with your tapas (HOLY QUESADILLA!) which are delicious and who we ordered waaaaay too much of because sangria. Im not sure if Cajun Shrimp qualifies as legit tapas, but who cares? Its delicious and you are most likely drunk!

I love the ice-cream there it is always so good. And if you need a cake decoration they can make it for you.

2022-05-29My family and I have been going to this Carvel since the early 2000s and it use to be great. We went in today and it was an absolute disaster. We are highly disappointed with the customer service and quality of the ice cream. I had to repeat myself 5 times for two simple orders which was a kids cup and a regular cup of soft serve. The staff are rude and dont want to be bothered and there is a language barrier, as they dont understand a word you are saying . If youre in customer service you have to be able to communicate with people and they arent able to do that. My daughters soft serve ice cream had chunks of funk it must be residue from the dirty soft serve machine. If they keep this up the health department will shut them down. Do not go here they are filthy and rude.

2021-01-04Horrible customer service false advertising they have a sign up that’s says buy a cake and get three snowman 1/2 percent off I bought the cake and they tell me that they gotta ask the boss starts talking in Chinese with the boss and tells me he can’t give them to me for half price it’s not about the money just the principle and the customer service does suck

2018-12-19This is hands down the best Carvel abs best ice cream store Ive ever been in. Its super clean, well stocked with everything they offer, the serving sizes are generous, the people that work there are super friendly and accommodating, and most importantly, they dont skimp on anything! Ive spoken with the owner and complimented her on the store, I like it that much.

2020-11-07Maybe they have new owners and if so it shows in the worst way! My family and I have been coming here since the early 2000s and never had any problems until recently. Our last two times here, a couple of weeks ago and last night, we’re just horrible. The Asian girl behind the counter was rude with a nasty attitude and completely inexperienced. In addition to the attitude, our orders were so rushed and sloppy and not to mention she really gave us the smallest portions possible. Our cups barely had enough ice cream to fill them and the toppings which we paid extra for were almost non existent. Not to mention, overall everything here is grossly overpriced. It’s sad to say after all of these years we will not be visiting this location any more. The owners need to better train their staff and teach them how to be respectful and polite.

2020-06-05If you’re looking to be shouted at and refused service for not wearing a mask, this is your spot. If you want ice cream without being hassled, the gas station is your best bet. Respect tastes better than soft serve.

2018-07-11This is a Great Carvel! They have very good ice cream and the people are helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to everyone! The ice cream here is great & The store is very well organized.. They have a lot of flavors that I like. They create some great ice cream treats!
