Room was clean. However! If you’re looking for a place to sleep without disturbance, this isn’t the place for u. Cleaning staff talks, sings, bangs, and slam stuff around very loudly all day long. I left with a horrible headache because I couldn’t sleep with all the noice.
Do not stay here! I booked a reservation, they confirmed my reservation and then when I got there, the front desk lady was super rude and immature about the situation! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and explained the situation about how they were overbooked, she simply got mad at us and told us there was nothing she can do. Super rude staff and overall not a good place to stay. Looked dodgy anyways.
Pretty clean modern hotel been here a few times good for a short stay sometimes there’s issues with the remotes but they just bump the price up recently and given less hours which sucks abs it’s cash only which makes me think they come up with numbers on top of their head. They should have standard hours and standard days.

Busy as a hospital at 1:30am in the morning . No sleep is possible with the cleaning guy pushing he’s cleaning cart around with low budget caster wheels making a tectonic noise as pushes the cart through the empty hallways . No sleep is possible in this hotel at all

No choices of motels in the area. Would have moved if possible. 1 microwave for entire place hidden by elevator. Noise from outside. Need blankets for beds
Absolutely disgusting here. I found roaches everywhere. And then when I asked for a refund they refused. Do not. I repeat, do not rent from this hotel. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Rude service and not clean whatsoever.
I stayed here for 6 days and I dead want a refund smh I couldn’t shower because the shower door would close and they told me that not they issues just to not worry about the floor but did supply any extra towels if I wanted to go to the pool I would just go so I would have to shower at family or friends place , the sheets are thin they don’t use fitted sheets for the bed smh my towels was dirty , blood on my sheets , it was terrible and they literally did nothing no microwave only one in the lobby , I spent over 500$ and I literally couldn’t do anything but sleep there , only plus is option to smoking or non smoking rooms because it’s cold in NY .. I’m so upset
Id recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice place to stay whenever youre needing any medical treatments or just a place to hospital.
The customer service here is despicable. I was inquiring service for a handicapped individual and instead of having patience with my questions i was told their to bust to speak to me over the phone she then hung the phone up in my face.

This is a brand new hotel just opened it is not fully fully ready ready the frigerators were not in the room some of the T vs not working their big 70 plus inch T vs then she TVs the rooms are quite nice they do have all the amenities soap soap shampoo conditioner lotion can Is nightstands with USB charging areas Is nice towels Is the bid is not on the standard frame so it is higher the The AC heaters work that just takes a while since they are never on until you turn them on to warm up the room I had to use the ice bucket and the ice tray to keep the curtains up against the window so the heat could get into the room. Just a thin spread and sheet on the bed so bring a blanket Friendly staff.

This is a transient hotel, dont stay here. Its not for tourists. There are LOTS of homeless people living there, they throw garbage on the ground outside and hang out in the doorways.

2022-04-19The property was nice looking and one of the few that offered complimentary parking. There were adequate spaces that were not too close to each other even when I returned overnight from being out. That was important because I did not want anyone banging up on my vehicle.The room was nice looking and spacious but the window was obstructed by an awning so I could not see out or enjoy natural light. The bathroom was also very nice and modern. The television was at least 50 but it did not work. I addressed this the day I checked in and was told someone would take a look at it but that never happened. The floors were dirty but with stuff a routine sweep would have picked up. The light switches were filthy and appeared to never have been cleaned.The property had two floors with the top reserved for smoking. I chose to stay on the second floor to avoid ground level. I felt like I was back in a college dorm room. There was loud talking, laughing and music playing nonstop! I planned on only being there for two nights and wanted to make it affordable and easy to access major highways so I tolerated everything that was wrong. Absent of that, I would not stay here. If youre on a strict budget, want a stylish hotel and dont mind the constant noise then sure, its worth it.If youre looking for an upscale getaway, this is definitely not the place!

2022-06-18The location was perfect for my needs. However, smoking is allowed in the room (im not a smoker) the hallway and my room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The ac wasn’t working properly, I complained about it several times and it was never resolved. The phone in the room didn’t work. The sheets had stains, one of the towels had massive holes. However, the shower was great. Water pressure was perfect. Overall, the place was not worth the price.

2022-01-02Relatively new hotel, enjoyed my stay and was very pleased with the cleanliness, features and smoke room option. The doors require patience to open, just take your time. They had extra towels and rags, complementary soap/shampoo. Check out was super easy just hand in the card. They allow late check ins as well

2022-04-24Main pros: Clean room, clean towels, clean sheets. big TV, nice fridge, free wifi lol, hair dryer, smoke rooms.Its not your upscale hotel so if youre looking for that, Youre not gonna get it.I was looking for a nice local get-away and this showed up!There are smoking and non-smoking rooms, so expect smelling 🌿 or 🚬 in the smoking rooms floor. Some noise (doors closing, hints of music) but nothing to keep me up at night. Comfy bed, nice hot water in showers.The only downside is there is no microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby/by the elevator but would strongly prefer a personal one in the rooms.Also no iron.Add a personal microwave and an iron and I will bump to 5 ⭐

2022-06-19I got in at 2:30am from the airport and just wanted sleep. If you’re just looking for a simple hotel room, then this will work fine. It is noisy in the halls at night (you might want to pack some earplugs). Google maps said they serve breakfast but according to the front desk people you have to go out and get it yourself.

2022-01-31Love the establishment would of gave 5 stars but its no microwaves in the room so you have to walk down to the elevator where the single microwave is located .. but other then that nice size rooms. Very clean … 70 inch TVs with high speed WiFi and Tons of channels … this will definitely be my go to hotel of choice

2022-03-16Never been to a hotel that did not have an iron which makes no sense especially when a lot of people stay there because of the events at UBS arena which is so close. At first we though even though they don’t have one in the rooms they would have one in the front desk but NOPE! Driving from far away in the snow and bad winds my husband had to leave the hotel to go look for a place to buy an iron. Smh! Not to mention when we went to take a shower there was no hot water. What a bad experience we had at that hotel.

2022-02-27A nice hotel for a cheap place to stay near the UBS arena. The rooms come with a TV, a refrigerator and a desk. There is one microwave per floor (not room) and only one ice machine. There are no other amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and there is good water pressure for the showers. We have yet to have any issues with parking, although it seems as if though they do not have enough space.

2021-12-31The room was nice but it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there were water stains on the table. The receptionists were the worst receptionist I’ve ever seen in my life. Both the night and morning receptionists were unprofessional when you talk to them. They are sarcastic and don’t really help you. I was trying to extend my stay but they were so rude. I was talking to them but they are always on their phones and don’t even wear masks. I have a cough (I have a mask on) and I don’t wanna spread it but I think they are asking for it. Worst service ever. I don’t understand why they still have their jobs.

2022-07-02Best hotel to be in Jamaica queens close to everything all restaurants, shopping public transportation.location is great.
