Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They wouldnt pass vehicle because they claimed brakes werent functioning properly....$1400ish. repair bill! Truck was a 2019 with ONLY 13,000 miles on it. Brought it to my regular mechanic and got it inspected. He stated front and rear brakes had about 3/4 life left in them. Did mention rear rotors had a littlepitting but no where near enough for inspection failure! First and last trip to Castilone!
I absolutely HAD to update my review today! In thirty plus years of buying vehicles from nearly every dealership in WNY..Dodge, Mercedes , BMW...etc...Castilone is hands down the best. I have never been treated so well, and the deal I received was incredible...what other dealers couldnt or wouldnt do Castilone beat. The owner and his son are top notch men and provided me the easiest and best buying experience I have ever had. Advice...no matter where you are take the ride to Batavia and visit this top notch dealership. You wont be sorry. I wasnt. My business stays at Castilone from now on!!
Castilone is a great dealership to get a vehicle from! Right in Batavia which is great and convenient for local Batavia customers, as of me writing this I am picking up my new to me 2018 Jeep Wrangler unlimited JK. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from castilone. I highly recommend working the Avante as your salesman, he is very polite and professional and very down to earth!
My husband Clark and I went to Castellino Dodge Ram in Batavia to turn in a 2017 Dodge Ram and pick up a upgrade to a new 2019.Christopher Schultz who is the sales and leasing consultant was very helpful in getting what we have now.It was a great choice, I know that another gentleman named I believe his name is Michael Litwin.So if youre interested in a new truck, or if you are interested in leasing stop by and talk to the guys that will help you find what youre looking for.
I am a small business owner and i feel it is important to support your local businesses. I have always received good service from this dealership at fair prices. They take the time to communicate with you when you have service needs, so there are no surprises when the bill is presented. What I was having done required alot of tech time, but I was informed of the progress several times before actual completion of the work This is the 7th vehicle I have gotten from this location.
One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Matt Boyle was awesome, got a quick approval and had everything ready when I went to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable and helped by giving me a run down on my new Jeep. I love my new Jeep. Definitely recommend this dealership.
A few weeks ago I Emailed Amanda about a particular vehicle I was interested in. She got back to me, and we set up a time that day so I could come look at it.When I got there I asked for her, the salesman told me she was not there but that he could help me. I told him about the vehicle I was interested in and his response was “Oh we sold that”.What poor customer service! I inquired about a specific vehicle, and drove 45 minutes to this dealership only to be told it wasn’t available.I think the worst part is that it didn’t really seem to matter to them, and they still tried to sell me another vehicle that was 10K more than the vehicle I originally was interested in. What a joke. Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend visiting this dealership.I ended up buying a brand new Jeep at West Herr. Great service with great prices.
I had a wonderful experience here! I can’t say enough about the staff, they were quick and attentive to my needs! They got me in and out that day. A little insight on the situation, less than perfect credit makes car shopping terrifying for most. Corey was so professional and honest about everything, taking the time to go over every form I signed and some of which I’ve never had a dealer even disclose to me! That my friends is transparency!!! Kasey did my financing and that went so smooth! They are wonderful and I highly recommend goin there if your looking to get a vehicle! The selection was also very impressive, I did my homework this time! I didn’t jump, and I’m so glad I did, I’ll be a repeat customer for sure! Absolutely mind blowing! I didnt even have time to miss ol sexy before they called to pick it up.I used to think service departments attached to dealerships were just another one of the devils constructs, but thats not true here. The service dept (and parts) is a performance machine itself, seriously. They made it so easy, I was for sure I screwed something up.
I loved working with the staff here. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and respectful. I loved working with Corey. I am a single mother and he took amazing care of me. He helped me find the vehicle I love and have now, and they were very reasonable at helping me and making the process fast and smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!
Corey was great to work with, he was very attentive, kind and very thorough with showing our vehicles and making sure we left knowledgeable. He’s definitely a good face for the company, as we once had a bad experience. It was a nice change up. We appreciate his efforts and making things go smoothly.The only issue I would say is they need more help then having one person running multiple deals at the same time because it led to longer wait time.
My husband and I were working with Samantha and a couple other sales people on trying to get into a jeep renegade commando green they had their communication was really bad we submitted our credit application kept calling them and they would say such and such aint available at the moment but I will make sure one of them calls you back today been a week and a half and still no call byco
We had a great experience leasing our new Pacifica from Castilone, at a time when the supply chain for cars can be a problem. Our sales person did a fine job, was extremely helpful and personable, and did everything possible to make it possible and enjoyable to get our new car. This is our 3rd Pacifica from Castilone. I highly recommend this dealer!
Excellent place !! Excellent people !! Excellent experience!! My story is that I went to a previous dealership and was let down and disappointed several times with countless issues on the dealerships end... After much frustration, my husband got ahold of Castilone and they made every minute relaxing, comfortable and personable. Theyre very experienced and not out to screw people over but rather, help their customers!!! I cant say enough good about the team of people that helped us out and made it happen for me ! We dealt with Corey, which was the best car salesman and the best Corey I have ever met !! The other amazing men there I also can not thank enough !!! Castilone you guys are great!!! So annoyed we brought our van there for a diagnostic. They told us our rack and pinion had a crack we were waiting to see if warranty would cover told us it would cost 1600. Once found out warranty refused to cover we decided to repair it elsewhere as we cant afford that well went elsewhere we had it replaced and my van still making same noise and the rack and pinion did not have a crack in it. Pretty crazy im out 500.0 plus some and issue is stull not fixed and I still cant drive my van.
Worst experience I ever had with a dealership. Very unethical in their practice of selling vehicles and would not recommend. Gave both the owner Steve Sr. and son Steve Jr. several opportunities to make good. In short, ordered new Ram 1500 Bighorn Truck after several mistakes in paperwork that they finally corrected, they claimed two trucks had been ordered, first one being a mistake. June 1, 2021 truck arrives upon. Next day upon going to see truck and I explain to sales man Cory that this truck must have been the one that was ordered by mistake, because several options that I order to include two-tone interior, safety packages were not on it and the off-road package I did not order was. I again ask if my truck was still on order for which they assured me it was, and I ask if prior to selling this vehicle they would give me opportunity to buy, since they explain production had been slowed up due to lack of microchips and I had been waiting since March 2021, and didn’t know how much longer I wanted to wait.Prior to ordering a vehicle I was going to buy one off the lot. When I went to buy the vehicle after several minutes of negotiations, and given what I thought was a very good price, only to be told that the vehicle I test drove, and wanting to buy had already had been sold the day before. This happen with another vehicle that they were supposedly going to get from another dealership, again, with a very good price tag negotiated. After this happen three times I decided to order a vehicle and went through another dealership as well just to satisfy me that they weren’t jerking me around as to the best price. Over the phone, I and Cory both on the Ram web page created my truck by going line item by line item in which we both had the exact cost upon finishing. I also did this in person at the other dealership and they both gave me estimates as to what they could sell the vehicle for, and Castilone Dealership was $2,000.00 better. Send me the paperwork I will look it over and we have a deal. After initially looking over paperwork I quickly understood why Castilone Dealership had come in lower than the other dealership. They had omitted several of the options, which reduced the cost of their vehicle, claiming again that they made a mistake. After the mistakes they had made already I did not feel comfortable ordering a vehicle until I had verified the paperwork and I told that to Steve Jr., but unfortunately he had already ordered a vehicle under the third revision and then told me that they wouldn’t have any problem selling it. The fifth revision is the one I agreed upon because all the options I had ordered were on it and none of which I didn’t weren’t as well as double line items adding to cost.Fast forward to first vehicle coming in and three or four weeks later I’m inquiring as to if the vehicle I ordered had been shipped out yet, and request a call back after several attempts to find out. I get a call from Steve Sr. owner who asks me why I haven’t picked up my vehicle on their lot yet? He also informs me that the other vehicle that was ordered was kicked back, as to not being ordered, due to parts and that my rebates that I qualified for during that time would not be given due to my not picking up the truck within the two weeks of its arrival which amounted to $6,750.00. Then he questions why I never left a deposit for which I informed him that his son stated I didn’t have to due to all the mistakes that they had made in trying to complete my order. I told him Steve Jr. said that it would only be approximately a $1,000.00 for which he said, “No.” $3,000 or $4,000.00. Obviously, Steve Jr. doesn’t know how to run the business when his father is away but, blaming a customer who is spending $55,000.00 on a vehicle is not the way to do it. Steve Sr. said that I would make me a deal and it went something like this…sell me the vehicle on the lot for $7,000 more than what I had been promised, but he could get me financing which I never needed and that he would make more money on for the kickbacks.
We have gone to Castilone for every vehicle purchase we have made and they have always been great! Amanda took care of our latest lease for us and she made the process smooth and easy for us! I recommend going to them if you are looking for a vehicle! They are all great there!
Service personnel were very good with communication. The repair, well, not so much. Our brand new (474 miles)Jeep Renegade had a drive shaft failure with damage to the transfer case(all mfg related). Castilone did the repair work, but when I took it to our home dealer for some vibration still occurring, they found that the sub frame bolts were never torqued properly, all were loose. Simple oversight, maybe, but unacceptable from a certified mechanic.
2 may be generous but objective and fair. Due to Covid only working remotely with dealers until time to sign paperwork. I had challenging time working with sales rep from communication standpoint but I recognize Im not the only customer and Im not there in person. The benefit of the doubt is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. Between ATVs, motorcycles, cars/trucks - probably worked with about 10+ different dealers over a decade (bought ATV in another state no issue prior to Covid so not my first remote buy) - never have I been given one price and went to finalize only to have it be $1,500 more than down payment price I locked in. Why? because they gave my coupon discount to someone else while THEY delayed getting me the info they need for loan. That took 24 hrs to get an answer from them once I identified the increase and finally got the necessary info. Their response? take it or leave it, we have other people interested in the vehicle. So you could be me or the other person - you roll the dice. I will not ever be back and cannot recommend. Readying yelp this has happened to others. Do your homework.
Bought a 2018 Dodge Ram from Castilone on 5-11-21. Corey Ryan assisted me through the whole process. I will have to say it was the most expedited and smooth auto transaction I have had. They were very friendly and went above and beyond fixing my car, they drive me to an appointment so that I wouldnt miss it while they worked on my car and were willing to pick me up after. Andrew and Kristi were very warm and friendly making a stressful situation easier to handle.
I was looking for an all wheel or 4 wheel drive SUV with low mileage and new model year. I spent several weeks looking online and visiting dealers. Finally, I found this dealership which had a Jeep that had all the things I was looking for, including some nice-to-haves like a factory remote start. Even better, it had much lower mileage and had newer model year than all the other vehicles in my price range.My wife and I were helped by Brian Jackson who was friendly, professional, and really went the extra mile. We didnt have a trade-in, we planned to give our old car to our teenage son (yikes!) who is still practicing driving to get his license. The logistics of picking up the car and getting the old car to where it needed to go were a bit complicated and Brian actually offered to drive with us and help us move the cars around. In the end we figured out an alternate solution but the fact that he was willing to go the extra mile (literally!) was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership and Brian. Car sales people get a bad name of being shady and underhanded and I am very skeptical in general of anyone selling me something (especially something of such great cost). I walked away with an impression that I was dealing with honest and professional people.
My best experience with dealer service ever!I would like to thank Jim for taking care of all my concerns with my truck. Jim was able to fix the issue with my truck that the dealer where I bought it tried to fix twice. I will definitely be taking my truck back for all my service.
A word to describe my experience here at Castilone is phenomenal. For the past year or so Ive been working on building my credit back and being able to be financially on my own again. I have moved up but not to where I want to be yet. I have wanted a wrangler ever since I could drive and never thought I could afford one. I didnt think my credit score was good enough yet to finance without a cosigner. I didnt think Id get enough money for my trade in for it to be worth it. Castilone made what I thought was impossible happen! I was able to trade in my rav4 fWithout having to rollover much at all, able to get my new vehicle without a cosigner, able to keep my payments in the price range I was looking for and without putting my whole savings into a down payment. They gave me my financial freedom and the vehicle of my dreams! I had the priveledge of Corey Ryan helping me from the moment I walked through the door. He didnt try selling me something I didnt want. I told him what I wanted and that I knew most of my asks were most likely impossible but he took care of me from the beginning all the way to handing me the keys to my new wrangler. He really listened and delivered!! Everyone I dealt with in the process was absolutely fantastic. I usually dread having to go to any dealership because of the hassle and horrible experiences but at castilone it was an absolute pleasure and they made dreams happen. Thank you Corey Ryan and everyone at Castilone that made this all possible for me. They made me realize nothing is ever impossible! I recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a good dealership experience and in the market for a new vehicle or trade in!!!
Youd be better off having your incompetent cousin work on your vehicle then this dealership. I had my Jeep Patriot in for electrical issues on April 15th (I had an appointment for that day), I did not receive a call from them for a week. Finally was starting to get annoyed and called them. Spent an hour on hold till they paged the mechanic just to tell me it would be in the shop the following day. This went on for another 4-5 days of “it will be in tomorrow”. Got a call back from them today, the 26th, turns out it was under an hours worth of labor and that I could come get it. Hop in the seat and all my dash panels are still in the back seat not put back together, I was just so annoyed at that point that I put them back together myself. Waste of time and money
I leased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee for my wife. I worked my deal with Gregg Strauss and was happy. Unfortunately jeep had a recall on that model so we had to wait a good week for the parts to arrive so we could take delivery. Steve Jr helped with a lot of questions that my wife had and stayed on top of getting the parts to the dealership and installed.When we finally could take delivery Mike got all the paper work done and was able to get a speedy paper signing done.Suzanne deliver the SUV and did a good job.This is our second SUV from here.Great dealership. Good team work.And yes I would recommend them.Very friendly staff.
After shopping for over 6 months at various dealerships in WNY, I sent an inquiry to Castilone about a specific vehicle. Within moments, I had a phone call back and set up an appointment with Suzanne. First of all, this dealership is GREAT to work with. Its smaller, so its a much friendlier experience. You will not be ignored or rushed or pressured, as I have found to be true elsewhere. Suzanne is AWESOME! She had no idea what she was getting into when I walked in the door. I was indecisive and all over the place in terms of what I actually wanted, but she was extremely patient and took the time to listen and help me sort out a decision to land in the right vehicle for me. She kept in touch, but not with excessive calls and emails...just enough to see how Im doing with my decision. When one truck I wanted to see had not yet been delivered, she notified me within minutes of it getting delivered. Thats service that you just dont get everywhere. I highly recommend Castilone and especially Suzanne. If youre car shopping and even if youre uncertain and even if you need to drive and sit in every car in the inventory and push ALL of the buttons, and even if you make your final decision at sundown on New Years Eve when she definitely has other things she could be doing, she will take good care of you!

I leased a Jeep Cherokee from Castilone back in February. I honestly was not prepared to get a new vehicle at the time but, in working with Suzanne and her sales manager, they were able to make the deal worth while. I can honestly say that I have never had a more enjoyable time purchasing a vehicle. Castilone takes a different approach to the car buying experience and makes a much better process over other dealerships. I will continue to recommend others to visit Castilone and request Suzanne specifically as shes gone above and beyond my expectations twice now.
Went there to purchase a grand caravan. Asked them for there best price and they came back with the internet price and what my payments would be with different down payments. I asked what current interest rates were and they couldnt answer them. They were eager to show me vehicles that I wasnt interested in. My opinion is that they want to make sales at a premium and not interested in making sales to build a repeat customer base.The used Vans they had showed me were former rental vehicles and are being advertised as one owner. So who knows the actual history on them. Im not scared to own a former rental car.I left them with my fair price and I will update my review if they decide that they want to make a deal. I probably wont hear back because the salesman came back with a sheet that had my name right but it was the wrong phone number, Address and Email.... I gave him my right address and phone number along with a copy of my license.I liked the van I looked at and it will be up to them to decide if they want my business or not. Staff was very friendly.
Went to Castilone looking for a Jeep wrangler to buy. Our sales rep. Shannon was very friendly to work with and was patient with us even though we came in an hour before closing time. We never felt pressure to buy right away and she answered any question that came up. If you you are in the market for a new or used car recommend Castilone and I highly recommend you look for Shannon as your sales representative. Overall it was a Great experience.

We went into Castilone’s to check out the latest Jeep Grand Cherokee’s and were very impressed with the overall experience. Suzanne was great to deal with and very friendly. When we found a vehicle we liked Suzanne and the sales manager were fair. After a minor flaw was noted, Suzanne made sure it would be cared for and it was impressive to see the actual owner involved to make sure everything was to our liking. I saw a commercial for Castilone about employee pricing and a Black Friday sale so decided to stop down and see what they had to offer. I worked with Brian Jackson who was very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions (and I had lots of them) and was very patient with me as I pondered what vehicle and options I wanted to look into. Brian was able to cut down my negative equity and get me in a brand-new car for the same price as my old used car. To say Im obsessed with my new car is an understatement. Shes a beauty!! If youre looking to buy a new car be sure to stop in and ask for Brian Jackson. Hes a really down to earth guy that will make your buying experience enjoyable and fun!!
Purchased a new Jeep in late 2018. Long story short there were lots of financial shenanigans that went on during financing. I called them on it, renegotiated, and saved $12,355.00 in the process. Thats how bad they were sticking it to me.They appealed to me to remove my reviews, and I did. Fast forward several months and Ive come to realize, these guys have really screwed me long term on service. I simply can not have my vehicle serviced there, because I can not trust them anymore. This leaves me with the inconvenience of driving further for service.While #Jeep makes a quality product, Its doubtful Ill buy another because their dealer network is smaller than Chevy/Ford through which I can get service in most any town.The owner of this place is of particularly low character, as well as his sales manager Mike Payne. If I were to do it all over again, wed buy our new vehicle elsewhere. 2019 is projected to be poor for auto sales, so find a dealer worth trusting before you spend. Make them earn your business. Avoid the shysters and con artists.
Customer service was about the worst it could be. Got charged well over 150 dollars and they didnt fix the problem couldnt even tell me what the problem could be or was. Then wouldnt give my key back until i paid in full. I feel very much scammed, lied to, and for anyone thinking they are there to help you should start looking elsewhere.
People are always very friendly they serviced my truck which I bought from them also purchased a jeep from this past weekend Josh is a excellent salesman Cory is very easy person to get along with he explains the financing things so you can understand them with out all the extra bs i would strongly recommend checking them out
I bought a new Dodge Challenger recently after searching the internet for the best deal I could find. I live over 400 miles from this dealership. Greg and I negotiated a great price. When I flew to Buffalo he was waiting for me at the airport. The car was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Shannon spent over an hour teaching me how to use the advanced technical features of my new car. She gave me her business card and cell phone number in case I had any questions in the future. I was going to drive the car for about 100 miles then stay in a hotel. I loved driving it so much I drove all the way home. I’ll definitely return to this dealership when I’m ready for another car.

I have purchased many automobiles during my lifetime but I have never had a more pleasurable experience than I had at Castilones. Matt was terrific to work during the entire process, from the time of the test drive until he explained the vehicles features after the purchase. Hes a great salesman and I would definitely reccomend him. The office staff was wonderful to work with also. Steve (Jr.) and Mike went way above and beyond to find the vehicle features we wanted. They literally searched the entire east coast! EVERYONE should go to Castiline first for Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles. The sales people are simply the best.

Just purchased the Gladiator and Love It! I am under 5ft in height and have no problems riding comfortably and have no obstructions from my view. The Jeep is surprisingly smooth on these rough Buffalo roads and we are excited to see how much fun we can have with it! My sales man was Caleb and he was freaking great! He was so very understanding of the whole situation! I walked in the door, sat down and explained everything to him, looked at cars and explained that I really wanted a Nissan. Well, 3 days pass, I already sent in my credit application and such, I now have a 2016 Nissan Altima and I really couldnt be happier! Everything was fast and simple! I keep telling everybody I know to go there, get Caleb, request him if you have to. Im so glad my neighbor told me to go there! Wouldnt have it any other way!
Made an appt a week out to have my radio fixed. Dropped it off at 9 am. Called at 2 to inquire I was told they did not have enough time to fix my car today something about testing wires and pulling the dash apart. I was told if I wanted it fixed I would have to make another appt. I said all ready made the appt I have two vehicles keep it and fix it. They oh we cant do that you have to make another appt we are to busy. Needless to say terrible customer service. I made the appointment I told them to keep the vehicle its not my fault they over booked. Guess my business is going elsewere. The next day I took it back to basil Ford were I purchased they took it to transittown dodge I had it back the following day it was only a loose antenna wire and they tested electrical system couldnt find a problem.
I just purchased a 2020 Ram Laramie Sport from this dealership. I worked with salesman Matt Boyle who is very knowledgeable about all of FCA’s products. We met a few times to figure out what I wanted and needed in my new truck, as well as locate one that was exactly what I was looking for. It started with an e-mail i received from a Greg Strauss claiming that i qualified for a vehicle exchange program and would be able to upgrade my truck, which i purchased from Castilone, and with the employee pricing my payment would stay the same if not go down. I then began to correspond with the web sites texting service where i was told that my truck had to be seen but i was given an unseen trade estimate and was told the estimate was on the conservative side based only on year trim and milage and when its actually appraised would most likely go up. So now convinced it would be worth it to take the trip out i bring my wife and babe to the dealership only to find that they would only give 5k less than they told me on the text service given without seeing it. Which would make sense if my truck had damage or needed work, but my truck is in perfect shape inside and out and has many aftermarket upgrades. So i left frustrated and was quoted a payment 110 more a month. I will definitely be more reluctant to believe any of there personalized advertisements.
Castilone was awesome! Our sales girl Chelsi was amazing! She was very patient and did not pressure us at all! The whole experience was nothing like we have ever had before! This is my second purchase through this dealership. I live 40 miles away. I knew what i wanted and they had both trucks in stock both times i was there. Suzanne was very helpful with my most recent purchase. I just wanted to go look at the new Ram models. I wasnt expecting to leave with a new truck the same day. Suzanne stayed two hours past her shift ending to make sure everything was all said and done. She even helped us move our personal belongings from our old truck to our new truck. I was on a business trip in Kansas. My rental vehicle was a 2021 Dodge Durango R/T. I fell in love with it and proceeded to work with Corey Ryan here in Batavia, NY while I was still in Kansas. He was a real trooper working with me Long distance and explaining the incentives to me. The day after my return I went to Castilones in Batavia to pick up my new Durango. I went five minutes down the street and while getting out of the SUV, a guy in a neighboring vehicle complimented my new car!! Corey was great and easy to work with. Very thorough with all explanations and demonstrations. I am extremely pleased with the whole process.
We wanted to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee January 2020. My wife did not like the fender flares so they agreed that, if we payed extra, they would replace them with new ones. We contacted them numerous times between then and June. No one knew what we were talking about despite repeatedly calling and trying to get answers. Eventually we were told they could not do it and we would get a refund. We’ve waited a long time for that refund and my wife called Castilone several times asking were it was. I called Friday, July 17 and was transferred and put on hold on numerous calls for a total of 1 hr 55 min. My wife went in on Saturday, July 18 and asked for our refund. Stephen Jr apologized for not getting it out and said he knew nothing about this situation (despite employees telling me they sent him voicemails vin v and emails). She was promised the check would go out Monday, July 20 and given his card with his personal phone # in case there were any issues. Never got the refund. Called the phone #, no one answers and voicemail is full. Called Castilone’s and asked for Stephen Jr and was transferred to a phone that just rang forever- with no voicemail. Called back and spoke with the financial guy, Ron. He knew nothing about this but would tell Stephen Jr or Sr I wanted my refund. On Wednesday, August 12 I emailed Castilone through their website and said I wanted my refund by Friday, August 14 or I would be taking them to small claims court. I even included my work address in Batavia so they could deliver it there on Thursday. You guessed it- no show, no refund. See you in court Castilone’s!!!
Allison did a wonderful job, and had the best customer service amongst all the dealerships I visited. They made sure my service dog was accommodated during test drives. The dealership has a wide range of communications available, yet are not pushy. I asked my pup and he gives her two paws up! 🐾
My name is Kyle, I bought my Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn from the sales associate Amanda. What she lacked for in hight she makes up for in enthusiasm. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. She was even able to set up a undercoating on the frame and a spray in bed liner. She showed me all my options from cheapest to pricey but never pushed or pressured anything on me. The whole experience was so easy and fun that I plan on buying all my future vehicles from Castilone. If you ever need a new vehicle, ask for Amanda you wont be disappointed!
I leased a Jeep Cherokee with the Castilone dealership. I am very excited about the vehicle and the experience with everyone at the dealership was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Because I have never leased a vehicle before, I was a bit nervous but Greg and Steve Jr. made the process straightforward and smooth.
I had been in the market for a new vehicle and made visits to a couple of dealerships. I was most impressed with Castilone. The people that I worked with were great! Nickole Millet, Greg Strauss, and Cory Saunders were all very friendly, professional and courteous! They worked hard to earn my business and I left there completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle.
In September of 2018 we went to dealership to look at a truck , after verifying in 2 phone conversations that it was still available. When we arrived we found out it had been gone for 2 weeks. I was told I would be contacted when they got more trucks in or as deals got better, never happened. In December of 2018 we drove 38 miles to Orchard Park bought new truck , just what we needed. Now 10/10/2019, the 2019 Ram has a bad miss. We call the Castilone service , state the issue, also state we are in a bed spot need the truck for traveling out of town 10/11/19, they question “ did you buy it here?”I say no , “sorry we booked til next week “.Included road service with purchase will not tow to dealership where we bought it. We get it moved to there at 11am on 10/10, at 2:30pm they call , your truck is done.Castilone customer service , service department, and sales dept leave more than a lot to be desired.
I really dont know why I waited so long to look into Castilone CDJ. I did my initial Jeep research online to find the model and trim that I wanted and from there built my vehicle. Then it was time to search dealer inventory, which by default chose a minimum 25 mile radius from my home. The next page listed dealerships I have heard of, and others not. Then it came time to reach out to some dealerships, which I did via e-mail. Of course I was hit with many auto-replies. The next morning, however, I received a personal e-mail from Suzanne Kennelly that was so inviting I had to call her. I went over the details of the vehicle I wanted (which she new already from my dealership search) and she said we dont have the exact vehicle in stock, but give me a few minutes and I will find it for you. Within 15 minutes she called me back and said she located an exact vehicle and it would take her a day to get. Awesome. That never happened to me before, usually dealers want to get rid of their on the lot vehicles rather than find you one elsewhere. Next we discussed my leasing options, which faired way better than I expected. I was sold. The next day I took delivery on the new Jeep and was even more impressed with Suzanne by her knowledge of the vehicle and its features. She took the time to thoroughly go over all the vehicles bells and whistles. There wasnt a question she could not answer! She paired my iPhone and activated my SiriusXM one year trial. Needless to say I drove home happy as kid in a candy store. The next day I awoke to an e-mail from Suzanne which included several videos of My Jeep model that helped me discover even more features my vehicle was capable of! Later that day Suzanne called me with a follow up, simply inquiring if I received the e-mail and how I was enjoying the new car. I have to say at 51 years of age I have never received such personal and professional care in purchasing a new car than with Suzanne. I highly recommend her and the Castilone dealership without reservation. Six stars if I was allowed!

I recently purchased a 2011 Caravan here and after a couple of weeks a part broke on it that was not covered under any warranty. I brought my Jeep there twice. The first time was a good experience but, within a few days I started getting phone calls about trading it in for a new one. I asked them not to call, but I received several more calls. I brought my vehicle back to have the breaks checked due to a squealing noise. They told me nothing was wrong with them and they were 7 out if 8. A few weeks later and the breaks are ridiculously loud. My boyfriend looked at them. The front looked good like Castelone stated, but when he looked at the back nothing was left! They didnt even look at the back breaks! This is unacceptable! I will not be returning for anything.
Chelsi was great, she was very sweet and helpful. Its too bad her boss who is the financial manager is such a poor example of customer service. He called my bank who I chose to finance with and spoke badly of me, just for my banker to call me right after their conversation and tell me what was said. Then he had the nerve to call me and ask if I was still going to purchase the car. He was very condescending and phony and I dont think he should be in the car selling business since he lost a sale over $500, wanted more for a vehicle than it was actually valued at and continued to argue with my bank over what he thought the value was.
I have to be honest Im a die-hard Chevy guy so I really had no reason to go to Castile loans. My mother-in-law said she needed a vehicle and she had already got one from there so we went down to talk to them and they gave us a really good deal and also a good trade in its nice to know that they were treating her Fair and the staff was very friendly and truly were being honest thanks guys Merry Christmas happy holidays.
Awesome experience, I wasnt in the best position to get into a new car but I needed to! They did everything they could and worked with me for hours to put me into a nice almost new renegade. They will take care of you for a reasonable-ish price if youre getting your vehicle serviced. And the manager of that department will gladly answer your questions. And Ive had quite a few in the past.On the other hand if you go there just to get a quote on what they value your vehicle at, the quote has to be run by a manager, and if you get the manager thats rather ... Big boned, (not fat shaming, I just dont know his name and hes the only person with that physique there), he will push you to buy a car until you treat him like Swiper The Fox from Dora the Explorer and repeatedly tell him youre not buying a vehicle multiple times because he seems to think everyone that simply wants quotes for their vehicle means theyre looking to buy one.

Castilone employees are always willing to work with their customers. I am a return customer. I appreciate how they take the time to listen to your needs and wants and do everything they can to get you into what you want, my salesman Timothy was very delightful to work with. Timothy was still learning but had a great understanding on how to treat customers. It took me a few visits to finally choose what I wanted and they worked with me everytime in humble spirits. Even with 3 kids, they gave them balloons and helped keep them entertained while looking. When I finally found exactly what I was looking for they had it ready that day for me. I could not be happier with my experience.
This is the first time I have ever posted a comment online, good or bad, for a product or service. I feel it necessary to share my recent experience at Castilone Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep RAM in Batavia, NY. It is obvious that the people at Castilone are more interested in putting your into a vehicle that you will be happy with and gaining a satisfied customer, than padding their pockets. I stopped by just to look at a Dodge 3500 Cummins that was on the lot. Tracy Hainsworth was the sales representative that assisted me. He is not your typical pushy salesperson. (Pushy salespeople are a big turn off for me when going to a dealership.) He promptly had the truck ready for a test drive and answered all of my questions. He even allowed me to speak to one of their mechanics when I had some technical questions. I then spoke with Austin Smith, the sales manager. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. He was very honest and straight forward from the get go. No back and forth B.S., just bottom line deal. Thanks Austin! We spoke in great detail about the truck I was interested in and what needed to be done to make it exactly what I was looking for and then they made it happen. Im not a person to make a decision very quickly, but I did return the next day with the vehicle I was considering as a trade-in. They were very fair and we made a deal. I was impressed with the entire sales process. Id be happy to report at a later date with a service after the sale comment. I encourage you to stop by and check this dealership out for your self. Im glad I did!

I purchase a vehicle from this company after being referred to them by a very loyal customer who will no longer go to them!! Not only do they lie about the features that my vehicle offered when I signed purchase agreement they lied to me about interest rate term of loan completely manipulated me and took advantage!!when I picked up the vehicle the windshield was cracked was not cracked when the vehicle is purchased they said they would fix after leaving it there for a day picked it up with multiple chips in windshield and the crack they fixed was back with in multiple weeks! Then out of the less than 5 months I own the vehicle they had it in their shop for two while I drove one of their loaner cars not an SUV a loaner car that didnt even hold all my children. when my vehicle was totaled in a flash flood basically do to them because I have zero knowledge and how their vehicle worked or how to put it in neutral because it had like dial switch to put it in drive come to find out when I purchase extended warranty they had drawn money out of that to make all the repairs this vehicle the two months they had it for stuff that was broken before I purchased the vehicle! after calling my extended warranty company that only they not send me the full amount that my warranty company sent them they also shorted me 900. Two years later still waiting on them and fighting with them just send my bank the $900 !!! everyone you speak to nice is going to be an act like theyre handling it but nope Im getting letters from lawyers because they are not handling it theyre giving everyone their run ar Lakshmi vehicle list for 5 months!!! BEWARE very shady company and ppl everything they told me was nothing but lies I have paperwork lawyers and still outstanding money owed because of these people

I went here to get a simple oil change. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. The rest of the staff however were not as friendly. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Then when it was finally done I was brought out to the front by someone else and was asked to sign a paper then waited another 15 mins just for a women to tell me its going to be a min. Then a different woman cane over to finally cash me out and I began to ask her a question about twhat i was paying for and she immediately told me she has no idea whats on the paper. She then had to call over another person to explain to me what I was paying almost $100 for. Overall the service was unorganized, unfriendly, and untimely. I dont think i will be returning.

I bought my Jeep in North Carolina a few years back and had a few recalls. Brought it to Castilone and I thought everything was great. I ended up having my engine light come up a few weeks later and I discovered that under the hood, all the clips that hold the lines together were snapped off and one of the lines wasnt connected.. stating I had an evaporation leak. So... big fat 1 star.

The buying experience was amazing, it is what has happened afterward that is upseting. We live 2 hours away and on the way home from purchasing our vehicle the bakes started to squeal. I called the dealership the next morning and I was directed to the service department. They gave me the run around. I called back a few days later and finally got an appointment to have it checked. We drove the 2 hours back to Batavia, they were supposed to have a loaner car waiting for us, they didnt. We spent hours waiting, until they finally gave a us a car to use. By the next afternoon we had not heard from anyone, so we called to find out what was going on. They said the brakes were fine, it was just from us not applying enough pressure when braking, that is why the brakes were making that noise. Well, a month after that, the brakes are grinding and are essentially shot. We can not drive it to Batavia as it is not safe. Called and spoke with Greg on of the owners/managers who tells us to have the shop that is repairing our truck call him and they will talk about it. The shop did call the dealership and even sent them pictures, and still they did nothing. It cost 900 to get the brakes repaired. Now the dealership is denying any responsibly and is refusing to help us at all. And they lied to us saying that the extended warranty that we purchased would have covered it, but it doesnt.Also, we still do not have a title or registration for our new vehicle. It is July, we bought it in April. When I called a couple of weeks ago they told me the VIN on my vehicle did not match the VIN on the title.So, buyer beware. They will not take responsibility for anything. I may actually have to go to a lawyer because of the title issue.
Went there to purchase a vehicle and never received a call back. owners are a joke and rude to employees thats why they all leave. save yourself the time and visit a reputable dealer that knows what they are doing. if they can figure out how to sell a car it will take them a week to deliver it. I hope that I will be able to reach a deal with them. They seem like a great bunch of folks. Hope they stick around for a long time.
I went to the dealership to test drive a car. Louie S was very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. He answered all of my questions and had quite a few options for me to choose from. I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to everyone!
During your December sale I came down to look into buying an SUV AWD/4WD. There were salesmen from different areas to help with the deal making etc.. I ended up buying a 2011 KIA Sorento, which of course had problems with it right away. I took it into service and the people who work in that department were great and customer friendly. What I did not like was the treatment from our salesmen, he told us to lie about our income if Chrysler Corp called or are loan would not be approved. He also assured me the KIA was great in all weather conditions and was AWD. The KIA was actually a FWD and handled horrible in the snow with mismatched tires! I am a USAF disabledveteran and I did not expect to be lied to by some sleezy salesman. I am very upset that this supposed reputable dealership would let this happen.
Worst attempt to buy a car I ever experienced. They tried to get me to pay msrp for a ram 1500 only giving me factory rebates! That was my 3rd attempt at trading in my current vehicle and castilone had the lowest offer by $4000! Not even close to the other dealers. After speaking with a manager, they did offer $3000 dealer incentive and $3500 more for my trade. A total of $6500 they tried to get out of me. Ive never felt insulted about an offer till now. I was so mad I didnt want to contine and left. I will never step foot in that dealership for anything again.
Took my Town and Country in for a road check before making a trip. I usually have 3000 mile check in Pa where I live and charges are usually $35.00 depending if car needs something. (used to live in Batavia for 30 years and had work done at Hawley Motors all the time). This is the first time since they sold to Castilone chrysler Dodge Jeep & figured that I would go to a dealer. What a big mistake. Before I realized it they had my tab up above $700.00. They said that I needed a new tire (I had 6 month old tires). They replaced 2 tires because they were running a special 2 for 1 without telling me. They did not like that I asked for my old tires. When I arrived in Pa., I took the car in for a squeak and power steering belt was replaced.My analysis is that they saw a female driving with out of state plates at Castilone dealer and fleeced me. They charged for checking stuff, a service that is usually free where I take the car in Pa. I will never return. Also, it should be noted that I left at 3:00 PM from a 9:00 AM appt. There were many unhappy customers waiting with me who said they would never return.
I called twice this week and spoke to 2 different sales people that promised to get me quotes on a truck before end of day. I have gotten zero back and it’s been a full week. Will not do business here. If they can’t even sell a vehicle, I can’t imagine how bad their service is. Not people of their word.

I feel like they were put there just for me cause I love my flip flops I have about 20prs. So thank you again 😎
Purchased what appeared to be a nice 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in October 18.When the radio and associated screen items failed because Chryslers Uconnect system failed to receive updates I found out that not only is it an auction vehicle it is from Canada and unable to receive updates in the US.Neither Chrysler nor Castilone have been able or willing to resolve the issue.4 months with no climate control, radio or clock is not why I bought a 2 yr old vehicle.

2022-02-28We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Josh and cannot speak more highly of the experience. Great dealership that went above and beyond for us. We decided to order a new vehicle to be delivered to the lot and assumed it would take months with all the shortages, but it was delivered much quicker than we expected. The dealership held the vehicle for us until we were ready to purchase it which is service above and beyond. We will be customers for life.

2022-02-06They are more then accommodating every-time i bring my Explorer in. I had tire issues since I got the vehicle and the air was leaking out of the seal if the rim. They have since fixed the problem at no cost to me. The main guy in the front, not sure his name but he is very understanding and helpful. He goes above and beyond. I told him he has to stay working there because he is such an asset to them. I will from now on only go here for a vehicle.

2022-04-05All of the staff at Castilone were exceptional. I went there with the intentions of just looking and to see how much my 2018 kia optima was worth and ended up walking out with a brand new 2022 jeep wrangler. My time spent there was deff worthwhile. Joe, used car sales manager, offered me a great deal I couldnt refuse.
