I called castle rock insurance for a bit of advice and what I got in return was the best advice a guy could ask for. I felt that I couldnt turn anywhere because most firms gave me awful advice but the owner walked me through everything in a way that helped me make the best decision for my company and employees. 2022-03-07Very competent staff handled our corporate insurance requirements without issue. Flexible payment options as well. Theyve been prompt on additional insurance support, no complaints. We have experience with other major brokers, but these guys win hands down.

2021-12-20Ive been looking for an Insurance company to get our e-commerce brands covered. These are supplements and most companies either rejected our request or sent an overestimated quote. Castle Rock appeared to be the best choice in terms of meeting our needs, pricing and terms. Best service, going to contact again

2021-02-10I began a new company that created a unique piece of exercise equipment. After seeing Castle Rock on line I sent a brief email and Brett actually called me to discuss whether or not this item could be covered and in no time at all he got me two very competitive quotes. This is the second time I created a company, so I am no stranger to insurance issues and the types of coverage. My other company does not have the liability issues that exercise equipment has in todays marketplace, but Brett got me two quotes which did alot to reassure me that I and my company would be protected. I am very pleased with his attitude and performance, in that, it took about 5 months for us to actually bring this product to market and still wanted to talk to me and provide me with the necessary information. I cannot thank him enough and 5 stars is the minimum rating for these folks.

2018-11-23Jon and his team are excellent. Jon worked with me one on one to find out what my specific needs were for my business so that he could offer me the best coverage and lowest price as possible. Because of this I was able to pay less for the insurance with more coverage than I had in the past. Valerie is great too, I work with new vendors often and Valerie is always quick to respond to my needs to add new customers as additional insured on my policy. Happy I went with this choice and you will be as well, I highly recommend Castle Rock!

2018-09-09Jon and the rest of the team at Castle Rock are beyond helpful. They will go the extra mile and are always ready to get on the phone and do whats needed (even if its a last minute request!)Cant imagine having gone through one of the bigger temporary production insurance suppliers and their websites and app forms in time for my shoot, but Castle Rock pulled it together for me in next to no time.
