Cathay Express Transportation was wonderful. From the first phone call to the last follow up phone call we got nothing but excellent service when we transported our mother from Jamaica to Bayside. It was a one hour drive for my mother who had a stroke a month before. We were moving her to be closer to our family. David and Andrew were our drivers. They were helpful, pleasant and gentle with my mother. They made sure we were comfortable for the entire trip. Michael, in the office, was thorough in getting our plans made and following through with me on the phone calls. With five stars, I highly recommend Cathay Express Transportation.

Simply an AWSOME company, dispatchers and drivers alike!Very punctual, clean vehicles, and professional.I told my driver Kim that my mother needs to get to her appointment on time, he made sure to cut traffic out and get us there on time.They are the best!!!

Last week I had an endoscopic procedure at Mt Sinai Hospital and hired Cathay Express Transportatin to pick me up afterwards to get home. The driver, Jason, was a very nice person, pushing my wheelchair from the recovery area to the van as if I were a relative. Holding my arm to get in the car to keep me steady and walked me to my door making sure that I got in safely. Id use them again in an instant as well as highly recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend. We needed someone last minute to take my mother to her doctors appointment. They showed up quickly and their van was new and clean and the driver was very helpful. We would use them again.

If u need a van, highly recommend this company!once u get these cars, u wouldnt wanna use other cars.High quality workers, drivers, services are great! Recommended
