2016-10-05Fantastic company to work with. Moved my mother from Bridge View Nursing Home in Whitestone down to Brooklyn. They were willing to pick up my mother from a location that no other ambulance company would service. They gave us an accurate estimate. Staff was professional and reassuring with my mother. They also made great time on the trip. Highly recommended!

2016-09-13I love using Cathay Express because they have the best drivers in New York. Always friendly, punctual and respectful. Never a bad experience with them. Dont hesitate to use their service, it is excellent!

2019-06-06Again this company disappoints in their service to their clients. My father has been traveling with them for about 2 months and the driver is very rude. I made a complaint before but it falls on deaf ears.
