Called Catskill Security to have then take a look at my old system that was installed almost 20 years ago which was having an issue with one of the zones. Quickly found and fixed the issue. We also decided to upgrade the controls and communications on the system. Joe was in and out in a couple of hours. Very happy!

2022-04-12Catskill Security Systems recently upgraded my outdated home security system panel to a new system panel. They were able to leverage the existing hardwired components using the new panel and gave me increased capacity and flexibility. Joe answered every question I had (prior to committing to CSS) in a timely and professional manner. Once we agreed to move forward w/ the upgrade, his responsiveness didn’t wane. If you are looking for a strong technical security team, who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction thru effective communication, responsiveness, quality work, and all at a competitive price point, you can’t go wrong w/ Catskill Security Systems. 2022-01-05Catskill Security Systems installed 5 surveillance cameras and a monitoring system in our home. They strategically placed the cameras around our home and property within 4 hours of their arrival. They worked efficiently and carefully so as not to damage our home or its furnishings. The cameras are small and unobtrusive but provide images with high resolution. After installation completion they did a thorough cleanup. The installed camera system provides excellent coverage of our property providing us with peace of mind. We highly recommend them based upon the quality of their work and responsiveness to our needs.

2021-08-27I had a very good experience with Catskill security. They can when they said they would for all appointments.They were completely competent in what they did and properly installed all the equipment the said they would.All work was done timely and very nearly. They also spent the time to show me how to operate the system both in person and through my cell phone. I am very pleased with my experience with them.

2021-05-30Over the last 30+ years Ive bought security systems for four homes and two commercial properties. For the most part the vendors ranged from helpless to overconfident, leaving me with systems on which I couldnt rely or get good support.That all changed the other day when Joe of Catskill Security Systems did a major upgrade of my current home system. He explained clearly and correctly what was here and what he could do (pros and cons),, then was a literal blur going around the premises, then showed me exactly what he had done and helped me test and verify the completely correct operation of a vital feature (reliable remote access) that my previous vendor expensively failed to make work and told me could not work.Joe gets my highest recommendation, for skill, knowledge, and trust.
