CAVA in other cities:
Go to joint for lunch - this is like a Mediterranean Subway with better quality and ingredients - assembly line food but actually pretty good. Give it a try!Update - I am changing my review for this location as they are now selling wet and soggy salads. You can literally pour off 3-4 oz of water from the bowl. Yuck. The first time it happened, maybe it was a mistake. But the second time? It’s really gross to eat wet chicken and wet lettuce and all the other stuff they put on there. Quality control seems to have gone out the window and into a lake.
Little confusing at first on how to order until you ask the nice servers and read the tiny writting. fresh and tasty options of braised lamb and chicken with hummas and many good accoutrements. something wrong with the lamb meatball that was ridiculously sour. tomato soup with harissa tasted like ragu spaghetti sauce and not good. array of drinking options from beet lemonade to soda. pineapple apple mint drink was excellent. 2 person meal ended up being $40.
I am so glad I took a chance on this place after walking by it for so long and loving the smell of grilled chicken 🐔 from the exhaust on Wall Street. Food is always delicious and I also love the Blueberry Lavender drink. Not too sweet. All the employees are friendly and fast.
Glad we found this place on Wall St. We were visiting NYC and stopped in for lunch. The food was very good, and everyone was pleased with the food that we had. Felt very healthy. Seating is limited, but it worked for our group of 6. For NYC, seemed like a reasonable priced meal. Only downside was that they did not have falafel available, which would have been a really good option. Normally they do, but not the day we were there.
Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. It gets very busy during prime hours but is one of the best fast casual places in the neighborhood. Always fresh ingredients with distinct and memorable Mediterranean flavors. Every element of each dish is well made and delicious.
My husband loves their lamb meatballs and I usually buy a lot of them anytime I’m at a cava location. Paid $50 and got home and was met with charred and inedible meat balls. Called them and there was no explanation. Just kept me on hold for ever and no resolution. Never again
While I normally really enjoy Cava, my meal from the Wall St location in Manhattan yesterday night was far from the delicious food and great service that Im accustomed to. One of the staff wasnt wearing a mask, the person who helped me could barely be bothered to build my bowl, and the rest of the team was practically screaming at each other in an ongoing social exchange. To top it off, the greens were rusty, she didnt put on the right number of meatballs (which were practically burned anyway), she put on ingredients I didnt ask for (probably because she couldnt hear me over the din of her coworkers), and didnt put on ingredients that I did request. Now Im at home with a subpar salad that I paid $17 and no other options for dinner. Someone should probably speak with the staff at that location about a variety of things. Im not sure whether this will go anywhere, but I felt like I needed to say something because Cava is such a great resturant normally and Id hate for anyones first experience with your brand to be the one I just had.
CAVA has truly became my #1 take out food place to eat. I stumbled upon their location trying something new. My fave is the spicy lamb meatballs with saffron rice as the base the go from there. When I explain it to a newbie I always say each side of the bowl is a different explosion of flavors. Ive just realized Ive been missing out on points from the app. I got st least once a week for the last year.
Very tasty, quick and clean, everyone is pleasant. My favorite place from now on. Katherine was the one that helped me through the selections. It was my first time there, she saw that I was a bit lost and offered help. She was amazing, helped me get what I needed. I will definitely be going back and its because of her that I felt so comfortable there.
This is a Mediterranean food place. Excellent taste. Staff were very helpful and very patiently explained how to order the one I wanted. These days this is something I am missing. That certainly gives you better feeling. The typical dish without drinks cost me (with meat) around $14-18 per person. If you are in the Wall-street area and dont want to get disappointed by trying unknown things, CAVA is the one you wanna try. Refreshing, recharging (when you are tired of walking in the NYC financial district, Battery park area) and quality Mediterranean food.
Today I went for pick and Female staff who works at mobile pickup location she not friendly, she give the order for someone else by mistake,I understand its happens, but when she talks she has to talk nicley, she acting like she dont care, the good things the other female staff came to me look the order details from my phone app she make it again, for that I want thank her
It’s nice, stylish and clean inside, food is tasty and is immediately ready as in fast-food. I like how I can get a balanced meal with greens and meat for reasonable price. This is best place I’ve been to during the endless hours of walking in New York as a tourist, when I wanted to quickly eat smth filling but healthy
These days walking around the wall street is a very different experience. With most of the offices closed the wall street is almost deserted and therefore not many restaurants are open.Cava was our natural choice as it offered the freshest ingredients and the food is prepared in front of you. The servers were very patient with our requests and accommodated our dietary preferences as well.Would recommend this restaurant
We had a great experience in CAVA resultant, the food was awesome and the prices are very reasonable, but the most important thing is the staff, specially the restaurant Owner, He was very helpful and patient. Cava provided the perfect dinner after seeing the statue of Liberty.
I would give this review no stars. I ate from Cava on 7/20/2021 and ended up in the hospital the next day with food poisoning. I had only one meal that day so it was very easy to pinpoint what made me sick. This was my first time trying Cava and I ordered a grains+greens bowl with chicken. It’s safe to say I will not be returning to any location. I am still suffering the consequences.
The food was ok . Had some decent flavor however the food was not as hot it should be . I ordered the spicy lamb balls and I also added the chicken . They had decent flavor but both was dry. Humus average . Sauces ok! I believe they were trying to create a Middle eastern menu. However this by far is not true middle eastern cooking . Anyways I believe you should still give it a try. What I might not like others will. This is just my review. A tip to the owner . You cannot and should not mix everything in one bowl . Example I ordered two different humus and babaganoush. It was mixed all in the rice and meat. Those are dipping appetizers they should be scooped with pita bread not all gelled into my rice and meat like that.
A build-your-own Mediterranean cuisine place that has a ton of options. You can either go with a bowl or pita base and build your way up from there. Plenty of spicy options across the board if thats your shtick. The roast lamb is as delicious as it looks and I highly recommend it, but honestly everything looks top notch. The portions are generous and filling, and for the price you cant do too much better in FiDi. Staff was friendly and helpful, and even though the line may look a little long it goes pretty quick. I cant wait to go back and try more of the options available.
Middle Eastern inspired grilled healthy food. Staff was surprisingly super friendly and made the experience even nicer. Food was tasty - had chicken with basmati rice. They were not skimpy with the toppings. Def recommendation from 9/11 Museum Staff. Thank you and Good Luck on Wall Street!!
The food is good, but the service was horrible. The girl working there was rude. I think she was mad because I let her know I was there to pick up my order and didn’t know where I was supposed to pick it up. Or maybe it was because I ordered a drink. Or because I asked her for a lid. Hard to tell since she had an attitude about everything I asked. In a town with so many other food options, it’s hard to imagine coming back.
SO SO GOOD. Im ecstatic that they opened this Wall St location so I can go during lunch. I always order my food on the app so Im in and out. I wish the servers would serve a little more, as the portions are a bit smaller than the other Cavas Ive been too. But amazing nonetheless. Try the harissa honey chicken!!
Very good food, comparable to and good alternative of Naya a few blocks away. However, there is one lady staff whos always a bit rude and impatient toward customers. Have had her manning the stations several times and each time she was seemingly unhappy and just plain rude. Maybe consider another job if you really dont like it working there because you are ruining customers experience at Cava. Other than that, definitely recommend this place for both quality and quantity.
The soap wasn’t working. In this day when washing hands is especially important to have your soap working. Also the employees can’t wash their hands either if the soap dispenser isn’t working. Come on management fix this ASAP! It’s gross as is but especially in a pandemic.

2022-05-31Its a great place for quick lunch/ dinner options. They have a great selection of healthy bowls and pitas. We tried Lentll Avocado Bowl, Greek Chicken Bowl, Crispy Falafel Pita.... And it was awesome. If you are Indian and vegetarian, falafel bowl or pita is the best option you can go for. The bowls are wholesome and delicious too.

2022-04-12Omg The BEST food for lunch or whenever you’re hungry. The line may be long but it goes by quick. Plus everyone who works there is so sweet and nice. I am Vegan and there are loads of delicious options. My favorite being the falafel- the best I’ve ever had and their spicy sauce and garlic dressing at TOP 5. Highly recommend trying at least once. Leaves you filling satisfied but not overly stuffed.

2022-04-22Loved the idea that you can create your bowl from a relatively large selection of Mediterranean food. The overall plate was very tasty and the price is anything but expensive. A very nice place to have a tasty and healthy meal in downtown NY.

2022-06-01Food is great, the price is ok. But the customer-service associates could be more patient. I felt in rush even been fast in my choices. They only pour one dressing on my bowl and closed it.

2022-07-11I really wished I had a great Review. However, this place was short staffed, and the two young, frustrated workers there were NOT welcoming, at ALL. You can tell that their patience had been worn thin, with the mass of customers that had been coming through. The trash was overflowing OVER the receptacles! The beverage machines were Out Of Order, and the dining tables were fithy, with food particles left on them. Most of the delicious food choices were finished, and there were just TWO young girls behind the counter desperately trying to service a line of hungry customers, and delivery pick-ups!I guess, Ill just continue patronizing the cleaner and much nicer CAVA, at the mall in Jersey!

2022-06-06More expensive than expected. When I ordered a meal that said avocado in it I was charged extra for the avocado. The salad ended up being $17.00 and I didnt order a drink or sides. Not pleased. However the salad was good but not worth $17.00.
