Nice looking store! All the decor and all beautifully designed furniture you will ever need for your house is in this one store. The prices are within reason, especially for the area is located in. The people are very helpful and nice. The store is not too crowded and is well light so you can see what you are buying. Overall an easy and pleasant shopping experience.
I love this store. Its very well laid out, furniture, beddings, lighting and fixtures are top quality and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I find myself going to the store during my lunch break just to see whats new and plan out what I can get for my future home.
I dont usually review stores, but I just want to say that Jeff at this location is the best! Delivery of an item we ordered has been delayed due to warehouse supply issues, and he totally went above and beyond to help us. I was honestly shocked how great Jeff and this store was about helping us. Probably some of the best customer service Ive experienced. Thank you!
HORRIBLE! I dont know what to believe from this place. They charged me $50 for overnight delivery and then they shipped my badly NEEDED item via ground shipping instead without telling me. I had to cancel my entire order. Im still waiting for my money to be credited back, they better do it soon. NEVER AGAIN.
This location not only has a great selection, but on smaller items that one would be able to take with them, they usually have it in stock. I just got done furnishing most of my Apt from this store with a combination of delivery and take out. The knowledge and service by the staff over multiple visits was Outstanding! A very pleasant. Experience and would absolutely recommend.
MARTHA ZAMBRANO is the name of the sales rep. At this CB2 Who helped me with patience and kindness. I did not go in for a purchase but to pick up a part of an item I had ordered previously. Even though it wasnt something she was responsible for, she went out of her way to get what I needed and made my experience at CB2 wonderful! Watch out for her. I highly recommend it!
Disappointing. Ordered on-line for in store collection. When I arrived at the store I was informed that a couple of items were not available. That meant an unexpected trip down to the Soho store. When I arrived home and started unpacking I realised other items were missing. Called the store, spoke to a lack lustre member of staff. Apparently items will no with me by Thursday — we shall see....Sadly underwhelmed by this store.
I recently bought the Soho Moon bed in king size from the store -- or so I thought. I paid $1,300 including delivery and was offered a delivery date in three weeks. On the afternoon of the day before the delivery, I received a phone call from customer service informing me that the bed was out of stock and would not be delivered. I had organized my day around that delivery, all for nothing. Worse, the bed had been discontinued and would NEVER again be available! So they had my money for three weeks, knew my delivery date all along, yet waited until the last possible day to let me know that the item I purchased is no longer available! Im still scrambling to get a new bed, and still waiting to get my money back from them. My advice: stay away!
Went there cause I wanted to buy a wall decor. Staff seemed seemed confused not in this world, finally I asked this young lady for help but only said whatever I was looking for was for show only but could be order but she saw going to check for me which she did not so when I reminded her she was already helping somebody else. I waited patiently and when I could I asked her again and she did a face. It was obvious no help for me.Sad cause I like buying their expensive stuff.
I was in the store for a total of 20 mins, walked the full store 2x. There were about 4 salespeople and the store was practically empty. I observed them watching me from the corner of my eye and a mirror; but never approach me or offer assistance as they did with other customers. I know that this is not their customer service protocol. Its a shame that $15 hr employees are so biased to customers of color, damn shame. #shoppingwhileblack
First experience with this location is giving them a call to inquire about my online order that I will be picking up - Lady on the phone answers my question but before I even had a chance to thank her she hangs up on me (loudly) I can actually hear the sound of the phone slamming down. Extremely unprofessional. Cb2 - please train your employees.
Pardalis and Nohavicka Lawyers provided excellent service, demonstrating professionalism and personal attention to all details of my upcoming agreement toward the purchase of a new condo. Taso’s attitude to the work, he does not only save my money at closing, but also helped me to avoid other problems a potential home buyer cannot foresee. Normally, we don’t even think about such problems ahead, he is experienced enough to prevent them, and to give you the right advice on time. If you decide to buy any real estate, just go to “Pardalis and Nohavicka” office, you will never regret it!
Any place that sells Disco Gnomes is the place for me.CB2 is like a High End Ikea or a Hipster Crate & Barrel. Though, I must admit, the couches are not for my demographic. They are low, low, low. Im too fat and my right knee is too bad for me to heave myself off of them on a daily basis. The beds are low as well. This is no Ethan Allen sleigh bed that you have to buy steps to get out of. But the thats to be expected with Modern styled furnishings.And everything IS Mod! Lacquered, glossy red credenzas. Brushed stainless steel vases. And Disco Gnomes!The only thing I was left wanting for was a larger selection of items. But quality beats quantity any day. I cant complain.
I went to Pardalis and Nohavicka law firm to complete a patent infringement analysis and write a Letter of Opinion based on this research. I was very happy with Mr Taso pardaliss work, his price for this service, and his general availability and straight-forward attitude about law. I would recommend him to anyone looking for patent attorney
Great home furnishing store a block away from Bloomingdales. Now this is something more affordable and definitely cooler for your apt digs than Ethan Allen. I love stopping in to CB2 even just to browse. Great decor ideas and lots of little knick knacks and plates and such.

2022-08-06A huge thank you to Chania for helping us w/ our return, in-store purchase & online order and delivery; you were absolutely amazing!!!I’ve been into this store on a few other occasions but the experience I had today cannot compare at all what so ever because no one has left such an impression on us both as you did today.I want to thank you for finding the item which we needed to complete the set and getting in touch w/us so quickly before we left Manhattan.Chania was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She actually enjoyed doing her job which I cannot say for everyone who works there, I definitely recommend going to her if youre stopping by the store.

She also repacked my bags to be more manageable and suggested a second entrance to help get out more easily.Great experience and location!

2021-01-29HORRIBLE customer service combined with a lack of empathy from the store manager. I have been shopping solely in this 3rd Ave store for a couple of last months trying to support this location. Today, I tried to return a very inexpensive but defective item as a matter of principle. I was offered a partial refund of $7 along with an attitude and no apology. I just accepted a sofa deliver from this store few days ago and I am so sorry I did. The store manager Meghan was very clear that she didn’t care about losing me as a client over $10 even though my history showed multiple substantial purchases. I left the defective product behind along with the $7 offered as a donation to the store. No wonder shopping online wins over rudeness of employees. I’m sorry for my experience. CB2-please work on training your employees.

2021-06-01I don’t think I’ve ever been treated by a ruder SA in my life. I was served by Tavon.I was there to pick up a couple of orders. He never once looked me in the eyes. Asked for the order number. As I read it to him he said “too fast.” Literally, just like that. When he radio-ed the order over he told me it’s coming. I said thanks. No response whatsoever from him. When the orders arrived I said thank you and again, no response, no eye contact. He just handed me the bags and walked off.I actually have a couple more orders to pick up from the store but I’m cancelling them because I cannot be bothered to deal with SAs who think it’s their place to be rude to people. I was also looking to buy furniture - there is a dining table I was looking at but I’ve decided not to. I mean, no one came over to help anyway so it doesn’t matter.I’ve noticed that the other bad reviews are by people with asian surnames. I am asian and I can’t help but feel the terribly rude service was because of this. My white husband got treated perfectly nicely.Avoid and CB2 needs to do a better job of training their very rude SAs.
