I love the location! In a small quaint town located across from a beautiful park but only 2 minutes away from commercial areas. It is like a nestled gem. The brand new town homes here back up to a golf course. And many of the apartments over look the park. No maintenance problems for me other than a running toilet - fixed in 24 hrs. Landlord is quite meticulous from what I hear and have seen.
