I could not recommend this complex any less. The management is neglectful of the property and tenants, with repair requests going completely ignored for months and years, and the apartments themselves are not worth the rents they charge.
If you want to get scammed this is definitely the place for you. I hope you enjoy fixing things that go wrong in the apartment yourself because maintenance doesnt know what theyre doing.
I lived here for 8 years the first few years was nice but then they hired new management and they were rude did not care about you or even pay any attention to you when you walk in to the rental office all the ladies in the office they will steal most of the security deposit the hallways smelled like a sewage plant I would not recommend this place at all I recommend Greenway apartments cedarwood make bville look bad when bville is a beautiful country area and nice place to live these should be in the city not in Baldwinsville they had bugs in the hallway cutting down all the trees for no reason place is destroyed
I rented from one of their properties. .total Nightmare!..4 fires in a yr! Windows were so old and separation from frame? Bugs were coming in left and right...no extermination Ever. MOLD WAS HORRIBLE HALLWAYS FILTHY.

2022-05-24Living here was a mistake, you should avoid it at all cost. There was no parking ever. The cops were there for domestics on a weekly basis. Gross stuff is always on the sidewalks and grass. Management didnt enforce any kind of pet clean up so it smells like feces all the time. Property management didnt plow, didnt salt sidewalks, didnt come to fix anything in a timely manor. The office people are rude when you call and are rarely there when supposed to be open. The laundry rooms are awful, the machines dont get all the soap off and the dryers leave the clothing wet. It smells like mildew in the lower floors. Truly the worst apartment complex you could pick to live in.

2022-03-13Around 2017, When we left they Charged us for missing curtains that were not theirs, not did they have any when we moved in. Charged me for carpet cleaning from stains that existed when we moved in (which they obviously didnt clean before my move in). Had me call the company that ran the laundry machines when they broke.

2021-10-14Do not rent from them, for almost 2 years my family including my toddler son lived here and had neighbors screaming obscenities at all hours of the day, had a woman screaming for help and constant doors slamming. We lived in constant fear and tried to notify management and they did NOTHING. Had our packages stolen from kids in another building, a neighbor from their building came to my door with picture and the names of the kids. We called police and management and nothing was done. Our laundry room was vandalized by kids and hot water was turned off and once again, police and management were called and nothing was done. We went out of our way to get permission to be released from our lease due to fear for our safety and vandalism continuously happening. We received it and moved out in a timely manner, and yet they decide to charge us for another month and had to replace a carpet that didn’t need to be replaced? If you do decide to move here, well first don’t, but if for some reason you do, document EVERYTHING. So glad we did. So glad to be gone from this horrible place.

2021-09-20I would rather live in my vehicle. These apartments are horrible. Water leaks weekly leaving your bathroom unusable, with a baby nonetheless. Maintenence is a joke and doesnt know how to fix anything. And dont worry, they will take your entire security deposit and charge you more after you move out, and if you try to call Robin shes never in so you can never talk to her. Starting to believe she doesnt exist.

2019-12-10Currently dealing with the second leak they fixed this year. Seven months apart. Been waiting for a fan to be replaced in the bathroom for almost a year. Was promised after the first leak theyd professionally clean the carpets and I had to go get a carpet shampooer and do it myself after weeks of waiting. Was told by Randy the maintenance guy that we arent being neglected though. Currently watching water drip from my ceiling. Cedarwood dont worry we fixed itapartments does it again. Cant wait to hear his next excuse. 0/10

2018-09-07If I could give a negative rating I would. Nothing but trouble there. Cops were at different apartment buildings daily, maintenance never fixed anything, management is clueless and lost rent checks multiple times, horrible neighbors, thin walls, apartment was dirty when we moved in. Our lease ended on the 28th of July, I went to grab the rest of my clothes on the 22nd and the carpets were completely ripped up and my clothes were gone! Called management screaming about it and they tried to say they have 30 days from the end of the lease to prepare for next tenants...I read the lease 10 times and that is not in there. 38 days after my lease was up, still no security deposit but received a bill for $600 to replace “6 year old stained carpet (depreciated)”. If you have no where else to live and have to live here my only advice is document EVERYTHING because this place is a scam and needs to be shut down!!!!!

2020-05-23Lived here almost 3 years so far. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any issues. Our neighbors are wonderful and our building has a real sense of community.

2019-12-04This place is horrible! They won’t give you your full deposit back and they make up miscellaneous things such as you have fleas but don’t own a animal?? Also they have all types of beetles and bugs that come in from outside. They are poorly holding up. They make money off of you severely!!! Do not move here!!! Biggest scam of my life, they shouldn’t even be in Baldwinsville it makes the area look disgusting!!!

2019-09-27You should meet the people I met here last year. Them along with other people are terrible and are scummy. These people (not all but most) at this place tend to be people who use you. I learned that the hard way. The apartments are bad too. I would recommend greenway at least they’re nicer places. Would NOT recommend.

2018-08-05You might or might not get cancer when living here. I sure did. Lymphoma. Yes, I agree with other reviewer, there is BUGS(centerpedes, silverfish) all the time. They kept spraying at nothing worked. One time they sprayed while I was in there(they didnt tell me to leave while spraying the Pesticide). I lived until 2003. Refused to give me SD back.
