2022-03-17Worker at first seemed nice enough, said cost to change my charging port is $75, I said ok but if there is a problem (within reason, like a few days later etc.) I want to be able to come back.He basically accused me of ruining my phone and it would be my fault by saying that if I ruined it by mashing it up then he would not help me. Of course its understandable that me ruining my phone is on me, but why cant they say they will take care of me!All I wanted a reassurance that they would take care of me as a costumer. To be accused of mishandling my phone is disgusting.

2022-01-06I went in on Black Friday with my phone that had a piece of charger stuck in the lighting port for over a year. I had since been using unreliable wireless chargers. Nobody else has been able to get it out, and everyone else charged so much more for the service, but he had it removed in no time and only charged a low, reasonable fee. Very kind and responsive. I’ll be back now that my screen is shattered!

2022-01-27They stayed open till I came .. I called earlier told them I get off at 6:30 .. got my phone fixed super fast .. he even gave me extra goodies free and I got a discount ..get y’all phone fixed with him ..he’s the best ❤️❤️❤️
