Worst AT&T experience and Ive been with the company for 15 years. The only person working knew NOTHING and even with the computer open looking at my account couldnt answer anything about how much I owed, which lines were eligible for upgrades, or any info on a new phone. He expected me to come in and just hand him a CC for a new phone without even letting me see the phone or being able to answer questions on specs! No exaggeration, he knew nothing!!! I had to ask the same question 3 times because he was turning red and stalling and then eventually and very obviously made something up! We later checked, and he was wrong. I was tempted to not buy the phone at all but mine was broken so I had no choice. I asked for a manager and he said no one else was working today. This kid couldnt answer anything about what Id even owe after the purchase of the phone! I still have no idea what cost will be next month. When he gave me my new phone, he put the box on a slanted surface so it almost fell, he didnt put the sim card in or check that the phone or number worked.Then at the end there were no receipts, no paperwork, no proof, and when i asked questions, he got extremely rude! Do better AT&T!
