Each & everyone did a terrific job.They all display a positive image of your company.Calvin helped me upgrade my phone and showed me how to utilize it. There are a lot of things to know when using the phones and sometimes it canBe very complicated. Calvin walked me through everything and now I understand! I was having a horrible experience today at 2 different AT&T stores today. I decided to stop at this last store and the store manager Trisha was absolutely wonderful! She really made my day and my experience with AT&T wonderful! The other staff members where also very helpful and seemed very happy to be doing their jobs. Keep up the good work!
I have only gone into this store once and I was assisted by a young lady named Kenya. I believe she was the store manager. Her knowledge of all the products and services that I was eligible for was endless. She was able to break everything down so that I could understand and make my choices accordingly. The assistance she provided me with shows ATT made the right choice in having her manage the store. I will definitely be returning.
I purchased an iPhone outright and an iPhone charger. The tip to the charger broke off within 3 weeks, by the time I made it back into the store it was about a month. I came in with my receipt hoping to exchange it. The box clearly states one year warranty. Instead I was told ATT doesn’t stand by their chargers and basically too bad, my loss. It sounded so crazy that I asked for the managers card because I couldn’t believe the same rep that gladly took my $900 and sold me an ATT charger, as opposed to an Apple charger I could’ve purchased elsewhere, would not stand by the product. I called and left the manager Trisha a message and crickets. I will never buy an AT&T charger again nor walk into that store.
Steven & Trisha were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my new IPad Pro & iPhone 11. Simply came in for a charger for my old iPhone and they made sure to give me the best offers for my trade-in. Will definitely w back to do more business with them. Please stop by the the 773 Lexington Ave. location to see either of these awesome associates to take care of you. Extremely happy with the service!
I never met Kenia before, but she is the only reason for our return to AT&T.She is a professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, and very personable. Her selling ability is unique, cool rather than pushing, and she solved every issueimmediately. As a former CEO and owner of several companies, in my companies she would have been acandidate for top management.
Calvin was my Sales Associate, when I walked in the Lexington Ave AT&T store. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable. I came into the store, stressed out about my phone.Calvin was a good listener, and immediately showed concern, in solving my problems. Bottom line, I received a new phone, replacing my other IPhone. He walked me through everything that had to be done. I have been an AT&T for over 20 years, Calvin is the reason, why I still keep AT&T as my current & only provider. In fact the personnel in the entire store, is very courteous, lead by Kenya, the Manager of the store.This store will now be the only store I go too, while in NYC. The most patient, most considerate and most helpful service I have ever received in a phone store, indeed, in just about any store. Needed to switch my husbands line from one iPhone to another, and then switch my service from another wireless provider to ATT as well as change phones. Difficulties with the other providers access and my own confusion about what passcodes, passwords were relevant slowed things down considerably, and it took several hours, but Stephen never relented in getting the job done while keeping my spirits up.
My experience at this store is always beyond measure. The employees make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the door until you leave. Today a gentleman named Calvin helped me and went above and beyond. He was professional, gracious,thorough and made me feel so comfortable. I will be making an appointment with him to upgrade my phone at the end of next month.
Usually, I never leave any AT&T or Verizon wireless store being satisfied. But, two weeks ago I had a great experience at this particular location: I worked with Ms. Dali Rivera. She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and very polite. What a pleasure to meet somebody like her. Way to go, Dali, and thank you for your help and assistance.
Mike F. is the one to know at 61st and Lexington location. From the moment I walked into this location (to get my upgrade), Mike immediately greeted me, walked me through the selection of phones and took time to get to know my wireless needs. He explained everything with the new iPhone 11, set me up quickly and efficiently and was extremely pleasant (+ super authentic) throughout the process. I highly recommend coming to this store, as the level of service and quality is much better than other experiences I’ve had around the city. Thank you, Mike, for setting a model for how the service and sales industry should operate.
She was amazing the best service i have ever had dealing with a wireless phone company she help me with every problem she have a very beautiful smile and she calm and very welcoming. Her staff loves her she deserves the highest promotion that the company can offer I give her 1000 stars the best ever and I just want want to thank her for everything.
Kenya is one of the managers at this store and I cannot rave enough about her service. She goes above and beyond the call of duty every time we have to interact with ATT. She’s polite knowledgeable and is a treat to deal with, she provides the exceptional level of customer service that is unfortunately, becoming more and more rare! Thank you Kenya!
Worst ATT store Ive ever been to. When I tried to port my number over from my prior employer, they cheated me and signed me up for a new account instead. Everytime I went back to get help they said they cant do anything and asked me to call the customer service number. Manager and employees are rude
I had four different people help me while I was there and all of them were rude, deceptive, and I could see they could care less about helping me. One employee in particular asked if I paid the bill myself, which had very little to do with my situation--she was obviously trying to get more money from someone she assumed to be an entitled kid whose parents paid for whatever. She then said Are you going to make a decision, because I have other customers to help, making me feel pressured and like my business was not worth her time.I asked another people if they were busy and she laughed at me and said yes.Overall the employees ruined my experience and I decided then and there that I did not want to be an AT&T customer anymore. After my contract is up, I am taking my business elsewhere because of how poorly I was treated at this store.
Calvin and his manager were really helpful right from the min we walked into the store, walked us thru the available options in a very patient manner, offered us the best deal ATT currently has and made our switching providers experience really pleasant, simple and price effective.
Horrid. It seems ATT is trying to discourage bill payments in their stores , so the kiosks are out of order most of the time. After all , this is a premier high tech company , that cannot or is it will not keep a simple ATM like machine in service. In this case the staff was rude and the wait to pay a bill over 30 minutes. I listened to one sales pitch that made me cringe at the misinformation being given. When I told the clerk who took my payment, he shrugged. The only multi-star ratings given here must be from staff friends and relatives.ATT needs to get its customer service act together.
Calvin was so helpful, after spending an hour on the phone to AT&T and then having to come in store he spent two hours fixing the issue I had when no one else could give me the correct information, he was happy to help and knowledgable. An asset to your store!! Thank you Calvin!
The staff provided by far, the worst customer service Ive ever received. They made me wait 20 minutes along with a bunch of other people, nor did they keep track of who came first that other AT&T stores due so. Along with that, the staff was incredibly rude and left me more confused about my phone problem than when I walked in. Theres some serious issues within this store that must be acknowledged.
This place is absolute nightmare. I needed to come to any ATT store to set up my new iPhone with a new SIM cards, and I waited 20 mins and both workers were busy with servicing other customers. They didnt even come up to me to ask what I needed - it probably would have taken them all of 5 mins to set up my iphones. At the end, after waiting for 20 mins, I just left.Absolutely ridiculous service. Im sure the customers whom they were taking care of were happy though. Since they were being serviced and pampered like crazy. At the expense of other waiting customers.
Let me start off by saying I wish I could give less than 1 Star on my experience here at this ATT Location. Me and my friend went into purchase a phone. Overall we were never greeted with a warm welcome . We waited and the attendant there basically helped us, but in the mist of our interaction he left us with a cliff hanger to attend to another customer. We waited almost 10 minutes to get his attention again. We were confused if we were going to be served. He then directed us to another employee by the name of Angel who had such low energy and a sluggish attitude. He barely spoke unless we asked him questions. No sense of give and take when conversing. We purchased the phone and had it sent to the store for Pick Up, We returned to the store to Pick up the phone after I received a UPS alert stating that it was available and that the employee Angel signed for the Package. When we arrived once again we were never greeted. The employees there at the time looked at us and quickly turned there heads as if they were busy or did not want to be bothered. Another staff member approached us to help us. He went to get Angel to bring out my package. Angel comes out form the back and says to me and my friend that HE IS ON HIS LUNCH BREAK, SO I CANNOT HELP YOU. Why couldnt he just tell his co worker to assist us when he went in the back to get him. We did not need to hear from him, with food in his mouth and sauce on his lip that he was on his Lunch Break. Totally unacceptable and Irrelevant to servicing Customers and your Clients. We definitely demanded to see the manager. As the manger came out he initially apologized and resumed to help us. After the Manager made his appearance the staff began to perform as if this was a 10 STAR HOTEL. YES NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL, A 10 STAR HOTEL.The staff that turned their heads before were now smiling and using anticipating welcoming words. A complete Jackle and Mr Hyde situation had occurred. So if you got to this ATT location and you begin to feel that you are experiencing any conflict , disrespect, or a feeling of unwelcoming, PLEASE DO CALL THE MAIN STORE MANAGER. BECAUSE IF YOU ARE PAYING A COMPANY FOR A SERVICE THEY SHOULD HELP YOU TO THERE BEST WITH PROFESSIONALISM. THANKYOU
Someone went into this AT&T store with the last 4 digits of my social and purchased a SIM card for my phone and and stole large sums of money out of bank account . This store never asked for a password at any point and let them walk out with my personal information without any questions. I would never enter this store at any point because the employees don’t care about privacy or security.
Maybe the worst customer service ever seen. I am a at&t customer and a friend from Spain came to visit me. He needed a prepaid plan for a month to make a roadtrip in US. They made him pay $65 for a 1 month prepaid with 2.5Go datas and said 3G and 4G will work perfectly fine on his cellphone. Guess what? 3G and 4G network worked only in at&t store and nowhere else in NYC with his phone. They didnt wanted to refund the prepaid plan and were just rude. Never go to this store!
I would highly suggest to anyone the following advice before entering thisstore - go somewhere else! My experience was extremely unpleasant andI found out the hard way. They are only interested in selling a phone to youand essentially will even lie to achieve that purpose. Almost everythingthey told me about the phone I purchased that cost me over $200.00 evenwith my availability for a upgrade was not true and I am stuck with thisphone which I have not been able to use for over 5 months. They simplywere not honest about any of the information they related to me andAT&T did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation! AT&T is a nightmare!And whatever you do - do not buy any of the SAMSUNG GALAXY SERIESPHONES!
I would mark it negative if I could. I asked to change my num and leave the balance - guy from the shop promise me that is possible but in fact just cheat me, gave me expancive plan instead the one I asked and when I came back to find out what is happend he just made this doll face that he didnt remember me.I dont really get how is that possible??? Worth service ever!!!
When I walked in the store it was a complete mess. The employees looked very hesitant to assist me in what I needed , even though there were plenty available. I had to wait for someone to come from the back and help. Only to find out they could not help me , but that turned to be untrue because the at&t store around the corner easily assisted me with what I needed.
Staff was condescending and rude. Not helpful, not informed, not nice in general. Half of the staff stands around twiddling their thumbs as people line up waiting for help. Terrible experience, terrible store. Worth traveling the extra few blocks to the next AT&T store just to not have to deal with these people.

2022-05-14Sherry at this location helped me recently. She struck me as particularly efficient, personable, and actually knowledgeable. It has been under a week since I urgently needed help. So far I’ve no reason to doubt what she did in patiently helping me (which decreased my stress level), truly did advance the ball as far as AT&T can. If only other companies were like this: Resolving problems and/or adding services efficiently. (In multiple countries, esp.) This should be normal but with many companies, I increasingly feel trepidation. What continues to set AT&T apart as a better, reliable company, is its customer service. Its computer-assisted service works fairly well, yet some issues will for decades require human intelligence (in real time) by phone or as was the case here, some type (I hope) of storefront. With AT&T, I don’t approach every interaction with trepidation, concerned they might only make things worse (a feeling I sadly have too often). I’ve had maybe 2 or 3 disappointing experiences with AT&T in about as many decades. That’s a good record. AT&T has seemed fairly customer-friendly and even transparent, and if a fix is needed, they’d make it. I’d pick AT&T for more services if I could; I don’t like the trepidation (noted already) of wondering (increasingly) about the services of myriad tech firms’ devices/services. Anyhow, for purposes of this review: Sherry at this store (773 Lexington) personably and efficiently helped me, with sufficient knowledge (it’s been under a week but I’ve no indication otherwise). I’ve spent literally days (or weeks, months) on problems with other companies in the tech space (including telecom). AT&T causes me to feel like things work, without creation of new problems. Some competitors and other tech firms (and their staff) are increasingly spotty on ability, reliability, accessibility, etc. Staff like Sherry inspire the formerly “normal” idea that the companies (we) consumers pay for services/devices, will stand behind those, and solve problems. (PS: off-point but I was reluctant to do any google reviews though I did increasingly rely on them given world events of the last few years. (2019-now). I may not “owe” Google reviews but if they help others as they’ve helped me, then it seems fair —- particularly to give kudos. Only rarely to warn anyone off — negative reviews are less meaningful than positive ones, or so behaviorists concluded in 20thc. So it’s indeed*Sherry* at this AT&T store who finally was the “push” I felt out of gratitude, having had a particularly horrible year (years), coinciding with not just including the pandemic itself. Now I will try to get that good feeling (very selfish?) that comes from trying to publicly recognize still more people who like Sherry have gon the extra few yards/miles whether out of self-respect, decency, and/or kindness— and who are good at what they do.

2022-01-21Jazzmin was beyond phenomenal with her help. She was very friendly, sharp as a tack and exhibited more patience with me and a phone representative than you would get from a kindergarten teacher. It took almost an hour to resolve my issue and not one moment of fatigue or a sour attitude. Needless to say, I am very happy with the service at this store.

2021-03-26I went in this evening to turn in my phone for the promised rebate for my family switching our plan over to AT&T- I was asked for my number and told I was not a registered user on the account. After explaining that I had been added as a registered user weeks ago, they simply reiterated that I was not, with no further explanation.As I tried to explain why I had come in to trade my phone in the sales lady said she was now confused she wasnt sure what I wanted and to call AT&T?? I asked if I could have another authorized user speak with her, and she was ALREADY LOOKING AWAY FROM ME.There was no other customer in the entire store, and the sales lady was CLEARLY done with me. She told me to come back after I had been added as an authorized user, and if I came back after 30 days, my rebate no longer applied. Sorry not sorry. she simply stared at me until i walked away.I will be going out of my way to find a different AT&T store to return my phone tomorrow. One where I dont feel like a nuisance or a hindrance.

2020-03-10I had the absolute best experience at this location. I had called a hour before I stepped in and spoke with Calvin he placed a phone aside for me, since I was having some issues with another location earlier in the day. When I walked in as promised he had the phone for me!Calvin was assisted by his manager Trisha who was also a sweetheart together they both helped me set up a account with at&t and purchase a new phone.They have great customer service skills and really care about their clients. Will recommend this location to any and everyone!Thank you both! I’m enjoying my phone :)

2020-07-29Wow. 5 stars all around for the gentleman named PAUL for his professionalism, attention to detail, patience and fixing the complex issues that I had with been experiencing with AT and T.I went in the store with 2 concerns that needed to be addressed. I was told that I needed to wait An hour until the person that originally helped me 6 months ago returned even though there were other available reps clearly standing in the store. Paul interjected and helped with the concerns.The first issue was continuous dropped calls within the last 48 hours with both my personal and business phones. Every 5-10 minutes the calls would say “call failed” - impossible for anyone working from home on the phone to get anything done. I was instructed to go into an AT and T store by the AT and T customer service. PAUL was able to resolve this for me by resetting network settings, getting both of my phones updated and informing me about digital SIM card options.Secondly, I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max 6 approx months prior (Jan 2020) and part of the deal at that time was get 500$ off if you trade in your phone, add a line and sign up for autopay. So, the price would be $1100 (full price) with $16.67 credit for 30 months (500$ off deal) plus $37 installment plan. For 4 lines the price was supposed to be $180 a month with the upgrade to the elite plan which gets you additional perks such as HBO max and a monthly savings of $11 per month.Although I agreed and signed up for the above, it was never confirmed therefore I was not receiving the terms of the contract for the last 6+ months. In addition, we noticed that our military discount was never applied. The bill was $268 a month and constantly fluctuating.I have been a client with AT and T for decades and was really ready to switch providers but PAUL really provided the attention and rectified the issues. He worked with me for hours to not only to untangle and fix these issues that had nothing to do with him but also went the extra mile to explain the situation, the upgrade, terms and services.THANK YOU PAUL FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE ! Lexington and 61st st store is truly lucky to have you.
