I first came to work as an intern. I was told that I had to go without benefits because I had no credit when I first introduced it. In the first month, I spent $ 120, including tax, and then from $ 77 to $ 80 every month. I was called to see if there was anything else on the plan, so I responded with a very unkind response and irritation. I went to the Verizon homepage and ordered 16g prepaid for $ 45. If you need to save your internship or money, use it as a short-term wake-up call and ask at the Verizon or at & t homepage.
This place is really rubbishI went to open the prepay and opened it, and they said the price of the sim card was $20, so I paid $20.A SIM card is usually $5 because you use the company there. But its really bad behavior to get $20 for a service to open it up, its no different from a scammer.Dont use it. Thinking about how to cheat with Korean people is really a clerk, not a merchant.

2021-04-02Their employee is very rude / don’t know what they are doing. I went there to upgrade one of my line and I double checked the phone number that i wanted to upgrade/ ordered (iphone pro max). Few days later they said they got it. I went there to pick up and she upgraded WRONG phone number. She didn’t even appologize and the owner came to me said that is okay and just have to change the sim card, which didnt work. So I ended up with returning the phone. On my way out she (the one who upgraded wrong phone number) stared at me and never said sorry.

2020-09-22I walked in and was seen immediately, they staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed new screen protectors and cases for my self ans my son.They also helped me with getting HBO Max on my new iPhone.I recommend this location ans the services they provide.

2018-11-08I visited the store a couple of times to receive assistance and they were very helpful. Everytime I visit the store there seem to be many elderly people asking for help with their smartphones. I work at an adult daycare and I know how frustrating it can be sometimes but I have never once seem the workers angry or act irritated with the customers. They treat them like family and it is amazing. I do not think I would be able to put up with that everyday. The workers are very kind and treat customers with nothing but the utmost respect. I really appreciate what they do and how they do it. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

2019-07-31AT&T network is getting better.I got fully bars in downtown Flushing.I was very surprised by this. I recommend it . LTE data is fast too.also, if you are this AT&T store customer you will receive great afterservice from them. Almost 5 stars. They work very hard.If you got the phone or service from other stores, you should go to the corporate store or where you got the phone from.Anyway, I like their service.

2019-10-14Bunch of liars. I called before I got to the store asked of they had Iphone xs model they said yes we have two left. I was less then 5 min away when I called and when I walked into the store told the rep I want to add a line to my account he said what phones I said I just got off the phone with someone here they said they had two Iphones left. He said no we dont have anymore and if we do one is reserved. HOW????? Wasted my time !

2017-10-07My iPhone cracked bad few days before iPhone 8 was out on September 22nd. Due to it being a business account I was not able to pre-order at Apple store, told me I had to go to AT&T store. I chose this location because all my family members go to here.I came here pre-ordered it, received it on the 22nd but It took almost 3 hours for them to set up my phone, this was a long day.11 days later my new iPhone 8 screen was frozen, I happen to be nearby this store when that happened. They were not able to fix it so I asked for a new phone to be exchanged, they were counting days to see it’s been over two weeks btw FYI it’s 30 day return exchange for business account. Anyhow the owner refused to exchange my iPhone, he says he can give me a new phone he needs to charge me again or save my money, just call ATT CARE and to follow the instructions to send it back. I know he is wrong but at this time I don’t have a phone to call ATT CARE so I go back to my moms to use a phone. ATT CARE told me since it’s only been 11 days the store needs to give me a new phone. I was very relieved so I went back to the store but Young Han insisted they are wrong and he’s right and still refused to give me a new phone that I am to get it from ATT CARE. At this time I have a working phone with me. I call ATT CARE while I’m still in the store and they even spoke to Young Han and ATT CARE told him to give me a new phone but he still refused, denied me and he is such a smooth talker, he even made ATT CARE believe that he is right and she’s wrong this went on for a several hours being on phone on and off on hold......Young Han told me to go to Apple Store, he swore I will get a new phone there.It took another several hours here at Apple Store in Queens Center. A long awful story make it short I didn’t get a new phone from here either. once he found out it was pre-ordered from AT&T store he said I cannot do an exchange there only at AT&T store. They did not honor 14 day buyers remorse.It’s now past 9:30 the mall is closing, sadly my friend and I went to an AT&T store(one close by Apple Store not the Flushing one) we told them what all was going on and they exchanged right out gave me a new phone here. I did have to go back the next day to bring my old phone, the old one before the first iPhone 8 for back up to new one.Young Han was supposed to do it, he should’ve done it for me here in this Flushing store but I guess maybe he didn’t want to pay stocking fee of $35 I have no idea why he refused to exchange, 11day old iPhone 8, put me through HELL it was 24 hours pure HELLI’m broken and extremely sad of his poor customer service.
