My experience at this store went smooth and I am very satisfied with the professionalism among the representatives at this store. I went in to get an upgrade and walked out with a first responder discount, I wasnt aware about. The representatives taking the initiative to save me money is an attitude that should be shared among all retail store representatives.

We ordered a phone and case on line went toPick it up and the case was wrong color asked it they had right color and said they did. But they would not exchange it even thought it wasThe same price they wanted us to pay $10,00 more. This is not good customer service. I could see if we were upgrading or even took The other one with us. But we were still there. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, if you don’t wish to have a poor customer service experience.

Had an experience that exceeded my expectations! We were helped by Junaid who was patient, polite and extremely knowledgeable about everything, from the plans and promotions that ATT has on offer, to the details that one needs to know when upgrading and switching out phones.The process of changing a phone is usually a really stressful one however, Junaid changed that! Thankyou!

A young associate name Ryan was truly a displeasure to do business with. I came in to trade in a phone for a promotion offered by AT&T. Immediately when telling him this he aggressively says, “Nope, we don’t take those phones here, you have to go to Apple.” While he was evidently incorrect and I tried to explain this to him, he was completely dismissive, said he worked with AT&T for years and never saw something like this & called his manager. While on the phone with his manager, in front of me, he addressed me as something along the lines of a “troublesome guest.” It was more of a term that is evidently used in the company to address a guests with an issue but not a term I found should be used right in front of the guest. When I showed Ryan the email he quickly realized he was wrong. Never did he apologize for his actions but instead haphazardly, seeming confused, tried to do the trade in with evident little knowledge of the promotion. He was finally able to figure out how to properly do the trade in after a few minutes & handed me over a paper regarding the trade in. He gave no explanation of how it worked (most likely because he had no clue himself) and the receipt could be confusing to many but thankfully I called a friend who works for AT&T further away from me & he was able to explain it. In what I assume was a last ditch effort to make himself feel better about his lack of knowledge in his own job and being embarrassed that I knew more of the promotion he did, as I was leaving he addressed me multiple times as “bud”. I wasn’t as offended as I found it comical because this associate was evidently years younger than I but, nonetheless, was whole-fully unprofessional. As someone with a few friends that work in phone sales, I understand he probably did not want to be bothered with a guest who isn’t giving him any commission but unfortunately that is a part of the job that he is required to do and be knowledgeable about. Being that it is an Authorized Retailer and not a corporate location i understand any complaints to them would probably go unheard but I do feel it is important for people to know this because I would be very worried for someone with less knowledge in the field such as my parents or grandparents. Associates like this are what make people aggravated with their services.

Best experience I’ve had so far in a cell phone store. Tendon and Emma were super professional and were able to get me a new phone AND lower my bill! They transferred my contacts and photos for me as well.Would definitely recommend this store.

Not sure who at fault. Lots of issues with with my account. Sales guy seems to know his stuff. The att side seems unknowing. I have Verizon too and everything easy. This is work phone. Maybe okay for non business accounts. Switching at end of contract.

I visited with an old android phone that had been giving me problems. After some discussion I decided to purchase a very basic i-phone. The young man who helped me, Justin, is perhaps the most patient person I have ever met. This type of phone was totally unfamiliar to me but he helped me with every basic step. At one point I had to leave for an appointment but said I would return later. He actually delayed his lunch break in order to be there when I returned. I am very grateful for his patience and kindness. Will come back to this store as long as Justin is there.

Brought in my bare-bones flip phone whose voicemail function seems to have been set up wrong at another store (in another state). Kristopher, the young man on duty, patiently investigated, contacted customer support, and resolved the problem to my full satisfaction. It took a while to figure out what the problem was, and he was cheerful and helpful throughout. I will definitely return here when I need to upgrade to a new phone.

New management is great. They were very patient even with other customers who had difficulty using their phone. They went out there way to make me comfortable and I was able to watch television while waiting.

Was at the store the evening on Friday, December 20th. Very glad I chose this day to go because I had to of the most extremely patient helpful polite individuals helped me to do what I needed to do, Stephane and Tenzin. I recommend if you go, go when these two are working. 👍👍
