I heard about at&t first responder deal, so I came to check it out on 9/23I was looking to get 3 phones (for my two teens and myself). We were met by Yerinette Rosa and she proceeded to help us. I couldnt get into my gmail, because my phone was stolen. She went up and beyond to help me so I can get my phones. My youngest son who is three, has severely moderate Autism with speech apraxia (non-verbal). He than began to have a melt down. He was screaming, hitting me and throwing himself on the floor...were my oldest children and i had to hold him. She was so helpful and not judgemental. Two female reps gave looks while talking amongst each other. One Male, with a beard smugly told my older son dude...you know there was a kids playground when you passed by. When my son said yes I know while trying to use the squeeze method to calm my son, the Male walk off while mumbling something (not knowing that bringing my son that is having a meltdown around other children would make It worst.) I am a new mom to a child on the spectrum and other special needs, and the older he gets it harder to explain to others. He cant tell you whats wrong. So between the email and my sons meltdown, I felt emotional, embarrassed and hopeless ....if it wasnt for Ms Rosa being so supportive and understanding...I would have left. We found out he was upset because his zipper broke, my daughter took him out the stroller to fix it, and he had a hair in his eye. He stopped after. Even with the my sons melt down, and with my email problem...she was more than professional, she was amazing and caring and had so much of it, that is was easy for me to dismiss those other three sales reps. She saw my son was special needs, understood and had the patience of a saint. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt be an at&t costumer today. We couldnt finish my order because of the email situation, so I had to come back the next day 9/24. That is when I had the pleasure of dealing with Manager Jason. He was nice, polite, professional, informative and helped finish my order. I just want to email my experience. Ms rosa I will always remember the kindness she showed my family. What she did, how patient she was and how she acted means a lot to me. Manager Jason was very patient with my account and got it done. I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to those two. And a special thank you to ms rosa. That day she was my angel.
Its green acres sooo yeahh not the best expectations of experience even come to mind but I had a really good encounter at my last visit. Was midday on a weekday so wasnt too crowded but still was a little bit of a wait but I was immediately addressed and was taken care of as soon as it was possible. I got what I came for which was to make a change to my plan and the man who assisted me was persistent and patient in making sure he found a way to make it work, which helped me to feel less tense about it working and about how long it was taking for it to so I was just all the more grateful. Everyone on staff that shift acted like they cared about taking care of customers and thats all you can really ask for.
The weekend after Thanksgiving, my husband and I were looking into changing our phone plan from T-Mobile to something else. We stopped off at At&t and spoke to an employee name Darron. He sold us then an there. He was confident and friendly. We came back later with my little brother and Darron continued to help us even though there was less than 20 minutes till closing. He was kind, friendly and patience. He made sure that all of our phones were working and made sure we walked out of there knowing we got the phone we wanted. Overall, customer service was amazing and the deals were great.
They were a bit confused when we went in there for a pick up. They werent sure of a pickup order and that may be mpre of a global issue than the store issue. But if i hadnt been sure of the order i prepaid for and went off of what they were saying initially i would have left without the gift and had to resolve w at&t via phone.
Too long of a wait. However, when I was finally helped, they had the item that I went to them for. I purchased the Microcell equipment because my mobile signal in my home was not good. An AT&T representative on the phone suggested that I look into this item. Although at $150.00, it was expensive, there is a $75.00 rebate that I filled out, and mailed. Therefore, the final cost is cut in half, which is much more tolerable. I purchased the Microcell, and set it up in my home. The set up was very simple. It works precisely the way it should. I now have perfect cell phone service in my home.
It’s the worst place ever it been a really bad experience the customer service is unbelievable they give you attitude and you have to wait forever just to ask a question about your bill , they make a mistake on my account and the manager it’s the only one that can fix it , now they telling me he’s on vacation and the other manager it’s not available it’s a nightmare it’s not even my fault and this is my 3rd time coming back to the store to have a solution it look like they don’t know how to fix itI’m done ! I’m switching to Spring or somewhere else

2021-03-20Their service is very deplorable. There customer service is so low. I went there to trade my phone in to get a new phone recently & when I went in, the “store manager” told me that I would have to wait 20 minutes because his sales reps are on lunch. I waited a whole 40 minutes. I went back inside to inquire about when I’m going to get help by a sales person. The manager gave me a look as if I was a bother to him or like a was wasting his time. Either way, I asked the question and he had the stinkiest attitude and reply “NO”. He even had the audacity to cut his eyes and ignore what I was saying afterwords. I don’t recommend this store. The customer service is TRASH ! Absolutely TRASH

2020-09-07Terrible store pick-up experience. I opened a line for my son on my account and he went in to pick up the phone, everyone seemed like they were too bothered to assist my son who is just trying to receive a phone we paid for. I went out my way the night before to authorize him as a user so that everything can go smooth Erica, was not helpful, rude and seemed like she was more concerned with getting off the clock. It was 5:45 Pm the store closes at 7 pm.We previously called in to customer service, who explained the process was easy and could be easily done. They made it seem so difficult only because they didn’t want to do the sale for us.If you hate your job Erica, please take that up with AT&T, not the customers. I’ll make sure to never do sales at this location again and you shouldn’t either.

2018-01-01Customer service here was above and beyond what I experienced at any of the other major cell phone providers. Matt S. was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable and got my husband and I set-up with our new service as efficiently as possible and he didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything we did let want or need. He even provided us his contact info in case we had any issues in the future, highly recommended.

2021-02-10At this cooperate store, you will need to document names, times and be able to recall faces to receive adequate service. I do not know if this is commission driven, but it would explain why only the individual who start your service can find you in the system. 👎👎

2017-05-26Probably the best experience Ive ever had dealing with cell phone stores. I was in the store for less than a minute before I was approached by the sales rep, Jene. I was a little exhausted; which made me kind of yappy. Not only was she patient with me, she was engaging. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. People like her restore my faith in good customer service.

2020-02-16Horrible customer service. I went to the store with my friend on Feb 15th to check the deals on Iwatch. The lady was very impatient and rude and without even paying attention to what we were asking kept repeating the same thing again and again. When I interrupted her that she is repeating the same stuff she was like “ I know “. I asked her to show me the information on the promotion and she went inside sent another lady. The other was even more rude and when I asked her to share the information on promotion she said “ Goto att.com “ and I told her that I could find it on att.com that’s why I am at the store then she said “I can’t help with anything else”. Horrible Customer Service. This reflects on the leadership at this location. I will not recommend this store.
