Walked in the associate Malik was super nice and took his time to make sure everything in my account was all good. If you about 30-50 min away from this location I would recommend this store.
I was at the T-mobile location upstairs at Colonie Center Mall and I must say the sales reps were very kind, patient and professional with me. I had Kazi help me, who was very professional and detailed. I didnt seem pressured into any sales and felt like family being there. Everyone was knowledgable of the products and swift with the processing of my transaction, they even helped me setup the app and teach me how to pay my bill online while seeing exactly what my bill contains.
I was at Colonie center and stopped in to see what deals I’d have on my account, I was greeted by Angel and he helped me get into a new device and even helped me lower my bill. He showed me all my installments left while letting me know what would be best to pay off first. His associates Kazi and Malik were also helpful with sharing what accessories would fit my phone best and which ones to stay away from. Overall, it’s a real friendly location with knowledgeable reps.
I went in on a Friday around 1pm to switch service providers from Verizon to T-Mobile. (If you have ATT/Verizon, just make the switch). My line was transferred and ready in less then 5-10 minutes. Ive spent more time than that on the phone with customer service. Since it was fairly quick, I wanted to explore other phones, cases, accessories, etc. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. Not for a second did I feel like I was being pressured onto a sale for commission from these Mobile experts. I provided details about my current provider and what my needs and usage would be, I was told what would be best for me and what would work with my needs while saving me money. I was able to get my T-Mobile account set up, and even get myself new AirPods Pro’s/Apple Watch setup. Regardless of how much time it took for these tasks to be done. I really enjoyed the experience because the reps actually showed me their own air pods and Apple watches. It made it easier to make the purchase decision so it wouldn’t be something I’d regret. The only downside about visiting this location was the confusion of the location. There was two T-Mobiles one being upstairs and downstairs. I didn’t get to experience the bottom store but I’d highly recommend the top floor one. Make sure to ask for the store manager Angel, he will really try his best to find you the best. Last thing, the cleanliness of this store was absolutely amazing. I felt safer in here than in most places. The shop was cleaned from the tables to the devices up for presentation. Huge thanks to Angel, Kazi, and Malik who were all very welcoming during my visit. You are all amazing!
Angel the manager was dope!!Highly recommend him and the other group of guys working there. They were really respectful pleasant, knowledgeable and took their time with me. I was shown multiple phone options before being assisted with the payment options with angel.Overall I’m satisfied with this location and will be coming back for my future upgrades!
I arrived at the upstairs T-Mobile just before closing time, yet the staff didnt look at all annoyed compared to other experiences I’ve had before. Instead of being sent home for arriving a bit towards closing time. I was assisted by Malik and Kazi who fixed my issues and helped me upgrade to my new iPhone. They were really honest about pricing and even steered me away from the overpriced iPhones. Really look forward to coming back to them, real genuine guys.
I had the best experience! Employees were amazing, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.I had a problem with my bill and they fixed it within minutes! They showed my entire bill and explained each cost for each service.Would totally recommend going here for any troubleshoot problems, questions, or needs!
Angel is the reason I still have T-Mobile, he is by far the best store manager Ive come across and his rep Kazi makes switching to a new phone so easy. They both explain the rate plans in depth and even show me the difference between the phones so I make the best decision for what will suit my budget. If you are ever in this location make sure to ask for Angel or Kazi!
Made the switch from ATT to T-Mobile. Ive been a ATT customer for many years now and for whatever reason my coverage and pricing has gotten worse. The prices are better with T-Mobile and my service is better. I was a bit hesitate at first switching but after arriving to this location, I was greeted by Kazi and later on assisted by the store manager Angel on what plans would best suit me. They stayed with me the whole time until I was all setup and ready to go. Make sure to ask for one of those two when dropping in.
Came in today and Kazi was very helpful. He helped me purchase a iPhone 11. He was patient and helped me with all my questions. This T-Mobile has good employees, thank you for the service.
Kaz (I hope I got his name right) and Malik were the best. My girl and I needed new phones and they were able to help us out immediately and both of us appreciate that. The atmosphere was upbeat and we were able to ask questions and get answers. Definitely recommend them and this T-Mobile location.
This is one of the best locations I’ve been too regarding T Mobile. The employees have always been friendly and efficient. I’ve never had any issues with them.Their located upstairs near the Christmas tree shop and cafeteria so it’s convenient for parking. When you arrive you are greeted instead of left alone to fix your own issues.Sadly, there are no seats inside for customers or associates but the associates always stay close to help you stay moving and explain each promotion while letting you know which ones to stay away from.When you do arrive at the shop make sure to look for Kaz or Neil their really helpful with picking out what plans will suit you best and won’t push you towards anything you don’t need just for commission like other shops ive had experiences with.
I really love this T-Mobile location. Its located to near Rue21 and the Cafeteria so I can bounce in and out of the location while they setup my account or transfer the data between my phones.Thanks to everyone who helped me, and I wish I gotten the rest of the staffers names since there was one more rep.Overall this location is the best stop for customer care/finding the right plan/phone for you.

Angel at T mobile in the Colonie Mall is amazing! Professional and friendly. He provides exceptional customer service. So much so that I call the store prior to coming in to make sure he is there and if he has the day off, I wait until he is working.
This store in the Colonie center mall is the best T-Mobile store ever. Simone is very patient and understanding, Javier the manager is a great supervisor, while keeping watch over his crew he cracks jokes to entertain the customers and he is very informed about the specks on each device, the whole crew is very friendly and the service is very fast. I would recommend Tmobile to anyone and especially at this location. Ask for Simone or Javier when you visit if you want to enjoy your purchase.

We bad customer service. What they say and what they create in account is different. Better record the whole conversation while you are in store. I had to upgrade 2 devices, and they didnt apply the promotions they said im eligible for. Had to call multiple times to store, they say they will review and get back but never returned the call. Very very disappointed

I had an issue with my phone so I walked into the Sprint store in cross gates and they were not helpful. I went to the Sprint store in colonie center and not only did they help me with my phone but they also helped me with my plan. Now I have a working phone, a cheaper plan and a tablet. Love it

I went there with my wife to upgrade are iPhones. The staff was very helpful and very friendly.i will always go to theirs location when I need help with all my iPhone needs. I would like to thank nick a staff member who stayed there late on a Saturday night to make sure that everything was set up perfectly.

My experience with Steven was beyond great! I came in looking to get my upgrade and purchase an Apple Watch and I pretty much walked out with everything ans MUCH more than I needed and a lower bill! Plus he got my friend to come back and hopefully switch over...thank you Steven...I had a really great experience and extremely happy with my purchase
First t mobile I actually felt the customer service was for the customer. The Kazi kid really helped a lot
Everyone was pleasant when I was there switching lines over to sprint from At&t. They explained the process.. which turns out had several deviations. One: porting lines over; they said they would do it for me.. just call when you’re ready.. They did one line one day (which had an issue, the one person’s response was to bring the phone into the store (my son is in school and that was difficult to accomplish.. he said he would have to see the phone, I did call back and got someone that was able to diagnose over the phone and resolve that issue.) Two: When I called the following day to do the second line I was told they dont do that and that ‘policy’ was re-enforced by the manager. I was instructed to call the 800 line and it did take some time (although the online reps was friendly, in fact all the customer service people Ive had to speak with are friendly) but I had to jump through additional hoops. Three: I was supposed to get a trade in credit of $550 for my existing AT&T iPhone, I followed the instructions and turned it into the store.. they told me I would get a confirmation email within 24 hours, I didn’t. 4 days later I called support to make sure everything was all set,. They didn’t have the billing statement from AT&T that I provided to the store and the store entered it was a 32 gig phone (rather than a 128 gig phone) so because of that they couldn’t process the credit. 3 phone calls later and on hold over an hour.. they got their mistake figured out. I then received a voicemail saying it was all worked out, but that I had to call back in to validate my address (which they already have) so they could send the debit card with the credit on. Another 15 minute phone call which I find out they did not process the credit until that actual phone call.. Bottom line is the reps are all friendly, but misinformation is rampant, and there seems to be no appreciation for their customers time.

Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. Sprint has great deals and they were communicated to me very clearly. I am saving almost $200/month by switching from Verizon and my service is actually BETTER! My bill has been what was promised for 2 months - no hidden charges, and I got an account credit just for switching! I recommend all my friends and family to sprint. If/when they start service, we both get $50 in our account! Awesome deals, staff and service!

Phone stores are usually a nightmare. This store is the exception. We came in, told them what we needed and they took care of it. In fact, saved us money every month and got a new phone. Took the extra time to carefully move all the contents from the iCloud. Highly recommend.

Sprint has a lot to offer! Their plans include unlimited talk, text, and data. They also come with Hulu, Tidal, and Amazon Prime. Sprint also offers other services like Safe and Found, insurance protection, and Look Out services. Sprint will buy out your contract for up $650 per line. They offer great specials like buy one phone get one free. Their leasing plans are reasonable as well. Get more for less at Sprint.

Completely horrible experience. I work off my phone and it was imperative that I transfer all my texts from old phone to my new phone. I was assured that this was possible and they ended up erasing all my texts. They then casually told me I wasnt going to be able to get the texts back. Ive been with Sprint for 13 years. I will begin to look for another carrier this week..

I had an amazing experience at sprint. I was able to get the iPhone 7 Plus and turn in my old 6s. Jennifer and Shawn were able to assist me along the way. I will definitely be coming back to visit my sprint family. Recommendations on the way!! I can’t forget Robin my Bruno Mars look-a-like who helped me pick my beautiful phone color, case and gadget the “Pop Socket.” Today was successful.
Sam Mabb went above & beyond to help my wife and I today ! He helped back up an old outdated Iphone 3 . Went as far as finding a cord for the phone from another store in the mall to expedite the downloading process ! Downloaded all old info to the new phone & the cloud . Got a new phone ordered for my wifes broken phone as well . Hes a real gentleman & a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend any one to go see him . Thanks Sam !

Walked in 2 people being waited on, I will gladly wait my turn but when one of the sprint managers states the other worker was in the back and he will be right out after I stood there waiting and asked, can you please get the the other worker to come out after standing there for 30 mins waiting. Then when I asked about moving a number over from Verizon To my current sprint account as an ESIM they had no idea what I was talking about. Telling me I have to forward the number over. They didn’t give me the time of day. Stay away from this store.

My Lg G4 had a system failure so I brought it here for repairs. They could not fix it, so they upgraded my phone to an LG G5 free of charge, which is pretty awesome. I waited a total of 4 days to receive the phone, not bad for a free upgrade. Only thing I didnt like was how disrespectful an employee going by the name Ahmed was. He asked how much money I had, which is not really any of his business, and if I could afford to purchase a phone case for the LG G5. In my opinion, he also seemed annoyed that I was there. I certainly didnt get a welcoming vibe from the guy. Although, there are some really nice employees there he isnt one of them.
Carrie the manager did such a great job in helping me In many ways, unloadinging 13,000 e-mails that were slowinging down my phone, getting my Instagram uploaded back into the system and also taking c/o any other needs 4 me. 2021-09-06The store was nice and clean, the customer service was amazing. The rep Kazi helped me understand what plan I was going to be getting and even showed me the bill with the taxes included. The store manager Angel is a absolute angel. He was simply fantastic and genuine. The one thing I always loved about T-Mobile was the amazing customer service, if you are in Colonie Center make sure to give them a visit, you wont regret it.

2021-08-29Great big parking lot located upstairs near the Christmas shop. They have all the latest phones and accessories. Store is clean and organized. Its a bit faster than most T-Mobile stores in area. Still dont understand why they have two T-Mobiles in the same mall. The staff is tech savvy and will answer any questions, make sure to ask for the manager Angel, he will set you up with the best deals that will work with the budget you have.

2021-09-26Neil, Daniel and Sophie make a terrific team. All were courteous (to the point of being friendly), helpful and knowledgeable. Our migration from Sprint to t mobile had some complications and they, along with store manager Angel, put extra effort into making it all work out. We were honestly impressed with everyones desire to do a great job. As other customers came in, we saw the team extend the same efforts to everyone. Great job!

2021-08-25I was approached by Neil in a very professional manner. Since I was not ready to make a decision, Neil asked if I would like to make an appointment for another time? He didn’t push any sales pitch on me and seemed to truly care for my needs. I went in the next day and got treated with the utmost respect. Neil managed my account with precision in a timely manner. He suggested additional accessories and even helped me understand what protectors/screens/chargers would fit best for my use. That made my experience that much more pleasurable, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. If you decide to visit this location, ask for Neil and experience it yourself. He truly won me over with his service.

2021-09-08Very thorough explanations, very helpful rep I worked with today. Answered questions I hardly thought to ask, and it all works great and went very smoothly and faster than Id dare to hope. Definitely like the new feel compared to what tends to be the perception of going into cell carrier stores. I hadnt thought Tmobile would keep treating me as well as Sprint usually did, but this was great service all around.

2021-08-22Great service! After some issues with misinformation from the corporation. I went to the T Mobile location to get my account straighten out in person.My attitude completely changed when these guys stepped up for me and actually spent time to review my account and understand my issue. They took their time to explain the issue in more detail and handled the situation with professionalism and even friendliness.I honestly appreciate them taking time to explain and resolve my issues. The team they have at this location, I would highly recommend and make sure to ask for Angel or Neil.

2021-08-23I love this store. The manager Angel not only took care of me but helped me get a deal. He was helpful answered all my questions and didnt try to sell me items I didnt need like other T-Mobile locations.One of his employees Neil was extremely helpful when it came to setting up the phone. Ive noticed that their are two T-Mobile locations in this area. I went to the upstairs location, hopefully that avoids confusion. The care and dedication each person working had makes me glad Im still with T-Mobile even with some issues I face at times. The customer support always seems to keep me around. We need more managers like Angel who are willing to take care of customers rather then focus solely on sales.

2021-08-28The in-store Mobile experts were great, they took care of the problem that I had for the last week of trying to get a new phone activated. But I cannot say too much about calling in to T-Mobile to getting the problem solved. I had called multiple times and talked to their support line and was hung up on the phone. I was very upset when I got to the store but they reassured me they was able to take care of the problem and after few hours they resolved my issue. Big thanks to Kazi, Neil, and Angel, y’all are a blessing. + the shop clean.

2021-10-31We were dealing with Sean, he was incredible and walked us through every step on upgrading 3 phones. He ordered them for us to be shipped to the store, he contacted us personally when they were in, and he transferred everything from our old phone to the new one 3 times…. He then put screen protectors and cases on them and was patient with us loading up the new ones to make sure we were completely satisfied… 5 star service
