T-Mobile in other cities:
Do NOT go here. Probably the most unhelpful store Ive been in. There are like 10 employees on the floor and half of them are doing nothing, taking personal phone calls or goofing off while there are many people waiting to be helped. The workers arent even trained properly and it took about 3 hours to get a phone for absolutely no reason. Stay away from Roslyn and this T-mobile as a whole.
I came in with no answers to why certain apps on my phone weren’t working, I went to the apple store and they did so much for me but couldn’t find an answer. I then went to the T-moble store in the SmithHaven Mall and they instantly turned me away blaming it on my phone and apple, but my phone is brand new. Once I walked in to this store and was directed to the tech guys, Jason quickly figured out what was wrong and was able to fix it within minutes. I am very grateful!
This Location is Absolutely Amazing it is the only location I go through. Jason was absolutely the greatest to work with he helped me understand everything going on and making sure all was corrected and we got everything done reasonably and quickly. This location will be the one I continue to go to.
I came into the TMobile store in Bayshore to get the Samsung Galaxy a32 and was approched by Nitin one of the mobile experts here at this location,he was extremely helpful and had offered me a great deal on adding a line to my account, also he had informed me about the new TMobile home internet service and its perks available as the service I currently have is a bit spotty so I figured I would give it a try and the deal I was offered from Nitin was exceptional and professional. I will make this store my go to location for all my TMobile needs!!
What a bunch of crooks. They basically lie to your face about what you are getting, and then when the bill comes, it is a whole different story. And talking to the T-Mobile customer service representatives is even worse if you call the main number. This company is the worst. I had Sprint for 8 years and never had a problem.
Martin helped me and my mother switch from Verizon. His service was extraordinary, he help us transfer everything from one phone to the next and made the process simple, especially for my mom. He was very patient with her, and would recommend him to anybody. I will be making sure to send my friends and family to see him
Saurabh / Sam at this location was SO incredibly helpful and accommodating to my situation. I walked in panicked and with a time constraint and he went above and beyond to help me get a new phone before I had to go back to work. Truly could not have asked for better service. Thank you again!!!!!!
Kevin who works at the bayshore location was extremely rude and brushed me off when I asked about my phone getting fixed and I have insurance. He acted like it was another to ask him a simple question, why is he in customer service if he acts like the customer are annoying crazy.
Nitin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my new purchase. Going from an Android to an IPhone was a drastic difference and he made sure to walk me through the process. This location is by far better than any other in the Deer Park and Bayshore area. All members greet guest at the door putting your name on a list and not have you wonder what is the procedure. I love how well organized, friendly, and professional all staff members are.
I normally never do reviews but this store’s customer service is horrible. They seem to not take care of customers as they come in. They are answering their personal phones which u see clearly or they get on the phones at the store helping customers who have called in after u been waiting there for 30 minutes. They take More than 30 minutes average it seems like with every customer. They made me realize I wanted to leave Sprint/T-Mobile. Going through Apple where you get way better customer service on the phone as well in person. Save your self time and frustration. Don’t go there!!!!
Customer service was excellent I didnt expect them to be so good and with sprint merging into t mobile they gave me plenty of answers to be happy about. Now why is people still with Verizon they continue to overcharge people and dont look to helping anyone with there plans. Join team T Mobile
DO NOT GO TO THIS T MOBILE! They say 10 mins and 30 mins later they say 5 more minutes. All this after 2 hours!!! If I could have left negative stars I would have! Theres no where to sit. Employees are helping 3+ customers at a time, and they move slower than molasses! I am never EVER coming back to this location and I will tell my family and friends to do the same!
I love going there. They do it all. And making an appointment is very easy so I can get right to the service as soon as I get there. No need to wait longer than I have to.the workers are always friendly and asking me what I need help with and directing me with where I need to go and what I need to do. Whether its anything minor or anything major, this is my go-to store.
Most horrible customer Service ever waited about an hour and a half when I was told 15 mins and still wasn’t helped guy gave me an attitude when I asked how much long it would be there phone service is by far the worst phone service that’s why I was there to Start with
The worst place. They sold me a broken iPhone 8+ I went back there 3 days later and they wouldn’t fix or replace it so I went to Apple got it fixed and then went back there and asked for a different phone and they wouldn’t take it back or anything. Terrible customer service and they nail u with taxes and fees
Literally waited 40 minutes and had enough of waiting around watching the employees pretty much hang out. i decided to approach them to ask about wait time and they suddenly had all the time in the world to help me, and at that did a very poor job with it. don’t go here
The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. After not finding what I needed at another Sprint store, I was directed to this location. I called them before driving down and they held the item for me while I drove down. They took care my phone issue, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Parking here can be problematic, as they have a cramped lot, and not enough spaces for the volume of business I witnessed on my visit.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in there looking to upgrade, signed in at the front desk. I was waiting for over an hour, people who just came in the store were being helped before I was, and when I confronted staff about it i got a nasty response, meanwhile all the staff memebers are joking and speaking with eachother. Save your time and go elsewhere. Avoid bayshore sprint.
Well im a volunteer fire man and use my personal phone for responding and i had to get to my fire class last night(monday 2-25-19) when my cracked glass screen finally die wen i plugged it in to charge i was recommended to the bayshore sprint store from the east northport one they told me bayshore is the best and that is an understatement i meet Brian and he quickly took my info and said it may take up to an hour to fix still in a rush to get to my ff1 class i ask if i could grab a bit to eat and if it was not done i would have to grab it another time in the time it took me to go across the street and order food my phone was done i walk back in and they said to me what took me so long lol :) the hole staff there is wonderful and we shared in laugh i quickly played my bill and was off i can not say enuff nice things about this store if you ever have a problem they are worth the trip from any were on longisland thank you to Brian and staff for going above and beyond you are all wonderful
It began the moment I opened the door. I was greeted by the smell of cheap cleaning products and an old mop, like at a bad strip club. Thing is, the whole place is carpeted so I dont know how they pulled that off.I was greeted by an employee who seemed nice and asked me to sign in on an iPad, then left to wait for no apparent reason as there seemed to be staff available. More and more employees finished with the people they were helping, and though I was the only one in the queue, I was left to just sit and mess around with my phone. After a while someone came over and showed me the selection of phones. I looked at a new phone, and asked about repair prices on phones with vs. without curved screens. He told me they dont fix phones unless you have insurance through them (they do), then he told me to fix a Galaxy S9 it would cost over $400 out of pocket (really 220).Both disputes were resolved by the tech that was sitting right there, which was nice since the salesman was extremely confident making up answers presumably to try to sell me insurance I didnt want on a phone I hadnt yet decided to buy.Customer service has never been a priority in this location, but today was worse than Ive ever experienced there. The wretched smell really put it over the top. Do yourself a favor and order your phone online or over the phone.
Its a back and forth with 1800 customer service and the corporate store. They said you have to call and they said you have to go the store. It seems that they dont have or dont follow a training system where not associate will start taking care of customers until they ready
The only thing good for going to a Sprint store its the pay money to pick up a new phone anything else they are complete idiots. The stores have a bunch of people in it but dont know what theyre doing and cant even find out the answers once you come up with a question if they cant answer their reply is now and always has been... well youll have to call Sprint directly. They are very good at swiping your credit card to get the phones out the door but when it comes to supporting them.... nothing, and they can care less. I have been a customer for Sprint for 15 years and it has always been the same thing when it comes to any sort of service. This particular one in Bayshore New York on sunrise highway happens to be the worst of them, they go through employees faster than a family of four goes through paper towels. once in awhile if I go to another Sprint store like in the mall across the street you might get someone thats at least friendly. I did not have a bad experience that led up to this review oh, its just the way it is, I walked in for a very simple question but its always the same and always has been. I dont know if every other cell phone provider is the same way but Sprint sometimes its awful... Hey Sprint can you hear me now
Made an appointment. As soon as I walked in before I could sign into their iPad their staff greeted me. They installed a new sim and swapped over a new phone and Im not getting I was out of there in 10 minutes! Ive been dealing with this Sprint store now for about maybe 4 years and each time has been a great experience.
The events leading up to my going to the store had me ready to cancel my 15 years with Sprint. However, Sophia and the tech in charge provided compassionate professional service and they were able to solve my issues quickly. I really commend them and I hope that Sprint knows what staff are valuable to the business.
This is THE Sprint store to go to. Helped as soon as you walk in the door, every time, without fail. At least in my experience - and Im there quite often. Always have the latest devices and gear for your phone. Electronic bill pay center is there for those of you looking to pay that way.
The worst company, store, & customer servicewilliam allen -aka will who used to work in deer park and is now in this location messed up many accounts & stole money from customers.on top of that is very rude and vulgar. his mistakes & words cost sprint a lot of money and customers.
Had an issue with my samsung and it was not charging they did not honor the warranty. .called the insurance company and told me to go back to the Sprint . I did..then they told me to go through my insurance company again. .I refused so they finally told me they would replace it as a courtesy. The staff is nice but you have to remember it is a business and they are out to save money where they can . As a consumer you do have rights too . Do not take No for an answer .
Went in to sign up for the $25 month plan. Apparently they had no idea what that was and had to look it up. Total BS, thats what Sprint has been advertising like crazy. Turns out it would be $35 a month if they were to activate in store for me.A) Thats ridiculousB) This plan is only for a year then goes up to $60 a monthC) Could not do it online myself without jumping through hoopsD) Everyone check out Virgin mobile, unlimited everything with autopay for $30 a month. Great service
I broke the screen on my iPhone 7. After calling, they told me to come in...i go to the store and they said the repair will take 3-5 business days. It has been over 10 business days and still my phone has yet to come in. Now Ive been stuck using a broken, outdated phone that turns off every five seconds when its not charging, for the past 2 weeks....All because the tech guy didnt want to give me a comparable temp phone its only gonna be 3-5 days he says....
I cannot say enough about the service at this facility. Customer service sent me over on Tuesday night very close to closing time. The store was packed and working in customer Service I know it can be extremely stressful having a store full of customers 30 mins before closing time. We were greated at the door and told that it may be a while for the phone support department because they had a few people in front of us. To my surprise my phone which was having an issue with the SIM card was taken by Danielle right away. My husband had to wait because his phone was having a problem with the charger. Adrianna then came out and fixed his phone with-in mins. Mine was done shortly after. The lights kept going on and off they were having issues with that and not one staff member seemed to be stressed they were all helpful and smiling. Adrianna and Danielle were outstanding. We didnt feel rushed and they made sure that all our needs were met. Also a big shout out to Preston another employee that came over while we were waiting and made sure we were being helped and made small talk to keep us busy. All around great service!!!!!!
Honestly, I was kind of happy about the service I received at this sprint until I realized I was lied to and mis guided. Bill went up more then I was told, was sold a defective case three weeks ago and was told that I have to go through life proofs warranty services because “they don’t have enough cases” to do the exchange. Pretty rediculous honestly, When there is two hanging up on the wall and probably 5 in the back. Sell me a 79$ Defective case and call it good fair business? Wack. This sprint is deemed wack, I’m heated about this case I’m yelping sprint to the ground and I will be contacting the franchise owner.
I paid off my phone there but they never relayed the message to Sprint. The result was me having to go in there 6 times to sort out why Sprint kept disconnecting my phone for apparently oweing $200 on my plan after I already paid the phone off. Told them I wanted something done for my time and frustration of wasting HOURS sorting something out that wasnt my fault. Dayanna the Assistant Manager said its Sprints fault, not the stores fault. I was very clear and told her I wanted something for my trouble and being without my phone for three days. She told me shed forward my info to the store manager and it will take several days to hear back. I dont have a few days, it was their fault, I paid for a service that wasnt fulfilled and it is NOT OKAY. I lost money from work to handle this situation and I also had to call sprint directly 7 times in addition to going to the store. Nobody understands English when you call, and your phonecalls are routed to the PHILIPPIANS. Worst customer service ever! Another time I was there, I bought a $950 iPhone and when the numbers didnt add up, I turned the screen around to see what the guy was taking about, he told me I wasnt allowed the see the screen and i turned it around again, he told me I was rude. $950 and IM RUDE!? FU!
Had the worst experience switching from T-Mobile to Sprint when the iPhone 7 cell out. I had called in advance to ask if they had the iPhone 7 plus in stock as I was interested in switching my business account and cutting costs. The sales rep, used the bait and switch (which is an illegal sales practice) on me, said come in Ill hook you up. When I got there he told me they dont have the iPhone 7 plus in stock, nobody does, and that I can get the iPhone 7 and exchange to the plus within 30 days and for in exchange for his bait and switch Id get my first month free. Now, I dont have my old numbers. Vendors and clients are trying to reach me and cant get a hold of me. Phone service working as Sprint flagged my account as there was some kind of fraudulent activity and then cancelled my account! This is embarrassing for me and for such a big corporation as Sprint! At the point of sale I was pushed an additional line at $45 a month for data and a package of Apple iPad Pro, Apple watch, and keyboard for another $28 a month. At the time I thought I was getting a great deal. Total I got 6 lines. They took my money and ran.I had nothing but a waste of time and money, loss of clients, and the hassle of dealing with untrained and unprofessional representatives and managers.Unless I get a call directly from the district Manager to restore my account and numbers I am going to be picketing, not literally, against this specific store and making sure to KEEP AWAY from Sprint at all costs. This is no way of treating a business account, let alone a customer.I had come back to tell them what was going on and the manager told me I should go to a RadioShack because its a long wait or something.
My IPhone 6+ 📱 had a heating problem and it was discharging very fast and I brought it to be checked and everything was fine so I was told that the charger could be the problem and I changed it to a new one so now the heating problem is solved.Good service at this store
SCAMS.Sprint itself has been great but avoid this store at all costs. Ive had to go back several times to correct their mistakes or to return something they told me is abolustely free only to find out that is not the case. Currently, Sprint is contacting them because when I switched plans, I turned my phone into this store and got the credit. Now Sprint sends me a UPS bag with a label asking for the phone? THE STORE TOOK THE PHONE. So either they misplaced my old phone or an employee stole it. Luckily, I have the receipt saying that they have the phone and received the credit for it. But its a headache and I suggest they train their employees better. Avoid this store if you can but be sure to go to another corporate store.

2022-02-08I was having problems with my IPhone & iPad,. I called Bohemia location off Johnson Ave., Bohemia & t was referred to Tech Josh in Bay Shore. He not only tried to help me when I called, he said to come in & he would be able to help. He is a very pleasant gentleman, spoke clearly & made sure I understood everything. He let me do it with his help. What more can I say. U have a respectable employee to represent TMobile. I would recommend that this be put in his file & give him a raise.

2022-02-02I came in hopeless that I would be days without a phone because of how badly I damaged my screen, usually they send your phone out for days to fix but Josh the IT guy fixed my phone within an hour and he was very polite. If you need a quick phone screen fix go here!
