2021-01-27The store was clean and presented a friendly environment. The staff was great Donald and Kelly really helped me make the best choice for my upgrade and helped me safe as much money as possible. They were very informative on the new services provided with T-Mobile and explaining the upgrades from the sprint merger. 10/10 recommend and the speak Spanish witch is a great plus

2020-07-13Literally the worse service ever my mom had her phone for 4 years and then it’s still leased but other phone company’s don’t do that literally pay so much money for nothing!

2020-02-21Nice people but need to know and try a bit harder, went in to activate a phone girl put in a new SIM card.... put a wrong one or one that didnt work. I ended being sent to a different sprint store for a technician which didnt do much said the most was send phone out and it would be back in about 5 days!!!! I decided to go to apple store, third day with no phone now and had to wait 2-3 hrs by the end all the apple tech did was put in a new SIM card!!!!
