I have to say that what I saw today was exceptional. I registered virtually at 9:20am and had 187 people in front of me. Waited whole day and got text message to see front desk. On the way there received message that because I didn’t come in time my time slot was given to someone else. When I arrived there was a guy and girl at the reception desk and the girl greeted me and took my name and told that I would be seen. While waiting I witnessed the most exceptional customer service I ever seen. This older woman came and inquired about being seen tomorrow around 1:30pm, which I my mind would be impossible due to volume of people and time constraints, but the guy behind reception desk, listened to the woman, told her to schedule appointment and come see him tomorrow when she was available. He was working to help this woman, even though he didn’t have to. The degree of humanity that this guy had demonstrated was beyond I have seen. Lately I took people lost their humanity and I was doubting in peoples ability to treat each with humanity, however this guy showed that this wasn’t the case. God bless these folks.
Had to take my 4 y/o for the Covid test, literally in and out. Great system, very organized and friendly place once you put your self in line which is extremely easy, yes we had to wait 177 min but it was in the comfort of your own home. You have an option of checking your own status or you would receive text messages every 20min. Once It was 20 min away we leisurely took a walk right inside where within few minutes very friendly stuff pointed us into the room.If you had been to the new My Dos place around the corner, you would appreciate this place a lot!!!! Had a misfortune of wasting 2,5 hours there with the worst unfriendly, unorganized stuff ever. Thanks to this place we have better options in our neighborhood.

Had a great experience at Centers Urgent Care of Coney Island. I came here for a covid test and even though the line was long and plenty of people waiting, the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and I received wonderful customer service from Jaylin. She was extremely pleasant to deal with. When it was finally my turn to enter, the MA was also very pleasant & professional. I will return to this location.
My husband and I got our COVID tests done here and our experience was great. We walked in and were out in roughly ten minutes. The staff was friendly and professional and we got our results in under 6 hours. Highly recommend!
They’re online reservation system is absolutely perfect. In covid times; people all wants tests done and do not know how to behave; I’ve witnessed people berating the poor front desk girls about the wait time or that there is no more available tests. The girls handle it super professionally. I have never had any issue with this location- I’ve used them several times throughout the pandemic. All results are available online , and you get texts with updates. I couldn’t ask for more!!!
I was able to schedule for a family of five same day. Urgent care is great with texting you up-to-date status on your place in line. It even allows you to push back your time if needed. The staff is friendly and professional. I had a piece of mind knowing that they follow covid-19 guidelines.
This urgent care is just one block away from us. We already went there about a year ago go for COVID testing. Today, Sunday 6 PM,we decided to go there because we had a good experience there.My husband had some symptoms and we decided to have a rapid test and PCR test which suppose to be ready tomorrow.This center is very clean and they have manyrooms and many people working there.We did not have to wait at all!The biggest surprising pleasure was when Tamara swiped only nasal cavity and did not go deep which would cause unpleasant feeling.She explained that it is a correct way to do it.If you are avoiding the test right now because of the unpleasant experience do not hesitate any longer and go to Urgent Care Coney Islandon 626 Sheepshead rd. near Dll store.Be healthy!
Best medical facility I have been to. Joined virtual queue from home, once my turn was near, drove to the facility and was seen immediately. I hate having to make an appointment at medical office, just to then go there and sit for hours to wait for your turn. Front desk staff was attentive. Simply very good experience.

I have visited the Urgent Care this morning for a PCR testing. I checked in and was immediately told to go to a room. A health care provider was waiting for me. Really no wait at all. Everyone was so polite, friendly, and caring. This clic is just that awesome. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Best experience I ever had. Thank you. Strongly recommended!
Its my third visit and every time I leave withappreciation to all people who served me starting from the front desk to the point of talking on a phone to customer service of getting my test result.People, service, environment are very nice and professional. Very caring environment, quick service and attentive staff! Great notifications via text and email. This center is far better than pm pediatrics and A typical urgent center. Who ever designed the center and processes really thought things through. I am beyond impressed with their processes and personnel.
I really was so happy I chose to go here. Everyone who worked here is so nice and courteous. I loved that. These days people have forgotten about CustomerService but not here. So for that alone it’s worth going. The medical assistants were also extremely nice. The doctor though, she was AMAZING. She had amazing bedside manner. I felt like she really cared about my situation and not just trying to get through the appointment. Overall I was extremely happy and will go here again next time I have an emergency.
This place is really great. I came in with pain and I was given a full workup by a PA who was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on/ assured that I would be ok in a couple of days. She gave me medicine so I could be more comfortable immediately and made sure to ask questions and check for multiple possibilities before making a diagnoses. I will not go o another urgent care, you can tell people like what they do and care about the patients. I really appreciate such quality service and care especially when I didnt feel well I was able to walk out with stress released.
I couldnt be more happier and satisfied with this office! Everyone is very nice and helpful. The PCR test was calculated perfectly for my flight. The assistant was such a lovely lady. Expedited service, reservation was easy, text message received when it was my turn. The nurse was gentle taking the swab sample and my vitals. The office is clean. The staff is nice and personable.
The people there are polite. The online automated system is a great system because you get to check status update via text on your phone to see how many people are ahead of you. It was a very long line and we had to stand outside in the cold for a little over an hour but knowing that the line was actually moving helped. My daughter wasnt feeling well and we both got rapid Covid test. I gave them 3 stars because I was told at the front desk that they would check my daughter out for her symptoms but they didnt do that and refused to do anything outside of covid test/ and or vaccination. So they are really no longer an urgent care center that will do blood work, get urine samples and make sure they tend to patients. In this season they are strictly there to service for Covid so I felt misguided, mislead. Other than that the service and the automated system is decent.
Although my prior experiences with this urgent care have been excellent, I am disappointed in the lack of communication regarding a Covid PCR test I took on 12/23. It is now 11 days later and still no results. I would have appreciated a courtesy call/text/email explaining the delay and what my options are. When I called them a few times, they placed the blame on a laboratory and offered no recourse.

I usually do my COVID tests at Coney Island hospital but good to know another quick option exists. I visited today to confirm I didnt have an ear infection, it was so quick and easy that makes me re-think going to CityMD for quick clinic visits. Virtual line was easy to use and almost not needed since I didnt have to wait long to get a call back. Doctor came in right away and I think total time of my visit was not more than 15 min, exactly what I need for a quick confirmation when youre not feeling great. Everyone is super nice - which adds to the experience!
On Saturday, January 22nd during my visit to Centers Urgen Care around 1PM, I was waiting for one hour for a doctor but instead a young girl walked in and introduced herself as a PA and told me that there were no doctors. She was incompetent and she knew that because she declared to me You think that Im incompetent. Her questions did not make any sense. She stormed out of the room after my remark that I do not see the connection between my condition and her question. I would like to question the ethical standards of this place when the medic is leaving patient without care because she chose to do so. Front desk refused to give PAs name, which was suspicious. I asked to talk to the manager, and of course, the manager was not there, we were told she is at the headquarters, and her name was Elizabeth. On my remark that I spent more than an hour there, did not get any treatment, did not get to see a doctor, and was not told upfront that there were no doctors in general, woman at front desk told me in her own words: WE (!?) dont care if you are going to complain. Apparently this place is not for the purpose of medical visit but for the purpose of the insurance money. Looks like a fraud to me.Of course, I will report this place to my insurance company and proper authorities.
I was not treated with any standard of care. I went in for a UTI and in extreme pain. I also had the flu and was coughing deeply. I completed the urine sample. I was only able to give a small amount of urine, but it was so dark it was orange. She made no mention of the fact that I was obviously dehydrated and instead suggested I might have diabetes or a kidney problem. The provider refused to provide me with any treatment for the UTI until a culture came back. She claimed it would be 24 hours. It’s been more than 48 with no results. If I get a kidney infection, she will get to blame. She did not do an exam…at all. She literally never touched me. She didn’t listen to my lungs. She didn’t palpate my abdomen to assess the source of my pain. She did not do her job as a provider. I would not go back here ever.
While waiting I notice many people where coming in without an appointment, they were promptly told log in and to get on the virtual line that opens at 9AM. I wondered if a sign on the outside door would have cut down some of that traffic. The staff was nice and patient even if some patients were not. System needs improvement for people that dont know the set up.
The online reservation wasn’t bad at all, I respect that they dealt with the persons who went yesterday and didn’t get through, staff made them a priority that was really nice. The staff was very helpful, however there were some older folks who weren’t familiar with internet to book online and a lady came out and help them. I’ve been to this location and Middle Village. Overall I love Centers Urgent Care and the staff.
Wonderful staff. They are quick, friendly and hardworking. I’ve had multiple visits and was pleased every time. They work efficiently, especially since there has been an increase in the amount of people going.
There is a phone-based queue - logical service appropriately minimizing exposure of patients to each other. The location itself is clean and staffed with pleasant and skillful folks.
Since pandemic started I was regular guest at this clinic. I was still working all that time. All employees, starting from front desk, nurses, doctors always were so attentive, helpful, understanding of my worries. Eventually I did get Covid just 3 weeks ago and when I came for the test they made me feel as comfortable as they could. The doctor recommended treatment for me and I had it done. It made me feel so much better. Thanks 🙏 so much everyone. 👍👍👍
Had a rapid test done came in with my son. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and wonderful.The tech Tamara who checked out my son was so kind and so patient.She was truly very kind to him.I will be sure to return to this place if necessary, the staff is gracious, kind and are quite efficient.Thank you so Much Tamara!!

I can honestly say I am so impressed with the way I was treated here! I spent an entire day online virtually and they were unable to get to my appointment due to the huge volume of patients ( which is understandable) instead of just taking me off the list I got a phone call from Crystal who was so nice and allowed me to come in the following morning and be taken right away. A little bit goes such a long way and I really appreciated that! Then I was greeted by Olga who did my covid swab and she was truly a bright light on a gloomy day! She was so comforting and amazing to speak to, honestly made me feel 100 times better. Such a positive person is necessary to have in the healthcare field. Then, Tamara took my blood draw for an antibody screening so quickly and painlessly I was so shocked. My veins are extremely hard to find and she did an amazing job. I say this all from my heart and as someone who personally works in a hospital and understands what we are all dealing with in the healthcare field during this pandemic I was so impressed by the the care and positivity of the staff at centers! Your all amazing thank you!
I came to take a test for covid-19. my two-year-old daughter also took the test. the doctor did not look my daughter, did not measure her temperature and did nothing but collect material for the test. very unfriendly doctors. was there 2 times, and never received a proper examination.
Within 1 month I visited center 4 times for COVID test and every other visit experience was worse then previous. First of all staff is rude. It’s official center and for every asked question to give an answer “ if you don’t like, go to other facility” absolutely not acceptable ever and especially in complicated pandemic period of people life. There is bad correlation between message time to come for appointment and real time, when you are there. Twice I was taken PCR test on 12/27/21 and on 01/03/22 and as of today, on 01/09/22 none of the results obtained, what is the point to have this test? To whom it may concern, hopefully my comments will be addressed to improve service and perform test not only to those who has SMART devices, but to those who doesn’t.

Went in for a Covid test and everything was super smooth. They have a virtual line where they can text you when it’s your turn instead of you waiting outside. Once inside the process was fast and and all the staff are super friendly and Knowledgable. 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone.
Since the beginning of the pandemic I have been using this urgent care. They also vaccinated my daughter. Everyone is kind, thorough, empathetic, and excellent. The facility is also very clean.
Urgent Care keeps you informed up to the minute when you should come in for test. Very friendly & professional. Just upset that I was Positive & can’t see my grandson for awhile😥
If I can rate this a zero I would. 6-8 hour wait for covid rest and a 10 day wait for results..yes 10 day wait. First I was told 2-3 day for pcr, when other places give results within 12-24 hours. I called 2 days later and was told 3-5 says. On the 5th day I was told that pcr results take 10 days. Never have I heard some non sense. Avoid this place unless you have 10 days to waste. How are they expecting people to wait 10 days. What if the patient is covid positive? Then what? 10 days without quarantine because centers urgent care neglected to inform them within the regular 1-2, like every other site.Update- it’s been 10 days since I tested and I still haven’t received my results..the man at the front desk who answers calls told me “yeah that’s not nice”…seriously?
Was standing outside another location for 20 mins the line never moved I quickly found this one, and my daughter was seen right away. they were patient and kind while giving the cold test to my four year old daughter. definitely will go to this location If I ever need to visit an urgent care again. URGENT CARE is meant for URGENCY you should be seen within 15 minutes if not it defeats the purpose of the name, you should not be standing on a line that goes all the way outside for more than 20 minutes and that line doesnt move.

My husband got a pcr test for covid one the 23rd of December. Today is January 4th and the results are still not ready. This is simply negligence. How do you leave families not knowing for this long? When you call to find out they blame their lab (run by the same ppl). Well why accept new patients then if you cant keep up with your current demand? Meanwhile i see lines forming there daily ever since.

I came yesterday in hopes to get some lab work prior to my 3 year old sons endocrinologist appointment. The woman at the desk were very pleasant but stated they had to check with the provider to see if this was possible before we began the registration process.The provider was absolutely disgusting and spoke down to me in front of an entire waiting room of patients. She said that my bigger issue was that my son did not have a primary care physician. I explained to her that this was due to his PCP retiring just two weeks ago and that I was pressed for time because his new specialist wanted initial lab work done prior. Even after explaining the entire situation she denied our registration and said she has to step out for a warm cup of tea. She made me feel so little. I will be sure to share this story in the future.I suggest hiring providers that have a heart in the future.

This is a great place! Took my kids here it’s very fast and convenient and dr teddy is a great doctor, and his assistants and the people that worked there all helped us with our incident! It it clean and definitely recommend!
Was very pleased with my experience. The place is well organized, the staff friendly and efficient, and not only I had my COVID tests done, but also had an X-ray, something I needed, and it saved me a trip to another facility. After x-ray the PA came to speak to me about the result. Great place!
I needed PCR test before traveling abroad. It took them 16 hours to deliver results! It is extremely quick! Other places could take 36 to 48 hours (or worse). Printable format gets delivered to you over the message with all necessary information and documentation. Front desk is very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend!UPDATE: had an emergency situation. People at this office showed the highest example of humanity and compassion and helped to resolve the issue. No compliments can describe their customer service and support. Excellent!

Best urgent care here. Great doctors, people, fast and caring service. Did two vaccines here. New Dr Andrew was amazing. Explained everything to me. Took all the tests. Highly recommend this place.Only one black nurse I didn’t like there. She didn’t sterilize properly. I had to ask her to change her gloves when she was about to draw my blood because i saw her touching keyboard, mouse, pens, and everything. I hope she doesn’t make anybody sick there if she is touching sick patients and doesn’t change her gloves….All other people and nurses are great there. I have been going there quite some time.
Virtual line makes it very easy to be seen, estimated time is accurate, so you are in and out once you get a text. Facility is very clean and all staff is very friendly and helpful. Great experience during stressful times.

I’ve been there go COVID test. Dozen people stayed before me, We were waiting about 1.5 hours.In the room nurse, Russian speaking woman with Asian face offer us to make blood pressure test. I declined, because we were waiting so long for COVID test and we don’t need blood pressure test. The nurse did not like it and when she performed Covid test she did it very painful for me. She pushed stick very strong with power to my nose .She did it definitely purposely . Very disappointed.
They are sooo great pepl there. Very helpful. I never had an issue there. They helped my baby girl when she was sooo sick. And now me. I just love the way they have there system set up. And they are so clean. I always recommend pepl to go there. I always have a great experience. Thanks

I am very pleased with the service I received at Urgent Care. Dennis, good guy, at the front desk, was very attentive and caring person. I had fever and did not feel good.He took me to the room where very polite woman, Elmira, checked my temperature and asked relevant to the COVID questions. Elmira took rapid test for COVID and then, PCR. It turned out that I did not have COVID,I am very grateful for the service I received from this Urgent Care at such hard time in my life. Thank you.
I went Friday 12/24/21 and I’m still waiting on my PCR for that day. I went again today 12/28/21 they ask if I want to wait for my rapid or should they text me my results so I said text me that was at 4 pm at 6 pm I called the office which says open till 9pm it gave me an option to have someone call me back so I picked that option and noone called me back so I called back again waited on hold there was 9 people ahead of me as soon as it was my turn it told me to leave a message so I hung up and omits now 10:15 pm and I never received my rapid results and never received a phone call from anyone..

Crystal (the receptionist) is super nice and efficient! All stuff I have dealt with is professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. My Brother got a PCR test for covid one the 06 of January and Today is January 12 and the results are still not ready. This is simply negligence. How do you leave families not knowing for this long? When you call to find out they hang up on me! Not Professional at all.
My family and I Went to Urgent care few times for Covid-19 test. as well as antibodies test after being positive. Everyone is very pleasant, very polite, friendly and caring.We had to do an x-ray that was done by Rita the X-ray technician who made us feel very comfortable. All of the staff, doctors , manger Liz and receptionist as well as nurses made us feel very relaxed and comforting during our visit .Thank you very much for smile, comfort and caring during difficult time.

My experience with urgent care was very positive, I went in for a nose swab an from start to finish, it took about 10 mins, no more, I was happy I went. The results was what I expected. (NEGATIVE). I would recommend anyone who needs to get a swab or vaccine to visit this place. It is on W8 street. Go urgent care.

Promised COVID PCR results in 3-4 days, then “changed” it to 7 days. Today is day 11 and still no result. How is that acceptable for an urgent care facility?
The place is brand new. It was very convenient to reserve the spot online and receive the text when it was my turn. The rooms are clean and people working under the pressure and still pleasant.
I love it took my kids the doctor was very understanding to my concerns, answered all my questions & were very gentle with my scared 3yr old. Also they’re fast, the nurses and doctors are very nice & sweet, even the ppl at the front desk, and their schedule is great

Came for my booster shot yesterday and was extremely pleased with the young ladies at the front desk. Crystal and Jaelynn greeted me with such a a warm welcome, guided me through the process and even helped my friend with a vaccine documentation issue. I would give 10 stars if I could! The Coney Island urgent care is one of the best places I have visited they’re kind loving very professional and they know how to greet and treat people and always been polite I think this was a great idea the best place to put an urgent care I would like to thank all the nurses and doctors in urgent care and thank you for all you do for us continue to stay safe and God bless

The front desk was very professional and helpful…however the nurse that did the testing was not…she actually made my nose bleed from the PCR test.

Were all the family to get vaccinated. Everything went perfectly! The staff are polite and very attentive! I forgot my insurance, and the girl at the front desk reassured me and suggested what can be done about it. In the end, everything worked out! Thanks for your help and attention!
Went for COVID test. The system they employ is excellent -- they send you a text of what the wait time is. Came in, barely any wait, in and out in 12 mins. Great!

The PA who took care of me put it in her head right off the bat that I had a UTI and wasn’t listening to anything else I was telling her about my symptoms and another infection that could’ve possibly arisen from my tooth. She kept asking me the same questions over and over and even once the urinalysis came back negative for a UTI she still prescribed me medication specifically for that. I had to go to my regular doctor the next day and get the medication switched to the proper medication. Maybe these PAs need to be taught by doctors to listen to the patients. She continuously to ask me the same questions over and over as if she wasn’t even listening to me when I was answering. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but you can check on who is working Sunday afternoon around 4 PM. I highly doubt I will be going back.
Had my Covid testing done on December 23, still waiting for PCR results. I called the office several times, they blamed it all on laboratory. It’s January 2, no results still. Unreliable service.
Somebody needs to go check on the nurses , they don’t know what they are doing !!! I brought my 3 month old infant in and the nurse that checked his temperature had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t know where to check his temperature. She also tried to put a adult heart rate monitor on his finger knowing he’s a baby and it would not fit. She also barley spoke any English. On top of it the nurses were huddled up talking like it was a football game and they were making a play. Worst urgent care ever hands down.
I had a second dose vaccine appointment at 12:30 arrived at 12:20. Because the staff working at the front desk have no idea what they are doing i got vaccinated after people with 1:30 appointments. Didn’t matter how many times I attempted to explain to the receptionists they were not granting my right as a patient who had been waiting there before everybody else. Not to mention how many times I got yelled at while trying to make sure i was not being forgotten waiting outside while everyone else who had appointments even 1 hour after mine got their vaccinations before me. Horrible service. Zero respect for patients.

Amazing experience for a simple yet incredibly stressful as of lately covid testing procedure. Wonderful staff and nurses.
I scheduled a second vaccine dose here and was turned away at the front desk because my first had been received out of state. Putting aside the absurdity of the policy that has continued well past a surplus of available vaccine doses, the woman that “helped” me (who the receptionist brought out) didn’t bother to show much sympathy or care in whether or not I’d ever be able to get my second dose. She “didn’t want to lose her job”. Fair enough, but there was no effort at all in getting in touch with a superior to see if there was anything that could be done. I do appreciate the receptionist, who was sweet and did make an effort to see if there was anything that could be done.

Friendly and amazing staff. Got my covid vaccine here and everything was very smooth. Staff was professional, the shot was smooth without issue. It’s new, clean, and state of the art. They also give out extra covid vaccine stickers if you ask nicely.
I went to Centers Urgent Care twice for COVID test. Minimum wait time, polite and very professional medical staff. Swabs were done without any discomfort (I just sneezed :D ). I sent there my family members and lots friends. Everyone was happy (even with positive results).Right now you don’t have to stay in line outside waiting, just sign up for text alerts. You’ll be notify 15 minutes before you can walk in.Highly recommend!!!

I had such a wonderful experience visiting this Centers office today! I was the only one there when I showed up in the late afternoon. I didn’t even have to fill out any long first time patient sheets, just handed over my insurance info + ID and that was it. The front desk lady was very nice, and they have free goodies (hand sanitizer!) up front. I was seen immediately and the PA was very sweet as well. Was in and out within 20 minutes tops. As of end of July their COVID test turn around time is about 3-5 days, much faster than what I’ve heard from other places. Highly recommend Centers on Sheepshead Road!!

It was our second time getting tests done there, given the lines these days it was very smooth. Theres a text message system that works very well, easier than an app, that prevents overcrowding in the waiting rooms. We waited about 15 min outside then maybe another 10 inside. Dariya I believe her name was, who did our tests and vitals and paperwork was super-hero style incredible with my very active toddler, she was fast and efficient and positive. People like her make the difference! I know everybody is frustrated with the whole situation, when anybody can be exposed and has to go get the tests done to get that clearance; they do their best for sure at Centers. There were plenty of inpatient and grumpy people walking in, probably expecting immediate attention to their persona, cant avoid those))) We had our information taken during the first visit, so there was no paperwork or anything during the checkout, I literally just gave my name. We did both rapid and pcr tests just to be sure. The place is sparkling clean and everything is new. Cant wait when the covid is over, I would definitely chose them over other walk in places for immediate medical needs.
Was seen by Vicky, she was super helpful at answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. The staff here is very professional and actually caring. While waiting for the 15 min covid test, my blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels were measured 3 times. Also noticed that this urgent care uses the latest equipment out there, which is comforting also 😊🙏
Brand new office. Was fast. Went for vaccine and second time for a Covid test. One star less for the fact that I asked for a vaccine and they billed my insurance for extra services.UPDATE: Dec 2020. Have to downgrade stars again. After more than two month I received a letter from a third party company asking Copay for my services (my first visit). Funny, usually Im asked for a copay upfront when service is done, funny again, my wife had same services and wasnt asked for copay (till now).If you chose to take a flu shot at a pharmacy, no insurance used you pay cash let say $25 to $39.For the same visit I was billed for an Office visit plus an Urgent care service and also Inoculation service(flu shot). Except the flu shot I came and asked for their service it was only a blood pressure check (not asked for any other services than flu shot). Possibly that was Office visit. I cant imagine what was Urgent care service they billed to my insurance,Stayed there for few minutes only.Next time I will ask specifically what services I will be billed for.
It was awesome! I highly recommend their great COVID-19 testing. It was so fast, polite and very professional. I received my results intime. The staff who did the testing are great as well as the service team that provides customer service. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place.
A great experience! The PA Vicki and Jane were both very kind and understanding, super thorough and attentive. They apologized for the wait multiple times but the wait wasn’t even bad. I’m very glad I went, all of my concerns were addressed and even though I asked a lot of questions, they were both very patient with me despite being busy.

Just got tested for COVID-19 at the place.Their internet appointment scheduling system is greate. Scheduled online(easy) and got text message that my appointment is in 39 min. On my way there realized that I might be late. Replied M(as instructed in previous message)and received your appointment pushed back and in about 12 min. Then I got there just waited couple of minutes.Reception lady and nurse who did the test were very nice and polite.
Efficient, effective, kind and patient. Only concern is asking for private info openly at front desk with many others present. Perhaps a text or computer checkin manner would cure that. All else amazing
I called to get some information about the antigen test. I am in search for one for the purpose of travel, and I need it taken 4 hours before my departure. The person that I spoke with on the phone was very confused and told me it would take 2-3 days to get results for a *rapid antigen test*. I also tried to get info on how I could coordinate with the staff to be able to get the test done exactly 4 hours before my departure, and got basically no answer, and no suggestion. I see from other reviews that while waiting in virtual lines, the line goes up and down. The test that I need is very time sensitive and cannot be older than 4 hours before my flight, but I also cannot be at the airport too late (2 hours max before my flight - this location being about 30-40 mins away from JFK).I wish I was able to get answers, and help with my question, as it is very urgent for me to get this test at a specific time.

From the minute I walked in everyone was courteous and highly professional I needed a PCN test and it took me five minutes in and out their automated system works beautifully and the woman at the front desk and the nurse that did the test everyone was perfect they made me feel very welcome and they were all lovely I highly recommend this place to anyone needing medical treatments or any kind of test
I came to this urgent care center to get a chest X-ray. The X-ray tech Rita was very very helpful with assisting me and what to do. Also I saw dr Vika and she was very understanding about my concerns and helped me understand more about what service they are providing me. Liz the manager was also very friendly.
Its so nice that you don’t need a referral to do an Xray and results was ready in 15 min. I made an appointment using online system. In 10 minutes I went inside Urgent Care. My xray tech Rita and doctor Elyssa was extremely nice and helpful. Will suggest this place to my friends.

Came to this site for covid testing after visiting a citymd who turned us away. Although this site at first seems disorganized as the line was made by asking who was waiting to be tested outside I was pleasantly surprised inside. The front staff were very friendly even at almost closing time and seeing so many people. Both ladies were professional and kind. I honestly was in awe at how they were handling the situation and amount of people. We did wait a while but there were many people ahead of us. When it was finally our turn the ladies that perform the exam were so kind. I wish I took her name to thank her personally. Our results came back in 10min. One person in our family tested positive. NIGHTMARE so they offered to do the test that goes to the lab we are so grateful to them we did not have to wait on the line again they took us straight in and gave us the other test and told us what to do moving forward. Very professional, kind and caring even with seeing so many people and that was towards the end of their day around closing time. I am very grateful to all of them! I highly recommend this site. Come with patience as you will have to wait but my experience here was better than Citymd. I just found my new urgent care center!!

Went there for a rapid Covid testing and rapid it was! the person who performed the test explained the possible scenarios well, what are pros and cons of different test types, what symptoms to be watching for. new and super clean facility. definitely a great option for you walk in needs. there was no line - i was taken in asap (it was about 5pm on a weekday)
I came here for the vaccine and would not recommend: the first one was OK and they seemed organized but second they didn’t respect the appointment time at all and it was an hour of waiting. If you can, go to the state centers or pharmacies, much more efficient I am sure.

Horrible , unprofessional staff and office. They ask you to text to an app so app tells you how many people are ahead of you. For some miracle reason instead of people becoming less ahead of me in a virtual line , they became more. When I started waiting there were 39 people then it became 41 after an hour and in between it was 36,35,33 and then 41. Mostly Russian staff, very rude and unprofessional. Keep away , unless all of the others are closed...

On Saturday, April 10, at 6:05 pm, I went for the covid test. The person who did the test entered the room with an attitude, without saying anything, and she would almost hurt my nose. A person without self-respect and love cannot of course be for others.something wrong with you !

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever seen and I will be persuing further action. Came to the location at 745pm. Texted the number on the door to be put in a virtual line. The number autoreplied “we dont have a wait right now. Please just see the host”. My husband and I waited 40 minutes while the receptions “igirina” registered one family. When we was finally done she said did you get a text? I showed her the text. Her reply was no you need to be registered online our line is closed. I said that is unacceptable because it clearly states we can walk right in. This woman was very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. She proceeded to speak russian which we understand but made it clear we prefer english. She then in russian said you can come back tomorrow no big deal. This is an unacceptable practice and this employee should not be working there. If the office closes at 9 arivinf at 745 is well within the time constraints. Will be folloing up with centers plan corporate in the morning.

Couldnt get tested for covid19. First of all, I reached nyc.gov.com, saw all the nearest locations where I can take FREE test. Called by the number shown on GOV site, was instructed how to join the electronic sms line, and was told that regular covid19 test with 3-5 days of result wait is FREE(insurence plan doesnt matter) and the option of rapid covid19 test with 15 minutes of wait is $125. I was very upset after half of the day of waiting, because, when my turn came, I was said regular covid19 test is also for charge of $120! Its a disgusting misinformation I got while messing up with government ruled system! Almost 1 year we have been living under pandemic, but there is still no proper system how, where and on what basis people can get tested. Im shoked. Nevertheless, girls at the front desk rather polite.

Stood 1,5 hours outside in cold weather to get Covid testing. Was told they they do not accept my insurance, however the test is free for everyone, but if I have insurance that they dont take I can neither get tested, nor pay for my test. I wasnt sure if my insurance is even active and asked them to find out and was turned away. Pathetic.

The person who administered my Covid test was very thorough, informative and polite. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable, highly informative and answered all my questions. 2022-07-20I want to thank all the staff at Urgent Care. Upon entering reception waiting area did not have any patients waiting. Reception was courteously and quick. I was triaged and seen by a doctor with in twenty minutes. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was pleasant and completed an exam that required a couple of ex-rays. I waited in exam room for ten minutes before ex-ray tech came for me. X-Rays were completed in a professional manner taking less than 5 minutes. After taking ex-rays waited in exam room for ten minutes, before nurse practitioner came back with copy of ex-ray. Although I wasn’t seen by a licensed doctor, the nurse practitioner was courteous, personable and did a satisfactory ex-am. A follow after up call to check on how I was doing one day later.

2022-01-31This was my first time visiting an urgent care, and I had a great experience at Centers Urgent Care of CI. I called before my visit, and the reps at the front desk answered all my questions.My information was entered into the system when I arrived, and I paid for my copay. After paying, The rep told me to sit in a waiting room, and Tamara arrived to take my vitals. A doctor saw me, and Tamara came back to take my bloodwork.I told Tarama that I would leave this review because she was very gentle with me and she was able to find my veins (most medical staff have to stick me repeatedly), and I was grateful for her expertise.My visit was over in about 20 minutes, and I was on my way. Easy, fast, and friendly. I would totally recommend this place.

2021-12-20Service was great from start to finish. The employees were very courteous and professional. My only problem was the scanning on the phone to sign in. For a person not computer saavy it was a bit confusing, and I never received a confirmation on my phone. I did speak to the receptionist and they confirmed my appointment. The young lady that took my test was excellent. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

I complained on my ear, PA looked at it, she very carefully checked what was is going on, called another PA to be sure that I would be prescribed the right medicine. highly recommend this place

2022-05-07I had to go to the Urgent care for severe root canal pain, I had no hope anything would help at this point. I can not be thankful enaugh for PA Katie Li , she took her time to explain all the options I had for pain management and gave the medication that finally stopped my pain. She also made sure to follow up with me. Doctors like her is not easy to find and I am greatful I was lucky to meet her when I needed help the most .
