Don’t waste your time at this dealership. They have the worst inventory, rude salesmen, wasted my time going there twice. First time i met Leif, he told me I’ll never find a car for the price I was looking for ($400 which isn’t low) and that I can go get a Toyota for that. Didn’t offer me any other options. Second time I had an appointment to see a jeep they had on lot and then when I got there they told me oh no they sold it days ago- after confirming the morning of. Most unprofessional dealer, 10/10 do not recommend.
I love this dealership! . The guys here are great. Alex Vera is amazing!!!!! Always gets me in and out when my car needs maintance. Very patient with all my questions on the car. Helps me figure out the features that I can’t figure out lol. They have the best cars and these guys are really friendly and down to earth. DEFINITELY buying my next car from them as well

Klara (the kind lady who works in the finance department) was very helpful when we tried to work out the pricing in which would benefit her dealership but also us the client as well. Believe the 1 star reviews. Very few folks here are nice and helpful. Some gaslight you and make you feel like you’re making up whats wrong with your car even when there are pics and videos. They tend to waste your time and not fix things under warranty so they say nothing is wrong. I have had to completely tell myself never to come here again. I had to send pictures and videos of my issues to a friend who builds vehicles for a living and they confirmed I was 100% correct on each issue and confirmed they just don’t want to do the work. If you have a complaint, don’t just leave a review. Call FCA Customer Care. Let them investigate. I now have to take my vehicle to entirely new dealership to get my car serviced for a leak they didn’t have time to address today. Which is fine and I get they have a lot of appointments, but to blatantly say nothing is wrong with a vehicle when there is photographic and video evidence they refuse to look at is ridiculous. I am very knowledgeable about vehicles and have done my own repairs that go beyond the average person. So when I say something is wrong and they say “its not” to then only come back with a man by my side and then they say “oh yeah youre right”….is upsetting to say the least. I am sure folks here are drained and have limited resources to work with, but that’s everywhere. Do better and listen to the customers. We don’t want to have to go back and forth 2-3 times for the same issue to only have you admit it the final round. Its not okay. And its not okay to passive aggressively answer the phones in a horrible tone all day. That’s specifically for the woman in service. She knows who she is. Always huffing and puffing in the background, not communicating well and putting people on hold without telling them or just being so matter of fact about things without any iota of listening. Newsflash: the cars arent cheap and we paid for them. If they are under warranty we are still paying customers. And paying customers come back happy when treated well within reason.
REGRET trading my Eclass for a Sahara. WORST customer service. They need to train their staff on how to talk to customers. Place could use some serious remodeling as well. Sales people are rude. Service advisors are rude. The woman who cashes you out is rude. Manager doesnt get back to you. Horrible. Go somewhere else. Cannot wait for my lease to be over. Maybe Im just spoiled dealing with Mercedes all these years :(
Hey guys this is my second time on buying a vehicle at a second Dodge dealer location and its phenomenal hands down! As you can see by the photos below, I am a Jeep Man! I have owned many Jeeps in my life (71 Years of it so far...) and I have yet to have had an experience that is a GREAT as the one I have had with Danielle Velez & John Rosabella. Central Avenue Jeep in Yonkers is a dealer that gives you a fair shake and they dont play games! I traveled over an hour to buy my Jeep from them & it was certainly well worth the trip!
My brother when to this car dealer and he went through the worst car purchase of his life.. you’ll have a new car sale manager tell u he’s the GM of the store like, joe carino himself. About my concerns not wanting the vehicle anymore he said to him speak to our lawyer or take a hike. Bad customer service.. not recommended
This has honestly been the worse dealership in history! My Bestfriend purchased a car from them a couple of months ago & ever since then it has been a DISASTER! First things first about a couple of weeks after having the car, the engine light came on, they went back the guy did whatever he did to make the light go off & reassured my Bestfriend that if any other problems with engine happens, to go back to him and he will fix. As expected light came back on and the guy. Tells them theres nothing wrong. Fast forward to now my Bestfriend and her 10 month old son is sitting in the car and it begins to smoke. Her boyfriend then opens the hood and is met with a burst of flames. Car is literally on fire!!!!! My Bestfriend and her family could have lost their lives. The dealership had the audacity to tell my friend that this is not their problem. Theres nothing they can do to help her. I couldnt believe my ears! STAY AWAYYYYYYY! From this company. They are trash!
I took my car with the gas light on and asked them to check my car and was turned down and told to come back bec it might be air in my gas or I got bad gas. Disappointed with the services here. I took it to Eastchester. They took it right away and I had a gas leak. Every time I went here it was an argument. Remember customer is always right.
Such a great experience!Not one but two Jeeps bought from here (one for my wife and I within a few months).Had the honor working with the amazing team especially with Danielle V. Danielle made the process so easy, plus she was warm, welcoming and has a personally...(thank God, many can learn) And suggested what I really needed what was worth it to add-on.These are the many reasons why I recommend friends of mine to contact them. Amazing Jeep dealer, I recommend buying your next Jeep there I actually bought my last seven cars at Westbury Jeep. But now I think I found a new dealer theyre friendly quick and its not like your average car buying experience. The sales manager is Jimmy is awesome and a gentleman. We quickly negotiated a price without going back and forth a hundred times. I will be getting my kids cars there which will be driving in a couple of years. Before I went to Central avenue I went to four other dealers and no one came close with price and service. You will not be disappointed. Service department on the other hand is absolutely terrible. See below to what I wrote to Jeep headquarters and the service department and got no response from either.The service in Central avenue Jeep service department was absolutely Terrible. If I can help it I would never bring my car there again. Between the attitudes from the service techs and secretaries. The lack of communication between the rental company stalantis and the service department. Everybody in that service department was very cocky, arrogant and very dismissive. Its as if they dont want the business and they dont want people to come back. When my car was dropped off they did not set up any kind of rental for me. I was told to set it up on my own and now Im stuck with putting 3,600 on my credit card until I get reimbursed. You can be sure I will give the service department a bad report. Its an absolute shame because Jimmy and the sales department were all gentleman and I gave them an amazing write up and The people in the service department are making them look bad.The problem is Im the one that has the problem with my brand new truck. Im not asking to be served with white gloves. The only thing is I ask is to be treated with the same respect I treat them with.In the email Im attaching the Hertz rental bill along with the repair order that took almost 2 months. I expect to have that paid obviously. Also Im requesting my 2 months of lease payment to be paid as well being that I did not have my car for 2 months. I am also going to attach my lease statement with what I pay monthly.I hope that you could help me with this terrible experience that I had, especially having to lay out 3600 on my credit card. Im trying to keep my credit immaculate so that I can purchase my first home. This will not help my cause with keeping my credit score up. This is an absolute disaster.Show quoted text
Bought two vehicles from this location and will not any more. Every time I call the service department I get an extremely rude, miserable guy who makes me not want to do business. Why deal with that when we can just go elsewhere for the same products? Wish I had his name so I can post it. If you are the dealership and plan to answer this post please do not ask me to call-just speak with the tool who answers when you ask for service.
Wow, so mind blowing how great the principal of this car dealership. I spoke with Jonathan grant over the phone about a situation with his store . He ask me to come in about we’ll handle it when I come in in person and no lie it was the fastest problem resolved I even been into .. not even 5 minutes the situation was handle thanks thanks Jonathan grant
John R. was our salesman. He was very accommodating and helpful! He found us the exact Jeep that we were looking for with all the features we wanted! And since John couldn’t be there for our vehicle pick-up in person, Jimmy G. was there to make our pick-up go nice and smoothly. We got our car within just a couple days of discussions (over the phone), and only had to make 1 trip out to the dealer, and that day was for the pick-up. Smooth and easy, and got exactly what we wanted! Thanks Central Ave especially to John and Jimmy! (FYI this place was so much better than Riverdale Jeep!!! Riverdale Jeep was disorganized, not helpful, small, and they didn’t seem to care about or pay attention to their customers needs as much!)
Central Av Jeep is the best. I’ve had a jeep since 2008. Just about 200k miles on 2 vehicles. I’ve tried other dealerships/service departments in the NYC area for repairs/service no other comes close. ... I’m currently leasing a vehicle from them as well .. if your want to feel welcomed, treated with respect and get expert service on your vehicle there’s only one choice Central Ave Jeep. My service rep Marco is hands down one of the best in the business. He is professional, courteous and attentive to all your needs and is always willing to work with you. See him/them for all your Jeep,Dodge , Chrysler needs !!
I LOVE the service department at Central Ave Jeep. They always have taken every issue I have had with my lease and thoroughly inspected and checked out my truck. They solve problems quickly and efficiently and always manage to service your vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. Even the Valet and the Greeters are the best here, they are always happy to see you and remember you when you come in. It is nice to know that Central Ave Jeep still maintains such great long-term customer service in a world where everything is impersonal! DEFINITELY GET YOUR JEEP FROM HERE!

I strongly recommend using this dealership!
First things first: I have not posted any online reviews for anything in over a decade. But my recent experience with Central Avenue Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram deserves a review. In short, if I could give these guys 6 (out of possible 5) stars, I would. Here’s why: My Dodge Challenger developed a slow air leak in rear right tire. The tire would lose about 4 psi overnight every night, so I had to inflate it to normal pressure with my portable pump every day to drive safely (as it is a rear-wheel-drive muscle car). I thought I caught a nail or something. I took the car to this dealership and watched the technicians work. They struggled to find the problem for about 45 minutes and I began to worry that they would not be able to find it. It was not a nail, but the leak was real. They consulted with the Service Department manager a couple of times. Eventually, they found a tiny place where the seal between the rim and the tire was imperfect. They showed it to me. The initial guess was that the rim may be damaged and might need to be replaced. Then, following some discussions and them asking me a few questions, it was decided to re-seat and re-seal the tire, because no apparent damage was found either on the rim or the tire. Obviously, they also had to re-balance the tire. The bottom line is this: NO ONE tried to pressure me into buying a new rim or tire (or both, which would be over 2000 bucks total). Instead they fixed the problem professionally, carefully and honestly. They worked on it for about an hour and a half, involving the Service Department manager (Marco Varrenti – I have his business card). The cherry on top? You will never guess how much they charged me for all this work. Ready? They charged me 27 bucks (not a typo: twenty seven bucks)! I have not dealt with sales people there, so I have no opinion. But if you need fast, meticulous and FAIR service – you can’t go wrong with these guys (this was my second time getting service there. The first time was just as good).
John Rosabella is outstanding. He happily went above and beyond for us every step of the way, and working with him has been the best experience we’ve ever had when purchasing a car. He’s a wonderful person and a pleasure to deal with, and he’s extremely knowledgeable, which helped ensure that we got exactly the right car for us. He continues to be a fantastic resource now that we have the car, too. We also had the pleasure of meeting manager Joe Carino, who helped make sure that everything went as smoothly and wonderfully as possible. Our past experiences with leasing haven’t been good but we had a great experience at the Central Ave Jeep. Neal Matos was an absolute pleasure and couldn’t have been better, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. He went above and beyond and did not pressure us at all and ensured our very need was taken care of. I can confidently say we will be returning to Neal for future car leases and highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and would definitely suggest everyone to visit the place and you would not be disappointed at all.
**DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP**I inquired about a Used Grand Cherokee at this dealership. They immediately call me around 10 AM to schedule an appointment to test drive it at 1 PM. So far so good.I drive an hour and 20 to the dealership and upon arrival, they tell me that the car was already sold the other day. Really? You just called me a few hours ago and told me it was in stock.I was paying cash and would have purchased a similar model they had in stock if they simply told me that the car was not in stock ahead of time. Terrible business practice. They will not be getting a penny of my business and I DO NOT recommend them.
Where do I even begin??!!I bought my previous car, Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2019 from here and went back earlier this month to go over options before my lease was up. I was pleased to meet Ervina Gega!! She was very professional and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. She knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and she knew what I wanted and made it happen! She made me feel at home, not pressured at all regarding my new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited L. She got me at the payment I wanted along with Klara Coku in finance! They both were very professional and made this feel so easy. I got out of my old car and into my new car in less than an hour and a half! Such a pleasant experience. I most definitely will be back here and recommend anyone to Central Ave Jeep! They also referred me to Frankie who works with Allstate and he was able to get me a great deal on my car insurance!
I had the best experience purchasing my new wrangler with John. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and organized and made sure I was getting the best deal on exactly what I wanted. I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to John Rosabella. His demonstrated exemplary patience and did not rush me into settling for just any car. I explained to Neal what I wanted and I must say I’m so happy I called him. He is an amazing listener and excellent customer service skills. While I was stressing he kept saying don’t worry. Both salespersons Antoneta and Richard helped me locate my new leased 2017 Jeep Renegade Altitude. I went to Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep with 3 requirements: white, 6-speed manual transmission, with a retractable sky roof. They didnt have this particular car on their lot so they, along with Nosh the manager, worked tirelessly to find it at another dealership for me. They were all very personable and worked to get me the best deal they could. I would highly recommend this friendly dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. I absolutely love my car! It was definitely worth the wait!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.These are such weird times we are experiencing and everyone at Central Ave made it a simple and pleasant process.When the car arrived from the factory my sales representative Orlando Ghoshroy started the whole process and within hours I received a call to pick up my Wrangler.After signing everything, Orlando gave me a full tour of my vehicle, showed me how to remove the hard top, we sat in the vehicle for 30 min setting my phone up, going over the whole interior functions.I also want to thank the GSM Jim Ingenito for all the help.Overall I could not have asked for a better experience.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!I purchased a Jeep Gladiator from this location in August of last year. It was supposed to come with a hard top. I agreed to take delivery of it with a soft-top (which I paid for) and take delivery of the hard top later. It took them well over four months to give me the hard top. When it was delivered to me, it was from their body shop not the service department.When I got home, I stowed it until the Spring/Summer were over. Just now, in 2021 I installed it and found it to be noisy. Took it into the local dealership in my town and they told me that the Central Avenue Chrysler dealership failed to provide me with two brackets that are not covered by warranty and are running me around $350 to obtain. They also found some defects in the gasket that helps seal the freedom panels to the hard top.There is no way that anyone should purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are dishonest in the transaction process (they clearly did not deliver to me a factory new hard top as agreed) and management only cared about me submitting a good Google review and making sure that their Chrysler survey was all five starsEDIT: As you can see dealer management monitors their reviews and if you look at other negative reviews they post that little blurb asking for the consumer to reach out. Consider this, I bought a vehicle from this dealership and they clearly have my phone number what is the difficulty in finding me and asking me about my experience? It would seem to me that their reply is not really for the customer logging in a bad review, but rather to convince the customer reading the bad review that they are a responsive dealiership. They are not. Do not do business with them.
My experience at Central Ave Jeep was nothing less than amazing thanks to John Rosabella. The buying process was as seamless as possible. He was thorough in explaining everything not only about the car once it arrived, but through the paperwork as well. I would like to take this moment to thank John Rosabella for helping me out. I purchased my jeep gladiator in January and lost the jeep to the recent flooding. I called John right away after the insurance company declared it a total lose. He got right on top of finding me a replacement. John and the whole staff at dealer. I have had the most excellent experience in dealing with the Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. After my lease ended with another party in June, there were many, many issues in finding a replacement lease and the entity holding the lease would not extend it.In stepped Central Avenue and the wonderful customer service of Mr. John Rosabella, along with General Manager Jimmy Inginito, Service Advisor Marco, and Service Manager Jack, amongst many others, to offer impeccable service, courteous and attentive communication, and pragmatic, calm problem-solving abilities. I highly recommend using this dealership if you are in the market to lease or buy a new vehicle, I really cannot thank them enough. They took a very stressful situation and made it as easy as could possible be for me and my family. This dealership is absolutely amazing. I bought a jeep cherokee for my daughter and they were the best price. The owner Johnny is possibly the nicest guy I have ever met. The worst car buying experience that truly made me regret buying my Grand Cherokee from them. The staff is only nice to get your money, make countless mistakes, suddenly change the price of vehicles because they think you didn’t see the online sales price… If you want an anywhere decent experience and to be treated with respect and not cursed at by staff members I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. ( These complaints were taken to upper management over a month ago and they keep ignoring what happened- I’m still waiting on your phone call Jimmy it’s time to hold your staff accountable.)Post update after contacting owner- apologize for foul language of staff but never received any follow up call like I was promised
The whole entire car buying was never as easy and stress free. The salesman was the most knowledgeable person I have ever had in buying a car.Everyone in the dealership was very professional from the Sales Manager to the finance department to the meeting the service department. More than once, they dont have oil change appointment for at least 3 weeks out. I have prepaid oil change credits that I would like to use, but need to wait few weeks for appointment. My car wont wait that long so I have had to go to other places and pay for oil changes while I have prepaid credits here unused. I asked to book the next appointment 3 months from now but they wont book so far in advance. I dont see the issue with booking appointments into the near future, especially if you cant accommodate people with sooner appointments. This is an ongoing issue.

Shout out to Marco for the great service I received today at Jeep Chrysler. Throughout last week, my car was very hesitant to start. On Friday, I stopped by and asked Marco to take a quick look at my car. He had one of the valets hook it up to a pod and noticed my battery was weak. He told me to drop the car off on Sunday evening and by today, Monday, at 11:am, the battery has been replaced and my car is back with me. Thanks, Marco for fitting me into the schedule. I just walked out with my dream car, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, and it was all thanks to Klara! If I could honestly give her a 100-star rating, I would. From the very beginning, Klara made me feel like a valued customer and never did she belittle me. She was so humble, sweet and professional all at the same time. I first inquired about a Jeep Wrangler from their online system and someone at the front desk literally contacted me within two minutes to schedule me to come in for an appointment. They set me up with Klara and it was the best thing they could have ever done! Klara and I met on a busy Saturday where I just wanted to talk numbers and although she had many clients, she made me feel that my inquiry was just as important as everyone who was there and she gave me the same respect and courtesy. As she was in between clients, she continued to maintain her professionalism and communicate with me on what she was working on as well as give me a timeframe for my wait time. She then showed me a bunch of options that they had in stock towards what I was looking for and broke it all down for me. NEVER did she rush me, guide me towards other cars I was not interested in or made me feel that my time was not valuable. We then discussed what I wanted and crunched numbers. I then took off and “went to shop for the best deal.” LET ME TELL YOU, DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER BECAUSE KLARA/CENTRAL WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL EVER!I jumped out from my 2015 Nissan Sentra, that had negative equity, and rolled out with a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. This was because Klara WORKED WITH ME to get me what I wanted, at the price range I was looking for, threw in the best offers, deals, and DID NOT WORK AGAINST ME. My vehicle was then appraised and price matched towards the amount that I was looking for. Klara even kept me in my minimum price range and I honestly couldn’t believe it. Mind you, this all happened due to Klara’s open availability at all hours of the day to answer all of my questions and what made it even better was that she was available via text. I then went in to see the vehicle a couple of days later, color choice and everything. We then confirmed pricing once more and that is when I met Nosh, the Finance Manager. Nosh was amazing from start to finish and this guy knows his stuff! I must’ve asked him a dozen of questions, had him clarify millions of times until I understood and he was so knowledgeable, patient and willing to honestly help me towards my end goal. He is not your typical “salesman” who is out to get your money or throw those fancy terms at you to confuse you. He is down to earth, straight forward and works to get you the best deal that he possibly can.Once everything was agreed upon, I came back in the next day to finalize the paperwork and pick up my car. There I was, leasing a car. It was a scenario I’d seen represented so frequently in commercials and movies that I couldn’t wait to experience it myself.As someone who owned the same car since high school, I simply never got to test these infamous waters. After many warnings from friends and family about car dealers, I walked into Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram like a soldier marching into battle. Jaw stiff, teeth clenched, muscles bulging out of my plaid shirt, looking rather handsome no doubt.My expectations were subverted almost immediately. In came Steven, the Jeep salesman in charge of handling my rigid presence. His demeanor was calm, smooth, and comforting; really the ideal disposition for this situation.Together, we worked through my dreams and desires, some of which were apparently unusual (chief blue Jeeps are rare, it seems). As a negotiator, Steven makes it feel like you’re working together rather than against each other, a truly key skill in this field. He made sure we communicated during my visit to a rival dealership and we found a solid middle-ground between possible lease rates.Compared to the other Jeep dealership, Central Ave is saintly; the charlatans that comprise their competition are a squirrelly bunch and I looked forward to returning to Yonkers after I looked around. The owner of the dealership and several employees unrelated to my transaction asked if I needed anything, how I was doing, and what I hope to accomplish in this fragile time bomb we call life.The team of salespeople here have a sitcom-esque dynamic, so much so that I think my next film might have to be about a Jeep dealership. After agreeing on a rate, Steven escorted me to Noah, a former salesman turned honcho in charge of finances. I love this guy, he’s a straight shooter and an extremely hard-working lynchpin of the team. He had some incredible interactions with other salespeople who dipped in and out of his office, including various solid high fives and fraternal ribbing.After working through the financials and the initial day of figuring things out, Steven made sure I could reach him any time via text or call. When you’re plugging along through the process and several variables are at play, being able to ask questions and keep updated like that is huge for peace of mind. Within a week of my initial waltz into the dealership, I was driving off the lot with my Wrangler. Its hard to put into words how excited I am about this beast. Steven definitely sensed it and added to the utter joy of the moment I rode off into the sunset (or more accurately, Central Avenue at 10 AM).Im very pleased with my experience at Central Ave and look forward to continuing our harmonious relationship through my 3 year lease and beyond.

My review is specific to the experience that I had with Alex Veras. I went in on Tuesday 6/29 to have my car serviced for a recall part. I booked the appointment months in advance, but when I arrived they were unable to find it. Alex looked through the system and located my appointment! He promised my vehicle at 12 Noon, but I told him I need to be somewhere. I dropped it off at 7:50am and he called me before 10:30am to tell me it was ready! He is extremely personable and actually engages with his clients with humor. Everyone hates having to bring their car in for service, but the few moments you spend with him at the front desk makes it delightful.

Service at Central Avenue was amazing. Jack and Marco went above and beyond. Local Jeep dealer near where I broke down (Garden City Jeep) was absolute trash and played games with me for 3 days. One phone call to Jack and he sent a tow truck from Yonkers to Garden City to get my car. Couldnt thank these guys enough. Good to know that great customer service still exists!
While the sales team was nice and we ended up leasing a vehicle from them, this dealership is not the most professional and organized dealers out there.Firstly, we were interested in a vehicle that was offsite so they had a staff member drive the vehicle from another location to the dealership. It was a brand new vehicle with less than 15 miles on it, probably not even test driven. I then opened the driver side door and it immediately smelt like fresh cigarette smoke, and there was soot on the center console. It was very unprofessional knowing one of their staff members smoked in someones brand new vehicle while driving it over to the dealer. It took a few weeks for the smell to come out of the car.Secondly, the vehicle was supposed to come with two key fobs and they somehow could not locate the other one, they ended up mailing it to us a week later.Additionally, the vehicle that we selected came with the MOPAR mats at an additional charge. This added feature was on the window sticker of the vehicle, and on the website listing. It was factored into the cost of the vehicle. They brought the vehicle around front and I noticed none of the slush mats were in the car. They found two front ones, and told us they would mail us the back mats. I received a few calls pertaining to a dealer survey and I told them the same thing every time that we were looking for the back mat and the sales girl said she would follow up and get back to me. I never heard anything. I emailed and left messages for our specific sales guy and did not hear back. It has been two months.I am an understanding and cooperative person as I am young and make mistakes as well but I just do not believe my experience here was as good as it could have been. I do not know if I will ever see the mats. I do not live near this dealership either. Once again, the staff was nice but I just think the experience could have been better for the sale of a 50k vehicle for a 22 year old student like myself.

Both of them were immensely courteous, and made the process easy, transparent and swift. Would definitely recommend anyone in the market to do business with them, and will be returning myself.
Two weeks ago I called to inquire about my options for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was turned away. I spoke to one of the salesmen at this establishment and he advised me not to come in because of my circumstances. Ive never felt so disrespected over the phone in my life. I never got the man’s name because he didn’t even give me a chance to talk. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and I now have a brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee.
Terrible place very underhanded practices. They lied 4x trying to get over. First they added a $5k warranty I didnt ask for. quoted payment was ridiculously high they said accidentally put wrong tax rate last time I checked nys had the same tax rate statewide. Then they tried adding a $500 Chrysler fee I was purchasing my lease so its waived. The worst of all is they tried adding $3k to my residual. Up to that point I made sure all the #s were right but when it comes to contract time theres an additional $3k in the deal. At this point Im there 3.5 hours. A person cannot be this incapable at their job so I chalk it up as scumbag practices. This place is everything thats wrong with the car biz.
This establishment is the worst. There were so many unprofessional experiences I had from the start of my vehicle purchase till today were I am still waiting for a remainder balance of my trade in. From the sales men, to finance, and to even the service department I have had a stressful experience. Time out of my day taken just to speak to someone in person because no one would ever return my phone call or give me the answers I was looking for. I felt like I was being brushed of since they already had my money. I have even put complaints in with JEEP corporate on theses matters.If you do purchase from here please be mindful and do your research
I would like to compliment Marco Varrenti, for the excellent customer service he provided. I had a manufacturer defect with passenger side door, vehicle was purchased, July 22, 2021. I called, July 23, 2021, Marco answered the phone and said appointment was not needed, that meant the world to me. In addition he sorted out discrepancies with my account immediately. Marcos professionalism and eagerness to get to the root of all issues was beyond my expectations, it was exhilarating. Juan, valet parking attendant greetings were kind, friendly and professional.
I wanted to share my experience on buying my new 2020 Black Jeep Cherokee! I would like to say Thank You to the outstanding services I received from Sabastian in Sales and Neal in Finances. They made my documentation process simple, easy, organized, efficient and more importantly, professional. My Sales representative arranged to have me picked-up on time, the only thing I needed to do on-site is sign documents, and escorted in my new Jeep! I especially enjoyed my interaction with John Rosabella. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, helpful and very easy to speak with. He explained the entire process clearly and explained each item I was asked to sign. He walked me through all of the features on my Grand Cherokee Limited and even paired my phone with the car. He also explained all of the features of the Uconnect App and encouraged me to use it and explained why it was a smart app to use. I recently brought a car from Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I came across a lot of issues with that car , however thanks to Joe and Aida my situation was rectified. Aida was an amazing car sales woman , very patient and understanding . She made herself available for me whenever I had any car difficulty. Joe ensured I would not leave unhappy after having to take off work a few times to bring my car back to the dealership. When I did have to attend the dealership , Joe ensured I was given a loner so I would not have to miss out on work . Joe, Aida and Klara are a dream team . They each sat with me , talked to me and ensured I would leave a happy camper , which I am . Thank you guys for making my car troubles right while displaying patience and understanding.
The best part of my experience buying from here was I did it almost entirely online, and when I did go in to pick the car up, I was there for maybe 20 minutes. I also got an amazing deal on my car. The only drawback to it being so quick (and full disclosure this is the second time Ive ever bought a car, first time I ever bought a car from a dealership) was I had questions about a few things, but I sort of felt like I was being pushed out the door as soon as I got there. It was clearly busy, and as I said I got my car which I love, at a great price, but the process was so fast I was left with a few questions never answered.
Our salesman, John R, provided us with great service. He brought a vehicle from a central location so that we could test drive the exact car we wanted. He supported us well through the process. During the holiday season, the dealership worked well with us to complete the entire sales process, including trade-in, in one day.Both staff and customers did not wear masks indoors at all times. This was concerning. I almost reduced the rating, however the dealership treated us well. We recommend this location improves both staff and customer adherence to Covid safety protocols. I was admittedly uncomfortable at times.

I’m a transporter. I’ve been going to this facility on a weekly basis to get lease returns from it. Adam Oliveri had been exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to facilitate my job. I just let him know what vehicles I am going to get a day before and when I get there they are ready. In and out quickly. Not what happens in other dealerships. Happy to recommend this dealership to anyone because I know they will get top of the line service. Keep up the good work .

I went to this dealership interested in leasing a Charger, but was told they have none of these cars in the lot and was shown a car already sold. I would have to sign into a lease which would take 8 to 13 weeks to be delivered. Why would I lease a car without test driving it? Ill take my business elsewhere.
Alex Veras is the man you need to ask for. Show up for the first oil changed for my new durango with out an appointment didnt know i need one. I was told they couldn’t take my car because no appointment so i end up making an appointment and i walked out, i was in my car when Alex show up to my window told me not to leave he will take care of me. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Nosh & Laurie for their professionalism and help. I was working with another dealer nearby who quoted me about $500/month for my vehicle and then tried to gouge us nearly 100$ a month more on the back end once they had already taken our deposit.Our lease was up and I was desperate to find something last minute and was determined not to give my money to the other dealership. I called in the morning and spoke with Laurie who was so kind and reassuring that they would be able to help me. Nosh called me back within 10 minutes. In person, he was a total sweetheart to me. This was my first time buying a car and the experienced staff were very professional and made the process seamless and were patient enough to explain everything down to the last detail. They were honest and not pushy at all. They made sure that every last detail was taken care of from the sales aspect to taking care of the insurance to making sure I learned the ins and outs of my vehicle to even lending me a charger for my phone while I was there! Service with a smile, flexible and understanding!Suffice it to say, I was not having a good day by the time I came in for a repair. After a hectic morning of errands I had managed to back my Jeep into a steel pole, ripping off a fender - IMMEDIATELY after having the whole thing detailed!Alex and his team were able to immediately survey the damage and get my Jeep back to looking new within minutes. Great communication, and they were *very* reasonable on fees since the repair was more a matter of technical know-how than a time-consuming rebuild. I am thankful that they were able to squeeze me so late in the day and Ill definitely be back for my next (hopefully routine) service!

Had an amazing experience today with Klara who helped me get a new Jeep Wrangler for my daughter. After inquiring a few weeks ago, she was incredibly responsive, personable, and informative and texted and emailed me in follow up. After she helped me choose one today, I then had a quick 5 minute call with their amazing finance manager Nosh to finalize the deal. I mentioned to Klara that I didn’t have a ride to the dealer to pick it up and would have to wait until I could get a ride and Klara offered to drop it off at my house and finish the paperwork in my driveway - she went above and beyond for me and truly made my experience a great one. I highly recommend the dealership and be sure to ask for Klara!

He tirelessly made the effort to get all the information needed for the finance department to secure the loan. Neal was the finance department chief who assisted us with getting documents needed by the lending company to secure the vehicle loan. We left the dealership with a 2019 Sentra Nissan! So another example of excellent relationship building from this dealership! Little over a week ago I went in for an oil change. My service advisor Alex Veras informed me of an ongoing tire sale until the end of November. I was actually going to wait until the spring to purchase new tires. This was a deal I just could not pass up, considering how expensive my tires are. Alex my service advisor always goes above and beyond to ensure I always have the best experience. Once I decided on a set of tires I wanted, Alex ordered them right away and scheduled an appointment immediately to have them installed. The whole process didn’t take more than a few days. Luckily the tires were in stock and were overnighted to the dealership. This dealership is always looking to ensure the absolute best consumer experience, and Alex my service advisor has guarantees it!! Thanks to all of the folks who were involved during this recent experience.
Even though I love the car, the dealership is terrible. They did not apply my tag in timely manner. I still do not have my tag and they said drive around with expired temp tag. They do not return calls and do not do anything. I would stay away from dealer.Update on 2-26-21, I finally received the tag after 3 months. I am not sure what the problem was, maybe pandemic. I am changing my rating to 4 stars since they follow through. I will buy car from them again.
Aida was awesome from the very beginning of our experience at Central Ave. Jeep. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and got us a very fair deal on a lease for a 2021 Cherokee. Paul, the insurance rep, was equally as helpful and informative. We will definitely be back to lease another Jeep!
I thought I had a seamless experience with the return of my lease (2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) until I received a notice from the bank that I leased through stating that I had a past due balance of $804. When I called Central Ave I was told that the car didnt get grounded until December when I returned in October! I was charged an extension fee for every day it was past due when I did my part and returned it on time! The worse part is that I overpaid the bank by one payment and they are holding my $450 because of the past due balance which I am NOT responsible for. Unfortunately the person I spoke with from this dealership said they would handle it and frankly sounded annoyed when I called to follow up. Here we are over a week later and the issue still hasnt been handled and Im out $450. Cautionary tale when you return your lease make sure it gets grounded by this dealership on time or youll be held accountable by your bank.

I had worked with central ave jeep for my first compass lease and came back in today just to browse options for my next lease. I worked with Claire who was awesome and made it such a stress free and enjoyable experience. It was such a good experience that instead of browsing I chose a car and brought it home the same day. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my future cars (specifically Claire)!I cannot add another review, so here we are 3 years later! I went to jeep for my 3rd car and was disappointed with the service from my sales associate. He was unprofessional and not the most helpful. HOWEVER! Nosh Margilaj absolutely turned my experience around! I had calls from him and another manager immediately to fix the negative experience and they certainly did. Nosh goes above and beyond and and really takes the time to explain things. I will absolutely go back again when this lease is up and deal with him directly.

Very easy to make an appointment with them and you never have to wait long for one. Joe carini was fantastic. He went above and beyond to take care of us with no pressure and even delivered the car to our house. My boyfriend scheduled a test drive. Spoke to lady whom he made it very clear how serious he was about the inquiry. She assured him the car was 100% there and ready to go. Made the drive and got there at 4:30 when our test drive was set for 4:45. Car was in the lot as we did see it when we pulled up. After all this we were so excited to get to check it out until we were told we couldn’t test drive it because of the “rain”. I understand that if it was raining heavily it probably wouldn’t be the time. But no exaggeration at most it was a very light drizzle of rain.My boyfriend and i walked out. The worse part is whoever the women my bf spoke to on the phone never even scheduled it until we walked in and had to check in but they noticed his information was down. Horrible experience and waste of our time

Was given a salesman named Ernie who even after my insistence on the tire size and options it was missing, does not even know what size tires are on the vehicle, I had to point it out to him. He then took me inside, tossed a piece of paper on the table and walked away when he came back, he asks why didnt I put down my address, phone number, et cetera. I explained I did not want to leave all that information just to find out the price of a vehicle, I do not want to test drive just a simple question this guy needs to go and deliver food or do something else according to his skill set very unprofessional. Walked away muttering something about customers. This guy is why people stay away from dealers. Ill buy my NEW Jeep online.

I went there to end my lease early and get another Jeep. I worked with Leif. He knew I was still shopping around and was very patient. He didnt hound me with phone calls EVERYDAY like some dealerships and was 100% up front about fees the entire time. I went to another dealer (rhymes with shmeastchester) and was given different prices that changed when I decided to make a deal. The day I picked up my car Leif was unavailable but Alex (I think that was his name, he had nice eyes) was very nice, helpful, and informative. I left feeling very comfortable with my new car. The only reason why its not 5 stars is that as a loyal customer, I thought I might have gotten some perks (like 6 free oil changes) as a sign of appreciation like the last time I got a car from Central (Greenwich Jeep gave me complimentary oil changes too). Instead they tried to sell it as an add-on. In general it was a great experience as usual. Keep up the great work and honesty guys!!! Thanks!!! See you in 3 years!
I have a Jeep Cherokee 2019 and in les than two months there was two major problems wrong with my car. The first problem was something under my left front tire was rubbing and making noise whenever you tried to make a full lock to the right and my 2nd problem was my battery giving problem and my car not starting and I haven’t had the car for two months. So yesterday July 24th I brought I back for them to look at it at service a guy that works in service that’s looks Indian his name is OMAR KHAN he is the worst I’ve ever seen working for a top company he doesn’t know how to approach a customer for talking for my rights he wanted to fight me and arguing with me before he try to be professional and attend to my car that was so unprofessional of him and I don’t think he should be working there. That’s the worst experience I’ve ever faced as a consumer that guy will make business go bad and that’s not good your customers…..
Orlando was the biggest help with finding the right car for me! This was my first car that I would be leasing on my own and he made sure I understood all the terms of the lease, connected with me with the finance department to assist with my credit application and kept in constant contact with me about the status of any paper work I had filled out and about picking up my car in general. Whenever I called with a question he either answered immediately or promptly called me back in less than a half hour. I previously had a car that was an older model that did not have features such as car play, backup cameras, push to start etc. and he took the time out to make sure I knew how everything worked before i left the dealership. His attitude was also very refreshing and uplifting during times that are as hectic as these! Could not have been happier with the service I recieved!
I came to the dealership with a negative attitude and thought, that I basically won’t be able to sell my car or traded in. The people at this dealership are amazing, the sense of family that they were sold upon their customers as well as the energy and positivity that they share with each other while conducting Business is truly amazing. They were able to take my old beaten down 2010 Ford Escape and I left with my dream car, Jeep Wrangler in fantastic condition. This place is great, I was having trouble getting approved for a loan because of some credit troubles. Long story short after trying 2 other Jeep dealerships a friend of mine recommended central ave jeep. The whole central ave team was awesome especially the finance department, they were able to get me into my Grand Cherokee LIMITED!!! With the numbers I wanted. I called this place in regards to returning a lease. I called around end of October and the person who took my call wanted every single detail about me and my vehicle. I only had a very simple question about returning, no need for my entire life story. She said she would have a manager call me back ASAP. I am still waiting for that call. Maybe they will call me soon? Good thing another dealer called me within 15 minutes of my call and solved my issue. Terrible.

This is the worse dealership you can ever bring your car to. They assume that you dont know about cars so they will up sale you. These guys are definitely without a doubt ripping off customers. If you call and get a price on a job from one sale rep, hang up and call again and speak to another sale rep, you will get a totally different price, sometimes hundreds of dollars difference. Not a good dealer to go to. They also do not give customer service surveys. This place has been reported to corporate.

My mother just got a new truck and I upgraded mine. Jimmy and Orlando spent so much time explaining all our possible options and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our biggest issue was that we never leased before and were uneducated on the whole process. They were extremely patient and very detailed in explaining lease vs finance options. Two very happy ladies with new trucks! We will definitely be returning in the future.
I just picked up my Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday and I couldnt be happier. 2021-09-21In January I returned my lease in great condition. A few months later during the return inspection I get charged for vandalism of a broken windshield and hanging rain sensor. Someone in this location vandalized my car and Im being charged for it by the bank. When I returned the car one of the workers went through it with my husband and the only damage noted was a broken key. I am currently in the process of trying to get an attorney to help me with the situation because when I call the dealership I get transferred to an answering machine. Not worth the headache. 2022-05-12The Central Ave jeep team was amazing to work with. I ordered a truck through John Rosabella and he gave me weekly updates on the vehicles status religiously and stayed in contact up to the day it arrived. Once the vehicle was in John and the rest of the dealership team were super efficient in inspecting and prepping it for pickup. He made the buying process incredibly easy and went through all the paperwork with attention to detail, me and my family have been customers of theirs for years and will continue to stay loyal.

2021-10-28I’m not big on reviews as I feel most ppl only take the time to review negative experiences so I take them with a grain of salt. Car shopping can be scary, I always thought I couldn’t get a newer car because my credit wasn’t great. Due to a hit and run I was in the market for a new vehicle and lil savings to my name. I went to a cpl of mom and pop dealers where I felt pressured, rushed and uneasy. At Central I dealt with Brian Grix who was great and very knowledgeable, with the help of Daniel Morea they were able to get me the car I LOVED at a payment I was comfortable with. Deal so good even wifey walked out with one 🙌🏽 matching my fly. Thanx you guys, keep up the good work.

2022-03-14I live in NJ and brought my car all the way to this dealership just so I can deal with their service department. Alex Veras and his team go above and beyond to help out. I went in for an oil change and they told me about a recall my vehicle had, which I knew nothing about. Thankfully they were able to resolve that issue. I also noticed the way Alex treated everyone in the waiting area - super attentive and on top of communicating wait times. Great job guys!!!

2022-04-14Central avenue Jeep has outdone themselves once again! John R was absolutely fabulous from the start to the finish of the leasing process. He continued to keep constant communication with me throughout the build process of my car order. Use him for all future leasing and buying needs, he will make the whole process start to finish stress free and smooth!
