Kassie at CEOportrait Headshots NYC helped me get some much needed corporate headshots for a job transition. I purchased the base corporate package, picked out a few of the sample photos from the website, sent them to Kassie and got on the schedule, everything was a breeze.I was a bit anxious because Im not accustomed to taking serious pictures. The photographer, Valery, did a great job at easing the nerves with good direction, helpful feedback, and light banter to distract haha. By the end of the session she was certain we had some great shots, and we absolutely did! 7 days later, all the editing was complete and I was sent a few dozen great photos in different styles/colors/backgrounds.I absolutely would recommend this company to friends and colleagues (and already have, in fact)!

The personal level of attention from Kassie on how to prepare, the details, and which package is the right one for you exceeds all expectations. Kassie got back to me immediately on a myriad of topics. During the photographs, Julia was encouraging and compassionate. She is an expert of her own work, but she also learned and became an expert at mine.
CEOPortrait and team did an incredible job for my client! I spent a lot of time putting together a shot list for our session and Julia (our photographer) studied my deck along with had the slides printed and taped the wall of the studio so that we could refer back to them throughout the shoot. Julia did a great job of making my client comfortable and pushing the envelope for our shoot. She took the time to understand our mission of the shoot and captured incredible images that we can use time and time again. Kassie (production manager), we very helpful in answering my questions before the shoot and communicating retouch requests after the shoot. Absolutely worth the money and time to work with CEOPortraits!
I had such an incredible time with CEOportrait for my headshots. Kassie was a great communicator and gave excellent instructions prior to my shoot. The entire experience took less than 20 minutes and Julia, my photographer, was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable (because as a photographer myself, I truly hate having my photo taken). If you need headshots, CEO Portraits is the only place to go. I initially got my LinkedIn headshots taken 5 years ago and had a great experience. The photos came out amazing and I got a lot of compliments from my co-workers. When I needed to refresh my photos recently, I knew I had to go back to CEO Portraits. They are responsive and make it so easy to book an appointment.Julia was my photographer the second time around. She was patient, attentive, and creative in coming up with lots of ideas. She also gave me lots of tips on how to pose and smile naturally. Super helpful for those of us who may find photoshoots awkward.

I did my model portfolio photoshoot on December 11th. The photographer Marsha was so friendly and courteous. She was respectful, patient, and easy to work with. She gave me posing tips and helpful tips on the modeling industry. The photo shoot went really well and I loved all my pictures. It was hard narrowing it down lol. I give it 5 stars.
CEO Portrait is a great company to work with. They were very professional, showed up early to set up and sent our photos back quickly. The photographer did an excellent job instructing our team and we would most definitely use them again.
I recently had a photoshoot done with CEO Portrait to expand and update my modeling portfolio and it was a fantastic experience. Kassie, the production manager, responded to all my emails quickly for my initial inquiry, details and booking of the shoot, assisting me with the selection of photos for editing, and my additional notes for retouching.Yulia, the photographer, was very easy to work with and she even came up with suggestions for some poses during the shoot.Overall, for the price of $699 Model Package 1, CEO Portrait was well worth the money.
I had an amazing experience with CEOportrait headshots! Kassie, the production manager and her team are amazing at what they do. Kassie is very quick, knowledgable and responsive to any questions and concerns you may have. She provides a professional and exceptional service. Julia the photographer is the best there is. She is very easygoing. We played music during my shoot, and created a fun/relaxed atmosphere. She also allowed me to share my ideas with her and give me what I was looking for in my corporate headshots. Julia was also able to bring out my best angles/features with her talent. The turn around time was incredibly fast, I got all my pictures done and edited within 2 days of my shoot! I couldnt be happier.

My CEO was looking to get new promotional shots done. CEO Portrait was suggested to me and I went ahead and reached out. Their response was super fast and they answered all my questions. On the day of the shoot they were very professional and make my CEO feel comfortable. It was a great atmosphere. Our firm will not use ANY other company for our headshots. Working with CEO portrait was an excellent experience from start to end. Not only did they schedule us in within our deadline, but they turned around the edited headshots just in time for when we needed them. The photographer knew what she was doing as well! Relaxed us and built up our confidence, reviewed the pics at the studio to make sure there were ones we loved, flagged our favorites. Kassie was also very prompt and a pleasure to work with! I got professional headshots taken by Yuliya (Julia) for my LinkedIn and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. She was incredibly helpful and gave me suggestions on how to pose and allowed me to try various different props to give my photos a more personal touch. She also had clothes and makeup ready to go so that I could try different looks (I brought my own clothes, but I also tried on a beautiful light pink blazer that she had in her collection and we took some amazing shots with it). I loved Julia’s energy and upbeat/encouraging attitude and I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for professional headshots.

There are no words that can express the professionalism and quality of the photos taken and my experience. I live in Canada and after seeing the quality of photos on pintrest, I knew that the next time I was in NYC, I would book time in the studio. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to continue this venture but when I saw the opportunity to complete my photos remotely with three different looks. I called them immediately. The session was with Vlasta and she is amazing. Her photo studio is in California and the photos were taken with my iPad mini 5. Note: there are two apps and you must download both prior to your appointment. The pro features on the app enables Vlasta to make edits on her end. I had severe bags under my eyes in the last two photos and they removed them. I heard it is better to take the photo via iPhone than iPad. Thank you CEOportrait and Vlasta!
Absolutely incredible working experience with this team. Besides that they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera they also were very productive and professional in using our shooting time. We got so many amazing shots. They see what angles work best for you. I was happy how many shots I liked because usually it’s just a few shots that are good out of hundred that are useable.Also to my surprise I received color corrected pictures within couple of days. 😃👍🏻Absolutely 100% recommend working with CEOportraits to my friends and everyone!

Julia and Will are amazing. I opted for the four-hour package which included photos both indoor and outdoors. The communication and scheduling were excellent. I recently had the pleasure of working with CEO portrait on 8/14/19. I’ve never felt more confident, comfortable, and accommodated by any service other than them. The photos they give you are OUTSTANDING, and so useful for career, modeling, and performance portfolios. They tended to make sure I was okay with the outfits, looks, and gave me breaks. It made me feel like I’m in a safe environment. I’m so glad I could also chat with them and get to know the background of the company and how it became so successful! I got the modeling portfolio test shoot and the results are sickening. It’s such a fun experience and definitely worth your time and money.

My friends recommended this studio to me and I needed my headshot to be done and get photos in 3days. I tried to texted the number on the website of CEOportait that night. I got reply immediately and booked my appointment. On that day, I was kind of late because of heavy traffic, but they still offer me more than enough time to have my pictures taken. The makeup artist was so great and the photographer Julia was very nice and professional. Thank Kassies kindly helps , I got the edited photos on the 3rd day. They not only helped me to edit one picture following my request, but also offered me extra retouching pictures and new background pictures as bonus. I will do the same thing as my friends did- recommend CEO portrait to my friends.

I am well versed in head shots and social media pix and CEOportrait exceeded my expectations at every level. Usually one is lucky to walk away with two great shots - I left with 10. From photographer to color correction to retouching, everything was of the highest caliber work and the communications were timely, and the delivery speedy. I had an amazing experience with CEO Portraits. After researching corporate headshot packages, I found their pricing very reasonable. Especially for the quality of photos they had on their site. I was a bit nervous, as I’ve never had a professional shoot, but went ahead and booked. The process was easy and they responded quickly to all my questions. They also sent a “prep” list before the shoot so I know what to expect and bring, which was very helpful.Once I arrived at the studio for the actual shoot I was welcomed by the makeup artist, Mariana, and photographer, Julia. They were already familiar with my profile and preference. They made me feel completely at home with chill music, and easy conversation. By the time I got infront of the camera, I was completley relaxed and actually able to have fun! Julia guided my poses and carfully adjusted my gaze so we could get the look I wanted. I was shocked when photos arrived just 2 days after the shoot (retouch included) and delighted with the images. I’m planning on using my new headshots for LinkedIn, conferences and speaking engagements.
Originally booked for the day NY closed, I waited for four months ish and was nervous about going and didnt knew what to expect.The mean time I was emailing with Kassie about rescheduling and she was great in communicating through this all difficult times.Mariana did my hair makeup and made me feel protected health wise.The makeup products are all branded and the look she created for me was 100% what I wanted and asked for; it came out beautifully on the photos..Yulia (Photographer) was SO professional and posed me to enhance the better parts and avoid all I felt uncomfortable with.I LOVE my photos and would strongly recommend using the services.

Very Collaborative and overall easy to work with! I coordinated with Kassie to shoot my test shoot and she spoke on the phone with me several times coordinated with my busy work schedule to make sure that I was fully prepared for my shoot. CEO Portrait Headshots NYC team did a very good job for my company. William(manager) was really helpful and the most important thing that he was very patient. It took us a while to organize and schedule everything. But now when we have all the pictures on our website and a social media profiles I think that it was probably the best investment in my personal/company branding so far. And I even think to schedule a shoot for the next year so would be able to reserve a day for the same price. It was by far the best service I have ever purchased without any reference. I needed a professional headshot and found CEOportrait on google, made the purchase and showed up in the studio not knowing what I was going to walk in to. The photographer was super nice, she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful, the makeup was natural and chic and best of all it took 20 minutes to get the perfect shot. I was visiting New York for a few weeks and I wanted to do a photoshoot to prepare new photographs for our companys new website. After searching for top photoshoot studios in NYC and browsing through every gallery on the top 10 search results, only CEOPortrait made it to my shortlist. Their photos showed the subjects personalities. Unlike the other studios photos, they were not tacky or traditional.I was glad that CEOPortrait exceeded my high expectations! They were very professional and even offered to take a few shots outside even though it wasnt included in my package (I chose to remain within the studio to take a wider variety of shots).Both the make-up artist (I apologize for not catching her name) and Julia were really friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my time there. Julia was also great in giving me guidance and direction, while making sure that she took the best shots of myself. I was also able to achieve the desired look on my photos, all thanks to her skilful work.After the photoshoot, they informed me that the photos would take between 7-14 days for editing to be completed -- but they sent me the edited photos in just 48 hours. All of them were perfectly edited and I appreciate the hard work they put in to make this possible.Id highly encourage anyone and everyone who want to take professional photos to choose CEOPortrait and if I were to do another photoshoot again in NYC, Id choose them.

My company and I had a fantastic experience with CEO headshots- from the first communication with William Johnson (WJ) through the photo shoot itself and then the editing phase, all was handled with such professionalism and ease. During our shoot, Julia, the photographer, made everyone feel so comfortable in order to get their best shot. This can be hard during a corporate photo shoot, but she made everyone feel like a real celebrity that day. One of the best and smartest things they did: they had a laptop computer synced with their camera, so we could view our photos in real time and make adjustments to our poses, smiles, etc as they were shooting. After, Julia went through everyone’s individual photo reel, where we favorited photos and picked our best shot. The photo shoot was off-site at a hotel (they will travel to where you are or you can do the shoot in their studio), and during our shoot, the photographers captured a ton of candid photos of our employees, which was really appreciated and so fun to share with everyone. I was *dreading* having my photos done and postponed (aka proscratinated) for over a year. I mean, who has time to think about photos when youre busy with work?Well, if you are in this position, just book with CEO Portrait and cross photos off your to-do list.They take care of everything (hair, make-up, lighting, studio, photographer, editing, etc.) so it is a very simple and painless process.The shoot took about two hours, including full make-up and hair. The photographer was extremely professional, understood what I wanted, but also used her expertise to get the best possible images. Within a week, I had fully edited and color-corrected photos.And I am really happy this is DONE!

Im a game developer and industry consultant, and really needed some spiffy new headshots for my website, by-lines, convention brochures, and similar stuff requiring a professional headshot. So I wanted professional photos but also something that showed Im not your typical entrepreneur.Now, Im THE most un-photogenic person in the world. Light is not my friend. I can look at myself in the mirror and think I look fine but put me in front of a camera and Ill think that I barely escaped Chernobyl where I look really washed out if I have no makeup on, then like Im a Russian hooker who cant get picked up off Ocean Parkway if I do. As a Lawyer I needed to get a professional picture that would be good enough to lo be friendly and serious, beautiful but professional .... I tried different cheaper companies but no one succeeds in reaching this kind of picture. They are very responsive by email, the photographer that I had was Vlasta, I strongly recommend her. She is extremely nice which I think is very important to be relaxed for the session and to look better on the picture. she took a lot of pictures with different scenarios and took the time to discuss with me about almost every picture, what could we change etc.. .at the end we selected more than 10pictures that they corrected very very quickly given I had the appointment on friday and they sent them to me on monday by night ( labor day) . So I strongly recommend them for the high quality of the picture that you will get and the quality of their service. I asked friends, colleagues, family and this one is one of the rare picture of my life where there was a consensus on it: this is the one.
Im very happy with my headshot from CEOportrait. I was drawn to the clean and crispy style of their photographs. Great customer service, photos, and overall experience! I couldn’t be more please with how it all played out. Headshot “styles” age (I’m sure you’ve seen it)...I was looking for a corporate headshot that was not too out dated and stale...while also not wanting to look like I’m in a Glamour Shot (if you were born in the 80s you know the reference 🤩💄💋). What did it get?? Something more akin to a CNN-like headshot that I’m 💯 thrilled about! Their style is current and your headshots will reflect that. A bit pricier than some options out there - but worth it if you’re looking for quality.

Needed a professional headshot, actually a few of them. i am very busy so i didnt really had time to call to the offices to find out the price and time etc, like most of photo studio web pages set up. So CEOportrait worked the best for me. All the prices are listed on the website, also they have a online assistant i believe it work 24 hours. Booking took around 5 min, + a short conversation with an online assistant. Didnt took long to wait for my head shots and im also very happy with the result.
First of all, I was very nervous because I had purchased the model package and was very nervous as this was my first professional photoshoot. But within the first 15 minutes the photographer made me feel so at ease and we had such s friendly chemistry it made the process SOO much easier. 2022-05-07CEO Portrait was great!!! Couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with the entire experience working with them. The photographer, Valery, was very professional, with a smile on her face the whole time, and a wonderful posing coach. She and the makeup artist made the shooting session very relaxing. Kassie, the production manager, was very efficient in scheduling the photo shoot and delivering the final portraits. The turnaround time was a week and the portraits came out fantastic!!! Will definitely go back to them in the future and recommend CEO Portrait to anyone in need of a professional headshot taken.A little follow up… So happy with the portraits and wanted to frame one of them and hang it up. However, additional edits were needed. Contacted Kassie. Long story short…the edited photo was above and beyond expectations and delivered the very next day!!!

I inquired about their availability to take several corporate headshots, and Kassie, the production manager, was prompt and thorough with her responses. She helped us book two sessions to accommodate holiday travel schedules and provided detailed information about what to expect. The photographer, Julia, was talented, personable, patient, and an excellent posing coach! I was very impressed with the finalized retouched photos - both in quality and how quickly they were sent. I would absolutely recommend CEO Portrait!

2022-07-31Can’t express enough how PERFECT everything was from beginning to end. It started with the Production Manager, Kassie, reaching out to schedule time and gather preliminary information. She was super friendly and was able to give me my time of preference. The day of the shoot — My photographer, Julia, and makeup artist, Kim, were literally the best. They made the whole experience very enjoyable, fun, and comfortable. I was genuinely surprised how patient they were. I’m accustomed to having to rush through stuff like this, but they made me feel like I was the only person in the world lol. Makeup from Kim came out amazing, and Julia guided me through every single picture which was personally really helpful.Needless to say, every dollar spent was worth it and I’m looking forward to working with them more in the future. I’m also IN LOVE with my pictures!! Better than I expected. 110% recommend.

2022-04-18My impression is, CEO portrait is very professional work group. Kassie reacted fast and flexibly in accordance with our requests and Cameraman Valery and hair artist are very nice and never let us feel stressed. We enjoyed shooting very much .The portraits were beautiful and edited with several versions and all of them are artistic and perfect! I recommend you 120 percent ,and hope to enjoy with them.

2022-05-21I loved the photoshoot experience. They made me feel at ease the moment I walked in. They also sent me preparation steps and wardrobe recommendations before the shoot date so I had an idea of what to bring and expect on the day of the shoot. Photographer Valery is very knowledgeable and helped me understand the basics and gave me suggestions. MUA Patty did a wonderful job with creating a good look for the shoot. 2022-07-05Outstanding service ( I chose the CEO#2 package). They accommodated my last minute changes and stayed late in the studio. Although the service comes with 2 outfits, they did for me 3 outfits!. Photos turned out great giving the fact I was just 5 days out of facial surgery and very tired the night of the photo shot. Julia, the photographer I worked with, made the photoshoot really fun and stress-free -- I felt super comfortable with her right off the bat. Her team took care of everything and made the whole process smooth, and Im very happy with the wide variety of headshots I got, which include a mix of casual and more professional looks. They were also very responsive to my questions before and after the shoot. True professionals!
