Very happy with my experience with CertaPro. They came a week earlier than we had scheduled because some time opened up. They were on time, worked hard and were very professional. Would definitely recommend.
We had mold in our finished basement and after the mold remediation company got rid of it we were left with a giant strip of sheetrock missing. (The mold company was fine, thats just how its done) We called CertaPro on the advice from a friend and that was the right move. They were fairly priced, a pleasure to work with. They were on time, and did a fantastic job. Professional and courteous. I will be using them again for other areas of the house that need a little tlc.

ANOTHER GREAT SERVICE FROM CertaPro Painters of Westchester!! They are the premier garage floor epoxy installer. I contacted them when we had a crack in cement inside our garage. They responded right away and came out to take measurements and offer me design advice. I thought I wanted garage floor epoxy but they educated me about the different choices for garage floor concrete. We ended up installing a Polyurea Garage floor system that I totally love. The before and after is unreal (pics below). Thank you CertaPro for not only fixing our problem but transforming a space I never really thought twice about!!!! I highly recommend!!!

We recently replaced our wood floor in the salon with this gorgeous, one of a kind, unique cement floor.From beginning to end it was about ten days.It has changed the look and feel of our salon so magnificently. Mitch Berliner and his staff did a wonderful job painting my new office. Mitch provided a wonderful idea of adding stripes that matches the logo. We had an overall good experience working with CertaPro. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but ultimately they made sure things were done correctly and that we were happy with the end result. The painters themselves were also pretty tidy each day. I will say you have to really check the details at the end — little things would have been missed if we hadnt called attention to them. He CertaPro crew did a very good, thorough job painting the exterior of my house. We had to postpone the job due to the bad weather/rain, but I was sent update emails every other day detailing their job schedule and when they could begin. I appreciated that very much. Painters were very careful to prevent any damage to the shrubs and decking by drop clothing and sealing up windows. All in all,I was very satisfied with the completed job ( they reviewed everything with me) and would have no reservations recommending them.

CertaPro redid our garage top to floor for considerably less than another company that solely concentrates on garages. The product they used on the floor is durable and beautiful! They transformed my garage. We have used this company for other painting projects and they have always done an exceptional job.

CertaPro did a great job from helping us understand what we should get done in the house to helping us pick colors with a color consultation to the execution of the painting. I have used CertaPro painters several times for both the inside and outside of my house. On the inside there is a lot of detail trim work and on the outside there are cedar shingles that need significant preparation before staining. The Certapro team did a great job on all the projects. They are reliable ( arrive and leave at scheduled times), keep the job site clean and are courteous and respectful. I will certainly use them again and again.
Due to a scheduling issue they began the job a few days later than planned, but when they were finished I was very happy. Clean, well-painted, they stuck to what we agreed to and were so pleasant in going about their business. Lost one star (should be a half) for the few days delay.

Ive been a CertaPro customer for many years and would recommend them to friends and neighbors. However, I can no longer endorse them with any confidence as a result of my most recent experience. In the past theyve been very good; reliable, thorough, neat and considerate. Theyre pricier than most contractors, but that was a trade off I was willing to make as I had become confidant with their work & consistency over the years. Unfortunately, my last experience was simply not up to par and shattered all my prior expectations. Perhaps victims of their own success, I didnt get the A or B crew this time and think they hired a sub-contractor without vetting them. The work was sloppy, inconsistent, and they didnt follow directions well. A word to the wise; check their pricing against competitors, but more importantly, make sure you get the right crew from the outset, set up communication channels, and monitor their work closely.
Terrible place- would not recommend. They ruined my floors by not protecting them. They lost multiple pieces of my light switches and after 3 months the skim coating is cracking. I must have sent about 50 emails to get these issues resolved under their ‘guarantee’ and nothing. Do not go here!

What impressed me the most was that when I asked for some touch up work after I wasnt completely satisfied with the paint job, not only was CertaPro quick to respond, they promptly and happily fixed the problems. When the painter came to check out the problems (which were small but important enough for me to call them about), he was eager to fix the job. No hassles. No excuses. When he came back to fix the problems, he asked me if there was more he could do, He took pride in his work, and he took pride in the service CertaPro provides. We worked together to ensure that all the details were covered in the proposal- which I recommend doing for any large job that you’re taking on. Team did a great job. Jairo was very courteous and thorough and did quality work. They did a thorough job of scraping off paint and did a great job on some of the carpentry repairs. Walkthrough and cleanup afterwards was good.
These guys are good.The estimate by Mitch was a fair and very detailed description of the work to be done including all prep work and areas to be painted, for a townhouse first floor, stairway and large upper hall. The work crew was punctual every day of the job, very meticulous to project wood floors and door and window hardware and accomodating. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and got everything back in place. Definitely will use them for the next paint job - highly recommended.

The site supervisor was professional, cleaned up at the end of each day (our job took 7 days), provided updates at the end of each day and he and his assistant did a wonderful job overall. I have to give this company 5 stars! The owner is so professional and truly cares about his clients. I hired certa pro to redo my kitchen cabinets. Although there were some mishaps along the way, the owner made himself available and was willing to go above and beyond to correct the things that went wrong. He truly cares about his customers and I would highly recommend his team for whatever your painting needs may be!
We needed 7 very large windows painted inside, outside wood house trim plus a few other minor things. Careful with the hardware if not removed, removed and replaced drapes. Quote was timely and reasonable with a variety of options for payment. Workers arrived as promised, and kept it clean. Finished within the estimates.

So we needed our home painted. We were probably one of the first to put up aluminum siding about 40+ years ago. The house hadn’t been painted in all those years. We obtained a few estimates for exterior painting and went with CertaPro. We worked with John DeLuca who was professional, friendly and kind from beginning until end. When he came over to look at our house he had his mask on .. My 89 year old Dad and I walked around the house with John and discussed what to do and how to do it. He was very knowledgeable .. we were concerned about painting siding. He gave us insight to colors and recommended we use Christine for a color consultation. All included in their proposal. Christine came within days. I was soImpressed by the promptness and timeliness of our whole experience with CertaPro. I showed Christine the color of the homes I liked (I drove around taking pictures) and she recommended 3 colors. I picked one and absolutely LOVE it! John sent Danilo to our house (even came a few days early) and a few other guys. They did a beautiful job power washing the house and we had them do our sidewalk and patio, as well. The following day they started the painting. Danilo was professional, they cleaned up each day before they left and he was respectful .. he also had a very steady painting hand!! I work in the real estate industry and I need someone trustworthy, reliable, and reasonably priced who can come running whenever my clients need painting services. After working together on a few projects and seeing my clients’ happy faces, the time was right to paint my own home. I brought in Mitch and he provided an extremely detailed & fair estimate. He assisted with color selection & remained patient when we changed our mind about the design direction multiple times. At the first sight of warm weather, he got us on the schedule and his team hit the ground running. They painted our entire exterior including some fine detail work in about a week. They were organized, clean, and punctual each day & kept us updated regularly. If I had a question about anything or needed to make a change, they took care of it immediately. They did an amazing job and we finally feel like the outside of our house looks like the dream home we’ve always imagined! 2022-01-10I was not at all sure when I started this project if Certa Pro was the right company for this...thanks to a well oiled machine from beginning to end with excellent professional workers who cared about my home, I cant wait to have another project! I am still in awe that they were able to complete the cathedral ceiling living room, my sons room and a bathroom in 3.5 days, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with every aspect of the job. Arrived each day on time and communicated as to what would be done each day. Could not have been better.

John was incredibly informative, responsive, and helpful, and Aroldo and his crew were pleasant, professional, experienced, and precise. Bold color transformations and crisp straight ceiling lines arent easy, but the entire house looks terrific, and the new red dining room just glows -- check out the before and after!
