I worked with Dominick, who inspected the Queens 800 Sq ft 1BR co-op I am bidding on. Even though the company is located in LI, the prices were cheaper than the company 2 blocks away. Dominick was on time, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Id pointed out the area a contractor had noted for possible water damage: Dominick found damage but drowned evidence that it was cat-related vs caused by pipes inside the walk. He very thoroughly checked every nook and cranny, and was able to identify possible trouble spots I hadnt thought about. I was very satisfied, and highly recommend his companys services.

We used Certified Home Inspections when we purchased our home and couldnt be happier. Dominick was professional, thorough, and patient. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and explaining details to us. His report was thorough and concise. If/when we purchase another property, we will only contact Certified Home Inspections.
