Had a wonderful experience here. Went in with doubts and came out with the car I wanted. They did the absolute best they could to work with me, helping me obtain the vehicle of my choice. They was patient with me and made sure I knew exactly what step are being made to help me along the process. The gentleman that help by the name of Ron. Ron went 100 percent to make sure I was well taken care of. It was pleasing to see a group of people that take passion in the work with the combination of enjoying to another happy person driving off with the vehicle of choice ….. IF YOUR SHOPPING PLEASE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!… CERTIFIED LUXURY MOTORS ….
PRICES ARE FAKE!! Went in for a 2016 Nissan Rogue and confirmed the price twice over the phone before I came to the dealership. Once I was in the door and asked about the Rogue, the price advertised went up about 20% give or take a couple hundred. I of course wasn’t happy about this and expressed that. I took some time to seek some advice from my uncle. I came back and told them that we can still go through with it but no more price increases and sneaky fees. This was the final price. They agreed, kept me waiting all day saying the car was in another lot and they were bringing it from there. It finally came after 3 hours and we test drove it. My ride left of course by this point. They then increased the price another 1k before I went into financing (another 2 hours). Dude in financing is actually a good guy and was able to remove an unnecessary warranty I purchased. I’ve never been so miserable at any dealership and felt so bad after buying a car. I hated the car every time I looked at it because of that experience.
Outstanding experience with my sales person Ronnie. Definitely the consummate professional. Drove all the way from Hopewell Junction and was pleasantly surprised with the degree of professionalism that Certified Luxury Motors embodied. The whole crew were amazing to say the least. Junior and Rich were top notch as well. Will be returning for my Silverado in the summer. Thank you Ronnie and Certified😊
Bought 2019 Nissan Pathfinder.Certified and Excellent condition. They do all the work beforehand and make it like a new.Plus, they offer 10 years and 100,000 miles warrenty.If you are looking for used car like a new car with better price, this is the place.Ronnie is very kind and professional dealer.I appreciated to finance manager all the staffs.Thank you guys.

After confirming my “accepted” application and wiring option for a down payment with the receptionist Shawn over the phone, I scheduled an appointment and sojourned 3 1/2 hours to “Certified Luxury Motors” in Great Neck, NY. Upon arrival, although the desired vehicle was clearly priced on their site, I was immediately asked on which search engine did I find their listing because that would determine the price I’d be paying for the vehicle, which according to their finance manager happened to be $4500 more. First off, I never saw a price other than what was was CLEARLY listed on their site, and secondly on a 20” apple monitor looking at the sales lady and I right in the face! Once I dismissed this completely and expressed how absurd this suggestion was, the sales lady agreed to honor pricing advertised on their site like she was doing me a favor. That’s simply being honest and integral when it comes to servicing your consumers. After all, we are the engine behind the success of your business. Ultimately, the finance manager came over to break down the “discount” he was giving me, basically patronizing me. He preached fine print and expressed the importance of reading…, the nerve. I suggested that we read it together, all of the discounts and price adjustments he suggested that I over looked were NOT in the fine print, but what he did find he highlighted repeatedly and attempted to over compensate for what we didn’t find. I knew that he wouldn’t, because I had indeed read the fine print prior to coming to the dealership. Even still, the price margins listed in the “fine print” did not speak to the $4500 random price difference I was being asked to pay… After a while we reached a reasonable number and I was ready to make my purchase, only to have the sales lady tell me that both banks needed to be open for the wire payment to be accepted. I exclaimed to execute a wire transfer, you only need the recipients information and confirmation of the issuing bank which was feasible. She goes to the financing manager, comes back and states that now there’s a hypothetical issue with the wiring process and I am only able to provide my down payment with a cashiers check. This comes randomly after I’ve confirmed the wiring option with their receptionist Shawn and expressed that I was traveling over 3 1/2hrs to get to their establishment. She seemingly had one job, that was to get me there by any means necessary. Over all my experience was less than acceptable, unprofessional, and they did not care or even acknowledge that both my TIME and MONEY was wasted, but it was suggested that I come back the following day…. The audacity. It would be very unbecoming to annotate my thoughts about that suggestion. Not a good experience at all. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this dealership. Contrary to popular belief, Integrity, customer service, and simply honoring your word still goes a long way.
If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Bait and switch pricing on a vehicle, told that I had to buy their warranty which added 6000 dollars to the price of the car, then added many dealer fees after as well. 1 day after purchasing my vehicle, the air conditioning quit working. When I contacted the dealer they told me I’d have to schedule it for 2 plus weeks out, and I told them that’s ridiculous. I brought it to a Honda dealership and had the AC system looked at and it needs a condenser and compressor. I have also been waiting 3 weeks now for my payoff check from them for the trade in which they told me would take 5 days to get to me. Every time I call the dealership now they send me to a dead phone line that either rings endlessly, or plays you their recorded message over and over. Absolutely sickening dealing with these people. Avoid 100%
The process was quick for the most part. Briana was helpful, clear, friendly & kind. The only thing we didnt like was waiting so long for them to get the car ready (fill up the tank, attach plates, clean etc). It took them about 2 hours to get the car ready.
I had a great experience at this location! Yakeila’s service was phenomenal! This was my first time in a dealership and she made the process easy. I’m so glad I was able to get the car of my dreams. Highly recommend :)
Just made my first purchase from certified luxury motors, at great neck NY. Low mileage, accidents free, fair market price. JAILENE my saleswomen, was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality. She also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with her. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right car for me. 10/10 highly recommend JAILENE. The staff were friendly and warm. Special shout out to finance manager Junior, he made sure I was comfortable with the monthly payment and down payment. Simply stated I will definitely go back or recommend a friend. best experience I have had buying in buying a car process. I would highly recommend working with JAILENE to purchase your next vehicle.

I just bought a car from them today and the dealers Ronnie and his trainee Jr were very helpful with walking me through the full process from the warranty, discounts that I was available for as well as all the vehicles that were available to me based on my down payment and credit history I really recommend coming here. If I had any complaints it would just be the timeframe that I had to wait for the banks to approve everything but they did treat me to some good pizza so I appreciate that as well
They only finance through their own facility, and do not accept other financing institutions, therefore, forcing you to go with their own limited options. When asked about an itemized breakdown of fees/taxes, they could not provide that information over the phone, stating I will have to be there in person, and they will provide that information after I submit an application and they run my credit. This is a bait and catch method. Unfortunately, as much as I want to give the benefit of the doubt, I would be avoiding this dealership.
My experience here was a great one thanks to Brianna. She went above and beyond to make sure I was approved for the car I wanted. If I could leave a 10/10 stars I would. I highly recommend getting a vehicle from this location. Ask for Brianna
I had an amazing experience all thanks to the person who assisted me, Yakeila! She made the whole process that was meant to be stressful, easy. I’ve never gone through this process before, not only was she very helpful but she made me feel comfortable. She was able to accommodate all my needs and answer any questions or concerns I had. I was very satisfied with my experience. 10/10
Disappointed.Be carefully when you go to buy a car at this place. The prices are not real. If the car is $15K,for sure it will be $25K with all fake fees. I saw a Nissan Rogue at web site and after i went there to buy it, they got all my information and than showed me a price $10K. Is crazy how they can give that price for a car of 2017 when you can buy a new brand one of 2022 at the same price. That car had 50.000 miles and its the same price of 0 Miles new car. Its a car and its not GOLD that the price can go up and up every year. The price should go down for used cars. And is not problem to buy new cars.I bought yesterday new one almost the same price. Be carefully and dont go forward with the loan if you dont have the final price of the car.Ah I forgot:If you plan to go at this dealer,take your meal with yourself because you will stay long time there. (all the day)

Went in for a 2018 Toyota Camry Xse and came out happily with the circule under my name. Ronnie was super helpful, made everything super smooth. Junior helped me with the financial options made it very affordable for me to take.
I would give them 0star if i can. I had bad experiences with them. They took all my informations included my SSN as well even im not buying yet. I just wanted their estimate and average interest rates. But, they wont give u any estimate/information and exact price if you dont give them ur SSn, everything. I wanted know my interest rate and they said I needed to buy the insurance for the car that I haven’t purchased yet. ALSO, NEED to wait VERY long time to look the car through to the just getting the interest rate. For me,they took my 7 hours. The interest rate is also very HIGH so i declined and I told them to delete all my information before I left from their shop. But, they kept them. Please dont give ur any informations its very insecure place. I had to do a lot of steps. Even after i left, im not finished because i have to called back to insurance company and explained all the happenings to remove the car that i haven’t purchased .
While my sales lady was great this place is a joke. The prices they advertise ARE NOT true. Saw a car for 20k on their website, went in to see it (vehicle REAKED of smoke from previous owner) and they jacked up the price by over $9,000 with ridiculous fees ($5,000 for a mandatory extended warranty, $2,000 for cleaning and restoration and $2,300 down payment which they add to the price listed, this is all before taxes and dmv fees) that you will see at NO other dealership (I know because I worked at many dealerships for over 10 years) . Sales manager is extremely pushy, thinks he is a Mr. Know it all and unwilling to negotiate price. Dont waste your time with this place.
Terrible Service. I brought a nissan maxima 2017. they did all the calculation and the guy told me everything came up to 28k. I knew I was paying too much but still agreed because we wanted a car. I put 5,300 downpayment for my car thinking that money was going down on the loan. The dealership stole all my money. refuse to answer the phone when I call. when I go to the office nothing gets done. They argue and scream at me. They have no patience.They tried to explain all their b.s that make no sense. They keep telling me my money went towards my car but bs. the bank didnt get a cent from my 5,300$.I found out that only the purchase price was actually 28K. There were some hidden fees that the dealership failed to mention. they lied and told me my payment is 28K. They are very misleading. I will never do business with them again. Ever
Ronny and Junior are excellent salesman. Everything was smooth and treated me like family. They showed me what I wanted and I got it. If I ever buy another car, they will be the first place I go to. FIVE STARS.

2022-06-30Keva made the process very seamless and easy. I highly recommend purchasing a car through her, she answered all questions and was transparent throughout the process. There were a few extra fees but the finance team was upfront about them and they gladly broke down pricing as I requested. Overall great experience

2021-12-30I bought the car of my dreams at this location. Brianna assisted me with the entire process from start to finish. The location was clean followed all CDC guidelines made me feel comfortable and offered great snacks and beverage options. She made the process painless. I sat down worked out a deal and left with the Mercedes I wanted with the specs I expected. Unfortunately I’m not able to give them five stars because it came to my attention after lots of talking, she will not be making commission on my sale. That’s disappointing as she really assisted me with all my needs answered all my questions and boy did I have questions. In my opinion she earned a commission on this sale! But over all this was perfect and I would recommend this to be your next place to purchase your vehicle! Ask for Brianna you won’t regret it!!!!

2022-01-21Brianna was my sales lady and she was phenomenal! She ensured that she got me the best financing rate and an extended warranty. I came in from CT expecting to have to come back on another day to finalize the sale but she was able to get everything I needed to get done on the same day and I was able to drive out of the showroom on the same day. No need to take another day off from work. I highly recommend if you go to CERTIFIED Luxury Motors that you ask for her to be your salesperson.

2022-03-02I asked the agent and manager to provide me with an approximation of the total price of a vehicle that I was interested in, and all they gave me was just the price of the car. They didnt want to tell me more. How can they expect me to be comfortable to start with the process of buying (especially running my credit) if I have no clue how much the car will cost at the end with taxes, fees, and such......Especially nowadays with all those exaggerated fees. I have been to several dealerships and they had no issue whatsoever providing me with the total cost of a vehicle. That was a weird experience! On top of it, the manager was very unprofessional.

2022-04-24After spending a few hours in the office today. I walked out with my dream car. I’ve spent months of searching for the right model. I called this morning and was so happy that I was able to do a walk-in for my car. I was assisted by Ronnie and Junior, both were very resourceful and knowledgeable in my first time car buying process. I wouldn’t trade my experience with them for any other dealer. They definitely have a returning customer in me!
