DO NOT!go to this business if you are in need of a tow. My 10 year old daughter was in a car accident and they stole her Hello Kitty bag out of our car, which they had in their possession the entire time she was in the hospital. The investigator assigned to her case took these picture when the truck arrived at their business. We also had a tracker on our keys which showed that the car keys from our totaled car was located in westchester when the car was towed to be Beacon and was still there, Odd right?. After I reported to them that a trace was done, our tracker mysteriously appeared but my little girls Hello Kitty bag with her tooth fairy money and all her birthday gift cards were stolen. The owner is a rude uncaring man and a nasty human. I hope that he never has to go through what my family has gone through. This is the most unprofessional place we have ever had to deal with. I also received a tow bill for $600 his excuse was that the tow was hard. I filed a police report and it looks like this situation is not isolated. I am also reporting them to the BBB becasue I will not allow any place to think its ok to steal from us and further inflict harm to my child.

They came with a flat bed not a tow truck and charged me extra to use the winch to get it on then charged me for clean up when there was nothing to clean up. Charged me 3 days storage when I called everyday but they didnt look at it. Finally called and told me parts needed to be fixed that werent broken telling me its going to cost 8k to fix ontop of the $800 tow bill. I took it home and did repairs myself and it cost $1,200. But the lady in the office was so beautiful I couldnt yell.

Dear Mrs. Galpin, your accusations are false about our company. Why in gods name would we steal items from your vehicle? The fireman practically disassembled your vehicle on site, we towed it to our shop and parked it in back so it would not be visible to public (for respect). The investigator came and took photos and the vehicle sat in the same place it was since we brought it here. We did not go in it until you requested us to, (3 weeks later)which we where reluctant since it was full of glass and broken mangled parts. You paid for our tow service because our tow company worked very hard getting your vehicle off the highway. We did not charge storage fees, just the tow fees. I am sorry you were unable to retrieve the purse we try our best to get everything on your list of items for you. Unfortunately your vehicle was not in a secured location due to the damage. But I cannot think of one good reason why we would steal a Hello Kitty Purse. As far as Police report? Isolated incident? We are contracted out by the Police Department, they have never had a problem or they would not use us. So I am confused about that accusation as well. I am very sorry about your daughters injuries and I cant imagine what you went through. But I firmly believe you are taking your anger out on the wrong people here. May you find peace with all of this.

Cant say enough good things about my experience. They were fast, efficient, worked with my insurance to handle the details and I got my car back within a week of the start of repairs. Car accidents are stressful enough, Cervones made the whole process easy. Thank you all again!

I needed my Honda Civic towed from my house to my mechanic in beacon. First they were best deal I got in town. Second when I got the receptionist asked that I check with my auto insurance policy to see if was covered for towing rodeside assistant. And and my auto insurance ( State Farm) did cover roadside towing for free. That lady saved me $75.00 on towing fees whene they could have made money off me. I got a sense of honesty, integrity and helpfulllness from them. It’s rare to find such help from garages. They will definitely be my second choice if I need car repairs. I still love my primary mechanic but he does not have a tow car.

Poor quality work . My car door was damaged in their shop , i got no call i walked in when they were fixing the door . Now i have a car door that doesnt match the rest of the car . i took it in for a ding on the rocker panel even that looks bad too frustrating to keep going back and fourth. I just paid and got out of there. Go on your own risk.
