August of 2018,I brought my custom bike to George, owner of Chaos Cycle.It was 60 percent done.He told me it would take 3 weeks to finish, July 2019,yes 2019.He told me the heads had to be replaced. I was tired of the lies and dropping off money.So I pulled it out and took it to Rosas motorcycle shop in Huntington. To find out the heads didnt need to be Replaced. The clutch was hooked up wrong, brake lever and masters never hooked up right. Magneto never timed right,kill switch grounding out the motor. Oil lines hooked up wrong, I can go on.Just because he is on Magazines and on YouTube.Doesnt mean he is trustworthy and does quality work. Be careful and I would not use ever again. Dont get taken like I did.Vice President Disciples of Law LE MC.
The only place I trust to touch my bike. If only I could afford one of his custom builds.
Seems like a very organized professional shut up I would recommend the shop anyone who loves motorcycles this is a true motorcycle enthusiast I recommend this place 100%

My experience was top notch and awesome since the second I walked in. I felt very at ease and welcomed as George was very easy to talk to and work with. He took a lot of time to answer the MANY questions I had and was very patient and honest with me. I brought my husbands bike here to finish getting the mods done that we had previously paid another shop to do and was never done. A whole year in the other shop and none of the parts ever came in, none of the mods were ever done, in addition to, the $3600 we never got back. Here with George, our parts were in within 2 days and the work was done in HALF the time he originally quoted us (2 weeks originally) and it was done REALLY GOOD! The assistants he had there were all super nice too. My husband and I are truly grateful to George for the honest and very efficient work he does. We only wish we wouldve come here first. But, better late than never. He has lifetime customers with us now and we will HIGHLY recommend him to everyone! Thank you again so much George! 🤗

2021-12-29I do most of my work myself which a lot of shops wouldnt much like as a customer, but Goerge and his family look out for me whenever needed and happy to do so, George has corrected my screw ups a couple times, has always called me back if he is busy when Ive called. Great family shop!!

2022-03-29I brought my 2015 Sportster into Chaos Cycle because of a check engine light and a clutch issue. I had disassembled the clutch myself and couldn’t figure what was going on. I actually brought all the pieces in a box and handed it over to Chaos. A few days later and I called and the clutch was fixed and was working fine! As far as the check engine light it was an O2 sensor. When the part came in it was fixed and no more check engine light! Overall great experience and quality service for a local shop. These guys know Harley Davidson and I highly recommend them. Just be patient especially if it’s riding season and they will fix it right.

2020-06-13I needed service done on my motorcycle. They were the only shop near me that was open for repairs at the time. Brought it in on a Thursday after work and was able to pick it up the following day at the same time. Friendly staff, good customer service, great work and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

2019-07-15George has done work on 2 of my bikes and Ive been extremely happy every time. Work was done on time and as promised, and Im hard to please! I like the fact that Chaos sells gear too as Im always in need of new gloves, jackets, etc. The open houses have been fun too. Happy to have such a cool shop in the area.

2011-12-05George and Dee are great. Their custom bikes are phenomenal and their service is always great. Wether you need parts installed, repairs or just a basic oil change, they are always there (unlike most other places).

2019-12-14Had the dudes motorcycle for about 7 weeks in total of the riding season. failed to tune it properly, offered to correct it or refund the money- neither of those things happened. if you were a novice rider taking your bike in for repairs - id go elsewhere. youre risking major mechanical failure going here and theyll probably be rude or weird when you bring it to their attention, good luck.

2018-06-20Great shop and great people. This place definitely stands out from all other shops. I would highly recommended at least stopping by to see what they have to offer. Even though I live in the city, I will always take the trip to get my Harley serviced there.

2018-09-26This is a custom build cycle shop specialising in old school choppers. If your looking to have your bike built for you customized to what you want these guys will build it for you. Beautiful 60s style paint jobs on easy rider style choppers in show room, but they can build what you want. If you own a bike and are looking for accessories they dont have much in stock.
