Great service. I got popped with a ticket right before I moved out of state and I knew there was no way Id be able to fight it in person. Chapnick took care of everything and got the whole thing reduced to a 0 point violation. The Town still extorted me for a $100 fine (because revenue generation is the whole point of the game for them), but that beats the amount I would have paid and the points that would have gone against my license and driving record. Overall I was very satisfied with this service.

Great service, Received a ticket in upstate New York (I am from Long Island). Back in July of 2020. Court mailed me a letter in April 2021 to appear in court the following week. Got a speeding ticket in Goshen on the way to pick up someone from the hospital. When happen something unwanted and upsetting in your life like traffic tickets - you need support. Robert Chapnick was amazing in handling my traffic tickets. He was assigned to me by the Mobile App OffTheRecord. I was being charged for a 5 point speeding ticket, no license plate hooked on the front, and window tints. 3 tickets in total, amounting to almost 600$ in fines. Robert was always talking to me through the app, and answering all my questions. He even took the liberty in calling me on the phone because i hadnt sent him the affidavit form yet. All in all, he reduced my 5 point speeding ticket down to 0! and only had to pay a fine of 150$ (plus a surcharge fee obviously). As for the other tickets, he managed to dismiss all of them. On a roadtrip with my girlfriend, I was pulled over and given a speeding ticket on the highway. I wasnt speeding but thats neither here nor there. Without the option to appear in the local town court, I opted to hire a lawyer to fight this ticket on my behalf.I was offered to pay half before and half later to have my ticket dismissed. After paying Chadwick in full, to dismiss this wrongful speeding ticket, he told me the officer who gave me the ticket wrote the most speeding tickets in New York State. He told me not to worry. Six months pass, and he appeared on my behalf in court. To make a long story short, I paid Chappelle $200 to fight my $90 speeding ticket.He failed to dismiss the wrongful ticket, when I asked him how did this happen he accused me of being unsatisfied with his services and proceeded to curse me out. I was stuck with a new 2-point Non-Speeding Violation, a $130 fine and another $90 surcharge by the court. I tried to ask him how do I counter this, because I wasnt speeding. He wouldnt stop yelling on the phone and then hung up.Good luck

2022-07-25The whole experience of fighting a violation couldnt have been more simple If I wanted. They took care of everything from A to Z, and that too was done electronically. You literally do not need to step outside your house for this. They were professional and efficient. They reduced my 4 point speeding ticket to 0 points. I highly recommend and will come back if I ever need an attorney.
