Good food but for some reason they stop serving subs at 6:15 even though they close at 7. Pretty disappointing
3 cheese steak sub is amazing and the peach lemonade is out of this world. I wish there was more locations. I try to stop there if Im ever in the area.

Horrible experience, I would give it zero stars if I could. I eat at Charley’s pretty often in my hometown but this one was horrible. The cashier was not good at her job and put our orders in incorrectly. She overcharged me and when I told her what the correct order was she said there was nothing she could do. There wasn’t a manager on site at all, so the cook had to refund my money. The staff is rude and they have attitudes, as if they don’t want to be at work. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Ordered & paid for a Large combo & recd Regular size drink and fries . I questioned the drink but the cashier spoke little English. I questioned the size of the fries to the cook and he spoke less English than the cashier and told me to talk to the cashier. Gods tasted great but service was bad & I didn’t get what I paid for. Grrrr
Im giving this place 2 stars not Because of the food but Because of the employees.. they are rude and unprofessional. Especially the morning ladies... they give attitude when. You order they jump orders and serve whoever they want first.. asking for napkins is like pulling teeth to them..
Times of operation are completely wrong. It says 9pm on weekdays, however ever store decides to do whatever they want. They should mandate that all the stores abide by the same closing and opening times, otherwise what is the point of having hours at all? No one has time to check through 150 different stores hours before going to the mall. I asked the employee what time they close (at 8pm when they said they were only serving drinks, even though they were supposedly open until 9pm) and he couldnt even tell me. I asked, so I know in the future, what time are you open until? And he just replied uhh, we just kind of decide. What a joke. Funny part also is these employees probably get paid until 9pm anyways and are just closing at 8pm so they can clean up early and just relax their last hour for free pay.
This place used to be good now they barely give you any meat on your subs. Always loved the fruit drinks and the fries are awesome
I don’t know how I feel about this place. I love the food always hot and fresh I’ve been their many times. The problem is the service sucks. Not only that but am trying to grab ketchup or straw or anything the station to pick up that stuff always messy. To be fair the food always good.
I ordered online. My food wasn’t ready I waited an extra 10 mins. The one female who was cooking was talking about my order to other customers and staff about what I didn’t want on my sandwich. I thought she was incredibly rude. Then I get my sandwich and it didn’t have the crispy onion straws or the bbq sauce it was supposed to have. Maybe it she wasn’t being so rude my food may have been correct. Will not return.
First time trying this place, line was long but moved pretty quickly. Ordered Philly steak sandwich with a fries and peach lemonade. Food was good not the best.. price okay.. the fries and drink was the best from their entire menu..okay experience.

The Chinese lady you have working there is very disrespectful and rude. I was trying to use my coupon for a free drink but it wouldn’t work so I asked her for help she would not help me and when I asked her to get someone else she said no and tried to take the drink. The customer service from her was terrible and it was very upsetting because I tried to be as nice as possible at first.
After waiting 20 minutes for my food I was told my subs were given away and it would be another ten minutes. I decided I could not wait anymore and wanted a refund. The manager was very rude and argued with me wanting a refund and proceeded to scold me and roll her eyes while telling at me. I have never been treated with such disrespect and a food establishment!!
Cook was working real hard and going fast for all the orders that were placed. He did a great job and should be recognized.
This place is the worst. Overpriced for what you get. Make sure to order extra everything or else you get 2 slivers of veggies and make sure you ask for your fries in a separate box or else they put them in with your sub and its tiny. There is one cook that is good and when i ask for extra he actually gives me extra. Give that man a raise and stop being cheapskates on the food.
This place is the worst. the Guy at cashier very stingy...!yesterday , when I bought one lemonade and one strawberry drink. he just give me only one straw ,when I asked him for one more straw ...but he said he could not to do that???So, I have to go next store at the burger king to asked some straws .

If I could give it a 0 I would. Theyre supposed to close at 7 pm. The closed at 6:30 pm. Im sure the owner of the store would be VERY upset to know how many customers they would not serve!
The best cheesesteaks outside of Philadelphia! The flavours are pretty accurate and the cost is fair. The staff are friendly and do a great job!

2022-07-17My wife and I decided to check out Charleys Cheesesteaks since we hadnt been there before. There was a line, usually a good thing at a food place, and once it was our turn, I had the Bacon 3 Cheesesteak, the Ultimate Fries, and a peach lemonade. My wife had the Ultimate Club and a strawberry lemonade (which was supposed to be a blueberry lemonade...the cashier gave her the wrong drink).I have to say that the food was pretty good overall, though I was a bit disappointed that the loaded fries have so much cheese sauce and ranch that they can be a little soggy. Also, on the sandwich and the fries, calling what they gave us bacon is a joke. For the sandwich, very wimpy bacon strips, and for the fries, it tasted like those imitation bacon bits.For what they charge, the sandwiches themselves and the lemonades were really good, but they cant call what they serve bacon...in that area they can do MUCH better.Food.................................B-Price.................................CAmbiance.........................B (open mall seating)Customer Service............C-

2022-08-10At first bite I thought this was under seasoned and didn’t really like it but then that second bite really blew me away! The gooey melted cheese blends well with the steak. It had just the right amount of grease and didn’t make me feel disgusting after I ate it. Lettuce and tomato make this healthy, right?

2022-05-30Food was decent. The fries were hot and fresh. But the sandwich bread was super soggy, had to eat it with a fork because it basically fell apart as soon as I picked it up. But the staff was rather rude. I have never had Charlie’s before and wanted to try something new. It was very loud in the food court and I could barley hear the cashier. I asked her to repeat herself and she got an attitude and snapped at me. Also witnessed the gentleman that was making the sandwiches roll his eyes and snap at a younger couple. Just wasn’t super impressed over all. Don’t think I’ll be back.

2019-02-19We visited on the Saturday and tried the deal for chicken Philly Sandwich and fries for $5.5.The lines were rather long, took about 10 minutes till the attendant took the order. It was prepared in 10 minutes.The food tasted bland, the sandwiches and the fries were not great but edible.Overall, it was an acceptable experience but dont think i will try this branches sandwiches or fries again.

2018-03-18Wanted to try something different since we arent from around here. Noticed there was a long line, so we figured it must be good food compared to what the food court has to offer. We ordered the bacon 3 and pepperoni steak sandwiches along with cheesy fries and bacon and cheese fries. We were given our fries first, which was rather silly as by the time we got our food they were cold. They had messed up our order and ended up having to remake our sandwiches again. The food was very salty and had no flavor at all. Wasnt really worth the cost. When they had passed us our food, they didnt even tell us what was what. There was also a woman on her phone texting while preparing and handling the fries. Not very sanatary. Wont be returning.

2021-08-02I was at the food court at the Walden Galleria in Cheektowaga and noticed this location that several employees were wearing facemasks but over their mouth and nose. I dont understand the point of coming to work displaying themselves like that. Quite frankly theyd be better off not wearing a mask all together.The staff appears to be very unprofessional, ignorant. and careless.

2022-06-20If i could i would give 0 stars the african american women at the register was really rude for no reason i work inside the mall and when i asked for the mall discount she purposely didnt give it to me and then said in a rude tone ‘no, i didnt give it oh well try next time’ so i asked for an immediate refund and was unable to eat because the refund takes 3-5 days to go back to my card and that was my last 10$ they just lost a good customer i hope she gets fired but ima leave it to karma this happened 6/20/22 @1pm
