Easy to see right off of Fulton Avenue servicing Hempstead and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. ATM on premises. Personal loans and checking accounts are available. Staff is ok.
Conveniently located in the Hempstead Mall near Old Navy, Stop and Shop, and Chuck E Cheese. Please practice social distancing and wear your mask when going into the bank. I also like that they speak Spanish.
THIEF THIEF THIEF... They put my check into the wrong account and REFUSE to give me my money back. They want to keep my money to investigate for 48 hours after showing them PROOF that their employee screwed up and took my money. it is now 48 hours later and still nothing all they want to say is they are investigating it.. So now I have to walk around with no money in my pocket because they STOLE my money. THIEF THIEF THIEF. They wonder why they keep losing customers
The customer service is horrible, they pass people that they know well instead of following the list of people came first. One of the employee is very arrogant and belittles you if you call him out on his attitude. It takes hours until they attend to you.
Worst bank ever....any and everytime I come in here their making me Wait around for almost an hour ...how can u tell someone how much they can and can not take out of their account ...I swear everytime its o it needs to be verified lmao their crazy n they get a thousand thumbs down literally
Bad service very very bad service, they gave me some information that I needed and then they were asking for more papers that they said I needed and they made me wait for hours and for nothing

Everything is fine, but for the safety of the hundreds of residents, the ATMs inside should be expanded. It is not fair that we stand in line at the ATMs outside as if we were driving. And we are swallowing all that smoke. I hope they take it into account and release the ATMs inside as it was before

A very bad service, very bad, they did not want to attend me and the mistake is theirs for setting a schedule that they do not comply with and an angry brunette lady because I asked someone to speak Spanish I needed to explain well what I wanted and she sure was not going to understand me and told her I asked and was upset and said now they will attend you until all appointments are over
The attention has been despicable since the workers from the other bank came and since the manager changed, now he is an arrogant and arrogant man and the worst thing they never know anything and whenever I answer the questions alone hahahaha the girls who have there do not know Nothing ban and ask another who knows the same as them hahaha, poor little ones, but one is not to blame for their ineptitude but it is the one that remains for me and I have to go all the time to see their bad faces and lack of knowledge of their own work

2022-05-09The inside atms are never open, they keep the doors locked!! Also only one of the drive atms work !! It’s ridiculous everytime I come here the line is long and the machines are malfunctioning. Maybe because it’s a black neighborhood smh !!

2022-07-05The worst customer service ever. Extremely rude. Even the insurance company I was on the phone with to get information on a check overheard the conversation Ive had with the manager, and he felt she was rude. Never will I step foot in that location ever again.

2021-10-01This branch is horrible and no help for small things from manager or assistant manager until you make appointment pervious day. I have chase bank account since 1991 and I never have a bad experience from other branches along New York state except Hempstead branch. It is awful.

2020-02-03I was very happy with Annette Clarke service. She made me feel great, she helped me with my needs. I came in upset and she made me leaving happy. I advise everyone request her to help you. 2021-06-03This place has a second lane for a drive up ATM and that ATM hasn’t been able to dispense cash for what seems like years now. Stop wasting everyone’s time pulling up to it thinking it’s going to work just to find out it doesn’t and get it repaired and fixed ready so It can dispense cash. You’re a bank for crying out loud

2020-03-03This is the busiest branch, and as of the closing of another branch, THE ONLY BRANCH in Hempstead. The service is horrible. A customer can wait over an hour just to inquire about a money transfer issue. It is very suspect that I can walk into any Manhattan branch and receive immediate service, but here, a client sits a waits, EVERY TIME. Minority neighborhoods where Chase banks are located are seldom fully staffed, and the customer suffers. #BadBusinessAtChase

2019-12-01This branch is a joke calling corporate office in the morning. The branch manager refused to cash my check and its from his bank. He told me they dont cash state checks and tried to force me to open an account. After the way I was treated there is no way Ill ever go back or open an account. Chase Bank you need to retrain your branch manager hes an arrogant little boy. His name is Ramon Abello very unprofessional.

2020-05-28No social distancing lines/dots outside, guy behind me kept inching up practically on top of me. No one seemed to have a face mask. Line outside never moved, could just walk in at ours a few towns over with no problem. Run down area.
