Went in for the 2nd time this month .... I was getting my enhanced DL and waited almost 2 hours.....express numbers were being called very frequently , and I of course did not have an express number. People who came in over and hour after me were out 25 min before me. All I have to do at the non express counter was pay and receive my temporary paper licence...took 2 and a half minutes. What a waste of time. And the blonde supervisor with glasses, does not deserve her JOB... no costumer service at all, dished out some major attitude... I almost lost myself there....almost took me out of character...# sodissapointedinthatplace
If you are a person like me who works during the weekdays. come here at 7 AM sharp and get all your work done within 30 min max, you are going to see a lot of crowd after 7 30(ish).People were very friendly here
They have posted online that they are open on Saturday (5/27/17) but are in fact closed in observance of Memorial Day. So around 30 or so people showed up and had to turn right around and go home. Additionally they will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Pretty irritating that they felt like taking double holidays and didnt even bother to inform people other than a sign on the locked door...
It is a very toxic place (attitudes and personalities behind the counter). Cheryl Mattar is a very bitter and nasty person who treats customers the same way. She publicly insults and reprimands her employees in a very hostile manner.. She has brought customers to tears by her hostility. She definitely should not be working in a a customer service type position.
Too many tellers, minimize the counter use, pretty much 99 percent of us already went to dmv and gave u infos when we were 16...17 or 21 doesnt matter we adults need timely manner computer work, what yall do is bull...limit copy machine station...and its allowing employees to make up excuses to walk a simple lane and look busy ...sure we have a job too, but its our day off during the week so please dont look like a fool that someone, a burger flippin dude making more bucks per hour is smirking at u. I’m not sure if everyone here is as nice as Jennifer but she was awesome! Made my time as short and pleasant as possible!
Worst dmv location ever. every worker has attitude problem I went there 4 times for same damn thing every worker told me different thing they really need to trained well there employees and need to fix there attitude problem
Decent experience, didnt end up waiting as long as I expected. Knowledgeable clerks and friendly people all around.

Says its open at 7 on Saturday and there is no one in the building , maybe 10 cars out waiting to get in, its now 8 oclock poor service.

2021-09-30I really do love this place. Been having really quick visit in and out real every time! But I always get the dude on window 3, he’s is always rude and give his customers attitude. He has roasted me plenty of times whenever I ask a simple question. Very rude and unprofessional and needs to get fired or retrained. The other staff on the hand are very helpful and kind, but unfortunately I get him half of the time when I visit the dmv and he always make this place very unpleasant to be at. I would give this place 5 stars but that rude man is just a parasite to the place.

2021-08-07I went Saturday August 7th, 2021 after driving a considerable distance and they were closedduring the hours of operation as stated online. Earlier I had checked online, and Saturday hours were quoted as 7AM to 1PM.

2018-08-03Doesnt even deserve one whole star. They had me come in FOUR times, each worker told me something different each time I came in to get my permit about what documents are necessary, making me waste a whole lot of time. Supervisor/boss gave lots of attitude to us when we explained that all the workers keep telling us different and that their staff needs to get on the same page. Do not recommend this place to ANYONE.

2017-07-07Need to give this a three since Im either here for twenty minutes or I might as well pack some extra clothes. The frustrating part is that Im here a lot, so always have my paperwork in order ahead of time and the only limiting factor is the data entry speed by the clerk. Today was by far the worst. 45 minutes and not even close to my number.Edited due to coming back the next day. Drew the same exact waiting number. Heres a pro tip. If your number starts with a B and youre more than ten numbers away, start a game of monopoly with six of your fellow B victims. The game will be over around the time your number is called.Oh and your ticket will show estimated wait time. Feel free to laugh loudly at this.

2019-03-07Great place. Over the years this place has come a long way. From standing in line for what seemed to be forever, to nice chairs for people to sit on. The staff here is always friendly and very helpful. Much faster service now then in past years. This will be the only D.M.V I will ever go to. Keep up the great job.
