Great, fast service for reasonable prices. Explained thoroughly what the issue was and how they’d fix it. Both times I’ve been in, they got me in the same day or the very next day after I called. Lovely waiting room too lol

I love these guys. I went in for a NYS inspection. I knew that my vehicle had some issues. They were very kind in telling me that it didnt pass. And helped to point out the issues I had. They took the time to talk with me about the issues and what was needed to repair them and recommendations on work that I could do myself. They gave me a direction to go in and Im glad they have been my go to shop for the last 4 years.

I got in without an appointment and fixed my battery issue quickly. They did a break inspection, as well, and discovered bad caliper had nearly worn a break pad. They fixed it all at a good price. Recommended!

I love these people! Everytime i need my car fixed they are willing to help even if i didnt make an appointment. They always squeeze me in. They also do very good work. Its the only place i take my car.

Great first impression waking in to a very welcoming customer waiting area. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Did a great job fixing my vehicle at a very reasonable price. All the stuff that makes a new customer want to be a life-long customer.

UPDATE : Its been over a decade now since we first started using Chesleys and Im pleased to report things are still fabulous... The service is amazing, they dont try to oversell you, and you can trust that what they say is whats what - to my mind, you cant ask for more than that in auto service! Thanks to Lisa, Paul and Bob especially - they go above and beyond to deliver great service at a great price. Theres nowhere else in Batavia I trust as much...PREVIOUS REVIEW : Weve always had great service, very reasonably priced. Theyve often gone above and beyond, diagnosing or taking a quick look for free. Theyre quick and friendly and weve been using them for all our cars for going on a decade...

In response to Tom K.. I understand that you are disappointed that there has been changes at Chesleys, but to leave a derogatory review has me wondering. So let me introduce myself. Im the so called person that doesnt know anything about cars that took over for Mark. After working with Mark for 6 months prior, I know that he has a following, as he should for the years that he has been working for Chesleys. I personally dont have the extensive knowledge that our technicians have which is why I dont physically work on vehicles. But managing and physically working on vehicles are two different entities.I have the same technicians that have been there since before the change and I have added another. I have the utmost confidence and trust in my technicians to diagnose the problem and fix the problem.If you had an issue with the cost of anything, youll receive an estimate of what the total job will be before we do any work on your vehicle. If there is any question about the cost of a job, it is totally up to you whether we do all, some or nothing. We offer the best parts for the best price to our customers. If there is a less expensive option we will always offer it to the customer. If there is any problem with the quality of work that we provide, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve it.
