The Best Chicken - Ribs - Fries - Macaroni Salad & Dinner Rolls In Town. Nice & Friendly Service. Been Eating Since 1992. Have To Eat To Believe It. They Should Be a Bigger Franchise Company. Better & Healthy Then KC & PP.
Ribs were good food was fresh and hot would have 5stars they gave me coleslaw and I ordered macaroni salad. Im definitely going to patronize them again
Ok so I ordered the Nathans food first of all the chicken sandwich nothing like the real Nathans at all the jalapeño fries no jalapeño this Nathans is literally just an Imitation and the food is not good at all I threw it out and bought a salad instead I do not recommend the Nathan food here at all 😡😡😡😡😡
I ordered the seafood dinner. The food was horrible. Waste of money. They didnt give me any type of condiments. I will never go back. Part of the food was uncooked part was overcooked. I threw the food in the garbage.
Ordered through doordash, they called after I placed my order to substitute the Cuban sandwich because it is no longer on the menu. They were prompt and courteous and GOOD GOD THE FOOD IS AMAZING!
I found it to be a bit pricey for the simplicity of the menu. Service can be slow, so if youre in a rush, call in your order.Handicap accessibility is fair. Its more of a pick up/takeout place than sit in. Handicap parking is directly infront, shared with the grocery store and T-Mobile store fronts.
There fried chicken as well as there ribs are so good and the chicken isn’t really greasy and the sauce they use for there ribs is so tangy. This is my go to place for fried chicken.

If you like old fashioned down home guttural racism, there is an employee here who will make you feel like the good old days are here again. Enjoy succulent references to food stamps and the WIC program. Its just dropping with ignorance. Nevermind that you may have graduated from elite private schools and hold a PhD. The 12 dollar employee at Chicken Holiday is great again. Come in here the right color, regardless of your station and you are as good as the 1950s. You earned it.
One of the best take out for many chicken fried dishes. Good food but better aroma. Quick comfort but fill up the tummy
Chicken taste pretty good. Dont go for customer service. Dont even think of calling a order in complete jerks. Never will go back or recommending them to anyone.
Love the fried chicken here, I have been eating it since the 80s and always tasted the same, delicious.
They made a mistake with my order but left a nice note with some extra stuff on the side, great service. Made my day.
Havent been here in a while and now I remember why. Chicken is not seasoned to my liking or anyone in my family for that matter.
Ordered a double order of ribs and they were the worst ribs I have ever had. I should have gone to THE RIB SHACK in Queens. I try to support local businesses, but after this experience I will travel the extra mile to Queens where you get what you pay for.
Best chicken place around Local, REAL original food with friendly staff and an original recipe that has lasted generations on its own merits.
Inhumane conditions for workers, I visited this place in the hottest day of the summer and the poor workers have the door open and fans were blowing hot air, I cant believe a boss forces its employees to work under such conditions because the owner does not believe in AC. I should have called OSHA and complain.
They now are also Nathans. They have a full menu for Nathans hotdogs, burgers & real Nathans fries.
Came in today to get ribs. I was told no ribs today and that they dont serve ribs every day. If that is the case, ribs should NOT be on the menu.

2022-07-06I have been going to this place for years. The young lady that was taking my order wouldnt let me finish before she started trying to finish my order. I know what I want to order, they have to learn how to listen. Then they put someone else on the phone to take the order without letting me know that this was a different person. So I had to begin all over, of course I got frustrated but then the girl started screaming at me. I normally spend about $100 a week at this place. I will NOT anymore though after this. They are very nasty and the chicken has been getting very salty. My daughter worked there about 23 years ago so I am very familiar with this place. I will for sure look for some place else because you can tell this place is going down. They have new managers and you can tell. They have NO people skills. I know they are young people but when you are running a business especially an eatery place you have to be patient. I will spend my money some place else. To give an update I went to the store to speak to the manager, a young girl came out saying she was the manager. She wasnt as nasty however she kept saying, Can I help you? Without even listening to the complaint. She said I was the one being rude. I might have said it in a rude way but I NEVER raised my voice. I was aggrevated because I gave my order and then the other person switched me over to this person. When the next person came on she just said can I have your order after I gave my order 2 times already. As a manager if you come on a call you are suppose to identify yourself as being the manager and then proceed to ask, how can I help you? Its apparent they dont have managerial skills or any type of customer service etiquette. Again I wish them well but I will not be spending any money there and anyone that I know who was going there I will direct them to go some place else. So sad because you have these businesses in your neighborhood and you try to support and keep them afloat. I was warned before but I guess I had to see for myself.

2022-05-15The lady cashier..at 430pm was polite the place was clean...I got baked thighs and a drumstick..Cole slaw was perfect..pickles were just fine..dinner was perfect..it was all nice flavor combo the chicken was flavorful..and crispy..then I had a sprite and a piece ifrexvelvetcake..moist..and just the right amount of frosting..a gourmet dinner for me😍✝️

2021-10-30Bri and Dee were absolutely helpful and professional. If you need any suggestion on what to eat they will help the food is freshly cooked and was reasonably priced compare to the other fast food chicken spots. The coleslaw couldve been better but to eaches own!

2021-05-12Food is good enough for the price like their ribs are good the first few times(theyre a bit too fatty for me plus the sauce is a bit tangy in a weird way though not bad) but you can tell the waffle fries and chicken wings are frozen.The buffalo wings/breaded wings are good enough though the blue cheese comes in this weird salad package. Anyways I came back for different wings and got garlic parm. These were the saddest wings Ive seen and the sauce tasted like nothing except slightly cooked garlic.

2020-09-13Where should I begin. This is one of my favorite places to go for amazing wings and ribs. The service is nice and friendly. Did I already say that the food is absolutely incredible. Every chance I get, the wings and ribs are a must have. O highly recommend Chicken Holiday in Baldwin NY. I tried a Chicken Holiday in NJ and I was shocked they were allowed to use the name. Of you havent already tried this place, trust me, you wont be disappointed.

2020-09-27I used to order delivery from them, but when I got my last two orders, stuff was missing from my orders,! I called to complain after my first order, and the mgr gave me a credit for the missing items. I tried to order about a week later, and the mgr took the order, she remembered the credit, but when I got the order, stuff was STILL MISSING! I called to complain again, the mgr couldnt care less. Needless to say I dont get delivery from them anymore. Next, I called in an order for pickup, I showed up, looked in the bag, and stuff was missing! As much as I love the wings, who needs the aggravation? I will NEVER go there again. Just BEWARE of this place! Forgetting something once is an accident. Three times means they INTEND to rip you off! This is unacceptable!

2018-08-10First time ordering - their scallops are not good, fast food quality. Wings are decent, the crispy kind with sauce on the side. I also ordered their bbq version of the 4 pieces of chicken. I was not expecting that when they make it bbq they still fry it. Im giving it 4 stars because their fried veggies are the only veggies my child has ever eaten of her own will.

2020-07-09Only order the chicken! The fries that come with the meals our horrible(chinese food fries). The spicy chicken club is not spicy and the size of a McChicken from McDonalds. The jalapeno peppers cheese is like chez wiz....not pleased with this place at all.
