The 1st. Time I order from this place I got good portion for price, but the next time I order they were very rude and stingy small portion for same price as the 1st. Time I bought food. Ill go else where there is MANY other food places on Main Street. The pregnant women who is the hostess is very rude,bitchy. And so is the rest of the women who work there. They make fun of people no matter what nationality you are. Not good for business! I WONT EVER BE BACK! !!!!
Pricing is fair, you should expect a typical wait as standard from restaurants, and a little tight of a diner floor. Their menu can accomodate any occasion and groups up to 6-8 people. Anything more and it feels like a private party.
The food is excellent , Im Peruvian and so far this is my favorite place in Long island next to another one in Hicksville. The food tastes as if your in Peru and it tastes excellent. I recommend this place to anybody who is first starting out latin food in general. Excellent pricing as well. Definitely recommend it!
Parked in front at 7 08, not served first course for over 30 minutes. Anticucho too thick and chewy but flavorful. Could have used a real knife. After 1 hour, civiche arrived, huge portion, very tasty. Not good if youre in a hurry, I was alone so it seemed like forever.
Was in a fowl mood when I was in the Patchogue area and Chicken Place flipped me just the bird I was looking for. Prices are very fair. I especially enjoyed the maduros. And I also liked the ornate presentation of the salchipapas, despite leading to my wife asking me to stop playing with my weiner at the table. Located just across the street from the theater, definitely worth a visit!

Hidden gem of Patchogue. Great food, generous helpings, very low key. I go here with friends all the time. One of the few places I frequent; most places I check out once or twice and move on as a city guy with too many options. The perihuela soup is incredible.
If you think your going to eat chicken at the chicken place, think again. Ive now tried 2x to eat there, first time I was told there was no chicken left, it was only the middle of dinner time, how could they be out of chicken 6pm. So we left. Just tried to go back in, this time I called on our way there, confirmed they had chicken. Walked in 10 MINUTES later, to be told they were OUT OF CHICKEN! Seriously! I could SEE the chickens on the rotisserie. I think they are not interested in serving white people. We wont be back.
Never tried Peruvian food before but loved it! Seafood ceviche was amazing, so fresh. Avacodo salad was crisp and delicious. Decor was unremarkable but the food makes it worth it.

Peruvian Chicken or “Pollo a la Brasa” was so good. I need to try other meals but I saw how they served the “leche de Tigre”, Arroz Chaufa “ and looks well. The attention was great!!

Im quite pleased with this place they recently redid the front a long with the chinese restaurant next door another village favorite.Just note they are closed until February first this year for renovations but they are definitely opening again.
This little place is excellent. The food was delicious, I tried the Arroz con Mariscos, and I was more than happy with my selection. The portions are good, and the price very fair. My place to go for Spanish food en Patchogue.

Today I wanted to give this site one more chance !!! They made me wait 40 minutes :::: and a chaufa arros and saltado noodle poor in flavor !!! Where was the stir fry !!! He did not feel the chicken potatoes a misery this familiar combo chicken is more for two people and nobody that now at the table they do not sell the soda very badly the Peruvian flavor went away
About a month ago I ordered a takeout jelly, the order is in the middle so we talked and they told us that the next one they would replace what was missing. Today we explain by phone why we ordered one more, when one of the cashiers arrives to pick it up, one of the cashiers explains to the owner and he reacts with a terrible attitude as if he put little importance on what he was saying and with contempt he said if he can wait we will put it on him. What a regret because I like the taste of the recipes they have but to give me a bad stomach before eating for a bad time I prefer to take the businesses to another place. I will be one person but each one works hard for their money to let someone arrogantly make you worth less.
Very good food but !! They charged me 10 dollars more and in the price they included 30 dollars of tips. I know that one for education leaves tips but that they include it I think it is not very ethical.
It was one of my favorite places but now it is not the chicken it does not taste the same since it is the 4 times I buy and it is all simple dry and for a change burned nose that happened but it is no longer the place of my preference

2022-06-28We had a great time here, the staff (Sophia?) was so nice , the food are awesome!! Leche de Tigre was my favorite ♥️♥️ I just hoping the fried calamari could be less batter, it’s a bit too heavy when eating the calamari, overall 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2018-06-23The food was good if you like the authentic Peruvian food. The place is small and it got very cold every time someone open the front door. Only one person working the floor and that’s a problem. Ended up waiting much long because of it.the service is horrible. You can’t run a restaurant with one person. We came back in the summer , the workers are sweating like crazy.Which makes me think that they are sweating all over the food. If I could I would give them -1Would never go back there.

2021-12-06Servers added extra tip to our bill after we left. Two days later my bank statement was for $105 but I signed for $89 and left $20 cash, I have Called up and was told owner would contact me but has not happen. Stay far away from this restaurantFood was average, small portions but staff is very unethical

2021-12-03Place is terrible. When it first opened it had a good month run at the most. Gave it numerous 2nd chances and we were disappointed every time. Chicken is not good quality, no pride at all from the kitchen. Straw that broke this camels back was a stale bun that had an attempted cover up. Someone decided to toast the bun, but ended up burning it...said screw it and still sent it out the door. Dont waste your money.

2021-09-27It only deserves a start for the food besides that the service was awful, charging us $2 extra in each plate saying that’s taxes(when that the end they didn’t know what even was the percent of it) as well as a 15% percent for gratuity that it was more than the 15% when in the menu or nowhere says gratuity is included. Not giving a good service ignoring us and giving bad faces, food can be amazing but it service is bad the whole restaurants it’s just disgusting. We added up all the prices since apparently they can’t simple math themselves. We aren’t asking for a discount just a fair treatment and not raising the prices, because for a few dollars more that they charge to each customers they are scamming us all!

2021-10-17Food is good. as i was waiting for the food to go, i asked if i can have a blackberry shake, they said i have water and blackberry ready? i said no thanks i’d like with milk. they both make a face in front of me if they thought i wasnt watching them. Ofc i asked if theres a problem. I get you can be annoyed by customer, i had worked in catering, but doing in front of a customer is disgusting, i could never.

2021-08-31Our server Anna was delightful, and the food was excellent. I loved every single bite. The Leche de Tigre was spectacular, and the seafood rice was truly excellent. We had such a nice time.

2021-09-26Found the food to have no taste. Chicken was dry. Small portions. They don’t have a big selection of appetizers and they don’t offer cocktail drinks. Sever was nice. Place is very small.

2018-12-08The food is always delicious. We usually have the rotisserie chicken with yellow rice with sweet plantains. The fried rice is another delicious dish. Theres usually a long wait if you have to pick up food but that most likely because their food is so good.
