The chicken is good but dont like the big pieces when you order delivery from the website it dont let you pick the pieces and sometimes the orders dont have everything it depends what popeyes like this one its Cool
I ordered 5 Biscuits 10 pc chicken All 5 biscuits were green and moldy. The reason I did not return back I was too far I did not check it when I was there. I was upset I tell all my family and friends to never go there they are rude. Since I saw My biscuits were moldy I threw everything away I showed it to my wife she said never go there again. Now I think twice about going to any popeyes never again. I wouldn’t put not 1 star they do not deserve it the reason why I put its so I can put up this review.
I ordered the $10 box with chicken tenders, 2 sides and 2 biscuits. When I got home with my food, there was a long hair cooked into the chicken tenders. The tender was hanging from the hair. My little one and I were horrified! We lost our appetites and threw the chicken tenders out. It was too far to return for a refund. The cole slaw had no taste. They didnt even give us any condiments nor asked if we wanted any. It was a horrible experience.
The food is very affordable, its a bit salty too, they tell you this from the menu however. Sadly, they share a toilet with burger king and this toilet is extremely dirty, especially since its the most accessible one in the mall so people just walk in to use the toilet. There are 2 toilets but one is always locked. There is no toilet roll or hand washing liquid in the toilet. They really should have someone assigned to cleaning it regularly. The tables are hardly cleaned after customers leave so if you plan to eat in you might find yourself cleaning your own table or sitting at it the way it is
Rude and unprofessional staff who have no business serving the public
Service here was way to slow during lunch hour. One of the 2 ladies working took a bathroom break leaving a long line and one person taking orders and preparing the orders for indecisive and annoyed customers. During the 6-7min bathroom break only one customer was helped. These ladies need some help. This is a very busy area . A mall and across from the courthouse not equip to handle with 2 workers only. I will not return.
World wide cooking chicken is an art.I never had any love for fast food parading as fried chicken. I hated Popeye for never eating the spinach before fighting Brutus.As for this food...The outside looked cooked but the inside was not cooked well and poorly cleaned chicken. The side dishes taste like cardboard. I ended up eating more batter than meat.The fat was disgusting inside and under the skin. I was dragged there.I swore off mass produced fast/soul food after this experience.
This restaurant is dirty and the staff are very unfriendly. The tables are not cleaned, the bathroom didnt have any toilet paper. The cashier snatched the money out of my hand and flung my change at me. I think they need more training at this facility.
Food is great. Front staff is unqualified to deal with the public. I hope they learn to train their staff (just managements family members it appears) how to give at least halfway decent service someday.
First of all, poor quality food and staff, continuously forgetting things. The place smelled horrible, especially where the drinks were. So I went to the fast-food place next door to get my drink filled. It smelled of butt and armpits.
Really bad service I orded 3 meals and when I got home I notice only one order was complete. One chicken sandwich with fries, they only gave me the fries no sandwich and I ordered 3 pieces of chicken with fries, they only put 2. Plus the fries were all saggy and the chicken cold.That was my first and last time going there never again.
This place is panhandler heaven. As soon as you come in 2-3 people are already lined up harrassing you for change. They follow you up to the cashier too, and you feel like they can rob you any minute. This place needs security, because the staff is tired of telling them to not panhandle here, but they keep coming back, so they don’t bother to say it anymore.
I specifically ordered thighs, I dont like breast meat, I get home which is more than 30 minutes away, and I have dry, burned breast meat, called store 4x, no one picked up
My spicy chicken sandwiches were undercooked on three occasions and my spicy flounders were so salty i had to throw them away—won’t be going back to this location!!!
This place is in definite need of a new team...Management should really take control of things..there is no line Management, rarely a clean table to sit at let alone a clean floor to step on. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because this is probably the least rudest popeyes near by.
Chicken sandwich was mediocre compared to any other Popeyes Ive been to. Expect a long wait.
I give this particular popeyes 1 star because the service is mediocre. The employees barely understand english, which consistently leads to things like getting the wrong piece of chicken in your orders or receiving the wrong sauce you asked for. There is also a lack of attention. Many times they forget to put the biscuit in my order or give me an incomplete order (my order has been missing things like wings and sides), making it essential that you check your stuff before leaving the restaurant, because trust is gone. Another major problem is they undercook their biscuits, leaving them too white and not golden brown. Someone needs to take a look into this particular popeyes and get things in order.

To whom it may concern,I was very disappointed today to learned from the Popeyes Franchise near me; does not have the chedder biscuit as advertise on television with the butterfly shrimp. The same thing happened when I visited my family on saturday 07/22/17 at another franchise. The workers told me it was a mistake in advertisement and I may add false advertisement. On top of the that, the franchises still posted the advertisment chedder biscuit with Butterfly shrimp. The girl did not understand well or the man did not know how to explain and she only took 1 order and then I went and the other girl took my order without problems, someone spilled a soda on one of the tables, I told the girl, she said that it would come out right away, I dont know how long it would take, but if you made a mess and youre not going to clean it up, at least tell one of them so that the next guest doesnt have a bad time and I blame her when they dont even reach to see the tables.

2022-05-21Order chicken strips with mash potato the chicken strip was nasty nothing but crust there was really hardly any chicken it was all batter time and money waisted had to throw my meal in the garbage on another occasion I order the chicken sandwich and again the same thing it was greasy the bun was soak in grease it was soggy and 80% crust hardly no chicken and the fries was cold and soggy so again I decided to give them another chance with there new chicken nugget and once again the nuggets are super tiny and mostly crust I now have decide not to eat in popeyes ever again if you want to eat greasy crust this is the place for youUPDATED May 22, 2022My daughter order me 3 piece chicken 2 wings and 1 breast the chicken breast had mold on it in 4 different places chicken was old and refry in dirty oil not edible with mold on it disgusting and nasty threw the entire meal away waist of time and money see picture below

2022-07-10I spent 80 plus dollars... thay gave me all legs and big breast with ribs and thighs.. huge pieces... and the potatoes were scanty and so was the cole slaw.. some of the chicken was soggy and no utensils and napkins.... never again... they have to do better... I rate them on a 2 and when I called no one answered... who the hell do you have working for you?.... just lost a good customer.

2022-08-02Went to Popeyes on 161st Street and Concourse Village when I got home which was a few blocks the chicken bottom was soggy there was no crispiness to the chicken it was not displayed in the store as the 699 deal and it had no flavor damn the Popeyes on East 149th Street and the Grand Concourse has more flavor and is always consistent

2018-09-13I like this location, I get food fast and good tasting. I get the 3 piece chicken tenders meal and its filling. You get a side and small drink with a biscuit. Since I work nearby, i dont have to use bathroom here so thats not taken I to account for this review. The food is great and doesnt taste overcooked.

2022-02-01Ordered 12 piece (3 legs, 3 thighs, 3 breasts, 3 wings) spicy with 2 large cole slaws. Received 5 legs, 5 thighs, 1 breast, 2 wings with rice and french fries. Yes, ubereats gave us a credit for the sides. I hope the folks who got the coleslaw will at least enjoy it. We arent going to eat the french fries or the rice. A shame that it will be going to waste since we really cant give it away.
